Not reporting a cure yet. Hope that comes at some point. Just found a method for inhalation of peroxide that works well for me. I had an old Nebulizer and tubing from a prior run at the doctor for acute bronchitis and exasperated copd. I did not have a pump anymore, as it was a rented one.

I diluted the peroxide by mixing it with distilled water, 2/3 water to 1/3 peroxide 3%. I measured that mixture into the medicine cup, and, don't laugh, attached the tubing to a bicycle tire pump. I am currently taking 3 to 6 pumps, aiming for at least 3 times a day. After the first treatment, I got a little dizzy, but that quickly passed, and while I don't exactly feel energizer bunny just yet, I feel more alert. Hope to have an update soon.

Thanks for the wonderful information on your site. Sharon

Hi John.

Glad to hear that all is going well for you with the Hydrogen peroxide. I see where you mentioned you take it most days. Just a suggestion - try and take the H2O2 every day, you will get better results faster. All the best to you.

Here is my remedy for chronic sinus problems - I like to spread the word. 1) 1 teaspoon of black seed oil (nigella sativa) at night. 2) In the morning, oil pull with organic, cold pressed, unrefined coconut oil. Work up to 20 minutes. I do it in the shower. I have done this for the last couple years....my sinus issues are adios!

Good luck!

Theresa (Tallahassee, Florida), I appreciated your article. I have had what is believed to be pneumococcal (systemic with many strong symptoms beside severe acute bronchitis) since late October 2015. I have had 2 regular doctors, 2 ER visits, an Infectious disease specialist (with a new one coming up at the end of this month), a cardiologist, and a pulmonologist! My situation was pretty bad initially but then worsened around Thanksgiving. The doctors haven't really done much (and nothing to cure the problem but just help with symptoms - which hasn't worked). Pneumococcal - Streptococcus Pneumoniae... Despite the name, the organism causes many types of pneumococcal infections other than pneumonia. These invasive pneumococcal diseases include bronchitis, rhinitis, acute sinusitis, otitis media, conjunctivitis, meningitis, bacteremia, sepsis, osteomyelitis, septic arthritis, endocarditis, peritonitis, pericarditis, cellulitis, and brain abscess. BTW, I was on that same antifungal medication (Itraconazole) in 2009 for a rare type of fungal pneumonia (Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis) from 1/19/2009 until early April of 2009 before it finally knocked out the fungal infection! In the current case, I have been on a 10-day cycle of 500mg Levofloxacin and a 10-day cycle of 750mg Levofloxacin in December to early January. Nothing. Which means that it could be fungal - or a pneumococcal strain (Streptococcus pneumoniae) that is resistant to Pneumococcal Bacteria (of the 90-some known strains, all are resistant to sulfa-based antibiotics, most are resistant to penicillin-based antibiotics, and up to 30% are resistant to Levofloxacin - and all other antibiotics except Vancomycin (no known strain of S. Pneumoniae is resistant to Vancomycin... so of course no one will consider that option). Anyway, until it gets to the point of getting in to see the new Infectious Disease specialist (who is supposed to be top notch - and who got things cleared up in 2009), I am going to use the Hydrogen Peroxide mist therapy (using saline mist sprayers as I don't have a nebulizer). I believe that in addition to killing off bacteria, fungi, mold, viruses, whatever, that it has a strong capability to loosen up clogged congestion, especially (as in my case where there is strong inflammation that causes chest congestion to "dry up" and clog internal bronchial / lung surfaces... in other words, a very good liquifier and expectorant. I hope that your condition has cured up.

Dear Theresa; are you still doing the hp treatment and do you feel it's helping? I have COPD and emphysema and have been put on albuterol at $50 a month with no noticeable change other than a shrinking of the bank account. Doctors seem to be of little help. My last one that I visited for chest congestion and difficulty swallowing ordered bloodwork and an xray. When the labs came back I was told that my cholesterol was a little high, but in range. Small comfort, considering I was CHOKING to death. MUST be the cholesterol. When I asked about the xray, I was referred to a pulmie in Tallahassee, a Dr. Ha....an, for an appointment in August. Any experience with this? Thanks for your sharing and lol. Garry

Hi Alice.

I really cannot provide you with the information you requested about stopping oxygen at night, or about your ulcer. All I can say is that starting the program will be the best thing for you, perhaps you can do both methods, ie; drinking and inhalation method, I do both every day now with wonderful results, and amaze myself with what I am able to achieve, it just gets better and better with time. Alice I do wish you all the best on your journey to good health. Geoffrey

You need an assessment of your health. Go to jingherbsanalysis.com and do TCM assessment, then set up a free 15 min. Consult with them or $150 consult, they will give you a $150 certificate, so it is still free. I have tried to find an online diagnostic service where you answer close to 1000 questions about your health and symptoms, but have no luck so far. I used them in 2006-07, they are in Hawaii and it is all computerized. If I find it I will let you know. You need to know what is going on. Resetting your body is another way to go, but google about it. Ice water showers is all I know. You need to stress your body enough for it to reset itself and that is something you need to decide for yourself. With too many symptoms you need to step back and evaluate it from the holistic approach. You did not tell anything about yourself, symptoms, the approach would be different if you are 25 or 65.

I have chronic bronchitis. MDs almost killed me. They failed to diagnose hypothyroid disease for years until I was almost dead. All they did was prescribe antibiotics for years, which ruined my entire body and my health. It's been a long road back, but now I'm much healthier. H2O2 was a huge part of my recovery in ALL areas.

I use 1/2 H2O2 (Buy 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide at Whole Foods) and 1/2 distilled (DO NOT use tap) water in my nebulizer cup. Inhale this for 15 minutes. If this is too strong or too long for you, work up to it. I use it every other day.

You also might want to try Probiotics and/or organic Apple Cider Vinegar (2 TBSP/DAY) for your intestinal problems. Also buy a juicer! Veggie juice will help cure everything! Get rid of ALL junk food-sugar, flour, anything processed. Eat organic as much as you can.

Best advice, find a good integrative MD and stay away from conventional MDs. I would be dead by now if I was taking medical advice from them. Also read online the symptoms of hypothyroid. If you think you have it, find an integrative DR. who will actually listen to you, and prescribe these hormones.

Turmeric is the answer to boils, staph - I have used after learning on EC for years. Buy a very large bag at the local Indian grocer, take a teaspoon at a time several times a day when you have boils, works wonders, dries up quick, pain stops. Search the site and read all about this spice.

Ole Bill Munro extended his life from 64 to 89 using the cheap stuff.

What I have observed is that the less learneded you are, then the higher your standards are . Some think that makes them more smarter than Ted, Bill, Timh, Dave, and others. If you read their messages, it is plain and simple. They do not try and snow you with "Stuff".

Hi guys,

Just curious if there's any reaction between the metal spring on the spray nozzle and h2o2 that goes through (or stagnant in) it? Does it accelerate the decomposition and render it weaker (or useless)? Or worse still, the reaction gives of toxic metal oxides? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

I've researched a lot about h2o2 and as it is healing you, people can experience different symptoms I'm led to believe, that one of them is fatigue due to the extra stress put on your system due to the peroxide doing healing and cleansing within your cells. It should pass through time. Thought I would share this with you.

Hi Robert,

H202 is good. What others said is all good.

However to detox. Take Lobelia Tincture, half the dosage mentioned in the bottle for first dose. If you can tolerate take full dose (may be 30 drops). After the 1st day you will cough up phlegm, toxins, from the lungs. Keep continuing till you are feeling fine you will come and thank me. Lobelia secretes lung fluids and expels the adhered toxins by coughing up (what more natural than this). Hyssop, Mulien is lung healer and rejuvenator.

Comfrey is the sanjeevini of North America (if you know what sanjeevini is)

Search EC for Jack's Tea on the emphysema page. It works like a charm.

Good Health

I feel fine other than I really get winded just even walking across the room. thank you so much for any help you can suggest.

HI U LIZ, , , , , , what a pretty name . That was my Mississippi Grand Ma's name. My Grand Dad called her Lizzie. You know how country folks are.

Anyways, you interested in how to breath easier while sleeping. We used the # 1 acid water from our Alkaline Water Ionizer only because we did not want to scale up our humidifier. Distilled water will do just as well. Tap water will work, but it will eventually scale up your humidifier. That scale can be cleaned out with vinegar.

Hope this helps.

HI U TRICIA, , , , , , , , my ancestors came from Belfast way back in the early 1800's, so we kissin kin.

I would say that all 3% H2O2 bought in a brown bottle in a store has stabilizers in it. However, the fella who got EC started on this many years ago inhaled this type for 25 years and died last year at age 89. If it worked for Bill Munro, then I don't have a problem with it. That is what we used.

In the research I have done on this site and others it says Tap water is not okay to use with HP nor spring water, Distilled is best and what is always recommended. Reasons given are non distilled waters have minerals or may have fluoride treatments etc and this counteracts the effectiveness of the HP, i.e. reduces its effectiveness, so can no longer produce the desired effects on the body.

So glad I found this website. Today I spoke with Mr Munro. I believe I found a place to help with allergy symptoms, and breathing, and sinus, and allergy problems.

I am a hairdresser by trade, and several years back, I became toxic from not wearing gloves and using a lot of hair chemicals. Some I breathed, some went into my system through my skin, and even sinuses. It took a while, but I did have worse allergies of all kinds, right away, but last winter, and about this time of the year it started, I got horrible congestion in my sinuses, and chest. I then got pneumonia, for the first time, and it really didn't totally leave. It was on it's way to another year of the same, only it started earlier this year. I bought powdered vitamin c, took it, and got my inhaler refilled, used nasal spray, went to an allergest, and the nasal spray, made the whole thing worse. I also got a prescription for eye drops because my eyes burned like fire and were, and are dry. My lungs were so full of mucous, that I could not breathe well, and I was exausted, all day, and my personality changed from hopeful, during the summer, to thinking, here it is fall, and I was better, now I am exhausted, and I have so much to do. I talked to Mr Munro, on the phone today, and I am so hopeful. I had a pump sprayer, that I dumped the contents, washed it out, and am inhaling the 3%. Yesterday, I was so tired, and I mean exhausted from all of the congestion, and not being able breathe right, or think straight because of being tired, I could hardly navigate, at the grocery. My son, had pointed out that this time of the year, I get touchy, and I was aware, he was right, and I also realized that all of my winter projects, always got put on hold through my life, because probably all my life, the breathing problem in the winter, and allergy, and fatigue was there. I am fair, and have blue eyes, then in the winter and the furnace is on, the house is closed up, and the fact that I had all of the chemical exposure, it must have shown up in the last years, and got worse last winter, and really never left, and now I am hopeful, as I used the mister several times today, and I am breathing better, but the mucous is still present, and loosening, but I know , now that this is what to do. I would appreciate any input anyone has with similar problems, and I am so grateful that Mr Munro was so gracious to share all he knows and to be so kind, and helpful to me. I know this is part of why he is on the earth, to help who he does, and then we help who we do, as a result of him being so unselfish to share his information. I will share what helps me, and is, and it will pass on through us all. I will put my email on the letter I am writing as I might not find any replies, as I am new here, for the second day now. Thank you all, and Thank You Mr Monroe. Peace

Dosage
Posted by Herman (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) on 02/21/2012

I have started using Bill Munro's method but find that the doses I inhale are too small to kill off the bacteria and I still produce a lot of phlegm and/or mucus that is (most of the time) difficult to get rid if. Bill states that one must inhale a level of oxygen that kills the bacteria only then will there be relief. The question is to what levels? Has anyone experience with this? How many pumps does one apply each time or does one keep going till the right dose is found? Your comments will be much appreciated.

I have been in contact with Bill Munro regarding 3% hydrogen peroxide inhalation therapy. He made it abundundantly clear that the HP you buy at drug stores is perfectly OK — even with stabilizers.

When I pointed out to him that I had read a lot of posts stating H202 with stabilizers is a real no-no, he said, "Baloney! Don't concern yourself! I've been doing it for umpteen years now and I'm healthy and I haven't had any negative effects."

In the hopes of inhaling a finer mist, I cancelled my Conair facial sauna order and just ordered a MistyMate 2point5 instead. Will see how it goes. My throat got a little irritated on the 1% strength, so I now use a point5% (1/2 %) strength and I like it better. That is 5 parts water to one part of the 3% peroxide from Dollar General or Wal-Mart. My pain did well today inhaling every hour and I am looking forward to receiving the MistyMate because it appears to deliver a large amount of fine mist.

Still inhaling the. 5 percent (1/2 %) peroxide with favorable results. Intend to do this long term. Hope to turn any grey areas in my hair to the natural brown like Bill Munro. Still inhaling every half hour when pain is present (3 sprays per breath for 5 breaths) and every hour or two when pain is not present and also whenever I get up during the night.

If cancer is caused by a breakdown in the immune system, and the immune system uses hydrogen peroxide as it's primary defense, then inhaling hydrogen peroxide it seems would reactivate the immune system and possibly cure cancer. That is what I hope with myself, to become immune to and possibly cure any cancer in my body, which I would not be surprised that I have. That is what I hope to accomplish with H2O2 inhalation long term.

I still inhale the. 5% peroxide about every hour of the day, after meals and also when I wake up at night, which is maybe twice or so. I have been inhaling for over 4 months now, and nothing I have tried over the last 18 years beats this H2O2 inhalation for a facial pain situation.

Three sprays per breath for ten breaths, using a 2 oz spray bottle from Wal-Mart which costs about $1, using the bottled 3% peroxide from Wal-Mart or Dollar General diluted 5 parts well water (tap water and not chlorinated) to 1 part 3% peroxide.

Now I can eat anything and instead of pain, I just do some sprays and the pain is very much suppressed. I used to worry about what I was going to eat, avoiding hot peppers and many other foods like nuts or sugar. It didn't seem to matter what I ate that brought on pain, but now, it is just the opposite where it doesn't matter what I eat, the pain stays subdued.

I do avoid corn, however, because it stirs up fungal conditions like atheletes foot with me.

First question.. I know that you have answered questions concerning this many times, but what I want to know is how long do I leave the nebulizer run and how many times a day(with 1% hydrogen peroxide)? My son, who has severe Cerebral palsy, goes from a cold to pneumonia. When that happens he has to go to the hospital for a week and get antibiotics, and treatments to clear his very congested lungs! . I want to do everything for him at home instead. I read 1% hydrogen peroxide in the nebulizer. Also saw vinegar and sea salt. Does that mean I should do all 3 in the nebulizer?

Do I give him Zopenex(Med) too. When he starts with a cold we do xopenex(via nebulizer) every 2-4 hours to open up his lungs.

Next question...... I give him 1/2 tsp. of Himalyan salt a day in his tube feeding. His food goes directly into the jejunum. He also has to have everything that accumulates in his stomach drained out 24/7. The reason is that his reflux is so bad that he will aspirate anything left in there. But in doing that he is losing electrolytes. That is why I give him the himalyan salt. Any suggestions on what I can give him to replace electrolytes? Magnesium and potassium get low and he has to be hospitalized for that too!

Cindy you could try good quality pure coconut water (no added sugar/water) to replace electrolytes, this is what many athletes use. Also, you could give him magnesium baths using ancient minerals bath salts (magnesium chloride), absorbs rapidly through the skin. All the best.

I started using the 35 percent dropper method in distilled water several weeks ago. Well, I caught a cold and it is one of the toughest colds I have had in years! I thought that this would help. It has now settled in my lungs, I am constantly coughing and wheezing. I have decided to try the Bill Munro method using the 3 percent.

My question is: is it normal to feel that peroxide bubbling and slight stinging in the throat after inhaling? I am using small spray bottle to administer.

Click on the "remedies" page at the top. Go the "Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method". It shows a picture of the bottle and explains that it is a mist "sinus spray" bottle.... Purchased with the sinus medication in it... But you empty it out to fill it with your HP. Bill Munro states that he uses regular store bought 3% HP.... Also what gets rid of my sore throat. Good luck.

With taking hydrogen peroxide orally, you must increase the drops by one daily up to 16 days. Take it 3 times a day on an empty stomach. If you have ill effects from that day's dose, don't quit taking it, just decrease the drops back to the dose that did agree with you for a couple of days and then try to increase it again by one drop. Day 1 is 3 drops. Increase by one drop daily until day 16. Then maintain on that amount. If you want to stop, decrease the drops by one, daily.

My question is, is it ok to nebulise 3% h202 while on oxycontin slow release pain killers? I tried it today and my lungs and nose feel a bit sore even when I reduced it to 1and 1/2%. Mind, I did smoke a cig 5mins later! I also have just had a full hip replacement, but not too concerned about that. My lungs feel a bit painful, has anyone else had this while nebulising, and is it maybe a possible Herxheimer reaction? Gratefull for n e help or comments thanks x

HI, I tried inhaling 3% HP from the chemist (with stabilisers) 11 days ago. I inhaled about 4 sprays about 3 times.

Ever since this I have had a burning sensation in the top of my chest, has anyone else experienced this? If so, how long does it last and should I seek medical advice?

Any help much appreiciated,

Jason

Hi Jason from Witham, Essex, England,
Don't take it. Only food grade hp and lower the dose to one spray and gradually work up to your desired dosage hope it will work.

just a couple of observations: if you are having adverse reactions either

a)you are using it incorrectly with the wrong dilution ratio of h202 to water (probably the main cause)

b) have a sensitivity to it, just as some people take 500mg's of a pain killer whereas, others may only take 200mg's for the same effect. *****Theraputic doses can vary from person to person even with natural remedies*****.

Also, I smoked for many many years but have quit and now see the IRONY of being afraid to try BMIM while once upon a time I was a 2-pack-a-dayer (each and every cigarette containing over 4,000 deadly chemicals ugh! ). I think any of these remedies should be approached with research and starting small up to what works for you. God Bless!

i went to the local drug store and the nasel sprays were 15 dollars! So I bought an empty mini spray bottle (the kind for putting hair spray and that kind of stuff when you fly on a plane so it takes up less room. Im wondering if it has as fine of a mist as the nasal spray. Im not sure if the HP is actually getting into my lungs or just my throat. thanks!
