I used Bill Munro's remedy a while back. First thing I noticed was my hair was turning back to brown, from being silver/brown. Also noticed after taking it for the first couple times, when I breathed in, it felt like for the first time I was using ALL of my lungs. This is a VERY WEIRD FEELING ! It's as if your whole life you're only using half your lungs. One thing I want to add. Walgreens may not use stabilizers in their 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. If you look on their label, its not listed on there. All the other brands list stabilizers. I'm hoping that means they don't add stabilizers. Maybe other people can comment on this. Anyway, I stopped using the remedy, but only because I got lazy. But now looking at the sliver creeping back into my hair, my ego and vanity will take over and put me back on the regime. Sigh.........Oh well at least I'll beat all my competition on the tennis courts. Via condias Amigos. ----------- Ps. Another amazing cure for everything from Fybramyalgia to cancer is Glyconutrients. Look it up on the net.

I used the 3% h202 inhaling method recently to get rid of a virus that I couldn't kick. I have to say that the first time I tried it I felt a little light headed because my lungs (I'm guessing) were not used to this level of oxygenation. By the second day it was fine. I suggest people start with only 1 or 2 pumps of 3% and see how they feel. If okay, try a few more an hour or two later. Work your way up to 6 pumps at a time slowly. Oh, and yes it was successful in getting rid of my virus. Took 3 days to feel better.

If anyone is concerned about about additives and stabilizers in the 3% H2O2 here's a tip to maybe try: drink Aloe Vera juice which is known to chelate heavy metals and toxins which might be present as stabilizers in the H2O2 and has other tremendous health benefits too!

NIGHT TIME HP inhalation - Is it necessary? What is the best method/timing?
Your website has saved my life....
First, the HP inhalation method has changed my life forever. my colds lasted for 3-4 weeks or longer... as soon as I began to use this method 10 years ago I lost my fear of the winter months, sometimes I would kill a cold in 2 days outright. BUT you are right... it is absolutely imperative that you start immediately of any early symptoms. If you wait even 3 to 6 hours, it can determine if your cold will last 2 days or 2 weeks.
I studied how these viruses attack the blood system. They rapidly get intertwined or mingled and take on another form that is hard to reverse; so you have to wait until the immune system fights it off the long slow way. BUT as soon as a symptom appears by applying HP you can kill the viruses in the very early stage.... but once that stage passes, it gets harder and harder to fight off.
Here is my big question which NO one seems to be addressing. To keep the inhaling going, shouldn't we be doing it through the night every 3-4 hours. If you go 8 or more hours without inhaling the virus can get a foothold again and return with a vengeance, being stronger than before. I've been experimenting with this. Using an alarm to wake up at least 2-3 times during the night. What do you do?

I have been trying to use the Hydrogen peroxide inhalation method but when the mist hits my throat, it burns and I begin coughing. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong, or am I just sensitive. Maybe I should dilute the peroxide.

RE Bill Munro's Inhalation of H202.. this is going to be used mainly to hopefully reduce, kill off, a large tumor, any breathing / lungs would be secondary.
I have reduced 35% to the 3% H202 as recommended, but am not sure if I got it right? As there be a fair bit of "foaming" in the mouth, after pumping several times when inhaling the 3% H202 we only experienced this when doing the One Minute C--e protocol when one increases the drops every day to 25 and then goes backwards! .. But was not expecting this foaming with 3% H202, and yes it is Food grade diluted. Thanks for your thoughts!
EC: Hi Jen,
Yes, there is typically foaming from the leftover 3% peroxide, and should be spat out. I mentioned this in EC's peroxide inhalation YouTube instructional video from 2014. Deirdre

You might further dilute to 1 or 1.5% for a time, and add some zinc and vitamin c to support the cleansing and milk thistle or Dandelion for the liver. After a week try the 3% again, the 1 or 1.5% will be of benefit too just slower
Best to you.

I am using the Bill Munro hydrogen peroxide protocol, but recently I had to nebulize with albuterol. Is it safe to nebulize with albuterol and inhale the hydrogen peroxide on the same day?

Hi Aurelia –
Actually, Dr. Brownstein (holistic doctor) just wrote on his blog about nebulizing 3% hydrogen peroxide for coronavirus. He gives the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to saline solution that he uses in his clinic. https://www.drbrownstein.com/there-is-still-hope-out-there-v:-more-about-nebulizing/
He doesn't mention whether to use a mask or a mouthpiece. Perhaps someone who already has a nebulizer can answer your question. Good luck!

My mum & I both used a nebuliser with HP solution when we had covid, it has a mask covering our mouth&nose. No worries with it. I found that the vapour rising up from the mask would aggravate my eyes so would sit with my eyes closed or use my hand to deflect vapour away from eyes.

Technically. H202 will kill any virus or bacteria it comes into contact with. I think it will do a great job of making the mouth and mucus membranes a very unfriendly place for a virus to breed. Follow some of the protocols for mouth rinsing and ear rinsing daily, and you decrease your chances of getting such an infection. Once you have it internally, I think H2O2 is less effective than the Lipisomal High dose Vitamin C taken orally, then switch to Colloidal Silver in the nebulizer several times a day and NO virus will survive in your system. I really wish the media would talk about these "cures" that the Chinese are using on their population with success.

I work in the service industry and have done this each evening before my shower to fix any viral load in my mouth. I do this first so the shower steam does not deliver virus to my lungs. I have been nebulizing but with an essential oil vaporizer. The only thing Ive been wondering is how long to do it for? If I get a twinge in my throat I do a spray to the back of the throat and spit out the foam

I don't see why not. A vapor nebulizer does create a fine mist, which is important to get it as deep into your lungs as possible. The important question or warning is about inhaling it into your nose and sinus passages. I'm no expert, but I keep reading that one should NOT inhale via the nose thus getting it into your sinuses. I suspect that the oxidizing nature of H2O2 can, and will eat through your delicate nasal membranes over time, and with too high a concentration of peroxide. That is just a common sense response. I could be wrong.

Posted by Volker (Berlin (Germany)) on 11/07/2020
From my understanding: It's a question of concentration/dilution. The advice not to spray in the nose is related to the undiluted 3% HPO. It will irritate too much. I use a 1% solution to spray in the nose and a 0.5% solution in a nebulizer. When nebulizing, I breath through the nose (also closing one nostril at a time) as well as through the mouth.

Having suffered with reflux, and stomach ulcers, I was afraid the hydrogen peroxide would irritate my throat, and cause the ulcers to come back, so very nervously for the first time I tried drinking 9 drops of the 3% in distilled water, I got a lot of white foam in my mouth, and felt sick, and had a burning sensation down my throat, but only had taken two mouthfuls I think perhaps I used too little distilled water, I put the rest in the bath, Yesterday I only took 1 drop, and increased it gradually to three, and felt comfortable with that. I was just fine. Now today I put 9 drops in distilled water and boiled it to inhale for about ten minutes, it was very relaxing and I felt happy that it wasn't going down into my stomach but straight into my lungs. I will do this again this evening, and see how I'm feeling. I have had a recent diagnosis of a lump on my appendix, and I also have osteoarthritis, while experiencing bouts of inflammation to my joints, I'm hoping for some improvement with this treatment.

Dear Jude,
It would seem odd that you could use the peroxide for 6 months and then it would cause trouble. I am not saying impossible, I don't really know, but I am wondering if there could be another cause.
For example, Pepto Bismol can cause a black tongue. Even just one or two doses. So, I am wondering if you have taken anything new that could be related.

Darren,
With a chronic condition such as asthma, you want to be more cautious than the rest of us. However, this doesn't mean you want to quit and stop trying to improve yourself.
If the 3% peroxide irritated me, then I would try a 1.5% peroxide solution. Further, if I found the 1.5% peroxide was too much for me, then I would try a 1% peroxide solution. I would start at a relatively low percentage level where I felt comfortable. Then, and only then, would raise my dosage to a higher percentage level.
In one study H2O2 was slightly irritating at 2.2 ppm, but not at 0.5 ppm.

COPD
Posted by Bill (San Fernando) on 12/28/2014
Hi Bob...The best and cheapest effective protocol against COPD and emphysema is Bill Munroe's Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method which is full described at the top of
this page on EC.
Ted from Bangkok also advises taking 1000 mgs each of N Acetyl-Cysteine and Taurine to help aid breathing. MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane) -- 1/2 to one full teaspoon once a day in water will also help. All these compounds contain essential sulfur in the right form form the body. These sulfur nutrients will therefore help in the production of glutathione for detox, will reduce inflammation and will help reduce excess histamines in the body which also aids normal breathing.

I notice very few are still posting. Bill and I were friends online for 10 years. I was not sick or in need of peroxide at that time. For the last two years I have had COPD and today it is bad. I cannot walk. I use a motorized wheelchair. I am a healthy 81 year old and use a CPAP. All doctors say there is no cure but they are trying to keep it under control. I tried albuterol for months and can't say much. I also try colloidal silver but got weak and scared. Still am using albuterol and colloidal silver. Last night I tried peroxide in my nebulizer and I got weak again. I spit up and now feel fine. But I can't dress myself without puffing. And am wondering if any of you have any good news from your use.

I see that Terry is also from the United Kingdom? And his message is very up to date? in fact just 4 days ago? I would like to ask Terry where on earth did he get 35 per cent Hydrogen Peroxide from? It is against the law from any seller to stock more than 12 per cent? Only companies can purchase 35 per cent food grade?? In fact most of the chemists have been told they cannot sell 3 per cent!! These bottles I used for mouth washes? It seems so ridiculous! They only cost £1.05 per bottle, how petty can the medical profession be??? Was Terry using simply 3 per cent hydrogen peroxide? As is available on Amazon or Ebay? I have also found out in case anyone is unaware? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS 3 PER CENT 8 PER CENT 6 PER CENT OR `12 PER CENT FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE! Please be careful as I went onto a proper site who states 3,6,8 or 12 hydrogen peroxide is NOT FOOD GRADE! I would like to ask Terry or indeed anyone else? Can we use ordinary 3 per cent hydrogen peroxide??? Many thanks Rosina from East London

Hi Terry,
Oh goodness me, so sorry I never saw your reply! You replied in 2018 and it is now 2020! Thank you so much for your information, and how strange that last week I was able to buy 3 per cent Hydrogen peroxide food grade from a company on Amazon.co.uk for round about £23.00 for two x 500 bottles, so I am pleased because it is Food grade. I also bought a 5.5 litre large square plastic container containing distilled water round about £18 I think. Not tried it yet, as researching and trying to help a lady in the USA who is on bottled oxygen, and chronic respiratory problems, awful mucus, and a tumour in the pituitary part of the brain. So thank you so much, and do hope you have improved your condition, if not cured it!!
So sincere aplogies I never replied as I jump around all over Earth Clinic which has so many entries. How wonderful to know us people are trying to help each other. We wouldn't get that from the medical profession!
Kind regards, Rosina x
p.s. the distilled water might have come from APCPURE? cant remember but they definitely both came from Amazon.

Hi, I would imagine that If the strength is weaker then you would need to inhale more than that if 3% strength. It does taste awful and nips my throat inhaling it at 3% and makes me cough and splitter using with a nebulizer. I can report though that just after using it for 2 days I feel much more oxygen in my body. As for the taste, try sucking a mint while you are inhaling it. Good luck.
