I've recently been trying the Munro mouth spray with 3% good grade HP and I have noticed feeling slightly woozy afterwards, I haven't seen any mention of this effect elsewhere. Should I stop doing it?
You might further dilute to 1 or 1.5% for a time, and add some zinc and vitamin c to support the cleansing and milk thistle or Dandelion for the liver. After a week try the 3% again, the 1 or 1.5% will be of benefit too just slower

Here's what I used for Covid - mine lasted 8 months.
I purchased Ayr saline and used two ways.
First emptying it out and filling it with FOOD grade 3 percent
hydrogen peroxide and inhaling it into lungs as shown in video on this website.
Ayr saline with two drops 5 percent lugols solution as a protective nose spray.
I used mucinex to remove fluid from lungs - warning this can be intense. I had copious fluid in my lungs that caused my voice to change, and coughing everyday for hours. Does it work yes, but you will be coughing up a lot of fluid.
Eucalyptus steams for lung. Boiled distilled water, no more than two drops of eucalyptus ESSENTIAL oil, NOT fragrance oil which is synthetic. Boil water, add to bowl with drops of essential oil. Let cool for a few minutes and steam lungs as long as you can.
Ipratropium Bromide nasal solution spray, if you are getting
runny nose which can land in the chest. This works and is very helpful.
I was diagnosed with COPD because doctors couldn't figure out how to help me. I did not use steroids!

I just use one of those little usb rechargeable facial misters. They're still only about 6-7 USD on Amazon and I have one that I use and others for backup. And I just use the regular H2O2 in the brown bottle and only inhale one breath, every once in a while (mostly after being out in public). It's a fog-type mister but the H2O2 stores fine in its little glass tube.
It does evaporate but the last time I refilled it was probably over a month ago and I just did it and its still fine. It only holds 30 ml and is only about half full, having evaporated some. Plus, I don't fill it to the top so...
Even with just one breath, I still get a boost and that extra little zip it gives you.
Keep in mind that natural medicine is every bit as commercial as big Pharma - and there are other crossovers, as well, but most tinkering and alarmist crap are just marketing. Whether someone is marketing themselves, as "smart" or otherwise "special" or marketing a product.
I've never attached my work to my income. My roots are in simple herbalism, which is using what's available, alone, and in many different ways for different issues and to elicit different effects. You don't need to have money to throw away on "additives" or fancy stuff to be well. Poor people also want to be well. And they can be.

Technically. H202 will kill any virus or bacteria it comes into contact with. I think it will do a great job of making the mouth and mucus membranes a very unfriendly place for a virus to breed. Follow some of the protocols for mouth rinsing and ear rinsing daily, and you decrease your chances of getting such an infection. Once you have it internally, I think H2O2 is less effective than the Lipisomal High dose Vitamin C taken orally, then switch to Colloidal Silver in the nebulizer several times a day and NO virus will survive in your system. I really wish the media would talk about these "cures" that the Chinese are using on their population with success.

I don't see why not. A vapor nebulizer does create a fine mist, which is important to get it as deep into your lungs as possible. The important question or warning is about inhaling it into your nose and sinus passages. I'm no expert, but I keep reading that one should NOT inhale via the nose thus getting it into your sinuses. I suspect that the oxidizing nature of H2O2 can, and will eat through your delicate nasal membranes over time, and with too high a concentration of peroxide. That is just a common sense response. I could be wrong.

From my understanding: It's a question of concentration/dilution. The advice not to spray in the nose is related to the undiluted 3% HPO. It will irritate too much. I use a 1% solution to spray in the nose and a 0.5% solution in a nebulizer. When nebulizing, I breath through the nose (also closing one nostril at a time) as well as through the mouth.

Having suffered with reflux, and stomach ulcers, I was afraid the hydrogen peroxide would irritate my throat, and cause the ulcers to come back, so very nervously for the first time I tried drinking 9 drops of the 3% in distilled water, I got a lot of white foam in my mouth, and felt sick, and had a burning sensation down my throat, but only had taken two mouthfuls I think perhaps I used too little distilled water, I put the rest in the bath, Yesterday I only took 1 drop, and increased it gradually to three, and felt comfortable with that. I was just fine. Now today I put 9 drops in distilled water and boiled it to inhale for about ten minutes, it was very relaxing and I felt happy that it wasn't going down into my stomach but straight into my lungs. I will do this again this evening, and see how I'm feeling. I have had a recent diagnosis of a lump on my appendix, and I also have osteoarthritis, while experiencing bouts of inflammation to my joints, I'm hoping for some improvement with this treatment.

Yes, I have also had the eye issues related to my fungus, histoplasmosis, that I take the maintenance of Itraconazole for. I am back because I got so much better last year I stopped using the Peroxide. I found myself again in serious situation much the same as last year. Could not even turn over in bed. Struggle to breathe, afraid to go to sleep due to low Oxygen. Same situation as before. Stupidly I had forgotten about the peroxide so had suffered now for 3 months! With a chronic condition such as asthma, you want to be more cautious than the rest of us. However, this doesn't mean you want to quit and stop trying to improve yourself.
If the 3% peroxide irritated me, then I would try a 1.5% peroxide solution. Further, if I found the 1.5% peroxide was too much for me, then I would try a 1% peroxide solution. I would start at a relatively low percentage level where I felt comfortable. Then, and only then, would raise my dosage to a higher percentage level.
In one study H2O2 was slightly irritating at 2.2 ppm, but not at 0.5 ppm.

Hi Bob...The best and cheapest effective protocol against COPD and emphysema is Bill Munroe's Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method which is full described at the top of this page on EC.
Ted from Bangkok also advises taking 1000 mgs each of N Acetyl-Cysteine and Taurine to help aid breathing. MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane) -- 1/2 to one full teaspoon once a day in water will also help. All these compounds contain essential sulfur in the right form form the body. These sulfur nutrients will therefore help in the production of glutathione for detox, will reduce inflammation and will help reduce excess histamines in the body which also aids normal breathing.

Although I would completely agree with the last post describing just the BH4 or Biopterin Cycle I would have to say that to truly fix the all the problems described in the BH4 you must first consider how the BH4 cycle is inter-linked to the Methylation Map. The BH4 or Biopterin or Neurotransmitter Cycle consists of several important and critical body cycles that are all inter-linked and dependent on each other. I notice very few are still posting. Bill and I were friends online for 10 years. I was not sick or in need of peroxide at that time. For the last two years I have had COPD and today it is bad. I cannot walk. I use a motorized wheelchair. I am a healthy 81 year old and use a CPAP. All doctors say there is no cure but they are trying to keep it under control. I tried albuterol for months and can't say much. I also try colloidal silver but got weak and scared. Still am using albuterol and colloidal silver. Last night I tried peroxide in my nebulizer and I got weak again. I spit up and now feel fine. But I can't dress myself without puffing. And am wondering if any of you have any good news from your use.

Hi, I would imagine that If the strength is weaker then you would need to inhale more than that if 3% strength. It does taste awful and nips my throat inhaling it at 3% and makes me cough and splitter using with a nebulizer. I can report though that just after using it for 2 days I feel much more oxygen in my body. As for the taste, try sucking a mint while you are inhaling it. Good luck.

Hi, as I've had the benefits of the Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method these past 2.5 years for my rare disease, I thought it high time to post the results here on this wonderful site.
3 years ago I had a sudden onset of a rare fat disorder called Dercum's Disease (Adiposis Dolorosa). After being mocked by my general practitioner, I insisted he refer me to a specialist dermatologist, as I'd read they had the most experience in recognising the unusual symptoms and being able to identify it as Dercum's. I had already googled the symptoms and was devastated to find the match with DD. The specialist invited me to Grand Rounds, where another 48 dermatologists and pathologists examined and questioned me. The majority agreed that I have DD. There is no cure, no treatment other than pain control, so I was cast upon my own resources.
Being an ex teacher, I'm up to a bit of research and happily I lucked upon this site. I don't know what made me think that Bill Munro's inhalation method with the H2O2 might be of some help, but decided I had everything to gain and nothing to lose. 2. 5 years on and I now tell any interested parties that I have a life back. I can now do all my own housework once again, laundry, driving and even working, albeit not in my former profession and only part time.
Each month that went past saw me in less pain, more mobile and less stiff. The shocking nerve pain lessened, I slept better and even regained my ability to focus and remember things. My mood improved too. At 57 now, I would venture to say that I am as active as the average woman my age, but realise that diet will have to be changed drastically if I am to head off some of the illnesses my elderly parents are experiencing, such as celiac disease, kidney problems, leucaemia and heart failure. I now want to go wheat and gluten free.
The byproduct of this method is that I no longer have any arthritic pain or back pain. It oxygenates the cells. I must still work on regaining fitness, develop a modest daily walking and stretching program and drink more water.
I still have a bit of pain after activity, tenderness and the lipomas (lumps), but it all continues to get more manageable by the month, thereby restoring to me that most valuable of commodities - hope. Life is sweet.
I hope that any of you with a fat disorder, arthritic conditions, gout etc... Will consider doing this simple, cheap and accessible H2O2 method to see if it might have something to offer you. There are no side effects. Hydrogen Peroxide occurs naturally in our bodies, I'm given to understand, so you are safe using it at the 3% strength.

One thing to remember is that it took us a long time to get to where we are in our ill health and it will take awhile to get back to feeling better again. When you experience detox, that means that the therapy is working. You may have to scale back a little on your therapy for a time in order to tolerate the detox symtoms. Persistence is the key. I had posted a write up on this subject several months back. The improvement I got from the treatment has stabilized and leveled out at a defiantly improved condition. I now do the treatments on an occasional basis but have gone for weeks at a time without it and the benefit seems to be long lasting. As an experiment, I have been using a vitamin and mineral supplement which has added a new level of improvement! This combination has really helped me out. I did a cut and paste on mixing this solution after reading it somewhere on this site but can't recall in order to give credit. I have been inhaling food grade 3% h202 for copd. I have been on it about 2 months inhaling two times in the morning and two times in the evening. It seem to make my breathing worse. has anyone else had this happen? any advice? or should I stop taking it.
Dosage
I think you should follow Bill Munro's dosage suggestions or at least work your way up to them & have patience. Everyone's body is different. Disease & other health problems can affect people differently. Look for other ways to improve your health as an adjunct to the HP therapy. By reinforcing your immune system in other ways, you may help to boost the efficacy of the HP therapy. Eat healthier & more simply. If your body is spending too much time digesting processed food & trying to remove dietary & enviromental toxins from the body, it cannot devote the needed time to heal itself. That is why many people don't get the same results as others. Excess phlegm and/or mucus may just be part of the body's way of cleansing itself. You can reduce your HP dosage until the mucous level drops or you can take other natural aids to further cut the levels of excess mucus that is being produced. Things like lemon juice in a glass of water can often help, as well as other natural remedies. The key point is to continue your HP therapy so that you can continue to improve.

Hi there my son is 4 years old and has cystic fibrosis. Since he was one year old we have spent a good portion of his little life in hospitals on antibiotics for a bacteria he grew in his lungs called pseudomonas. I was reading about hydrogen peroxide inhalation benefiting the lungs. He already takes an inhaled antibiotic twice a day everyday, as well as ventolin and hypertonic saline. I would suggest a bi pap machine at night with 2 or 3 drops of HP in the bi pap well.

NAC will boost Glutathione which is like a second immune system. Be sure to take recommended at least 200 mcg Selenium and extra B-6 for the NAC to work properly; 500 mg 2 times daily during infection and reduce as health improves. Also drink plenty of clean water and kidney stones shouldn't be a problem, but with many yrs infection, kidney disease is common so one may want to drink some Cranberry juice on occasion. Watermelon, Parsley, and Juniper Berries are all good for kidneys and will help clear infection.
Mike, are you filtering the air in your house??? If not, improving air quality could help. In times of any possible lung infection, I put a few drops eucalyptus on my shirt just below my chin so to breath the germ-killing oils into the lungs. Even better is to have a steam-room with eucalyptus for inhalation therapy. Also I use Colloidal Silver one day then H2O2 next day Nebulized for my lung conditions. Astragalus Root is a very good immune & lung tonic.

For my burning and stinging facial candida pain, 1 tablespoon taken mornings of macadamia oil takes the sting out of my candida pain, making it bearable, livable and hardly noticeable. I tried a few times to discontinue taking macadamia oil but the burning and stinging returns.
I have taken the macadamia oil for 5 years now since 2011, and it cured my fungal toenail in 2 months or two 16 oz bottles at 2 tablespoons after meals internally per day. Macadamia oil taken internally cured my intermittent numbness and tingling in my toes during the same 2 months. (Please see my other posts about this.)
(here was a place selling urea peroxide capsules that give me energy and help me wake up earlier and rested but this place was instructed to stop selling the urea peroxide capsules. They are appealing the decision. Maybe magnesium peroxide capsules are still available.

Hello, Kellyjo... You didn't say if you'd stopped smoking. At age 59 I finally switched to an e-cigarette (after 45 years trying to quit and inevitably relapsing). It's been a little over five years since I lit my last cigarette (still "vape" constantly, but have reduced my nicotine levels). I started using a nebulizer with 3% H2O2 back when I still smoked--it helped, but like I you I fell out of the habit (after a couple of messy house moves and whatnot). Now I've dug the nebulizer out from a old cardboard box under the bathroom sink and have begun using it again. With the H2O2 mist going into clear lungs I REALLY notice an immediate difference. I use it combined with yogic breathing technique and my lungs feel nearly as good as they did 50 years ago. I've taken up mountain hiking...trust me, my muscles give out long before my lungs do.

My reason for trying this was because of the severe problem I have had for 2yrs continually producing sticky phlegm and finding it difficult to clear from my throat (and lungs). In fact it is as if I am a mucous production factory. When I wake I feel a "swog" of mucous in my throat that has collected overnight and I have to "unswog" my throat and spit it out. Then it's back to the 24/7 mucous production!
15 mins ago I took my first dose of 3% "H. P. " and this is what happened to me:-
I took 2 inhalations from the sprayer pumping it 4 times on each inhale.
1. First sensation a terrible burning at back of my throat then down into my oesophagus.
2. A terrible feeling of Nausea.
3. Burning sensation in the upper chest (Lungs I figure)
4. A terrible feeling of fear that I had poisoned myself. Wondered if I had mis-read the instructions and should have used the HP on my hair instead! And considered calling the online poisons centre for advice.
5. BAD Vomiting symptoms, (but no vomiting as I had not eaten for more than 6 hours - I guess)
6. Feeling ill and Nauseous and coughing a lot. Then coughing up sticky bubbly mucous.
7. Feeling so bad, I gulped down a glass of water to flush the HP on my throat and mouth down into my stomach and then mouthwashing and spitting it out in the kitchen sink.
8. Reflex coughing continued along with vomiting reflex down into my stomach and then coughing up more sticky bubbly mucous, this time onto a plate.
9. I put my finger into the mucous to feel and see its consistency. As I moved my finger..... So the mucous stuck to my fingertip and was pulled across the surface drawing along behind my fingertip. (I thought... Maybe I've accidentally found a new Superglue ?)

I am pleased to report that the nausea and retching and feeling bad has passed. My chest feels a little clearer and I am not presently coughing up mucous. I have just taken a Vitamin E capsule and drunk my first shot of ACV.
1 Cup of water microwaved for 30secs to warm it up.
2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar(8% strength).
2 Teaspoons of Maple Syrup.
The warm liquid enabled the Maple Syrup to dissolve easily and I drank it like it was Ambrosia from the Gods!
Right now I feel fine again and will get back into my HP/ACV/Vitamin E Regime for the nextr few weeks to see if I have in fact found a miracle cure for my ailments.
My chemist has had a field day with me, my wallet has thinned a little... But what the heck. If $50 turns things around, that's gonna be worth every red cent I now have to account to the wife for........... When she gets home!

For years and years every cold I got fell into my chest and I often ended up with broncitis several times a year. I have been nebulizing h2o2 for the past 4 years as soon as I feel a sore throat and haven't had the stuff get into my lungs yet. I gave a friend a nebulizer who suffered worse than me from things getting into her chest and she was reluctant to try it until it had started in her chest--she called back 2 days later to say the h2o2 had stopped the cold in its tracks---it is very important to spray early and often when you first feel an onset. 4 or5 breaths at a time 4 or 5 times a day usually does it.
