WHICH PART OF THE COCONUT COULD BE TRIGGERING HERPES?

03/29/2011: Bo from Birmingham, Uk writes: "Hi Ted,

I was diagnosed with herpes a while ago and after research I have found that many of the foods I eat may be a trigger, but generally I have an outbreak around my monthely cycle. My question is: I love coconut & coconut water, but am confused as to whether it is the water that is the trigger or the meat of the coconut itself.. Should I eliminate them both?"

COCONUT MILK FOR BABY'S CONSTIPATION?

01/07/2008: Becky from Idaho Falls, Idaho writes: "I'was wondering about the coconut milk for constipation. I have a 3 1/2 week old grandbaby with constipation. I need to know if she can have this and how much we would give her to help with some relief. The doctor said you can't do anything for it but I disagree."
