Your own urine can be a powerful home remedy, especially as a way to immediately soothe the sting of insect bites, jellyfish venom, and the toxins in certain plants such as stinging nettles.
Urine is naturally antiseptic, making it great for treating fungal infections, preventing infections of open wounds, and generally restoring skin health (including getting relief from acne!).
Remedies for Urine Therapy
I always wanted to find another way of getting rid of the small pimples that grows on my face. I am very happy that I found this website because I did not know that urine is good to treat acne. So after I read every persons comment about the Urine Therapy, I decided to put urine on my face the areas where I have acne last night. I did not wash my face and when I woke up I saw a diference on my face. I saw that the small acne pimples that I had was strinking and also my face look clear. I am very satisfy with the results and I will continue using my urine. Thank you

Hi guys. I'm a 31 yr old female and I have lived with acne since I was 14, that's a long time. All I know is a pimply face, I don't know the meaning of smooth it's a shame. I always have pimples, no break for me and a whole lot of spot scars. I started today using urine on my face after washing with hot water only and pat drying. I just wanna know if applying my urine 3 times a day is enough and how much of it should I drink and how many times a day too. Please someone tell me there's hope for me especially in getting rid of my acne scars! Thank you in advance.

Hi there, read the comments on Urine Therapy and thought, 'why the hell not?'. I've been using it on my face for the last 2 weeks, one to two times a day and it has really cleared up my skin and made it glow. People have been commenting, not least my girlfriend who was very amused when i told her what I had been up to.
It's not horrible, it doesn't smell when it drys and if you are worried just rinse with water. i do it in the shower first thing wash the rest of my body and then rinse it off last thing. I've stopped using soap on my face as well and my chronic mild acne (20 years and counting!) and bumpy forehead has cleared right up.
thanks for all the posters, great site.

I have just started urine therapy topically for cystic acne and I can say that it does work wonders. I had 10 cystic acne lesions on my face and have put urine on my face (5 times a day) for two days so far and the cystic acne is almost gone. This is amazing as I have tried all of the other natural remedies for cystic acne and none have worked this quickly. I haven't brought myself to drinking urine yet, but who knows??

"The Water of Life" by J W Armstrong has many examples about urine therapy.

I remember a teacher of mine in high school mentioning how she had put urine on her face and it helped with her acne. Years and years later, it popped back up in my mind. I have been struggling with bumps on my forehead ever since I stopped using hormonal birth control. Urine Therapy has helped stubborn little bumps on my forehead and helped to even out my skin tone. Whenever I am at home, I have urine on my face. I try to keep in on as long as possible and only wash it off when I have company or go out. I have seen my bumps decrease by about 30% over that past 5 days, hopefully they will all go away. I only use fresh urine but I am thinking about keeping it and using older urine. I have never ingested it, but I may start, the health benefits of it are overwhelming and easily researchable. Any advice about this treatment for acne would be greatly appreciated! So far so good though!

Urine really works for acne. I get really deep or cystic acne. The kind you can't pop and if you do it just gets worse and leaves a scar. After reading about using it for acne on this website, I just had to try it for myself. I peed on a cotton swab when I woke up and held it for a minute or so on the pimple. After just a few minutes it seemed to have brought the pimple to a head. The next day I did it again and now it's almost gone. This will be the way I handle my cystic pimple from now on. Try it and see!

I'm really surprised this hasn't been posted, but the real remedy to acne or cystic acne is your own urine! Soak a cotton ball (first morning pee is best)hold it on the pimple, repeat every time you urinate, the pimple will go away. Contrary to popular belief, human urine is sterile and contains your own wasted antibodies. Don't knock it until you try it, it really works!

No, it is not. You need to drink your own urine because only your own urine contains nutrients and antibodies specific to your own body. So if you're looking to treat an auto-immune disease, introduce your own antibodies from urine and not somebody else's - this way you're treating YOUR illness. Best of luck!

Hello, I was wondering if urine therapy can help in autoimmunine diseases either internal take or external use on affected skin disorder.
One important question that I couldn't find the answer for:
Is it safe and more effective to use a healthy, athletic guy mid-stream morning urine who is not using any drug or meds, for urine therapy?

Today, as I was attempting to remove an egg from a pot of water, I accidentally poured boiling water on my right hand, into the delicate skin of the palm, as well as on the top of the thumb. Within seconds, little white blisters started forming, and the pain was becoming quite intense. I started panicking, thinking I had done irreversible damage, when I remembered urine-therapy. I quickly went to the bathroom, urinated in a cup (I was not able to pass much, only about 1 dl), and soaked a ball of cotton wool in it. I put this on the affected area, and the pain relief was INSTANT. When I removed it, the pain came back. So I kept the pressure on, until I could pass more urine, and repeated the procedure. I kept pressure on it for about half an hour, at which point the pain had almost gone down 100%. I removed the urine soaked cotton wool, and there were no blisters, hardly any redness, and almost no pain. This happened only a few hours ago, and there is no sign of me having scolded my hand with boiling water. Amazing!
I have also had success in applying urine to mosquito bites and bleeding cuts. I am about to start taking it internally, and will post an update on this in due time. I am feeling positive!

At the Rodeos if the men got a rope burn on their hand, they would pee on it (sounds disgusting) but it worked to heal the burn

Urine is a very useful and best eardrops and eye drops. For ear you can use the pure urine. For eyes you can dilute the urine with water or can use pure urine. For more informations you can read my blog: http://healthhariom.blogspot.com/
