Hello I am a 39 yo female with Addison's Disease & Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia, I started doing the 3% hydrogen peroxide in a nose spray bottle 6 drops in back of my throat every 4 hours for fatigue & muscle spasms. It did help me get more energy however I started noticing after 3 days of using that I was getting bad acid reflux, painful tightness of the throat, severe dizziness, nausea, abdominal bloating, hypertension, gas, and the scariest of all as soon as I would inhale the Hydrogen Peroxide my fingers would swell up and turn shiny red/blue & they would get numb & tingly. It happened every time. That was enough to make me stop. 3 days after I quit inhaling the symptoms continued to plague me except I had no finger swelling. The acid reflux & dizziness has been the worse. Today is 5th day and I do feel better & symptoms have subsided. I used the 3% peroxide to clean my face today and within a hour my face looked like there were burns on it? Very red & it looks burned. Does this mean I am allergic to this stuff? I have been battling candida yeast when I started taking it too. I do not understand all these symptoms while on this stuff. It was the most awful experience I have ever had. I was so dizzy I couldn't function. I threw up mucus because acid reflux was so bad. I didn't know if I was sensitive to it because of my addison's or was it a reaction to the yeast or what. Because I did like the energy when I used it. Could you please tell me what you think happened? Thank you

I keep a solution of pure water and H202 (20:1 ratio) on my bathroom sink for oral cleansing. I once had a stomach acid back up so bad I felt as though I had drank battery acid ( not too much exaggerating it was soooo painful), so I ran to the bathroom and sprayed enough of my sol. to gargle with and INSTANT relief. Not 100% but I stopped crying. I did it again and then followed this by mixing 1 TBS acv and 1/2 tsp of organic baking soda. what a life saver!

First off, I just want to say that I have been HOOKED on earthclinic for the past month or so. I have multiple problems that I have been researching and earthclinic has alot of excellent resources. I have been doing Bill Munro's inhalation therapy with H202 as directed (straight 3% peroxide in a nasal pump). I started 5 days ago (5-10 pumps 3 or 4 times a day) and I feel GREAT!!!! I have more energy, better mental clarity and even my dark circles are getting lighter!!! I feel like for the first time my body is actually getting enough oxygen. I will definitely keep up the therapy for a while to see if this helps my asmtha, candida, allergies, ....my lungs have been less tight during this allery season. I've also been oil pulling with Olive Oil for the past week....my mouth seems healthier and my taste seems better. I will probably try sesame oil to see if I get even more results. Best of luck to everyone!!!!!

My wife (62) and I (61) have been taking H2O2 since 1998. I brush my teeth every third day with a 50ml distilled water and 20 drops 35% food grade H2O2.
We both orally drink 25ml with 10 drops 35% FG H2O2 each in the morning half an hour before we have our coffee. Oxygen gives life.

You're very right Sandra, in the U.K they have used hydrogen peroxide for many yrs until the drug companies hammered it. But funny they still use honey for ulcers. Honey turns to hydrogen peroxide when it meets skin, carrot and cranberry juice are rich in it. With that, if hydrogen peroxide did cause cancer, we would have to stay away from rain water, veggies and fruits.

You're right about the drug companies. That's why they put chlorine in our water, to take the hydrogen out. funny, since they started doing that cancer and other fungal rated went up from 1 in 26 to 1 in 4, did some reading on flouride as well.....banned in europe for a reason, why are we still using it?

I have been inhaling peroxide for about a month now-the first couple of weeks I was sick with laryngitis (I believe that was my body's way of getting rid of bacteria). Now when I inhale it, I only experience the positive effects of it once in awhile. The very first day I did it, I felt more alert, then I was sick with laryngitis, now I only feel alert and more energy once or twice a week (I am inhaling it every 4 hours or so and 5-7 sprays). Am I doing it wrong? Any feedback would be appreciated!

To Pam: I have been doing the peroxide inhalation on and off for the last 2 years and can tell you it doesn't necessarily give you more energy if you have candida and fungus issues. The peroxide is superb for viruses though. Try an anti-yeast diet and you should feel more energy within a few days!

I did some experimenting on my own after reading numerous articles on H2O2 inhalation methods. I contracted some kind of virus that affected my lungs..with coughing spasms. I filled my cool mist humidifier with 1 gallon of reverse osmosis water and 2 ozs 35% food grade H2O2 and slept with this on thru the night for several nights. First thing I noticed, was that I was able to breathe considerably better with less coughing. This is strictly my own concoction..I was desparate, as conventional medicine was not doing anything for me. Thought I would pass this remedy on......
Where to Find Nasal Pumps
Posted by Coregon (Medford, Or, Usa) on 04/10/2010
I had a great idea for Hydrogen Peroxide inhalers, if you don't want to use the nose spray bottles. I was looking online for fine mist spray bottles and came across a perfume atomizer..the kind used back in the 50's, glass with a tube and bulb (to squeeze to make mist come out). There are also modern glass perfume atomizers. I've found these at essential oil shops, and perfumeries, as well as on Amazon and Ebay. They produce a very fine mist, and are made of glass. The only thing to keep in mind is it would be better to buy a tinted glass (they sell dark blue) rather than clear, since peroxide should not be exposed to light. The average price for a small bottle is about $2.50. (Note: Because the contents will be going into your lungs, you would not want to use an old perfume bottle, even if washed, it retains residual perfume).

I was diagnosed with HPV (the kind that causes genital warts). I inhaled the peroxide for about 2 weeks, and put one cap ful of Rite Aid peroxide in a 20 ounce bottle of water. I went to the doctor for my annual in Nov, and the HPV was gone.

I followed the Bill Munro instructions for peroxide in relation to meal time. I did slip up a couple of times, and I remember feeling bubbling up in my stomach, but no pain or anything. I'm currently doing it now and I am doing it 1 hour before a meal. I pumped the nasal sprayer five or six times in the back of my throat while inhaling.

Hi, My name is Raoul and I have Asthma, Bronchitis and Allergic to pretty much everything. (I love my cats! :P)
Ive just used a 1.5% FG HP in the mouth and 1 spray up each nostril to stop a allergic reaction to something i've been in contact with. After a slight tingle, the irritation seems to have stopped (withing 1 minute) after 10 mins it still feels the inside of the nostrils is still a bit swollen (from the reaction). And sinds its nearly bed time I wont inhale it just yet. (i need every minute on my 4 sleep-cycles :P) ill keep you guys posted on the progress.
To all the future users: get Food grade HP. Use distilled water to dilute. Don't fear, let Knowledge guide you!

I've been a smoker for many years and am trying to quit. I have been reading about the HP Inhalation on this wonderful site, and was quite excited to try it, and started it last night. I have to say with only 3 puffs, I could breathe better than I have in a long time! But..I did come upon some information which concerns me greatly and would like to share with you all in hopes of some knowledgable feedback.
[Smokers and individuals who have used prescription and nonprescription drugs delivered into the lungs are well advised to seriously reconsider H2O2 inhalation therapy. Upon entering the lungs, the oxidation reaction dislodges and delivers some substances directly into the bloodstream. In the case of smokers, this results in a possible extreme nicotine overdose that can cause heart failure.]
The above excerpt is on this page:
http://www.silvermedicine.org/h2o2.html
Any thoughts on this? Ted? anyone?
Thank you
EC: Better to read the entire section from that website:
http://www.silvermedicine.org/h2o2.html
"ALL CAUTION must be used when considering using H2O2 combined with colloidal silver ( and H2O2 in general ) delivered directly into the lungs. The danger lies in the commonly held belief that few adverse effects are possible. This conclusion has been drawn based on the fact that many people use dilutions as high as 3% hydrogen peroxide with no ill effects.
However, certain conditions in the lungs can cause extremely harmful and potentially lethal reactions. Furthermore, less noticeable reactions are possible that have long term implications on health.
Smokers and individuals who have used prescription and nonprescription drugs delivered into the lungs are well advised to seriously reconsider H2O2 inhalation therapy. Upon entering the lungs, the oxidation reaction dislodges and delivers some substances directly into the bloodstream. In the case of smokers, this results in a possible extreme nicotine overdose that can cause heart failure.
It is unknown if this reaction occurs in the same manner with other contaminants such as harmful dusts and pollutants normally not adsorbed through the lungs into the bloodstream. However, it is evident that cell permeability is altered, and therefore all caution must be employed as a matter of life and death.
Furthermore, certain anaerobic bacterial conditions in the lungs can also spark an intensified H2O2 reaction causing possible extreme damage to lung tissues themselves. Again, the danger is that these conditions ( not currently qualified ) are not prevalent, and it is easy for one to be lulled into false sense of safety, thereby putting others at uniformed risk.

Hi Lynn from Texas, Just wanted to say YEA-RAH to someone who dared to try something different and found it made the whole family feel better. Also wanted to say that bleach (used to-don't know what the new stuff they call bleach will do) would kill mold also, so you might want to spray a little bleach on it and see if it will still kill the mold.

UV-C germicidal light with Ozone will kill airborne bacteria, virus, mold pores, and even mold inside walls. For room size of up to 600 sqft, I'd get a light with at least 30-Watts with a remote control timer & use it for an hour every few weeks as needed. Since UV-C light is harmful to eyes, exposed skin, plants, animals, the room must be vacated and well-ventilated afterward to get rid of ozone gas.

Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation: While in Tucson, Arizona for an extended stay I caught a respiratory virus that nearly stopped my clock. The coughing was so severe and so frequent that I feared I would have a stroke. It was so bad that I literally could not sleep and was declining in health rapidly. I tried every over the counter cold medication I could buy with no improvement. Finally in desperation I bought a "Ocean Saline Nasal Sprayer Inhaler" --emptied out the contents --and replaced the saline with Hydrogen Peroxide 3% straight from the drug store shelf.I sprayed the H202 both in my throat and nose and relief was immediate. Within 3 hours the cough was under control. I continued using the spray for a week until the virus was killed. The only negative part of the cure was I lost my sense of smell and taste for several months. My taste and smell slowly returned to normal over a 6 month period. To say that I was scared by this virus, would be a gross understatement. To say that I am THANKFUL for H202, would also be an understatement. I am convinced it truly saved my life. 55 year old male.

Muscle spasms/leg cramps
In the middle of the night, I am often awakened by horrific leg cramps (calves). I, too, remembered the Bill M. peroxide inhalation....took out my handy-dandy nasal spray bottle with 3% peroxide, and inhale about four sprays at once, and hold my breath as long as I can. The pain disappears within ten seconds. This works for me, and might help someone else.

after years of adult onset asthma, i feel "a lot" better since taking a tsp. of straight cider vinegar at night before bed. i hardly ever wake up wheezing, anymore. also, i have tried peroxide inhalation (50/50 mix of 3% peroxide with water in a spray bottle 2x a day.) stings like heck at first, but i can breathe through my nose again. i also take 1500 mg, or more, of vitamin c per day. i feel great again!

I have just tried the inhalation method. I went to a pool store to get Hydrogen peroxide without stabilizers. The only one they had was 27% with water only. So I diluted this to 4 drops to 1 oz. I am happy with the increased energy I feel. I am hoping this will keep my candida under control. I will try the spray every 2 hours. I noticed my appetite has decreased a great deal.

Pool supply has food grade hydrogen peroxide. It has no additives and so is labeled Pool grade to clear water of germs but is food grade. It's just not ususally the 35%, it's lower. If you look to food grade suppliers, you will also find they sell the pool grade and list it as food grade.

Lately I have been having a hell of a time with digestive issues. Not sure what is going on -- it may be that I am eating way too much hormone injected chicken and turkey now that I moved in with my partner, who has to eat meat at least once a day or he gets sick. On the other hand, I ate a Trader Joe's garlic naan last week at home with a homemade curry and woke up to extreme abdominal pain and brain fog. Second time that happened with the naan, will have to check the ingredients next time I go. So perhaps I am allergic to wheat now. I don't know. At any rate, after a week of snail's pace recovery with Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda, molasses, etc., I decided to a) eat vegetarian and b) do Bill Munro's h202 inhalation therapy. I started the peroxide therapy yesterday at about noon. By 8pm the brain fog that I have had for a week disappeared. This morning, exactly 24 hours later, my digestive tract finally feels back to normal. No more abdominal pain. I did 6 pumps of 3% h202 (drugstore brand) every 2- 3 hours. I think eating only rice and vegetables the last few days was helpful too. Yahoo!

Hi Jonna, don't give up on the wheat yet! If you are eating bleached flour bread, try going to l00% whole wheat bread. If the problem decreases, then work on eliminating all bleached flour products, and this takes some thought because a lot of noodles, pastas, thickening in soups, dressings, sauces, saltine crackers contain bleached flour. Also, before you give up on eating chicken and turkey, read the ingredients on the package (even on the raw chicken that you have to take home and cook). If it lists chicken broth, natural flavors or natural flavoring package contains monosodiumglutamate.

Hello. I have been quite ill for the past 6 weeks. I have gone to a medical doctor twice and alternative doctors 4 times. No one can seem to identify my problem. I have had a side pain that radiates through my back causing nausea and I have been on the couch most of the time. I have tried several natural remedies. I read about Bill Munroe's hydrogen peroxide inhalation method and felt I had nothing to lose. I immediately began to feel an improvement which spurred me on to keep taking it. I have only been on it for 3 days, taking it 6 times a day, and I feel I am on the road to recovery ! I am very grateful. I have been able to homeschool my children 2 full days now - something I haven't been up to doing! I am looking forward to feeling 100 percent and I also have my children taking a lower dose. I am excited about it! Mrs. Leane

Since I heard about the h202 inhalation method on your site last winter, I have used it to treat viruses about 8 times. It is really the #1 remedy of all time in my opinion. Funnily enough, all my friends are scared to try it even though I tell them to just try it! But I did get my mother to use it (73 years old and going strong). She LOVES it now! At any rate, last night I started to get a sore throat and felt terrible and weak. I inhaled 2 hours apart and woke up feeling 100%.

On January 5, '07 I came down with the
flu---VERY high fever, body aches and pains and nasty cough. I have not been this sick for about 7 years. After day 5 of high fevers with no relief, I went to the doc and got some antibiotics---which did work and by the 3rd day I was feeling dramatically better. But the COUGH---it just would not quit and was dragging me down making me feel like I was getting sick all over again and I felt like I had been hit by a Mack truck--no energy and just not feeling like I was quite well yet. So on day 16 of this illness, I came across this website for h2o2 inhalation. I just happened to have a spray bottle and some h2o2, and desperate for anything to start me healing, I tried it. The cough had been SO bad, every breath was a cough and it was keeping me up all night and I would have cough attacks that left me gagging. I was sore and exhausted. For 2 days, I have been taking a homeopathic cough remedy every 2 hours---but the sugar content was making me nauseated. SO---I went whole hog into this hydrogen peroxide bit---I drank a capful of 3% in a large glass of water, and then spray inhaled it about every hour. I noticed right away that when I did cough, it was productive rather than a dry, hacking cough. I drank the peroxide about every 2 hours and was inhaling about 6-8 sprays every hour or so. WOW---I have not had a dose of cough medicine for over 12 hours only using the h2o2 spray and I am truly impressed. In fact, I woke up around 2 a.m. needing to cough, did the spray-inhalation, and I did cough, but it was all productive and I went back to sleep and actually SLEPT!
When my husband got up this morning, as he has been fighting this lung germ also and has a nasty cough, I had him do the spray and drink the peroxide. Within an hour, he had a VERY productive cough attack and was impressed with how good he felt after that junk came out. Already seeing relief, I am sold on h2o2 therapy, and am telling everyone I know about it. I got an extremely strong virus with an obvious bacterial component, so I expect to do a round the clock therapy for at least a couple more days to get all the bacteria and virus out of my system. This is definitely the cheapest remedy that actually works that I have EVER tried. THANKS so much for this website and all the info!!!

I have tried the 3% peroxide from the drug store in a cleaned nasal spray bottle. I added peroxide first then added a small amount of water..It works great.. have been using for about 2 months.. helps me with sinus problems, unclogs ears, and got rid of a virus i was beginning to get. At the first signs of chest congestion I inhaled 2 puffs in each side of nose every 2 to 3 hours..It was gone the next day. When ever i can't breath threw my nose i use the peroxide spray and it clears up.. My son was getting sick and i used it on him, he improved within the hour.. the next day he hardly even coughed. And he doesn't have to use his inhaler as much.. it's really working for us... Thanks for all your comments. I've learned so much.

I am having a strange side effect.... my tongue, towards the back of my mouth as far back as I can see, has turned brown with yellow at the edges. It also feels "fuzzy" like all the "buds"(sorry I don't know the technical term) are all "riled up". I am not scared, but have discontinued the method until I can identify what is happening. I still believe this is a helpful remedy and would like to continue if this is just a symptom of detoxing.
