Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Last Modified on Aug 09, 2014

What Is Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

A common disorder of the large intestine, irritable bowel syndrome involves frequent cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhea and constipation. While irritable bowel syndrome or IBS does involve numerous bowel issues, it does not cause permanent damage to the large intestine or colon.

The specific symptoms experienced when affected by irritable bowel syndrome vary depending on the individual and may resemble other common intestinal diseases. The most common symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, though, involve abdominal discomfort and cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea or constipation and mucus in the stool. Most individuals experience fairly mild symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome; however, some individuals may experience issues that are so severe that the individual is disabled or unable to complete typical, everyday tasks. It is best to discuss any symptoms with a doctor. Most individuals experience irritable bowel syndrome as a chronic condition, but the intensity and severity of the condition is likely to ebb and flow depending on overall health, diet and other related factors.

The exact cause of irritable bowel syndrome is not known; however, the issue may have to do with an irregular contracting and relaxing of the muscles lining the intestines. Generally, it is believed that an individual with IBS experiences contractions that are both stronger and longer-lasting than normal. As such, food moves or is forced through the intestines at a more rapid rate, which causes gas, bloating and diarrhea. Additional factors may include abnormalities in the nervous system, foods consumed, stress and hormones.

Natural Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Even though irritable bowel syndrome does not cause permanent damage to the colon, finding an effective treatment is important. Natural options such as probiotics offer relief and maintenance of the condition. Additional irritable bowel syndrome treatment options include maintaining a gluten-free diet, taking turmeric and peppermint oil and identifying and avoiding trigger foods such as dairy. Activated charcoal, aloe vera juice, apple cider vinegar, vitamin B12, bee pollen and bentonite clay are typically helpful for IBS sufferers as well. Blackberry liquid or juice and blackstrap molasses also help regulate the digestive processes.

Hi Annabelle, if your IBS has been a lifelong problem, try eliminating bleached flour from your foods - go with whole grain cereals and breads & pastas - or least unbleached flour. Eliminating bleached flour got rid of my lifelong digestive complaints - but whole grains also increases fiber in your diet and eliminates the constipation problems. Also when you cook beans (dry) add l/4 tsp. of ground ginger to a pound of beans. You won't taste the ginger but you will also have less gas. If you continue to have the gas/bloating on whole grains, you might need to be checked out for gluten intolerance. Of course you can check that out for yourself by leaving all all wheat products and see if it makes a difference.

Another help for the beans is to soak them 2-3 days. Rinse and refill water each day. All seeds and beans have phytic acid, and antienzyme chemicals that prevent sprouting except for ideal circumstances- this is why we can eliminate some of these antinutrients by soaking.

Please keep in mind that aloe vera can deplete potassium from your body. Just a little fyi. I have seen it on lab values affect a patient's potassium level and she swore by aloe vera juice for everything.

[YEA]  APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. What a wonderful natural remedy. I have been suffering from IBS for years. One evening when I was having too much of problem, I surfed the net and came across this remedy. I took a single dose of ACV and felt better. I took one dose next morning and passed the day without any problem. Now I am taking just one dose in the morning and feeling good. One precaution, n it causes constipation so you have to keep this in mind

I'm suffering from food intolerance/allergy and IBS for last 12 years, I have always stomach upset, gas (brosy abdomen) , burning/swelling, when I tap on my back I feel severe pain on middle and right side of ribs (stomach side), no appetite, low mood, weak concentration, sleep disorder, unsocial life, lost weight, fatigue, blur vision, thin thick sticky paste like stool (sticked with intestines/burning while passing/not hard soft but not like watery diarrhea/dont feel urgency to toilet)(1 or 2 times a day to clear bowls. I have severe intolerance/allergy with milk, all dairy products, all kinds of sweets, milk tea, cola drinks, all fruits, fish and eggs, bakery products, everything I eat makes gastro upset. I totally avoid dairy products and sweets.

I have done all kinds of tests ( food allergy test is also normal). endoscopy (5 times)[few years back I had always severe pain in stomach, vomiting with pain but now I feel good after using stomach medicines/h.pylori course etc. ]last endoscopy was normal, barium meal follow through, ultrasounds, stool tests, all tests are normal, but nothing is diagnosed, I also went to psychiatrist but no improvement (im 200% sure these all problems r due to gastro upsetness not due to psychological disturbance. (i have used many medicines advised by GI doctors but no improvement). Do u have any solution?

You might look into the SCD diet (Specific Carbohydrate Diet). I read a book about it called "Food and the Gut Reaction" by Elaine Gottschall. There is a website too that offers lots of info on it. Just type in SCD Diet. Its safe and although its a big dietary change it works. It shows what you can eat while your body repairs itself. Good luck. I've tried it.

Have you cut out Wheat/Gluten from your diet? And RAW milk would really really help you, check it out on this site and raw_milk_facts.com. RAW is not anything like commercial dairy, it actually will help getting the right bacteria in your gut again so you digest food. Read up on RAW milk so you know how it will help, and on Wheat and Gluten ( I liked the factual info in Wheat Belly--so I understand that today's wheat is not real food anymore and dangerous). Take 1 step at a time in making changes you can health yourself with more success w/o modern toxic meds. Check out info on digestion, food allergies etc.. on site and there are so many helpful hints to get you going to a healthier new life, good health to you.

To Kazim from Peshawar, Pakistan: Some of the symptoms you describe "severe pain on middle and right side of ribs (stomach side), no appetite" point to gallbladder problems or gallstones. I had those same symptoms and had to have my gallbladder removed. The test is a simple ultrasound.

Unfortunately, I still have acid reflux and ibs, so getting your gallbladder removed doesn't fix all issues that you may be having. Try a plant based diet, with lots of natural juices (I purchased a juicer). The juices may relieve the pain in your back & right side of your stomach.

Kazim, I sympathize with you. Please read Jordan Rubin's book The Maker's Diet. Jordan nearly died from Crohn's disease and searched the world over for a natural cure. The doctors wanted to remove his colon, but he was determined to not let that happen. He tells his story of healing in great detail. You may find help and inspiration from his ideas.

Jordan is a huge proponent of organic foods, friendly bacteria, and raw milk. After getting well, he founded his own organic health food company, Garden of Life. Products are pricey, but superior in quality. I order mine from vitaminshoppe.com where they are discounted. Good health is an investment.

Good luck to you.

This response is for Kazim from Pakistan - Kazim, I would also recommend reading Jordan Ruben's book entitled, "Patient Heal thyself". Your condition is most certainly resulting from a "Leaky Gut" which is how you have developed so many food allergies. Leaky Gut comes about by way of Gut Flora inbalance (Dysbiosis), or other words, your gut is over run by bad bacteria and other micro-organisms. My 6 year old has had IBS since she was 2. We are currently using the "GAPS Diet" to treat her. In order to heal you must achieve the following. 1st - Starve the bad bacteria through diet. 2nd - Nourish the body with proper food and probiotics. It can take some time to heal. Also read "Gut and Psychology Syndrome" by Natasha Campbell-Mcbride (GAPS) It has the detailed information you need to adjust your diet so you stop feeding your bad micro-organisms. We are starting to see formed excreta (mixed with Diahrea) after four terrible years with IBS. Stomach pains are totally Gone. Quality of life is much improved. Also, find a highly rated Enzyme supplement. This will help you to digest while you are healing. Oh and one more thing. Modern day wheat is a pernicious evil. You must eliminate is from your diet emediately! Good Luck to you! I am 100% certain that you can heal yourself! Keep going! Hi kazim I had 99% of the same symptoms u are experiencing. I have tried everything under the sun to cure this condition. To much despair lots of doctors have failed to help and then this one doctor cured my 5 yr old condition. Google "sarotena" and "franxit" and tell your physician these mild anti-depressants will cure take care of your IBS. Now that my problems are better I maintain (helps a lot) my stomach health by doing yoga and excercised (ones that make you sweat) to improve stomach health. Taking Apple Cider Vinegar one a day is also very helpul, so is a cup of probiotic yogurt. Hope my advise can solve your issues.

Jessica, 1 T. in 8 oz. of water, morning and evening is generally enough to help with tons of health problems. But you might want to start with 1 t. per glass of water for a few days first and then work up to 1 T. I know it has made a big difference in my own digestive challenges. (reflux and gall bladder.)

If you have not tried Slippery Elm, you could try that, too. It is a great herb for IBS. You would take 1 t. Of powder 4 times a day. Rachel Weaver recommends this in her book, "Be Your Own Doctor. " For IBS, she would also recommend 2-3 cups of comfrey tea each day. Both herbs are excellent for IBS and other disorders. She would also say you must resolved the cause of IBS, be it constipation, diet, etc. But that the slippery elm and comfrey will help give much relief. Both are healing to the digestive tract.

Let us know what helps you!

Which kind of ibs? I have predominantly diarrhea and when people say 'this is great for ibs' they typically mean constipation. In that case, this thing they are suggesting is the last thing I need to take!

In the classic book on the beneficial use of Apple Cider Vinegar, "New England Folk Remedies" ACV's anti bacterial quality and helpful digestive capability effectively deals with diarreah. I've used it many times over the years for any kind of lower track issue especially diarreah. Use a tablespoon or two in a glass of water and sip over thirty minutes. If you can take it faster than that do so. Repeat an hour later. You might need more depending on the severity of the microbe.

I was overseas a few months ago and knew that the area along the Mediterranian where I would be, would likely give me a bad case of lower track infection and sure enough it hit me hard; but I'd brought a small container of ASV. I found some more in a local market and between the two warded off a really nasty assault by some unknown microbe.

Trudyg - have you ever tried activated charcoal for your IBS? My husband had chronic diarrhea for years. (Decades?) He never saw a doctor for it, just suffered and took a lot of Pepto Bismol. After learning about IBS I figured that was what it was. It did seem somewhat diet related (ice cream especially aggravated him) but he isn't much for dietary changes. A few years ago I started to learn about charcoal and was using it for lots of things. I started to give it to him for diarrhea. He was skeptical, but did start seeing it helped him a good bit. He now reaches for it himself. I realized at some point, that I haven't bought Pepto Bismol in years! And he doesn't seem to need the charcoal much anymore either. His diet has slowly improved and he has given up some foods as they cause heart arrythmia for him (caffeine). Anyway, John Dinsley, in his book, Charcoal Remedies, talks about using charcoal for IBS. You can take the tablets - 4-6 between meals. He says if this is too much to put 4 T. In water, shake it up, strain out the particles and then drink the water. (6 oz. ) I think. You can reuse the charcoal again and again to make more grey water to drink. Jessie

Hi Trudyg... Comfrey Tea and Slippery Elm would both be fine for the diarrhea form of IBS. Slippery Elm is actually used for both constipation and diarrhea. It is a very gently and effective stabilizing herb. Hope that helps.... ~Mama to Many~

I've tried this in the past, but when I need a super-fast fix I grab the immodium. I usually don't know my belly will act up until I'm out on the road driving to work. I get up and eat breakfast 2 hours early to allow for this, but still.... Will have to give charcoal a better try. Thanks.

Re COMFREY: comfrey, just as borax and other means to health, has been demonised apparently successfully as seen in this post. Comfrey is a very valuable medicine taken internally or as a tincture or as a tea.

Today one has to go onto the posts about herbal medicine. Just as iridology is called a hoax and quackery , so a number of old and tried medicines are vilified because they work and their side effects are healthy. Some people take comfrey, a leaf each day and it is supposed to help maintain a healthy body.

He - but all those other expensive medicines with their dangerous side effects - no mention?? How many Americans die of these meds yearly and in the thousands? Again no mention. Hands off our valuable herbs and health practices. God's pharmacy is fabulous. Best regards, Om

[YEA]  I'm a 48 yr old, post menopausal female. I was diagnosed with IBS about 14 yrs ago. I've had flare ups off and on over the years. It got much worse after going through menopause. No prescription meds seems to work. About a yr ago, I tried acupuncture and in less than 3 sessions I was basically "cured"...until I developed a hiatal hernia. the doc gave me omeprazole for the pain. I'm pretty sure that the medicine got rid of ALL the acid in my stomach, therefore my IBS flared up big time because my stomach was unable to digest food properly. The gas, bloating, cramping and irregular stools all came back with a vengence. thanks to this website, I decided to try ACV. After the first dose, I noticed improvement. After that, I've had no symptoms AT ALL. I've been drinking it for a week now. For myself, 1tbsp in about 8oz of water 3 times a day works for me. And it's unfiltered organic ACV with the 'mother'. I also noticed an immediate increase in energy which was a huge welcome! I did have some constipation for about 3 days, but I stuck it out and now I'm regular and "normal". I also feel like I am able to breath deeper now, which I was having trouble with before.I don't use the baking soda with the ACV because I just love the taste of vinegar anyway. I wouldn't drink it straight up though, because I think it would burn like the devil. I'm sure the vinegar is why I no longer have the symptoms from the hiatal hernia too, acid reflux, etc. Trying to pass this amazing "fix" on to friends and family..Mostly I just get funny looks. Oh well, their loss. I won't be without my ACV again. ps..haven't changed my diet in the least either. Thank you EC!

I am amazed at how many people I've told about apple cider vinegar... And what a huge difference it made in my life... And they just ignore the idea of using apple cider vinegar. What a shame. It is an amazing cure for all kinds of things. I used to get terrible headaches nearly daily, used to have acid reflux and allergy symptoms... All that is gone because of Apple cider vinegar (with the mother).

I have been using Organic Raw ACV for my IBS symptoms.... It worked really well after I added a little bit of baking soda and 1/4 tsp of Cayenne Pepper with a bit of Turmeric. Overall symptoms are significantly better now.

It keeps going and coming in cycles ... Every couple of week especially when I am not sleeping enough and work and family realted stress. I am working to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night and not to sleep late on the weekends and exercise more often at the gym.

What is ACV? I have chronic IBS, severe constipation and have had blockage 3 times this year. I have suffered for 6 weeks and could use some good suggestion.

EC: ACV - Apple Cider Vinegar

This is to Pocketmonkey from Colmesneil, Texas:

Constipation due to IBS is caused by severe acid in the intestines released by the pathogens(bacteria, candida). This acid should not be confused with HCL secreted by stomach(simply acid in the stomach ).

To get immediate relief from constipation and to start curing IBS take Ted's Alkalizing formula 3 times a day. One time after lunch, one time after dinner and 3 time is immediately after your bowel movement, the reason is your intestine is empty and you have more space for the alkalizing formula to reach all the regions of the intestine to start the healing process.

Do, this for 3 months once your bowel movement is improving you can explore the possible cause of IBS.

Taking Ted's Alkalizing formula is the first step towards the healing process of any chronic disease.

Good Health.

Ed2010, if Ted's formula is to be taken on an EMPTY stomach/intestines, then why do you recommend taking it AFTER lunch and dinner?
Posted by Ed2010

To Mmsg from Somewhere, Europe

Good question.

You can drink Ted's Alkalizing formula at any time of the day, there are no rules. However, there are certain times when you take, it will assist in digestion and healing.

Why after Lunch and dinner?

When you eat your food, the stomach secretes the acid HCL to pre digest the food, break the proteins and creates an acidic mixture. When this predigested food (which is still acidic) enters the Small Intestines the pancreas releases the bicarbonate to neutralize the acid and make it alkaline and to create a healthy environment so the intestines can digest the food normally.

So as I said approximately after 10 mins or 15mins the food enters the small intestine, when you take ted's alkalizing formula at this time, the already acidic small intestine environment( for a person with IBS CONSTIPATION) will be neutralized and the food is properly digested. And this alkalizing mixture inhibits the bacterial activity. When the digestion is normal and complete, the excretion is is natural and complete. No constipation.

Why After Bowel Movement?

After a bowel movement the fecal matter in large intestine is almost empty and digesting foods in the small intestines are minimal (if this is a morning bowel movement).

Now you have more region to be easily reached by the alkalizing formula. This alkalizing formula acts an intestinal ointment. The empty(nearly) small intestines which has more bacterial overgrowth that release acids can inflame the intestines and cause constipation as well. When the alkalizing formula reaches the intestines it will neutralize the acid and also inhibit the pathogenic overgrowth. Neutralizing the acid in the small intestines relieves constipation and promotes intestinal rejuvenation.

Depending on the type of bacteria or parasites IBS can vary from Constipation to Diarrhea.

This is only a first step towards the treatment of IBS, fortunately this is alone enough for few people.

Hope I explained well.

Good Health

Recently started taking Apple Cider Vinegar for other health benefits and noticed a positive effect on my IBS problems. I don't even take it everyday but I take about 4 tablespoons at a time in juice to help with the taste. Before that I had luck in managing the symptoms with Slippery Elm Bark pills. Which I took when I felt an episode coming on.

[YEA]  I have suffered from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) for nearly 20 years. My worst symptom is chronic constipation. For a while I was unknowingly on a "natural" stimulant and didn't realize I was dependent on it to stay "regular". After two partial bowel obstructions I realized what had happened and have had trouble getting regular again without the aide of stimulants UNTIL Apple Cider Vinegar! I have been taking it three times each day since before Thanksgiving and have been regular with no other "help" aides for almost two months. To avoid the additional calories that come from taking ACV with honey or juices, I dilute mine with flavored carbonated water and it has become very easy to take.

I swear by ____ ACV with the "Mother" in it. I use it for cold remedys, upset stomachs, constipation, you name it! My son has been taking it for colds and other things since he was 10 years old. He actually asks me to make it when he's not feeling well. He hates the taste. Lol but he knows it will make him feel better. I generally put 2 tbsp of ______ ACV with 1 tbsp of honey in hot water. It makes a great tea and tastes like hot apple cider! You can even breath in the vapors from the tea for nasal and chest congestion. ______ ACV is truly a great home remedy and I recommend it to anyone who has never heard of it. Glad to hear it's helping others as well!

[YEA]  Apple Cider Vinegar cured my Sore throat, sinus infection, loose stools, gas, lack of energy, depression, decreased my appetite, cleared up a dermatologic problem. My sister got me started taking organic ACV 1 tsp in 8 oz spring water 3 times a day. At first I tried it because I had a sore throat that was immediately gone, my sinus infection went away within 24 hours or so. I have IBS and have been battling foul-smelling loose stools for years. Within a couple of days my stools were formed with almost no odor. I feel 100% better. My appetite just dropped and I'm not getting fatty food cravings like I used to and I've lost 22 pounds so far. Also, I have had big painful butt boils off and on for years and my hindquarters cleared up within a couple of days.

IBS Remedy. Please try Rutin 500mgs twice a day for 3 days, then once a day for a month. After that once a week, but back to original dose if any flare ups again. This remedy is Magic! Seems to work even better, if you also take a B50 weekly, selenium yeasts for a month, and vit D3 5, 000 ius for a couple of weeks too. No flare ups at all on this supplementation. But Rutin is the main remedy.

Avoid Dairy, Drink Raw Milk   0  0

I suffered from IBS for many years and after 1 month of avoiding all pasteurized dairy and drinking 1 8 oz cup of RAW goats milk per day my symptoms are greatly improved.

B12, Bee Pollen   1  0

[YEA]  Hello, Earthclinic readers. I'm a 46 y/o woman. A few years ago as I was going through a divorce, I developed severe abdominal pain. It would be located high, or near my ribs, off to one side or very low in my abdominal area. Hardly ever in the same spot. My Dr. did a few tests and sent me to radiology for a sonogram of my gall bladder, appendix and ovaries. The sonographer told me my symptoms sounded like IBS, she had it. Coincidentally, I had run out of my multi vitamins some time ago and hadn't replaced them. Sometime after that Dr. appt I did get more and noticed a few days after taking them again that the pain went away.

I was talking to a friend of mine whose granddaughter had been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and in doing her own research discovered that B12 and Royal Jelly could be beneficial. She opted to try this rather than put her 8 y/o granddaughter through the recommended surgery. It worked! The pain was completely gone in no time. I looked at the label on my vitamin bottle to find that they did indeed contain a hefty dose of B12 and bee pollen, but not Royal Jelly. Subsequently, I ran out of vitamins again and after several weeks without them - you guessed it - the abdominal pain returned! I didn't waste any time getting to the local health food store to get my multi-vitamin and sure enough, after a few days, the pain was completely gone again. I'm convinced, B12 and bee pollen or Royal Jelly must be good for the digestive system. My vitamins are Nature's ___ ___ ___. It's a whole food and chock full of good stuff.

Bentonite Clay   1  0

[YEA]  Bentonite Clay for IBS, Ulcerative Colitis & Gastroenteritis: Bentonite Clay is a miracle!! I have suffered w/ these conditions since I was a child (I am almost 42). As no meds would help & doctor's couldn't do anything. These conditions had left me pretty much, home bound. I was desperate and would have tried just about anything.

For the past several months, I have been taking just a small amount (no more than 1 T a day, in purified water) & I have went from 10-15 loose bowel movements a day, to two normal bm's. I saw the results immediately. I do not take fiber.

I had forgotten what normal was. It was so bad that I could eat, almost nothing w/o getting extremely sick. On occasion, I still take Prilosec for acid reflux, but no other stomach meds!!

I hope this info helps others, as it has given me my life back. ;)

I purchased 100% natural calcium bentonite clay (CBC) from a health & beauty which is promoted as a deep cleaning mask. After reading the benefits of CBC I am now wondering if this clay is safe to consume. I too have suffered with IBS for years, so long I can't ever remember being regular. Is all CBC safe to ingest? Thank You so Much. This website has been a blessing to me.

Biotin   1  0

[YEA]  I have irritable bowel with diarrhea. After my last colonoscopy, no prescription or OTC meds would help. I started taking 5,000 mcg of biotin every day and got relief. Sometimes I do get diarrhea, but it doesn't last long. This even helps the spasms and cramping.

[YEA]  Having ibs-d can really be a battle. Blackberry liquid stops diarrhea pretty fast, like 2 days. I don't battle with ibs-d anymore as it really works. I haven't been losing weight anymore because of diarrhea, and my hubby uses it too. Who'd guess sucha simple solution...

When it's 7 a.m. and I need to leave for the 45 minute commute to work, a 'works in 2 days' fix for diarrhea does not help at all. My ibs-d is chronic, I have had it since I was 5. When the diarrhea hits, it hits out of the blue without warning. Charcoal, etc, is great but not a help for me. I need fairly instant relief.

Lugo'ls Iodine is absolutely the BEST thing ever for diarrhea. Seriously, I've suffered off and on all my life with diarrhea episodes and have recently discovered that if I take 3 to 6 drops of Lugols in water my diarrhea will stop almost immediately! Works for food poisoning too! You must order on-line tho cause you can't buy that kind of iodine at drug stores any more thanks to FDA!

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  I think my last post didn't make it! If this is redundant- my apologies. I fought with e-coli, and started losing 1/2 a lb a day. I took pro-biotics, anti-biotics, nothing helping. I take D____, a blackberry liquid. I can only find it on Amazon, and a few nutrition stores in Dallas, TX. It totally helped. I suffer from IBS, as well, and I take the it about 2-3 x a week. It lets me live normally!!!

Blackstrap Molasses   1  0

[YEA]  Black Strap Molasses cured my IBS. I have suffered with alternating constipation and diarrhea for ten years. In the last few years mostly diarrhea at least once everyday. I started taking BSM for my anemia after reading your website and was pleasantly surprised to find that it also cured my IBS. And it got rid of any PMS issues. I have no pre-menstrual symptoms at all. Mine was never terrible, but what little I had was gone. I was so excited that I shared this info. with my sister who has the same issues as me with the IBS and she has worse PMS...and she was thrilled with the results! Wow! I take 1 tbls. each night before bed. I use the sulphured molasses...tastes nasty to me, but it's worth it!

Hi earth clinic,
Is there a remedy to get rid of Blastocystis hominis? This bug is very well correlated with IBS in a lot of people. I wish also a new ailment page will be created for Blastocystis hominis because of its severity and so many people can get infected with this bug. Thanks a lot.

Hi,

BH is one of the bugs believed to be the cause or amongst the cause of gulf war syndrome. The protozoa digests the IgA and makes the immune system comprimised. It's also one of the stubburned parasites to get rid of. You can try S. boulardii as some studies show that it is effective against it.

You can also look at this web site that specilized in protozoa treatments:

hi, i had blasto and removed it by doing a series of things. it needs a multi-pronged attack. it is surrounded by a fatty coating which needs to be removed, it hides in the mucus membrane in gi tract so that needs to be broken up, lastly, it feeds on carbs/sugars so they need to go.

google these; sea salt flush-blasto is killed by this and it reduces the numbers, blessed thistle cleanse-you feel amazing and never hungry even though you're fasting [i did it for 5 days and thought it the best detox ever]

carkia-dr hulda clarke knows her parasites and this is great at killing them after you've done diet changes and cleanses. i hope it works for you as well as it did me-good luck and please don't stop researching, there are lots of answers out there.
