Kapal Bhati Pranayam Yoga is a breathing practice said to have almost unlimited positive effects on the body and our overall health. For sure, this "shining forehead" practice is great for the circulatory and respiratory systems.
Very simply, Kapal Bhati Pranayam Yoga is the practice of forceful exhalation. Practitioners are to breathe in normally but then should exhale as quickly and fully as possible. This activates the abdominal muscles, massages the organs of the abdomen, and strengthens the lower back muscles. At a pace of about 2 seconds per breath, you want at first to practice this form of yogic breathing for about one minute. Slowly over time you can increase to a continuous five minutes of practice in this yoga form each day.
CAUTION: If you suffer from a heart condition or high blood pressure, this practice is not recommended.

Remedies for Kapal Bhati Pranayam Yoga
A friend of mine used to practice Kapal Bhati everyday for 10 mins and she had lovely glowing skin. Also even when she put on weight, her stomach always looked toned. She never put on even a bit in her stomach area even when she had gained almost 25 pounds. Her father who is 65 years old also does yoga daily and he is extremely fit and looks like he is 10 years younger. So Kapal Bhati is a very effective way of getting flat and toned abs and looking young.

After I started doing kapalbhati pranayam, my migraines reduced, face glows. No more constipation (elimination is very good) and stomach has become flatter). I don't get colds either. Also, I steadily loose weight when I do this regularly.
