Colloidal Silver Health Benefits

The element silver has long been recognized for its health benefits, even before the specific pathogens it combats were identified. For over 6,000 years, silver has played a medicinal role in human history. 1

Historically, silver was employed to treat burns and wounds and to purify drinking water. Royalty frequently used silver flatware, plates, and cups, as it was believed these items reduced the risk of illness and disease.

However, with the advent of antibiotics, silver's role in mainstream medicine waned. Yet, among proponents of alternative health treatments, its use persisted for addressing bacterial, viral, and fungal infections. Recently, there's been a resurgence in recognizing silver's efficacy, especially in burn and wound dressings.

Silver offers protection against a wide array of pathogens. Notably, it can be utilized both internally and externally, including in the ears, eyes, nose, and mouth. Given its versatile applications, it's a valuable addition to any natural remedy collection. Producing homemade colloidal silver has gained traction among holistic health enthusiasts, primarily due to its proven track record and cost-effectiveness.

Understanding Colloidal Silver

Colloidal silver is a solution in which tiny silver particles are suspended in a liquid, typically distilled water. The term "colloidal" refers to the particles being dispersed evenly throughout the solution, allowing the silver to remain in its liquid state rather than settling at the bottom.

Here's a closer look at what colloidal silver is and its properties:

1. Composition

Silver Particles: These are microscopic bits of pure silver that maintain their elemental (metallic) form.
Liquid Medium: The most commonly used medium is distilled water, ensuring the purity of the solution and aiding in the suspension of the silver particles.

2. Production

Colloidal silver is produced through an electrolysis process. By submerging silver electrodes in distilled water and applying an electric current, tiny particles of silver are released from the electrodes and become suspended in the water.

3. Concentration - Parts Per Million (ppm)

The potency or concentration of colloidal silver is often measured in parts per million (ppm). This indicates the number of silver particles per million parts of water. Common concentrations range from 10 to 30 ppm, though it can vary based on the manufacturer and intended use.

4. Appearance

A true colloidal silver solution usually has a slight yellow tint, especially in higher concentrations. The color arises from the reflection and absorption of light by the silver particles. If the solution is entirely clear, it might indicate the presence of ionic silver instead of colloidal or a very low concentration of silver.

5. Ionic Silver vs. Colloidal Silver

It's essential to distinguish between ionic silver and colloidal silver. While both may exist in a silver water solution, their properties differ. Ionic silver consists of silver atoms that have lost an electron, resulting in a positive charge. These silver ions can combine with other compounds in the body, whereas the silver particles in colloidal silver remain in their elemental form.

The Benefits of Colloidal Silver

Over the years, colloidal silver has garnered attention for its range of potential health benefits. Rooted in ancient practices and carried forward into alternative medicine, this solution has been used to tackle many health issues. Below are some of the acclaimed benefits of colloidal silver:

1. Antibacterial Properties

One of the most widely recognized attributes of colloidal silver is its ability to combat harmful bacteria. Historically, before the advent of modern antibiotics, silver was used to disinfect wounds and prevent infection.

2. Antiviral Effects

Some proponents suggest that colloidal silver can help neutralize certain viruses, although comprehensive scientific evidence in this domain is still emerging.

3. Anti-inflammatory Benefits

Evidence suggests that colloidal silver can reduce swelling, speed up healing, and boost cell recovery, making it useful for treating burns, wounds, and other inflammatory conditions.

4. Skin Health

Thanks to its antimicrobial properties, colloidal silver has been incorporated into skincare routines to treat conditions like acne, eczema, and psoriasis.

5. Sinusitis Relief

Colloidal silver can be used as a nasal spray to help relieve symptoms of sinusitis due to its antimicrobial properties.

6. Cold and Flu

Some people believe that colloidal silver can help stave off colds and flu or reduce their duration.

7. Water Purification

Historically, silver has been used for water purification. Dropping colloidal silver into water storage can prevent bacterial growth, ensuring safer consumption.

8. Fungal Infections

Colloidal silver is sometimes used topically to treat fungal infections like athlete's foot or ringworm.

External Applications of Colloidal Silver

Colloidal silver is a versatile, natural remedy for various external applications. Its clean, nearly tasteless nature ensures a hassle-free usage experience.

1. Ear Drops

For ear-related discomforts, such as infections or aches, colloidal silver can serve as a soothing solution. Administer 5-10 drops in each affected ear multiple times throughout the day as required.

2. Eye Drops

Combat pink eye (conjunctivitis) with colloidal silver by using it as an eye drop. However, limit its application to twice daily for a duration of two days. If symptoms persist, it's advisable to explore alternative treatments.

3. Inhalation

To address coughs, pour colloidal silver into an unused nasal spray container. Direct the spray towards the back of the throat and inhale sharply. For best results, administer at least three sprays in succession several times a day.

4. Sinus Rinse

For sinus infections, employ a Neti Pot to introduce colloidal silver into the sinus cavities. Some initial stinging may occur, but it dissipates swiftly. Without a Neti Pot, a straw eye dropper can be used to instill drops into each nostril. Alternatively, pool a small quantity of the silver in your palm and inhale it directly into the sinuses. Typically, when applied 2-3 times daily, sinus complications are resolved within several days.

5. Gargle

Relieve a sore throat or symptoms of tonsillitis by gargling with colloidal silver. Repeat this procedure multiple times a day, or as often as you find necessary.

6. Mouth Rinse

For improved oral hygiene and to counteract the bacteria causing bad breath, swish colloidal silver around in your mouth.

7. Spray

Colloidal silver's natural antibiotic properties make it a prime candidate for spraying directly onto wounds. It's also potent against topical fungal afflictions, such as ringworm and athlete's foot.

8. Poultice

To alleviate the discomfort from bee stings or localized skin infections, create a colloidal silver poultice. Drench a sterile cloth with it, and fasten it to the affected region using a bandage.

Since the silver is a metal solid suspended in water, I don't think this would work in said device. Likely, the H2O would vaporize, leaving the silver particles behind.
There are certain nebulizers that have been used to achieve your goal, although I can't vouch for any personally I'm afraid.

Recently I was talking with a woman who had started on a regimen of colloidal silver for a particular reason and ran into a benefit not related to the original reason that she was taking colloidal silver for. She said that she had been having fairly severe pain in one knee that she had to take aspirin for everyday during her waking hours to take the edge off of the pain and sometimes when it would wake her during the night. After about three weeks of daily dosing, she said that she no longer needed to take aspirin for her knee pain. She said she is going to continue the colloidal silver for the original reason that she started using it, but the pain relief in her knee is now an unexpected bonus. I plan on contacting her later to see how her knee is doing over time.

I have seen anecdotal reports suggesting that colloidal silver may offer some benefit for arthritis, but have never really spent any time looking into it because borax seems to be fairly effective for many people with arthritis. However, since borax is not effective for everyone with arthritis I thought that it might be a good idea to see what the available literature had to offer on the subject. This anecdote made me decide to look and see if there are any studies that might suggest that colloidal silver may be active against any type of arthritis. With that thought in mind, the first thing I found was an abstract of a rat study that suggested there is potential.......well at least in rats that have been dosed with Freund's adjuvant to induce arthritis like symptoms. Here is a link to that abstract and an article link that tend to confirm each other:

The following article suggests that colloidal silver plays a role in inhibition of angiogenesis and angiogenesis is a factor in terms of arthritis, so this is a different angle by which colloidal silver might be useful in controlling arthritis.

This recent article partially discusses the anti inflammatory qualities of colloidal silver.

While this is hardly conclusive evidence, it is at least a couple of steps in the right direction.

------------------

So I talked with this woman again and here is what she told me. She had started on colloidal silver and annona muricata (AM) because she had been diagnosed with a cyst on one kidney and a "mass" on the other kidney which her doctor told her may or may not be cancerous. They would need to do further testing to determine if it was cancerous or not.

Apparently it is the colloidal silver that is helping her knee because she started with a loading dose for two weeks and then went down to a maintenance dose. When she went down to the maintenance dose, her knee started to hurt a little bit, so she went all the way back to the loading dose and shortly after, her knee stopped hurting again. She has been taking the same dose of AM everday since she started.

Last week she went back to the doctor so they could see if the cyst or the mass had grown. The doctor called her this past Tuesday and told her that the mass had shrunk substantially and was now the size of a very small stone and the cyst had also shrunk very significantly. In any case, she is elated with these results and said she plans to continue with her protocol for at least two more months. I think she has been on this protocol for about 8 weeks now. Her doctor told her they are just going to monitor her for the time being .

One other thing she mentioned to me was that she had recently found lumps on her breasts as well as under her breasts and she said all of the lumps have also diminished or disappeared. She seems pretty happy with her results so far.

Hi Art, this is very interesting and exciting feedback. thank you for sharing it. Can you tell me what a loading dose would be? It sounds like people can safely take colloidal silver daily without repercussions? I take it every so often for immune support (when I am fighting a virus mostly), but it sounds like it might be a good daily supplement to help my painful knees among other things.

In reply to Jeanette (Asheville),

I can't say what a loading dose should be, but I can tell you what this woman told me she used. One quart of 20 ppm colloidal silver per day and then she went down to a maintenance dose. She said she will have to rethink her maintenance dose because she feels it may be too low for her. She mentioned that she was thinking that she may continue her regimen for at least two more months, but she said it will depend on what her doctor tells her at her next visit.

Hopefully I will be able to talk to her again so I can find out how it all works for her.

In reply to Nattakit (Bangkok, Thailand),

Yes, that is the dosage she told me she used as her loading dose. She said it was based on previous dosing studies that she had read in relation to her estimated blood content which she said for her is over 6 litres of blood. Her maintenance dose was significantly less. That loading dose equates to approximately 19 mg of silver per day. The amount of silver per day is important and sometimes when you talk in terms of parts per million it can get confusing because 1 litre of 20 ppm CS is equal to 20 mg of silver, but 500ml of 40 ppm is also equivalent to 20 mg as is 250 ml of 80 ppm. It seems simpler to me to say how much silver per day total as opposed to all of the potential ppm doses.

I've never seen a commercial colloidal silver manufacturer recommend that high of a dose and I doubt any of them ever would because for one thing, they would probably have to explain to the FDA why. That type of a dose is likely to be used to actively try and treat a health issue and not as a preventative, in my opinion and CS manufacturers can not say that CS treats any nealth issue period.......pretty much like supplement manufacturers who can not make health claims. Most supplements will have a dosing schedule that recommends one or two capsules a day, but many alternative sites will recommend much higher dosing to try an obtain a specific health effect.

An average sized adult in the 150 to 180 pound range will have a blood content of approximately 1.2 to 1.5 gallons or 4.5 to 5.7 litres. Larger people will have a larger blood content and smaller people will have less and the blood content can vary between a man and a woman of equal weight.

http://www.healthline.com/health/how-much-blood-in-human-body#overview1

People who dose as this woman has are likely trying to reach a specific blood level of CS that has shown positive effects in the available studies. Unfortunatelly there are not any studies that I am aware of that specifically say that if you have exactly 5 litres of blood and you take X amount of 20 ppm CS you will achieve a blood level of Y, so this leaves consumers to try and figure it out for themselves based on the currently available studies. I asked this woman if she noticed any type of bad side effects from this dose and she told me no. She said the side effects she noticed were the positive ones like her knee pain reduction and the reduction of the lumps in her breasts.

If I get a chance to talk to her down the road, I will be very interested in finding out how it is or isn't working out for her, but for now she feels it is working well.

Hi Mario,

I'm sorry for the delay in this reply, but I just now saw your post.

This is what she told me she used:

Anonna Muricata which is also known as Graviola, Soursop and Guanabana among many other names. This is the product she told me she used :

https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Graviola-100-Veg-Capsules/dp/B0015C0S5O/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=graviola&qid=1607571302&sr=8-6

She said she used the maximum dose on the label which is 2 capsules 4 times per day for a total of 8 capsules per day.

The other thing she used was colloidal silver at 20 parts per million. She used a quart a day as her loading dose and then went down to a maintenance dose of 250 ml or a cup of colloidal silver, but then increased her maintenance dose up to 500 ml. or 16 ounces. I don't know her weight, but if I were to guess, I would say over 300 lbs. I suspect this is why the 250 ml maintenance dose was not enough for her, but might be enough for people weighing less. Unless you are making your own colloidal silver, these doses are expensive as shown here:

Very interesting article on colloidal silver, Betty, especially at that time(2008).

I don't agree with all that they say and current studies tend to disagree with some of the information also, but overall, very progressive CS article for 2008.

I once saw CS keep a person with HIV healthy for two years until they were able to get insurance to cover their meds. It clearly destroys SARS CoV-2. If doctors would nebulize their Covid-19 patients in the hospital with Covid Pneumonia, I think they would see much better outcomes in those patients. Oral CS only goes where the blood goes so nebulizing for the lungs is the only way it will help.

CS has tons of potential, but serious human studies are lacking and that leaves us to our own devices to figure out the best ways to utilize it.

I thought it was interesting from way back on the benefits of CS. I have been researching for months now on CS as I've never heard of it until joining EC. So, thank you to everyone!

I have had 3 family members killed by the deadly hospital cv19 protocol. All 3 went to ER for O2 support and signed papers to be admitted thru scare tactics by pharma rats provided "the lines" to be used by CDC guidelines to the docs. It is EUA euthanasia IMO. Kidnap and kill with 30+ bags of unproven drugs to include overtreatment of O2 which we know causes brain swelling, blood clots to the brain and blown lungs. They essentially are drowning the patient in poison inside the body and call it death from cv19 complications/cv pneumonia. Criminal and somehow still legal after more than 2 yrs with nothing changing with inhospital protocols, same playbook.

I could go on and on.

He called everyone from the hospital after he received oxygen and said he was feeling better. The next thing we know he's put onto the hospital's COVID treatment conveyor belt- meds, induced coma /paralysis drugs, ventilator. After 30 days they pressured the family to pull the plug. He died right away after that.

The hospital administrator(s) and board members are the ones who accept the protocol and flow down to everyone else. Then docs have carte blanche on whether you live or die. Just because you have Power of Attorney they do not have to honor that even under EUA. Just WOW.

I have only found one documented case of someone losing their life to cv that did not go to the hospital. All points to hospitals using deadly protocols killing people not cv19.

Profit over patients to the tune of up to $500,000 per cv19 death. Sickest thing I've ever heard of from our own gov't and hospitals we are supposed to trust with "saving" our lives.

Things like colloidal silver are great and they have a place in health-promoting practices but so does eating right and looking at the science of various practices. A great pulmonary doctor breaks down the role that coronaviruses play in lung health. Dr. Roger Seheult runs Medcram. Check it out. There's lots of material where he goes through the science of it. He also advocates for certain supplements to help lung health like NAC, Vitamin D, and Zinc.

Hi Deirdre,

To answer your question, no she is no longer on CS. She went from a quart down to a 500 ml/day maintenance dose and her cyst, lumps and mass went away shortly after I wrote that. Shortly after those were gone, she stopped the annona muricata/graviola as well as the colloidal silver. Bacterial Resistance to Colloidal Silver

I wanted to comment on an older post about developing bacterial resistance to Colloidal silver (CS) (from Art). I have had recurring infections for 15 years due to heavy metals, autoimmune and most likely parasites. So during this time, I relied on CS, using Sovereign Silver and Mesosilver because antibiotics had become less effective and had affected my bowels. Both worked well, but I had to keep increasing the dose after a couple of years.I began with 7-10 teaspoons a day, then went to tablespoons. After about 13 years, neither worked well, so I tried coated silver by Cymbiotika. This is the very strong silver which is 60,000 mcg per drop and I took the max dose of 5 drops, and it worked great for 5 months, then stopped. All of this time, I had been trying to chelate and work on health issues and have not been able to stabilize the infections in order to get well.

My point is that I would agree with Art that taking silver every day is not a good idea. Take it when you need it. I now have no fallback now except antibiotics. Use other supplements or dietary changes to work on your health. It may be that there is another silver I can use or increase the amount, but most likely there is another health issue I am missing.

I am doing all of the right things, diet-wise, have infusions of glutathione, and C twice a month, ozone treatments occasionally. Looking at iodine again. I will do a parasite cleanse again, this time using Fenbendazole and hope this will lessen the toxic load.

Lisa,

Thank you for the reminder that bacteria can develop resistance to colloidal silver(CS) with everyday use of CS. The problem is also compounded when a sub optimal dose of CS is used that is too weak to kill the intended pathogen. This allows some of the bacteria to survive and the surviving bacteria can become more resistant to CS. That is why I look at CS similarly to an antibiotic, antiviral or antifungal. Repeatedly using a dose that is too low to kill the pathogen can quickly cause an increase in resistance of that pathogen to the treatment.

I realize that some people like to take 10 or 20 ppm CS at teaspoon dosing daily thinking that it will ward off getting sick, but that option can ultimately work against you in the long run.

In terms of resistance, CS when combined with certain antibiotics that a pathogen has developed resistance to, has shown the ability to improve the effectiveness of those antibiotics again.

I think silver is best used only when actually needed to fight a pathogen and not so much as a preventative.

Lisa, on a related note, melatonin has shown benefit in reducing negative effects of heavy metals and also has shown a chelating effect for some heavy metals as discussed here :

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9855431/

Here is a relevant quote from this very interesting study :

' There are several mechanisms by which heavy metals induce cellular toxicity, but the main mechanism is the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause cellular oxidative damage [4]. Melatonin is highly effective in reducing such oxidative stress, as proven in a large number of reports. Its protective actions are the result of several means: the direct detoxification of ROS and reactive nitrogen species (RNS), the stimulation of antioxidant enzymes, and the suppression of other free-radical-generating enzymes. Additionally, melatonin also chelates transition metals, which are involved in the Fenton/Haber–Weiss reactions; due to its metal-chelating ability, melatonin reduces the formation of the highly reactive hydroxyl radical (•OH), which probably accounts for more than 50% of the oxidative stress that cells sustain [5]. Evidence shows that melatonin reacts with a number of metal ions, resulting in the formation of stable metal complexes. For example, using absorption voltammetry as a means of evaluation, it has been shown that melatonin, in proportion to its concentration, binds several heavy metals, including aluminum, cadmium, copper, iron, lead, and zinc, similar to metallothionein [6]. Melatonin chelates both iron (III) and iron (II), participating in the Fenton reaction to generate •OH. Melatonin is able to restore the biological activity of hemoglobin by acting on highly covalent iron and transforming it into iron (III), and it also reduces •OH, which is highly toxic.'

In my opinion, if heavy metal toxicity is suspected, but testing for heavy metals is not a viable option, melatonin would be worth considering as an overall protectant against toxicity from multiple heavy metals.

Art,

I am currently taking an antibiotic for bronchitis and am using silver to boost it, so I think there is still efficacy there. I have had testing for heavy metals and it was extremely high for mercury, arsenic, lead and others in that order. Also, candida, of course. I do take melatonin, around 50-60 mg each night, time-release. I have considered going much higher, but didn't realize it was naturally chelating, so that is an incentive to do that.

Thank you for your response.

Hi Lisa,

There are many useful ways to detox and remove heavy metals from your body.

Supplementing Selenium(@200mcg with meals twice a day) + Acetyl Cysteine(@600mgs with meals twice a day) + Milk Thistle(1000mgs with meals twice a day) + Alpha Lipoic Acid(@600mgs with meals twice a day) is one of the best protocols for heavy metal detox AND poison removal from the body.

Using Ted from Bangkok's advice, another really easy and efficient way of removing heavy metals is to just add a handful of fresh coriander leaves to your hot food or salad 3 or 4 times a week. Ted has said that if you follow this protocol then you should be able to get rid of all heavy metals from your body within a month.

And another one of Ted's recommended heavy metal detox protocols is to take humic/fulvic acid(aka shilajit) once or twice a day both morning and evening outside mealtimes. You should always buy the granular form of humic acid, which works quite well. In the past I've simply used a cheaper veterinary product that is widely available online -- called Humic Vet -- as my primary granular humic/fulvic acid source which has worked well for me. The way I take it is to add 1/8 teaspoon sea salt to a full glass of water. Then I add 3 drops of 10% Sodium Thiosulfate solution to remove any chlorine from the water and then I would add 3 to 5 granules of the humic/fulvic acid to achieve the light golden color that is always required. This humic acid mix is not only useful for removing heavy metals from the body, it is also a strong all-round antiviral as well. This humic acid protocol is also the safest protocol for detoxing because the heavy metals become trapped in molecular "cages", which will eventually be excreted normally and safely from the intestines I.e. the dangerous redistribution of the heavy metals in the body never happens. So, if think that you are chock-a-block full of heavy metals, this humic acid protocol is very safe because it has the fewest side-effects.

As for me, my favorite detox has always been to supplement 8 drops or more of 5% Lugols Iodine(LI) every day, either in a single dose or in split doses. Lugol's Iodine will act to chelate and remove cadmium, lead, aluminum, mercury, bromine and fluoride from the body. Also remember that LI is an efficient pathogen killer -- LI kills a wide range of bacteria, viruses, fungus, mycobacterium, mycoplasma and parasites. LI acts both to strongly support the immune system and also acts by directly killing the pathogens as well. If truth be told, Lugol's Iodine hugely benefits your body in many other ways as well. And if you decide to take this protocol, please don't forget to take all the recommended Lugol's Iodine companion nutrients as well.

There are several other heavy metal chelators that you could also use like Sodium Thiosulfate or Tetrasodium EDTA. It really depends on what your needs are.

Hi Bill,

thank you so much for your very excellent post! Why do you say to always get granular humic acid instead of the liquid form?

Bill

10/28/2023

Hi Madelyn,

I always use Ted's standard protocol for supplementing humic acid. His method is to add 2 or 3 drops of 10% Sodium Thiosulfate to a glass of water(which helps to neutralize any chlorine) then, as Ted describes it, you should add a small amount of the granular humic to the water that would fill the inside of the letter 'o'(at 12 point size). This should give you the proper golden colored liquid that you can then drink.

Just to also say that I never ever use pre-made liquid humic acid. I prefer to make up my own brew because it's usually much cheaper that way.

Bill,

I am glad to receive this information. I already have many of these supplements but just take in varying doses. The humic acid sounds good because of the redistribution issue.

I need a protocol that can also help with infection; every heavy metal detox I have done has brought about bacterial infection. I have done coriander in salad and had a detox just from that. For this reason, the iodine seems like the best approach, however both of my functional med docs are either not schooled in it or are wary because of my Hashimoto's. But, in my mind, my body is not being supported in the detox and I think iodine would take care of infection. I currently nebulize 2 drops in hydrogen peroxide for my lung infection and then 1 drop in my nose nebulizer for my sinus issues of 2% Lugols, a few times a day. Looking at the doc list in your links, there is one 30 minutes from me, so I will call on Monday!

Because of infection, I have been using MMS (Chlorine Dioxide), and also because it is a mild chelator, and antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal, etc. And it has worked fairly well, but requires a good deal of discipline to take every hour. It took care of an ear infection I have had for years. But after a year, I should be doing very well, but I am not. So I have been thinking I am missing something. Maybe parasites. I have had them before.

Let me know your thoughts. Thank you for your response. I always enjoy reading your posts.

Consider your overall diet/environment, too. If you are chronically poisoned with impure water, toxic air, etc. it may be compounding your difficulties. Arsenic, for example, produces all the symptoms of diabetes - chelating the arsenic resolves the symptoms. Garlic has been shown to chelate arsenic. Tobacco may be contaminated with arsenic due to the way it is grown. Best wishes

Hi Lisa,

I have used Nano Silver which I make myself and I drink 1 and a half glasses a day. I got up to 4 glasses a day at one point. I suffer from mold toxicity and fibromyalgia and found this moved the fibro out of my body. I took a year long break and found it came back up recently so started back on a glass and a half and it went away almost immediately. It would be too hard to do this protocol if you have to buy it but making it only costs the price of 5 liters of distilled water. There is a website called www.thenaturalhealthlibrary.com and they have specific information on drinking colloidal silver and testimonials of how it's helped people. They also have a facebook group.

I have also just started on Lumbrokinase, which is an enzyme that completely digests biofilm so long term I'm hoping for a complete cure of everything.

I have had similar issues. So far the BEST thing I have tried for heavy metal detox and also works for most chemical detoxing including mold toxins is Zeolite. I take a tablespoon of the powder using only the 20um or less size. mix with water and drink it down - no taste and mixes fast with water. I repeat as needed, sometimes every hour if feeling bad. I bought it on amazon but not sure if they still carry it. for infections the BEST thing I have found is oregano oil capsules, I take a handful when needed and repeat as often as needed. I also take high dose Iodine for F and Br detoxing, I am now taking 5 grams a day, but it took 6 months to get up to that dose. and of course I also take other supplements, high dose thiamine, b vits, taurine, chondrotin, lipoic acid, NAC, vit D and mk7, Ca, Mg, K and other minerals, all on high doses. for parasites I take Ivermectin 12g, and Nitazoxanide and for fungal issues I take lufenuron . Check out what appeals to you, and be inspired. Good luck on your quest for health.

Lisa,

I am taking many of those supplements and currently upping my dose of iodine. That is going well. I do not have zeolite but Dr. Klinghardt has a good quality one that I can order. I take oregano oil and "on guard" together and have never had much luck even though I took a pretty good dose. I wonder if I needed to do a longer time period. Iodine seems to do more. I will check out lufenuron for mold. That's one area I have ignored; just always dealt with candida. Took ivermectin and saw little there. I just ordered fenbendazole as my friend had good success with it and no side effects. I also take Diatemaceous earth and clay. Thanks so much for your suggestions. It is really appreciated!

You might try adding a small amount of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide to the cs. It will increase its effectiveness exponentially.

Also kefir kombucha and cultures vegetables are the best at working to eliminate a strong bad bacterial or viral infection.

Lugols iodine protocol daily will significantly increase the immune systems ability to eliminate problematic infections, both viral and bacterial. Iodine is absolutely essential for a strong body and immune system.

Hourly vit c consumption will support the immune system and the building up of the bodies health as well as elimination of infections. Imtaking it by IV would be even better.

Hope you heal. We were designed to heal.

Banned Colloidal Silver Videos

YouTube removed two of Earth Clinic's colloidal silver videos, originally posted in 2017, in the past 28 hours despite hundreds of positive studies on PubMed about the efficacy of silver nanoparticles. Last year, they removed a borax for arthritis video.

Does anyone know why Colloidal Silver suddenly came under the radar after 7 years? A recent news article?

Well, I have looked into this to see if I could find any info about this. The only thing I could find was a memo from the FDA talking about cracking down on non-medical advice. Also in Canada they are looking at cracking down on the supplement industry using the same method.

So I assume someone somewhere forced the hand of google, youtube, and other social media orgs to gently remove this kind of content.

I mean, we all know that 'they' want us all to rely on the medical establishment and the corresponding medication that goes along with it!

It was called “SOTA Silver Pulser – What Should Ionic-Colloidal Silver Look Like?” and had the warning: “This video has been removed for violating YouTube's community standards.”

I'm wondering if the various global agencies are starting small (a few videos at a time) because they don't want a public outcry if all the videos were removed at the same time.

With the impending Disease X (?! ) getting more and more attention lately, agencies will be trying it make it even more difficult for people to take charge of their own health.

14 Commercial Colloidal Silver and Ionic Silver Products And How They Compare

This was an interesting read that helps further clarify which products are what they say they are. I found product #12 (Meso Silver) and product #14 (Coated Silver) interesting for different reasons.

MesoSilver seems to proudly announce that their product is .65 nm sized particles at 20 ppm. Actually this article measured the particle size range at 10 to 50 nm, which might partially explain the amber color (dark iced tea color) instead of yellow color as would be expected for AgNPs in the 20 nm size. The actual ppm were measured at 24.7 ppm, so they are close on that point, but way off on particle size with some particles measuring as high as 50 nm.

Particle size is important for efficacy with 12~20 nm shown as an effective range with minimal toxicity to normal cells, but effective against various pathogens. Particles below 10 nm are significantly more toxic to pathogens, but to normal cells as well. Particle size above 20 nm are less effective against pathogens and particles at 30 to 50 nm are much less effective against pathogens. So to me, MesoSilver is a disappointment. I can kind of understand why their particle size is so far off because of the testing method that they used to determine the particle size. Studies of AgNPs use different methods to measure particle size.

Product #14 (Coated Silver) is interesting because for one, it is claimed to be 20,000 ppm and only requires 4 drops to make 8 ounces of 20 ppm AgNPs. The actual ppm was 19,200, so not too far off target and I would think that at this many ppm, the size of the drops could be very critical in determining how close you stay to the claimed ppm. Another interesting point about #14 is that the particle size range is 10 to 12 nm whereas the other colloidal silver products were over all larger. Now they use a proprietary coating to reach this very high ppm and unfortunately we have no clue what the release of the silver is like from this coating.

Overall, many manufacturers who claim their product is colloidal silver are actually selling colorless ionic silver and this article briefly explains the difference and effects.

Here is a link to the article if you are interested in checking out how these commercial products tested compared to the manufacturers claim.

All of these silver based products are available on Amazon according to the article.

This study is very useful for quickly showing which products are really true colloidal silver and which are just ionic silver claiming to be colloidal silver. As expected, the ionic silver products contain no silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). In studies, AgNPs have shown themselves to be more effective than ionic silver which is the reason that AgNPs are used in most colloidal silver studies where ionic silver is generally used for comparison purposes to AgNPs to help illustrate the effectiveness of AgNPs.

Overall, the last product listed, I found to be very impressive in its characteristics and suggests that it is manufactured using very high quality equipment in order to reach these characteristics which I have not previously seen in studies. The uniformity of particle size at 10~12 nm is very impressive and is right at the the most effective part of what is considered to be the most effective range for AgNPs of 12~20 nm, while the parts per million true reading of 19,200 ppm is astonishing to me. This is the highest concentration I have ever seen and is quite impressive requiring only drops of the product to be diluted to large quantities of 10 or 20 ppm solutions! This is the only product in the group that impressed me! The others simply pale by comparison in this group. It isn't cheap, but for such a high quality product, I would not expect it to be.

THE best colloidal silver, by far, is colloidal silver you make yourself and the reason for that is because your greatest risk in purchasing pre-made silver is the possibility of there being no silver in it or of it containing "special" additives, for whatever reason a seller might claim to make theirs seem "better". You don't want either.

Man has been using and saving his own life with some of the gunkiest, nastiest and even intentionally contaminated homemade colloidal silver, SUCCESSFULLY, for decades. That we know. What we DON'T know is what is in the bottles of colloidal silver we purchase. Even a good brand, when shipped by someone other than the maker, could contain just about anything or even nothing but water.

Making your own is worth it for many reasons and there are many ways to do it or you don't even have to make colloidal silver at all. You could probably simply suck on a fine silver spoon or pendant for a few minutes everyday as silver is unique in that it sheds ions into moisture, by nature.

Hello Cindy,

While it is nice to make your own CS at home, the quality and extremely narrow and very specific particle size range of this particular AgNP product (10 - 12 nm) is not reproducible at home. It can only be made with the highest quality equipment. This is a next level product when it comes to true AgNPs and it is capped in such a way that it can prevent agglomeration at 19,200 ppm. It is not possible to make this quality of AgNPs with any home generator device.

For someone who is looking to treat a specific health condition, it is clearly the best retail product I have seen or heard of and is definitely worth consideration when you need to know that you are using the best available product for a specific disease.

This is a greater quality AgNP product than used in most studies.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7765683/

I have no interest in the maker of this true colloidal silver.

For the sake of comparison in terms of cost, a 5 gallon carboy of 20 ppm from MesoSilver costs about $700 plus tax.

https://www.purestcolloids.com/mesosilver_price_list.php#5gal

The product described in the study costs $550 for 30 ml which is roughly one ounce, but it will make over 7 gallons of 20 ppm AgNPs when diluted properly. So this product is actually a much better price than the MesoSilver 5 gallon carboy which is supposed to be discounted compared to their smaller bottles.

IMPORTANT NEW PUBLICATION: Comparative Analysis of Commercial Colloidal Silver Products. “The results of this evaluation show clearly that 10 of 14 of the most popular colloidal silver products purchased from Amazon were evaluated and found to contain only ionic silver. Despite the evidence showing that silver nanoparticles are not present, eight of these products are promoted by the manufacturers as “colloidal silver”. Considering the extensive scientific research showing major differences between silver ionic and silver nanoparticles in terms of mechanisms of action, efficacy and safety, it is clear that this misrepresentation impacts the consumers and must be addressed”. There is no mention of Zeta Potential which is likely non-existent here. This is just a bunch of silver filings.

Tammy O, I use the light/colorless Karo Syrup as my reducing agent. I dilute it 50% with vodka instead of distilled water because water and Karo can form some type of mold in a month or less and I do not want to risk contaminating my batches. Pure Karo does not form mold and substituting vodka for distilled water in the Karo also will not develop mold. The vodka or water is used to thin the Karo Syrup so it is easy to measure out drops of the reducing agent to make AgNPs from Ag+.

I am taking a shot glass full of 20 ppm colloidal silver (true colloidal silver, not clear ionic silver). This is to kill candida and fungus in addition to herbs.I think it's amazing but I have a question for anyone who knows colloidal silver chemistry. The silver causes a brief stomach ache about 20 minutes after I digest it, when it hits my stomach. With food or without food. Any ideas why? Is this the candida being killed off in the gut? Nonetheless, I love it and will continue. Just curious about the stomach ache.

Hope,

If the colloidal silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) you are using are not capped there will be a reaction in the stomach as soon as the particles run into hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride. The AgNPs will break down quickly if they are not capped and the particles will agglomerate and fall out of suspension and become useless. This reaction could be one potential explanation for what you are feeling.

When you look at studies for AgNPs, you will notice that almost all studies use some type of capping agent to protect the AgNPs from destruction in the stomach and to help prevent agglomeration.

When I make AgNPs I use gelatin as the capping agent which is very effective at not just protecting AgNPs from agglomeration, but also improving the effectiveness of the AgNPs as shown in this study:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30366177/

Notice that these gelatin capped AgNPs showed superior stability and antibacterial ability than uncapped AgNPs against Staphylococcus Aureus.

If you do not know if your AgNPs are capped or not, you can make a small mixture of hydrochloric acid and table salt and then add some of this mix to a small amount (1 oz.) of AgNPs. If the addition of the acid/salt mix causes the AgNPs to turn color and become cloudy, they are not capped.

I know this is an old post but in case others are viewing this….

Yes you're right with Candida die off. It could also be other pathogens dying off as your gut heals. This is totally normal with any natural remedy as it's working. There's a brief moment of toxins being released as the Candida dies off, it can hold 80 different toxins within itself. Your body will work to clear those toxins and you'll feel better once that next step happens. Unless it's a severe stomach pain issue, keep going.

I purchased my generator from thesilveredge.com, and they have instructions on how to use it daily as it's only 8-10ppm, and the smaller the ppm, the better it gets into your cells. I even use it with my dog's allergies. If I get start to feel bad I increase the dosage. I've even put it into glass nasal spray bottles and use 2 squirts each nostril twice daily if my allergies are bad...Love this wonderful product.

I was recently talking with a friend who was relating how after he got over Covid-19 in 5 days, developed a strange cough where he didn't cough much, but when he would talk, he would get spasms that made him cough and also made it impossible to continue talking. He told me he had the cough for over 2.5 months and it was getting worse instead of better, because now his voice had become hoarse and he had more phlegm that was getting darker.

I had previously given him a bottle of colloidal silver (CS) to test for another health issue, so he decided to use the leftover CS in his cold process vaporizer and inhale directly from the output port of the vaporizer for 10 minutes, three times per day for a total of 30 minutes per day. He told me he replaced the CS in the vaporizer with new CS after each use and he did this for 3 days in a row and by the third day his cough started to diminish and was gone by the 5th or 6th day, but he only used the CS for the first three days.

He was very happy with the results and said he still had some CS left over which he was going to save until needed again. I told him that I was a little surprised that he was able to recover from such a long standing cough so quickly, but I was happy to hear it! He told me that before he used the CS, he would not have been able to have this conversation with me as all of the talking would have had him coughing up a storm.

Colloidal silver helps my migraines too as well as my arthritis. It is the best antibiotic I never take pharmaceutical antibiotics. Skin problems, cuts, warts, fungus anything like that it works wonders.

I have not had the flu for over 45 years, not saying I have taken sliver that long of course but I have a natural immunity I guess, no colds either. Don't take flu shots either. Some hay fever in the summertime when the wheat is pollinating especially, the silver works for that too. So, with all the hype about the evils of silver I can testify it is very beneficial in a number of ways.

Colloidal Silver and EDTA

EDTA is a metal chelator, which binds with metals, and highly active against biofilms; it operates synergistically with colloidal silver. I add Di-Sodium EDTA to the electrolysis stage, by adding a pinch of Di-Sodium-EDTA. This speeds up silver generation up by an order of magnitude (with my device, 3 minutes VS 30 minutes without EDTA). When you compare the process of electrolysis in pure distilled water VS distilled water with EDTA, you will visibly see a major increase of electrolysis activity on the silver electrodes. Shake your device gently and you will see a stream of ions pouring off of the positive electrode.

The EDTA will drop its Di-sodium and bind with the silver ions and particles, stabilizing and capping the silver... and basically become Silver-EDTA. EDTA destroys biofilms. You will find plenty of literature on bacteria such as Pylori and Biofilms online. EDTA will pull a magnesium, a calcium, an iron, or zinc from the the biofilm (and even from the bacteria themselves) and drop silver particles/ions in its place... directly targeting and killing bacterial colonies.

With my device, at 4-5 minutes the water starts to become discolored as the particles start to become larger. You may as I have to space the electrodes further apart which helps prevent larger particle precipitation. But larger particles also have their benefits. I find the larger size more useful cleaning the mouth and preventing biofilms on teeth.

I would recommend using Di-Sodium-EDTA and not Calcium-Di-sodium-EDTA... to avoid possible contamination of your silver suspension with calcium. EDTA's highest affinity is for calcium after all, which may affect the electrolysis process; also, because Calcium-EDTA it is already bound to a calcium it will have less affinity to bind to calcium in the biofilms within the body. I would recommend consuming this on an empty stomach to avoid the EDTA binding with other metals in food particles. The 'Di-Sodium' in Di-Sodium-EDTA increases electrical conductivity allowing current to flow more easily between the electrodes.

There are medical bandages that combine EDTA and colloidal silver to enhance the healing process. Silver-EDTA combo is also used by dentists for sterilizing root canals. Using this simple process, you can make an oral vesion easily and at home.

How much to add? My generator makes make about 6.6-7 oz of colloidal-silver. This requires only a pinch of EDTA to be effective. Depending on the quantity of water in your generator, may require more or less. Once it starts turning subtly black, you are precipitating larger nano particles rather than silver ions. To prevent that, cut the electrolysis time shorter. Experiment and see what works for you. I use bulk supplements di-sodium edta, for its great price.

Colloidal Silver and MRI

Hopefully someone can answer my question. My wife has an acoustic neuroma, which has restricted hearing in her right ear. It is possible that it is also causing Vertigo attacks which have resulted in two serious falls. Recently, we had Proton Therapy in San Diego. In two months they intend to perform an MRI. Dear Dvan34,

Using colloidal silver in the ear, or orally for that matter, will not cause any trouble with the MRI. The particles are minute and will be absorbed by the body. If you would like to err on the side of caution, you could avoid them a day before the MRI.

You might consider using castor oil for the tumor. It is helpful for reducing growths. You could massage a drop of oil behind the ear daily. It will not hurt and it could help.

The MRI uses strong magnetic fields and radio waves to generate images of different organs of the body.

Colloidal silver is made using silver. Silver is a non magnetic metal, so the strong magnetic fields of the MRI are not a problem in this instance where silver is only at nanogram levels in the body.

After much reading, there seems to be no real agreement or consistent information on how much colloidal silver can be ingested. I have been using it for ten years for illnesses only. I take 4 tablespoons a day for two weeks probably twice a year. I use a high quality nano silver. I worry that I have been taking it too long. I am interested in others' practices, dosages and experiences. How long have you been taking silver and what are your dosages?

I make my own Colloidal Silver so I have no way to know how much is in each dose. I do use silver that is 99.9999 % pure. If it isn't working I take more, if I'm getting Jarish Herxheimer I take less. My biggest cure so far has been for Cryptosporidium, but I also use it in a sinus rinse, and in a douche if I feel I am experiencing symptoms. Be careful when using it for these last two ailments as a little seems to work better than a stronger solution.

I used to use colloidal silver for colds, flu and to cure UTIs (I cath)... but I found that chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) is much stronger and more effective... cured a nasty UTI in 2 days.

Dr. Kalcker is the expert, if you are interested in finding out more.

Thanks to Madelyn of Idaho for sparking the idea but, as some have reported greater efficacy with regard to colloidal silver when they started to swish it in their mouth for a minute or two before swallowing, I just tried it and not only does my mouth feel fresh but it actually leaves that "feeling" of the after effects of mint mouthwash. Not the flavor but that...sort of..."coolness" that mint leaves behind. It's perfect! I can even feel that minty coolness in my nasal passages!

I also read reports of people swishing and then, keeping it in their mouth and breathing deeply over it for bronchial infections.

Swish, breathe, gargle, swallow and you're good to go!! And, taken in that context, the taste of it sort of makes sense to the brain so you can think, "tastes like mouthwash" and get no argument from the bod. VERY interesting!! Awesome, even, I would say! Safe for children and probably an equally effective or almost as effective, shot to their immunity whether they swallow it or spit it out! It even gives you that "coolness" you get with mint when you drink water after? If you know what I mean...

Colloidal silver mouth rinse/wash works great. there is a difference between my first batch which is 14ppm and my second, which is 10ppm - regarding taste. The 10ppm is more like water - or, at least, less like mouthwash.

Got an old style nasal spray bottle (mist right side up and drops or stream upside down) and put drops in my ears and misted my sinuses BECAUSE I suspect Covid barricaded itself in there. Misted 3 times per side, even though it seems to be concentrated in the left side BUT, during the "attack of the subwoofer" last Thursday, even though I felt it mostly in the left side without the boom boom of the low frequency sound, WITH it a just barely detectable pressure on the right side sort of spread outward to my right ear.

I've never had sinus or bronchial issues but I could feel that there was something in my sinuses, after Covid from spring 2020. Just a sort of "pressure". Not painful or anything, just...there.

I hesitated to turn it loose because I couldn't decide how to address it but, of course, now, with colloidal silver, it's a no-brainer.

So, I have released the Kraken!! 3 mists, both sides, bent my head down and turned it both ways at which point I could feel the pressure in the sinus cavity - mostly on the left, but some on the right as well.

Okay, so I slept through the first bout of Covid. 3 days. This time, I swished and swallowed before I went to bed, night before last, and, yesterday I slept twice. Once for 7 hours and again for 6. Then last night, slept for 6. Got up, swished and swallowed, fiddle farting around drinking coffee and stuff and suddenly, a sore throat on the left side. Post nasal drip, on the left side and a cough originating from the left side. Which is all sort of weird, really, but interesting.

Just gargled again and the sore throat is gone but I can still feel it. Just like after Covid - above the back of my throat but below the nasal passages. Right where I can't blow my nose or cough it loose from the throat.

Nasal sprayed, head forward, turning back and forth.

Throat's sort of numb...it sort of feels like they're going berserk, trying to get away or something. Put some drops in right ear - kind of bubbly with muffled popping, like distant combat sounds. Throat sort of tingly. Feels like...club soda effervescence or something.

I have a cool mist humidifier, just in case.

The "above the back of the throat" stuff has dropped BELOW the back of the throat so, good thing I have the ultrasonic humidifier - I might need it, though I smoke which, apparently, blocks passage through the receptors in the lungs with niacin.

My right ear is...sort of...plugged.

And, now, it's sort of plugged and itchy.

Cough is coming from lower -

Inhaled from the nasal sprayer mist, Bob Munro-style.

Warming up a bit - like a hot flash.

Hot flash gone. All seems normal @ 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Sinuses feel "light" aside from a tiny bit of pressure in a lower pocket on the right side.

Nasal spray again - 3 squirts in the right with definite pressure at various positions and in the ear and sort of in the muscles of the jaw on the side...which is...interesting due to the extreme muscle weakness I experienced after the first bout with it and extending out as it worsened for several months. Very interesting indeed. A virus in the muscles? That's just evil.

Right ear popping when I swallow.

A little pressure up behind and above the eyes with some itching at the hairline.

This is really ticking me off. So much so that, contrary to my fundamental nature, I'm thinking a China-sized parking lot would not be a bad idea. With everyone in the whole world who thinks such things as bio-weapons are a good idea as speed bumps.

I refuse to believe one virus can do all of this AND effect one's mental processes so I'm going to stop here and philosophically gather my thoughts.

Okay - I think I'm thinking straight -

Slightest bit of pressure in the sinus/nasal cavity next to the nose on the left side, just at the top of the bone where one's teeth are attached but all of the pressure elsewhere is gone and still nothing in my left ear.

A bit of post nasal drip and slight nasal and bronchial tightening - possible some has gone down into the chest, though not uncomfortable.

Head positions to distribute nasal spray, check the ears and to check for pressure: Head tilted to the sides (ears), head forward, parallel to the floor and turning left and right (sinus under the eyes), standing with head hanging down (upper sinus cavity behind and above the eyes) and back, also to gauge pressure behind and between the eyes.

All pressure seems to be gone save that one tiny spot and still a bit of a change in hearing and a little bit of pressure in the right ear with head tilted to the right.

Another couple shots with the nasal sprayer, another swish and gargle, a minute or so with the ultrasonic humidifier aimed at the eyes, nose, mouth and ears, two minutes of rebounding for white blood cells and muscles and a dab of DMSO on the side of the nose where that little bit of pressure has moved outward a little bit, to just under the cheek bone.

Just in the time of writing this, bronchial passages open, lungs seem clear, still a bit of tightness and, now, dryness in the left nasal passage and right ear still popping when I swallow. Post nasal drip gone.

No sense of smell through left nostril...seems like a little bit of swelling next to the nostril and the left side inside my mouth (?) and the left side of my throat and my left eye is watering. It's like I'm chasing it around...

It occurs to me that, perhaps, there are other dormant viruses from the past that have been barricaded in by the body itself...that hadn't occurred to me...I may end up having to do a whole viral cleanse...interesting...I'm pretty old...if that's what's up, I wonder how many there could be.

I'm making some more colloidal silver, 15ppm, since I just mixed all of the first run, 14ppm and 10ppm together.

I'm going to give it a rest and let everything settle down so I can see what's what...very interesting...

Took a late nap and have sinus pressure on the left again. Right still clear and right ear no longer popping. Slept on my right side.

Little bit of a cough originating just below the throat but not from the chest.

Swished and gargled and nasal sprayed which seemed to just be soaked up by the left side, which seems dry and just normal on the right side.

Slight swelling inside my mouth on the left side of the roof of my mouth all the say back to the left side the throat again - neck a bit stiff on the left side and the discomfort of the little pocket that was at the side of my nose, when pressed, and moved outward to just under my cheek bone has moved further out along the tooth bed bone.

Still feels like there's a little pocket of pressure just to the left of my nostril, right in the corner. I've had a look at the bones of the face and the discomfort seems to be at the edges of the nasal opening in the maxilla and along the bottom edge of it, outward toward the ear. Not the cheekbone (zygomatic).

It's like a viral commander of a bacterial army. Fluids, soft tissue, muscle AND bone? Let loose on a society of people and the politicians and medical community they've put their faith in with everybody having their heads so far up their sociopolitical you-know-whats? Sowing and reaping I guess...geez Louise...I guess I'll just lower the boom on it, gas the house, get out of the way and wait for the next sniffly cold and flu season to re-release the kraken on them and suggest the rest of us get on a regular regimen of supplementing silver. Either stocking up with a good brand or learning how to make it yourself. And stay away from the "ours is special" silver or "oxygenated" silver or "silver with herbs/essential oils" or whatever. You want plain old colloidal silver. Leave the "special" stuff to the "special" people.

Hi Cindy –

In case you aren't massaging your sinuses (you probably are!), I'm putting a link to a very simple and effective massage.

Sinus Self-Massage for Instant Drainage & Pressure Relief | Dr. Mandell

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EoHUanQLnJM

I do this before using a nasal syringe (like a neti pot, only better) and find that more gunk comes out if I massage the area first for a few minutes.

Squip Nasal Rinsing System (I use my own saline mixture)

https://www.amazon.com/Squip-Nasaline-Nasal-Rinsing-System/dp/B000U3OJ0Y/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=nasaline&qid=1628007922&sr=8-2

This might help others who have sinus problems or are dealing with sinus congestion due to the wildfire smoke (our air quality has been “hazardous” for the past week or so with no relief in sight).

As an aside, I just started using colloidal silver and I've ordered a basic silver generator, nothing fancy. I spray it everywhere full strength (10 ppm). Also, I use it in my humidifier (50% distilled water, 50% colloidal silver).

I'm stocking up on vitamins before they become scarce - the basics: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, B Vitamins, Magnesium, NAC, Zinc, etc.).

As Orson Welles said (old-time radio):

Good luck!

Cheers,

Tessa

Thanks Tessa! I'm not actually clearing my sinuses but, rather, killing whatever's in there so don't want to massage at this point - but thanks!

It appears to be all clear, now, so we'll see what happens over the next couple of days. Still swishing, gargling and swallowing morning and bedtime which I should have done for the month prior to releasing them...apparently, it takes approx a month to load the system with enough silver to stop whatever might come down the pipe and prevent it spreading but all seems quite well today -

Thanks again!

Been gargling, swishing and nasal spraying everyday and no sign of anything, anywhere. Glad to have it out of my head, that's for sure. I was afraid to tackle it for fear it would drop down into the chest, but it didn't.

I've upped my plan to 20ppm, for a "viral cleanse". Haven't experienced much aside from a little bit of itchiness...can't really call it a rash just...itchy. But that's gone now so...no idea what it was.

Oh! PLUS, a couple of age spots are sort of peeling off - not sure what that's about...I suppose they could be viral...don't know, never really cared about them so...I guess I might see if I can get rid of them.

ALSO, I got a tiny little cool mist ultrasonic that's supposed to be for the face which is WAY cool! SUPER handy, tiny, pocket-sized and rechargeable, as opposed to the full size ultrasonic. Super fine mist - ran some copper water through it, followed by colloidal silver before I inhaled any but since I make my own it's pretty much like water 'round here, LOL!

Haven't made any colloidal copper yet - did an inspection but I don't have enough gray hairs to see about that...not sure what I was playing with that would have gotten rid of those...I don't really pay much attention to that sort of stuff. I'll use it on my face and see what happens, if I can remember to pay attention.

I'm also going to make a sort of mineral tonic with silver, copper and zinc. I'm going to pass on the gold, I think, but I might see something from the zinc, unless I'm getting plenty through the diet. I REALLY want to try it on the nanny plants, see if it does anything there...

WAY cool!

PS - nanny plants are just plants potted on top of sticks, green garden clippings and other compostables with potting mix on top. Planted and placed on the ground to populate them with worms and start the living compost and then moved around for "visits" to other plants in the ground and watered to drain their compost tea in the soil. If you make some, I use sticks off a mulberry that sheds them quite a bit, green garden clippings (mostly boxwood) and maple leaves. Plant some sun-loving ones and some shade-loving ones and you can "nanny" any plant anywhere! Just don't forget to give them a little tea every once in a while.

Sedum fills a pot nicely and doesn't seem to mind traveling or visiting other plants since the plants in the ground can't steal all of the resources because they take their own with them, as long as you don't forget to give them some love too. Any of the sedums - actually, just about any plant - can take a few days of shade so you can rotate them in and out of it.

You don't want to just leave them somewhere for a whole season as some ground plants will creep into the pot to get at the compost itself and if your compost is nearly done and you haven't fed it any scraps, the nanny itself will shoot roots into the ground, as well. You want them to love their gypsy lifestyle.

Cindy

I neglected to suggest that you not "nanny" in-ground plants too much. If they are landscape plants, you want them to shoot roots and explore their underground environment to find their own food and moisture sources to establish themselves. There won't be much activity in the top growth while they're doing that but if you're patient, once they're comfortable, top-growth will explode and they'll be extra hardy and immune to just about anything that comes their way.

You can also use nanny plants to feed and provide afternoon shade for tender seedlings.

Also, if they're not to sit on mulch - I.e. if they're going to be on the grass or something - you want to fashion them some feet to get them up off the ground.

If it's hot and dry where you are, you can set them in a plant saucer and put drain holes in the pot, just above the rim of the saucer to conserve water. The nannies will shoot roots down to the water if they need to but they won't drown as it will be in the lower part, where the wood and air gaps are. Then you can just tip it to water the nannied plants. Unless, of course, the composting is done and it's all soil. In which case, the plant will be much lower in the pot as the air gaps collapse so you can remove it, put a new layer of sticks and greens in the bottom, and put it back in there. And stick some sticks down into the soil from the top to restart the "living" aspect of the compost up in the top soil.

And remember - "done" compost is "dead" compost. Once everything's been broken down, the microbes and worms leave in search of "greener pastures" and they're the life and life-giving properties of compost. You want to keep them interested, fed, watered and satisfied. And, of course, you don't have to plant anything in your nanny pots if you don't want to. You can just fill them with sticks on the bottom covered with dried leaves and green garden waste and pop a layer of soil on top. You can put a couple of dried leaves down and park any starters you might have in little pots on it. That will help keep it from drying out plus feed the starters. And if it's early or there's a late frost, you can stick some sticks into the soil and cover the whole thing with a trash bag to protect your seedlings from frost. If you've had warm days and have populated your pot with worms and microbes by setting it on the ground for a few days, the warmth from their industry will keep your seedlings - and the worms - nice and toasty.

They're basically tiny little, portable, raised garden beds, heat pads and compost teapots.

Chewed up 2 aspirin about 10 minutes after rinsing, swishing, gargling and swallowing the 20ppm.

I don't know if it released stored sedatives from an old surgery or some weird virus of some sort but it nearly knocked me plum out.

I dozed off at my desk and when I woke up, I actually stumbled when I got up to go lie down for a nap. I felt exactly as if I'd been sedated. It really knocked me for a loop so it's definitely not something you want to do and then get in your car and drive somewhere or go to work. It wasn't a "high" but just a full-on sedative effect. Muscle relaxant, sleepy - that sort of thing. If the aspirin is releasing sedatives the body had locked away, rather than a virus, that would be very interesting and make the silver/aspirin method a good cleanse for toxins if one did it before going to bed but, since nobody takes aspirin anymore, I'm going to say that "taking it slow" might be the best way to go so as not to overload the liver. I'm a little surprised there's been no rash...but I've never had liver issues so...I don't know.

Tomorrow, I'm going to skip the aspirin, then do the same the day after and note any differences there might be - a lesser effect, no effect or another significant effect - as, today, I would call it a pretty significant dose of whatever it is/was. I've had two surgeries, about 15-20 years apart with the last being about 15 years ago so...other than the gas you get at the dentist, that's probably the worst of whatever might be released but we'll see what happens.

Strange that DMSO has never done whatever this is doing...I'm beginning to think that the rampaging cancer, heart issues and other illnesses might be because people stopped using aspirin...

It's been 6 hours since I rinsed, swished, gargled, swallowed and, 10 minutes later, dissolved, chewed up and sort of swished 2 aspirin. No sedative effect but a niacin-like flush all the way around atop my shoulders and high on the chest and back. And a slight fever - currently 99.8.

So - no sleepy/grogginess, no stumbling around as if sedated, a little red, a little itchy and a little bit warm but still no rash.

I'm going to do it again this afternoon - see what happens.

All sorts of interesting things -

Finally had a little rash, on my forearm, for about an hour, and a brand new mole popped up during that. Right smack halfway between the two age spots that are peeling off. One is nearly gone or, at least, I have to feel around to find it. Still rough and flaking off.

Some new pressure in my sinuses on the left side, again. Just barely but definitely. Also woke up two days in a row with the beginning of a sore throat - one gargle was all it took. I think I'll leave it tomorrow and see if it develops without the gargling.

Something similar to the knot I had below the sinuses but above the back of the throat after covid has developed except - this time - BELOW the back of the throat and I think it's an actual mass, rather than a pocket of mucous. Had a little knot above my right ear for a day, followed by a little bit of pain behind my right eye.

Had a chill (no fever) and bit of drowsiness and took a short nap, this morning, but nothing like the sedative effect I had in the beginning. I'm forgetting some things as they've been popping up and dissipating very quickly. Even just as I've been writing this, the lump in my throat has dissipated after a little H2O2-style inhalation of CS, as has the little pain behind my eye and just had one little sharp pain in my right ear, but it's gone.

My skin on my forearms, hands and face is really soft. A rough patch on the backs of both upper arms.

Nothing has been in any way, debilitating and, as I said, it's mostly just bursts of symptoms that quickly dissipate. A little popping in my right ear and goosebumps with a little chill.

Weird but interesting - and COOL!

I think I'm going to add the cancer-fighting/immunity-boosting 2 minutes of rebounding every hour and see what happens...

Nothing happening on the colloidal silver front. I'm going to try colloidal gold, see what happens, and make some colloidal copper spray to use for moisturizing. I don't use moisturizer much as I don't need it much. Silver helps a little but I hear copper's "super", so...we'll see. I don't like lotion. Some smell awesome and feels good on the skin but...I just don't like it's base. And it seems like once you have to use some, you have to keep using it and I don't like that. The silver doesn't do that but I want to try the copper - see what all of the oohs and ahhhs are about.

Been reading up on gold so will definitely be trying that as I'm just generally happy, anyway, so I'll see if it has any of that sort of effect. I also hear that it eliminates cravings and I definitely have some of THOSE.

I read one comment that it would be appreciated by smokers, golfers and anybody that has ever thought that "people suck", LOL! I suppose the "golfer" reference might be about hand-to-eye coordination and possibly those annoying, "yippy" mind loops one hears about wreaking havoc on one's putting but I don't play, myself, so I'll have to see if I can get the SIL to try it and see what he thinks...

I've been wanting to empty one of the 3 quart bottles of hydrogen peroxide I got because they're non-reactive, dark and have a flip top lid but I'd just got them and they were all full! DRAT!

SOOO, I decided to soak and wash my bed pillow!!

My pillow is actually a half pillow of "down alternative" so it didn't take much water. I used a whole quart of hydrogen peroxide in a couple gallons of water with a dash of Dr Bronner's liquid soap. Squished and washed with my rapid washer, rinsed and added some colloidal silver to my final rinse water which is awesome but was also necessary as my dryer needs repair, at the moment, so I can only use "air dry" and or line drying as the heating element just stays on the whole time if I use the other settings which gets WAY to hot but with the silver, it doesn't matter because it won't mold or mildew with it taking so long to dry.

ANYway, now I have the perfect dispenser for my colloidal silver! And it holds the whole quart (I make it a quart at a time)! I also have a half gallon mason jar with a dark cover but, for everyday use, the 1 quart peroxide bottle is perfect as I use about a quart a week, between what I'm ingesting and spraying it all over the cotton-pickin' place.

I am SO glad I got the generator! I can make a whole gallon in a day, for the cost of the distilled water!

My colloidal GOLD should be here tomorrow! Can't wait to try THAT! As I said before, I'm already a happy person but I'm thinking maybe it will "cure" my tendency to procrastinate! Which is what happens when there's too MUCH to do because I never know where to start, so I don't do them until each gets to that very last minute, when I have no choice but to just do it, ROFL! But I sort of enjoy that...

I've been reviewing my notes on colloidal silver and then the non-experience with the gold.

I think the gold had "no effect" because I'd been using the silver and the same effects are created by colloidal silver, although, not perhaps as dramatically as with the gold for one who isn't already taking silver.

Fell into a funk, during my review, wishing I'd begun my exploration of colloidal silver before my chihuahuas died but took a dose of silver and feel much better. Still sad but can't seem to find the terribleness I was "dwelling on", earlier.

Nevertheless - colloidal silver really IS "all that". I wasn't sick when I started it but I woke up with a sore throat a few times during my "viral flush" and one swish, rinse and gargle and it was gone. Each time.

One thing I will say about the gold is that even after only applying it to my face twice, it was remarked that my skin looked awesome and I looked younger. BUT, I hadn't seen that individual in person since I started on the colloidal silver and wasn't really paying any attention to that side of things so, I don't know.

I used 2 drops of the 100ppm gold in my palm, gave it a couple of spritzes of silver and splatted it on my face which made my face feel sort of dry but super smooth.

I've since sprayed with silver, alone, and it feels awesome, not dry and BECOMES smooth after doing something else for a little bit...not sure what. BUT, it's not dry so I really do prefer it to the gold. If I want "super smooth", I'll exfoliate with some borax.

Ordered a second generator with the features I wish the first had and for comparison, so - looking forward to that and, I'll never run out of colloidal slver so, BONUS!

One "con", in the "pros and cons" of colloidal silver - the hairs on my chin are thick and dark. They were much lighter and quite fine before...so...dang it - alTHOUGH - they're a whole lot easier to see, for plucking, so that's a pro, right?

Anyway - I think silver is all one would need as silver, gold and copper can only actually serve one purpose in the body and that's electrical which makes it a "three bears" sort of thing with gold being too soft, copper too hard and silver just right due to its unique relationship with water that gold and copper don't share.

There's nothing listed in the "benefits of colloidal gold" that one isn't going to get with silver, anyway - eventually. It's super easy, super cheap and it's never met a pathogen it can't kill.

Another point is that some say it kills microbes indiscriminately but I don't see how that can be true because there's a PROFOUND difference in the effects of killing off a cold or virus with silver and killing it and all the GOOD microbes off with patented, man-corrupted antibiotics. It MUST be discriminating. There's no other explanation for it. It MUST be. It appears some might try to use that idea against it but they should be called on that - swiftly and unapologetically.

It seems the colloidal silver is still digging stuff out and the reason I say that is because I popped a dropper of cayenne extract under the tongue, just because I picked it up when I was dusting the shelf where it sits, and I felt it shoot down the left side from under the jaw to a mole on my neck and a minute or so later, I could feel it burning inside the left side of my nose. VERY interesting.

I have NO idea what that's about as I often pop a dropper of cayenne under the tongue "just because" and have never had that experience nor anything like it before and I haven't been doing that because I've been playing with the colloidal silver on its own.

I've seen several reports from people who realized after using colloidal silver for some weeks or even months that they notice that something they hadn't given any thought has gone or something that used to happen doesn't happen anymore or whatever so...

Just woke up from a nap but don't recall feeling sleepy OR going to bed, so that's kind of weird.

After I wrote the other email, I had a bit of diarrhea and that's the last thing I remember.

Since I woke up, I've had, in quick succession, a feeling of weakness, a sore throat the feeling of a cold sore (left side) coming up, a low-grade fever, a cough, a flash of chest tightness and congestion, runny nose and headache. Like tiny bits of every virus I've ever had.

I've actually not had an appetite at all, until now and just didn't notice.

At the moment, all I have is a tightness in the muscles on the left side of the neck, downward and just across the very top of my left shoulder and a different sort of sore throat - deeper, in the glands - and a bit of stuffiness in my left ear.

Just in the time of writing this, everything is gone except a sort of swelling and tingling in the left side of my tongue and a sort of..."tiredness" in my eyes, which just came up...

VERY interesting.

I just want to say that supplementing, once per day, with 1 or 2 tsp of 5 or 10ppm colloidal silver - WHEN YOU'RE WELL - should not only have healthy effects but almost certainly stop many infections before they can get started and, if not, will keep them in check so you can add more doses to kill them off rather than end up chasing them around the body, as I was doing. Apparently, it takes approximately a month of supplementing to get it up to "guard dog" levels.
