What Is ED?
Erectile dysfunction, or ED, occurs when a man is not able to get or keep an erection that is firm enough for sexual intercourse. Periodic erection issues are not necessarily cause for concern. Erectile dysfunction is typically considered an ongoing problem and may cause stress, relationship issues and diminished self-confidence.
Erectile dysfunction is a very specific disorder that involves definite symptoms. Erectile dysfunction or ED symptoms may include trouble getting an erection, difficulty keeping an erection or reduced sexual desire. Symptoms of erectile dysfunction are consistent and generally persist over time.
Male sexual arousal is a complex issue that involves the interaction of various factors. The brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels all work together to establish a male’s arousal. As such, several factors contribute to erectile dysfunction. Stress and mental health issues can worsen erectile dysfunction as can several physical and psychological issues. However, in most cases erectile dysfunction is caused by a physical issue. Heart disease, clogged blood vessels, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome can cause ED. Additionally, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, low testosterone and Peyronie’s disease may contribute to the development of ED. Likewise, certain prescription medications, extended tobacco use, alcoholism, treatments for prostate cancer and surgeries and injuries that affect the pelvic area and spinal cord can cause erectile dysfunction. Depression, stress and relational issues may also contribute to erectile dysfunction.
Natural ED Treatment
Several natural treatments for ED have been identified. One of Earth Clinic's most popular ED treatments involves the combination of cayenne pepper and garlic. Additional options include horny goat weed, hawthorn, ginseng and even borax. Apple cider vinegar, gingersnap cookies, grapeseed supplements and cilantro are additional treatment options. While ED often progresses with age, erectile dysfunction does not have to be a way of life. Regular exercise and a healthy diet can prevent a number of the underlying health conditions that cause or contribute to erectile dysfunction.

Over the last four months, my husband's libido has been decreasing. Maybe not his desire, but certainly his ability to maintain an erection. He was feeling really low and said he didnt feel like a man. I remembered reading many 'Yea' responses on the ACV page regarding the success of this remedy. I have been experimenting with ACV for myself and my dogs (weight loss, allergies, etc... ) and I wanted my husband to try it for his problem. He took a dose of it one night and the next morning, he was very proud of himself that things were 'looking up'. The ACV literally performed a miracle with just one dose. He now takes it daily (and I dont have to deliver it to him any more) and there have been no problems in that department anymore! I also think it has really helped with his allergies AND he's dropped a few lbs without any effort on his part.
EC - Can you please post this under Erectile Dysfunction? Someone had asked about whether ACV works and there are no responses on that particular ailment's page.

Hi all I went to the Chemist and purchased some Borax and had the intention to start to trial it for my condition of erectile disfunction. When I read the recomended use I realized that the main use for this product is for cleaning blocked drains as such. My question is, is this borax the correct product to ingest as suggested?

...Borax or sodium tetraborate hexahydrate, or related name is a boron mineral that is an essential minerals for mammals but are toxic for insects, parasites and hence is used to get rid of parasites and has a unique anti-fungal.
Most reported toxicity is boric acid, which is the acid component of boron, but the sodium borate is an alkaline component so it's toxicity is low. Israel has the world's lowest arthritis and rheumatism because the borax content high in their drinking water is high. Boron deficiency leads to osteoporosis and many problems associated with candida, lichen planus, and the like. I was once chemical industrialist and we used boron compounds added into infant formula and multivitamins to prevent boron deficiency. One of the most unique features of borons is it's toxicity of 2000 mg/kg of LD50 is equivalent toxicity equal to that of sodium chloride, which is salt. The single most unique element is boron I used is to fight against metastatic cancer rather successfully when taken along with two other critical components, lecithin taken before and after every meals, and alkalization also. Boron raises the body's immune system by normalizing the body's hormone system and raises libido and sexual impotence and has some unique viagra like properties in both men and woman. Boron is an essential minerals in stabilizing calcium and magnesium components in the blood. Its anti cancer properties of boron or borax owes it to the fact it can kill fungus, reduce mycotoxins and which is really the cause behind cancer, arthritis, candida, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. It reduces excessive calcification of the pineal gland which is the control center of the biological clock and is used to detoxify or reduce the toxicity of fluoridated water. In fact this is the antidote I used to prevent myself from death of accidental fluoride poisoning during my laboratory work with hydrofluoric acid. I wouldn't be hear typing this post if it hadn't been for borax saving my life on a couple of ocassions. One common poisoning that parents worry is when children eat up the almost most of the toothpaste tube and borax has saved their life. The toxicity of fluoride we used in toothpaste is actually more than 10 times more toxic than borax. Borax toxicity of LD50 is equal to that of Salt, which is safer than some of the pharmaceuticals that is FDA approved. Because of its effectiveness in most remedies, the fact that its an essential mineral and that it has saved my life, boron isn't going to go away that easily. Think of it this way: what happens if your child has accidental fluoride poisoning from toothpaste and doctors say there's nothing you can do about it?

Cayenne pepper - Erectile dysfunction
I have used different herbs that supposedly help with libido and erectile dysfunction or impotence. I have stopped taken these. Well in my case it was a circulation problem. Restore your erectile dysfunction "ED" by taking cayenne pepper. I'm a tall person so I took 4X470mg in capsule format and it restore magically in a few hours some circulation problems. Here are few pointers that cayenne peppers those in general
-Increase circulation throughout the body (including genital area)
-Strengthen the heart
-Regulates the heart beat
-Cleanse the blood vessels of plaque
-Help normalize blood pressure
I will be sticking with cayenne pepper for a little while and see the more benefit of it. Your system hasn't clogged in a day..it took like 10-20-30 years.. so maybe it will take a little time but most likely very little to restore the circulation and erectile problems with hormone message passing through the blood.

Garlic is and has been a miracle cure for a entire host of ailments. Candida, which causes a condition known as candida albacons is caused by the continued use of underarm deoderants, toothpaste, mouth washes, many prescription medications and the list goes on. There are enzymes in the body and its blood supply and organs. The use of the above mentioned products kills the enzyme that would otherwise be present to devour yeast in the body. When this happens, the yeast will over produce and is linked to over 98% of all known cancers (Meaning 100% of all known naturally occurring cancers). The enzymes found in raw garlic replaces the body's naturally occurring enzymes and takes on the role of instantly killing the yeast. When this happens, the bloat in your body will then shrink, you will breath much better, your kidneys will love you for garlic consumption. Your liver gets along with garlic very well as does the heart.
Mixing cayenne pepper with the consumption of raw garlic helps to dialate blood vessels all throughout your body. This combination is extremely effective for impotence. I have learned this information from trial and error and have it down now as a proven fact. ENJOY GODS gift of Garlic.

For Erectile Dysfunction: I recently switched my diet away from meat - beef, pork or chicken. A year later I developed ED.
So I began to take with breakfast, one tablet of 2ooomg of garlic and 1 tablet of 500 mg cayenne pepper.
Nothing changed until I added 1 tablet 50mg zinc, one tablet 500mg magnesium, and one tablet 500mg niacin to my diet. Within 2 days I was cured of ED.
BUT, do not take the cayenne pepper with the zinc, magnesium, or niacin. Take the cayenne separately, otherwise you will have hot flashes and itching.
I'm not sure which of the above, (zinc, magnesium, or niacin, ) is the cure, and I may try to find out by stopping one, and seeing what happens, but maybe not too. The 3 together work real good as far as I'm concerned, so why mess with a real good thing!
I also take 1 capful of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of Baking soda, and 2 eyedroppers of hydrogen peroxide every day before breakfast, though I did this before the ED.

For erection issues. Do burst training. Look it up on internet. It raises HGH (Human Growth H), and testosterone. It takes some time. Always consult with Doctor. It can be too intense for some. Takes 20 minutes 3 times a week. Also, eat nuts like broad beans, almonds, pastachios, brazil nuts, walniuts with raw honey. It need not be mixed together but eaten together. A small amount goes a long way. It's especially good eaten before bed. Ask doctor first. Can upset stomach.

Taking garlic capsules or garlic with vitamin C is very powerful for Ed issues. It can boost nictric oxide. Try with a small amount at first to test it out. Best on an empty stomach. Be careful in terms of upset stomach. Best if taken on an empty stomach. Increase the amount to see what works. Maybe more Vitamin c, or more garlic. See what's best for you. If done right. it's like rocket fuel. It Can also thicken the penis. Lowers blood pressure, so if your on meds. be careful. Also, it's best if no ejaculation has occurred for at least a week or 2 or more. Experiment and see.

I tried the Garlic / cayenne / hawthorne berry and grapeseed extract, all in supplement form, to help my impotence problem. I thought I was going to die. Approximately 30 minutes after I took the cocktail, I started cramping and broke out in a cold sweat.
Fortunately, it passed after a short while. But there was no positive outcome for me.
