Borax Safety

Below is my email to intralabs and their reply stating the safety of borax, the only toxic effects apply to unborn babies whose mother ingests. The 'powers that be' have left that bit out to make us think toxicity applies to all of us, hence shops removing borax and replacing with borax substitute (which really is toxic!! ). Email intralabs yourselves for reassurance. They are very cheap too. Label warnings of dangers and toxicity are put on Borax by law.

Hi, Im confused about 'Borax' mainly as my nan used to drink small amounts to rid herself from arthritus, also using it as shampoo then rinsing afterwards with citric acid, she fed her plants with it as every living organisms cells require borax! So I dont understand why yr Material Safety Data Sheet says it is toxic ingested and a skin irritant?

She is still alive & free from arthritus and swears by the stuff. When talking with a few oldies at my mums residential care home it became clear that a fair few in their generation used borax on skin and ingested with no problems, I think the borax product was called '20 mule' or similar.

Please could you tell me why yours is so toxic please?? Also...I always understood that borax and boric acid are the same substance apart from one of them has more water molecules than the other, any advice on this lol?

I want to purchase from you but not if you sell a toxic form as im removing all mainstream pollutant chemicals from my home, then just using borax, citris acid, soap flakes, soda crystals, bicarb of soda and white vinegar for everything from hardcore cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, pet and my shampoo, insecticide etc (the oldies convinced me there is no need for the squillions of products poisoning us everyday just so some fat cat corporate ****rs can rake in the profits at our expense).

Hope you can help me aquire the borax I talk of if you dont supply the safe version, all I can find is a substitute which my gran says is not borax either!!

Thanks in advance Mark

Hi

Borax was reclassified 4 years ago as Repro-toxic by the EU which means that it could damage fertilitiy or an unborn child if eaten.

Borax is not toxic to your general health (other than that just stated) and is actually less toxic than table salt.

This is the reason why your relative is quite well and not ill. 20 mule team borax is the same as the borax we sell, the only difference is that it's not classed as repro-toxic by US law but is by EU law.

20 mule team is a brand of borax, it's all the same.

Kind regards Dan

A chemist back in the 1960's was commissioned to travel the world for all the info he could find on boron. Other chemists were tasked with other inorganics also. An encyclopedia set was then put together for colleges. If you can get your hands on these old encyclopedia sets it might be a very useful tool.

Hi Bridget~ I was wondering the same thing. I did a bit of internet snooping & found these articles helpful. My husband was diagnosed with Low-T, with blood levels @ 180. The doctor put him on one of the gel treatments. He felt much better @ week 2 of treatment, but has gradually been feeling worse again. We are now @ about week 4. I suspect his estrogen levels are playing a part in this. Anyway, after reading the abstract I'm sending him to Wal-mart tomorrow bright & early to get some 20 mule-team borax!

Stop being afraid of borax. It is wonderful stuff. As has been said before, it is about as toxic as salt. Regarding purity, borax is mined just like table salt. You can't refine either one any further. Hey, try to wash them and they dissolve, fer pitty sake.

One of the neatest benefits of boron is it basically doubles your absorption rate of calcium. It is required for strong bones.

The easy way to take borax is to get some gelatin capsules from yout pharmacy or health food store and make your own borax pills. Remember to take them with a cup of water.

If you found scented borax you goofed and bought boric acid instead. Some boric acid brands are perfumed. Boric acid is not dangerous, other than the fact it is acidic. Diluted it has been used for sprains, pains, bug bites and rashes for ages.

Boric acid is the one you want to use for insect control. Ants, termites, cockroaches and the like have a waxy coating on their bodies. Even a speck of boric acid will kill them by burning a hole in the coating so they dehydrate. I suspect a dusting would do the same for bedbugs.

Any form of borax is deadly to fungus. I sprayed the inside hull of my antique wooden boat to stop dry rot. Drill a hole near the base of a fence post, pour in some borax, and plug it. The borax diffuses through the wood to stop rot.

Borax Scent

Wanted to come back to the thread I started to update: I am back with borax again :)

Had a recent skin rash that resisted all treatments, in desperation I remembered the box of Borax I'd stashed in the garage last year after opening it and finding it scented. Poured some out and found....no scent! The time spent stored in the cool garage had removed the odor, which was obviously from other scented products that had been stored/shipped with my Borax box.

The cardboard packaging is obviously very porous and Borax itself highly absorbent. And I'm guessing it wouldn't be cost-efficient (nor environmentally sound) to package it in plastic....going forward I'll be purchasing well in advance of running out, pouring it into an open container and leaving it for several weeks in my garage or shed to air out. I'd advise others who have had the same problem to do this as well.

re: my rash: two days of bathing in Borax and my swelling and itching have subsided, after two weeks of agony. Am so happy to be using this amazing product again. Hope this experience is helpful to others.

Hi Simon, Yes, however weird it may seen to ingest something people use as a laundry detergent, it is safe. I have been using 1/8 tsp for quite a while now. I will usually go for a few weeks, then take a few days off. It has pretty much cured my knee pain. I highly recommend it.

boraxo is much stronger than plain borax!!!

if you can get some plain borax - they have it in the laundry aisle - it is usually called 20 mule team... it will work much better and won't dry out your hair or scalp and you won't need conditioner.

you need borax and citric acid. citric acid is a chelator and will take the borax completely out of your hair as well as restore the proper pH to your hair and scalp and prevent mineral build up. you can also use vinegar - 1 tablespoon to a pint of water but it doesn't work as well... but until you can get citric acid vinegar is fine.

take some plain powdered borax and pour about an inch or 2 in the bottom of a bottle. add water and shake and let it sit until the water turns clear. it will only melt as much of the borax until it gets to a 'saturated' solution - so having some white stuff in the bottom is normal.

pour the clear liquid into a squirt bottle with a nozzle like a ketchup or mustard bottle or even better a hair dye bottle and use about 2 tablespoons. i usually just put one ounce (2 tablespoons into the bottle at a time).

when you are ready to wash your hair get a pint container and add 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid powder to a pint of water and shake or stir it good.

ok then wet your hair and squirt the borax solution onto your scalp only. after this kind of work it around your scalp and then sort of squeeze it down the rest of your hair. you don't have to worry much about the length because just the amount that is on your scalp will clean the length unless your hair is very long.

it may not seem like it is doing anything but it is!!!

then rinse, rinse, rinse and scrub your scalp with your fingertips (not nails) and when finished rinsing well, pour your citric acid solution over your scalp and let it run down your hair. make sure you saturate your hair and scalp with it.

then rinse, rinse, rinse.

this will work MUCH better!!! as well as leave your hair very shiny, smooth and full of body. no conditioner is needed with this method! i have almost waist length hair that was very dry and crunchy before i started using this method. now i can't believe how nice my hair is!!!

good luck :)

I started to get skin rashes around my neck that started to spread down my trunk. Nothing work until I switched to Borax shampooing and for washing my body. With three or four days, the rash that had gotten slowly worse for a year was gone--and it has never came back. I used to mix it in water, but I've started just putting it on straight. No only is my rash gone, but it cured my dandruf and my hair is healtheir and thicker than it has been for years. I've been using it for about a year now, and I'll be using it until the day I die.

Fluoride Poisoning

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

A few years ago I used Borax to reduce fluoride and got a rash on my hands and feet. This is a classical sign of Borax / boron poisoning (I really don't consider it a real poisoning).

Since I really liked what Borax did for me, until I got the rash,I thought if I ever find a way to get ride of the rash I must share it. Mostly because I lost about 15 pounds in 15 weeks while taking Borax (seems that's another side effect of "Borax poisoning").

The thing that worked for me was taking niacin to flush. So you don't want to use flushless niacin. 500 mg to 1000 mg does it for me. I do it as soon as I wake up for the day.

Seems the niacin flush opens the capularies wider and alows larger particles to get out of the hands and feet. The palms of the hands and the soles of the feet are where the Borax rash occurs. It takes awhile to get completely clear of the boran that acumulates there, But releaf from the rash only takes days.

Here's the interesting thing; to make the flushing of boron faster you actually have to quit the niacin until the rash comes back. Then you restart the niacin and it clears up again. In my case this worked asimetricaly. First the sole of my left foot cleared up, then my right palm. After that my right sole and then my left palm.

And now I am clear of Borax / boron poisoning. So now I can take Borax again. It did take a couple of years to get back to normal for me. But if I had figured out how to do the "use niacin for a month and quit until the rash comes backs and start niacin again" I think I could have cleared this up in four to six months.

The possible reason I might have had born acumulation is because I may have smaller capularies than other people.

I don't consider "Borax / boron poisoning" to be a real poisoning because really only the rash and the weightloss are the only side effects.

And the reason I wanted to publish this here is because I don't want any of you to be hesitent to use Borax because of my last post where I said I had gotten the boron rash. And because Borax is safe and effective.

I just wanted to mention that soaking in Epsom Salts could be the cause of the diarrhea since Epsom Salts are high in magnesium and too much magnesium can cause diarrhea. It still boils down to doing your own research and finding out what works for you.

Just so you know, the Borax you find in the laundry aisle is 99% pure with the other "1% possibly consisting of: sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, bicarbonate, carbonate, sulphate, phosphate but not toxic, and no heavy metals. Pharmaceutical grade is not noticeably better or purer" (per The Boron Conspiracy). The laundry aisle stuff is perfect.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

Kathleen,

Borax may still be worth a try despite the stomach issue. Keep in mind that the person who originally founded borax and boron as a potential arthritis treatment before, Ted, Rex Newnham, found benefit at dosing much lower than Ted recommended.

He reported dosing of boron as low as 6mg/day was effective for some people(50%) which would equate to roughly 55 mg/day of borax :

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1566627/pdf/envhper00403-0084.pdf

I have to say that that dose was not effective for me, but according to the PubMed link above, it worked for 50% of the people studied. Compare this dose of borax to Ted's recommended dose for women of roughly 500 mg/borax per day for 5 days of the week which averages out to 2500 mg/week / 7 = 357 mg/day compared to the approximate borax dose that would be needed in the link above of 55 mg/day of borax to be equivalent to 6 mg of boron actually used.

As far as cost, borax costs pennies per year.

So it seems possible that you may find borax effectiveness at some point between 55 mg and 357 mg/day. One strategy might be to start at the low dose and see how it goes after a month. If not enough benefit after a month, a slow and low dosage increase could be considered until benefit is found before reaching Ted's recommended dose of 357 mg/day of borax.

Such a strategy could potentially prevent gastro issues from ever occurring.

Hi,

Could you please post the link to the exact borax product you take? There are lots of people for who borax does not work and I think it is because of the quality or lack of quality of the borax used.

I also think when somebody takes something and works they should post the exact link, product, brand that they took/take since products are NOT the same.

For example, let's take coconut oil, there are lots of low quality coconut oil on the market that will NOT work to heal anything. When something works, posting the brand/product AND dosages should be mandatory IMHO.

Thank you

EC: The majority of people in the USA who post about borax are referring to Twenty Mule Team Borax. They don't post product names on Earth Clinic because it's generally not allowed unless you've been a regular contributor for a few years. Our policy since 2004.

Last year I had a rash and I wasn't sure if it was something I ate (allergies) or a bug.

I found a recipe for a long hot bath with 2 cups Borax and 2 cups Hydrogen Peroxide in it.

The rash disappeared immediately but the bonus was I'm old and have a lot of chronic pain in the body and the bath seemed to have alleviated that so I looked it up on some Science site and sure enough, Boron is a bit of a miracle in regards to many ailments. Also read some Amazon reviews and people said Boron was reducing or healing their Arthritis.....it used to be in our soil...but no more!

I read a variety of published information and studies about potential health benefits of boron supplementation and safety of dosage. I found these to be useful summaries: ___ http://www.health-science-spirit.com/borax.htm

Excerpt from Walter Last.

The Borax Conspiracy — How the Arthritis Cure has been stopped. 2011.

“Boron is distributed throughout the body with the highest concentration in the parathyroid glands, followed by bones and dental enamel. It is essential for healthy bone and joint function, regulating the absorption and metabolism of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus through its influence on the parathyroid glands. With this boron is for the parathyroids what iodine is for the thyroid. Boron deficiency causes the parathyroids to become overactive, releasing too much parathyroid hormone which raises the blood level of calcium by releasing calcium from bones and teeth. This then leads to osteoarthritis and other forms of arthritis, osteoporosis and tooth decay. With advancing age high blood levels of calcium lead to calcification of soft tissues causing muscle contractions and stiffness; calcification of endocrine glands, especially the pineal gland and the ovaries; arteriosclerosis, kidney stones, and calcification of the kidneys ultimately leading to kidney failure. Boron deficiency combined with magnesium deficiency is especially damaging to the bones and teeth. Boron affects the metabolism of steroid hormones, and especially of sex hormones. It increases low testosterone levels in men and oestrogen levels in menopausal women. It also has a role in converting vitamin D to its active form, thus increasing calcium uptake and deposition into bone and teeth rather than causing soft tissue to calcify. Also other beneficial effects have been reported such as improvement of heart problems, vision, psoriasis, balance, memory and cognition.”

Excerpt from Lara Pizzorno, MDiv, MA, LMT. Nothing Boring About Boron. IMCJ Integrative Medicine: A Clinician's Journal. 2015 Aug; 14(4): 35–48. “Boron has been proven to be an important trace mineral because it (1) is essential for the growth and maintenance of bone; (2) greatly improves wound healing; (3) beneficially impacts the body's use of estrogen, testosterone, and vitamin D; (4) boosts magnesium absorption; (5) reduces levels of inflammatory biomarkers, such as hs-CRP and TNF-α; (6) raises levels of antioxidant enzymes, such as SOD, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase; (7) protects against pesticide-induced oxidative stress and heavy-metal toxicity; (8) improves brain electrical activity, cognitive performance, and short-term memory in elders; (9) influences the formation and activity of key biomolecules, such as SAM-e and NAD+; (10) has demonstrated preventive and therapeutic effects in a number of cancers, such as prostate, cervical, and lung cancers and multiple and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma; and (11) may help ameliorate the adverse effects of traditional chemotherapeutic agents.”

___

Borax is an compound of boron. Borax (sodium borate) is a natural mineral mined from the earth like salt (sodium chloride), both of which have a long history of being used to preserve food. I read that borax and salt are generally considered safe in small amounts and of similar toxicity (LD50) in large amounts. California is home to one of the world's largest borax deposits from which 20 Mule Team Borax has been manufactured since 1891. The product is packaged in its pure form, with no chemical additives. The only processing it receives after its removal from the ground is washing, drying and packaging. The product is 99.5 percent pure, with the remaining 1/2 of 1 percent containing naturally occurring trace minerals, with no risk of heavy metals. I read that pharmaceutical grade borax is not noticeably purer or better. I wash my hands after handling borax powder and am careful not to get it in eyes. To make a borax solution, I add one US teaspoon (leveled-off, average 4620 mg on my Weighmax CT20 milligram scale) of borax powder and 16 US fluid ounces of purified water into a cooking pot. I heat on the stove until the solution boils for one minute, and stir until the borax is fully dissolved. I pour the solution into a labeled glass jar with lid and store in a dark location at room temperature. 4620 mg borax powder * 0.113 (11.3% boron by weight) = 522.1 mg boron, divided by 64 (number of 1/2 US tablespoons in 16 US fluid ounces water) = 8 mg boron A 1/2 US tablespoon of this solution with 8 mg boron is comparable to the estimated 5–8 mg/day boron intake for people in parts of the world such as Israel and Western Australia which have high boron levels in the soil and water (and very low rates of arthritis at 1% or less). This amount is well under the Upper Tolerable Limit (UL) of 20 mg/day boron, determined unlikely to cause any adverse effects for healthy people in long term use.

Borax Dosages
Posted by Art (California ) on 08/20/2018 2148 posts

Rob,

It is my understanding that borax contains 11.36% boron. I use a "level full" 1/4th teaspoon bakers measuring spoon (USA) to measure my borax. The 1/4th spoon, when measured with a digital scale, shows on average, 970 mg of which 11.36% is boron. If I multiply 970 mg x .1136 (11.36%) = 110.192 mg of boron in my 1/4th teaspoon or about 110 mg per 1/4th teaspoon dose and about 55 mg of boron per 1/8th teaspoon dose. These are the two doses recommended by Ted on this website.

Based on this, I do not understand how you arrived at the figures in your post showing more than double what I calculate for these two doses. I get that different types of spoons from around the world may vary in their accuracy or actual size, but If I am also using a digital scale in conjunction with the spoon for verification, how can I be that far off? What am I doing wrong?

I have been using borax in water 5 days on/2 days off - for about 3 weeks... I feel rather tired which I attribute to possible detox.

However, my skin looks better and I can tell my feet appear to be shedding a bit of old fungal skin which is nice. I take 1/8 tsp in water a day and usually make a match tea with it in the morning. I sometimes will take a hot bath with 1 cup of epsom salt and 1 tblsp of borax and it does make my skin feel good, yet a bit dry... it does seem to be helping with healing.

First Lower your dose till you can take it without any issues. Try going from 1/8 to half of that, 1/16.
If you still have issues half the dose again.

Also, add only a few flakes of Epsom salts. The magnesium will assist the Borax. You only need a pinch per table spoon of borax so a flake or two a day is enough.
Once you have found a dose that works for you start doing that for 3-5 days on the borax supplementation and 1-3 days off supplementation.

Lastly, It is important to consume the liter of water on your days off of supplementation. Putting water in your body is going to be one of the most important factors in assisting the borax. I recommend always using distilled water. If distilled is not available you want the cleanest water possible with no added minerals. The borax and epsom salts you added are the minerals you want.

Hope this helps! Remember your healing is in your mind and your hands.

UPDATE to my post from 10/29/16.

I tried again a few days ago with 1/8 tsp in 1 liter water and this time...no nerve burning pain! What is different this time is that I have gone off my daily multivitamin 2 weeks ago and have been taking a daily Ginger Root capsule (to help with heartburn and Fluoride detox from taking cipro last year). I don't know if these two things (or just one of them) is the reason I'm not having the nerve burning this time but I'm just glad I don't so I can continued on. This is day 3 of using it.

Systemic Yeast Infection

This is my first contribution, but because borax was so instrumental in helping me control my systemic fungal infection that I wanted to put in my 2 cents to lend clarity to some of the posts. The borax that I bought was from 20 mule team and had no scent. If you look at the ingredients, there is only one ingredient and that is Sodium Tetraborate. Sodium Tetraborate is listed as a natural mineral. If there are any added scents to it, it would have to be listed also. Just make sure you only get the 20 mule team product.

I had Pneumonia when I was a baby and have had a systemic yeast infection my whole life. A friend made me a Hulda Clarke basic zapper and I was surprised at how effective it was. As time went on, I got a stronger one... I think it was a Bob Beck device. At that time you could purchase a kit at Electronic City in Burbank and put it together yourself. It seemed to work also. Then I loaned it to a person who had cancer and never got the device back. Meanwhile, my yeast problem got worse. I then got a don Croft Terminator. I was so determined to get rid of this yeast infection that I zapped every day for months.

Then one day, I woke up with my entire buttocks covered with watery hives. When I would scratch them, all the blisters would break. I didn't know what happened then later, I realized that the zapper was acting just like antibiotics. It would aggressively killed the yeast, fungus or bacteria, but not completely, leaving resistant ones to proliferate. I didn't know what to do, go back to a doctor? I was in this condition because of doctors to begin I t then returned with a vengence. This time my entire body was covered with the weepy, itchy blisters. That was when I found out about Borax.

Within two days of taking the Borax solution, all the blisters had cleared up. I've been on it for about a year now and though I'm much better, I still do have eruptions of pimples here and there in different parts of my body.

It seems to be happening more often now and I'm wondering if anyone has noticed a recurrence of their infection and if anyone knows of any information on these microbes developing a resistance to Borax?

Maria said "I wanted to know if borax at the 1/8 teaspoon in 1 lt of water taken 3 to 4 days a week over three weeks is too much for an elderly person?"

Maria, I think that sounds fine. You'll be starting your mum on a very low dose so you can see how she goes. At such a low dosage you are extremely unlikely to get adverse symptoms (as might happen from a too fast heavy-metal chelation or a too fast die-off of candida or other pathogens). Then, as her body acclimatizes you can slowly up the dose. You can comfortably take it up to as much as 1 teaspoon per litre - just don't give her more than a teaspoon of the mixture per day. See how this goes. You can keep her at that level for years with no problems but you can also drop it back down to a lower maintenance dose later.

___________________________________

Dude said "only 30 miligrams per day. Way less than 1/4 or 1/8 teaspoon."

Dude, the recommended dosage is perhaps a 1 teaspoon of borax in a litre of water of which only 1 teaspoon is taken per day. This will deliver about 7mg effective dosage per day which is good for healing most boron-deficiency diseases. Once health is regained then one can go down to about 1/4 teaspoon for a maintenance dose.

I tried washing my hair in two quarts of warm water with two Tablespoons of Borax. I do give it credit for detangling my hair. Brushing it out wet has always been a chore. Borax simplified that! However, the end result didn't impress me. My hair seemed heavy and wouldn't move. It appeared matted down after dry. I think adding a tiny bit of shampoo will work for me. I am going to try bathing in it for all of the noted benefits, but I truly am the type that needs some shampoo of some sort.

Maybe I'll try adding a bit to some Baby Shampoo. I love this website!

Chickenpox

I became a fan of borax when my son was 2 years old and had the chicken pox. His doctor told me to put him in a bath with borax and it would help with his itching. It was wonderful. He would sleep for hours after his borax fix. I used about 1 cup of borax in a tub of water deep enough to cover him. Now, I am trying to cut back my water usage. To do that I put a few oz. of borax in the bottom of a dixie cup and fill it with water. I pour it over my hair and rinse. Instead of using a cream rinse, I use a leave in spray rinse from my hair dresser. It helps save my well water, and my hair has never been so beautiful and soft. TRY IT!!!

Yeast Infections

Yes! A nurse practitioner finally helped me after years of yeast infection from antibiotic use for sinus infection. She said go to the drug store or natural food store and buy the biggest empty capsules they sell and buy Boric Acid Powder there also. Fill one or two capsules and use as a suppository over night. You can do it a couple days in a row and it has worked wonders! Plan to where a light pad to absorb a little mess when you get up and moving around the next morning. Oh, I've found that a straw works wonders - just poke it down into the Boric Acid container and then hold over the open capsule and pinch above the powder to get it to fall out of the straw into the capsule. Hope this helps the many others suffering with this awful problem.

Hair and Scalp

Hi, i'm using many of Ted's wonderful remedies. The latest is borax for a shampoo. I was scared at first, thought my hair would be a matted, tangled, dried out mess. Well it works better than any shampoo i've tried, and my stick straight thin hair has new thickness and body. So much so, that i was able to get a chin length haircut with bangs which i didn't dare do before. I don't know if i'm right but i use 2 tbsp borax to 2 qts. warm water and pour it over my head about 3 times then massage my scalp then rinse. i almost forgot to mention i don't need a conditioner or detangling rinse. This makes me really happy because i'm trying to reduce or eliminate chemicals on my skin and body.I use borax water to dampen my hair before a hairset too. I have very light gray hair and i'm trying blackstrap molasses everyday to see if i can get some darker hair back. several people who don't know i'm doing this have said my hair looks darker gray, it definetly is darkening at the hairline on the sides and on the nckline after a short time, so i'm hopeful, but just to be able to have body and thickness to my hair is just thrilling no matter what color it is. Thanks so many times for all this information. jackie

BORAX vs LICHEN SCLEROSUS & HEMORRHOIDS & KNEE PAIN

After a year of suffering of this terrible and embarrassing condition, I was cured with Borax. All those women who like me suffer of this problem, know exactly how terrible it is to suffer of this ailment. The more itching it got, the more things I tried to treat it with, but nothing ever worked. Thus, my getting more and more stressed about it, caused the itchiness to worsen and becoming unbearably intense. I tried applying organic yoghurt, kefir, apricot kernel seed oil, olive oil, castor oil, black seed oil, oats milk, apple cider vinegar baths, baths, took oregano drops, and other things I don't even remember anymore. I scratched myself so hard at times, that brought myself to tears just by seeing my private part completely hurt and bleeding at times. The itchiness woke me up many times in the middle of the night, and I remember going to the bathroom, inspecting myself and seeing my labial area in total flames and with red specs all over. I was in fire and ready to scratch myself with a hard wire brush. I had Borax at home, which I was already taking now and then, but it never occurred to treat myself with it. I started doing research and came across an article of a lady who like me, walked on fire with this thing, and found relieve with Borax. I follow her advise but with some tweak, and today, I can almost say that I am cured. I started taking borax and bicarbonate of soda baths and after the first wash, I felt alieve for the first time in over 12 months. I started to sleep longer and found peace in my highly stressed body. I was saved as healing was happening. At first I was doing it about 3 times a day. Then, as it got better and better, two and then once a day, but I wash with that solution in the toilette seat three to two times a week only now, and sometimes, just one time. After the wash, I pat dry myself and apply apricot kernel see oil to sooth the delicate skin down there.

My husband also did the exact same treatment to treat hemorroides.

I can also 100% confirm that a pain I had in my right knee is completely gone, as well as the pain starting to develop in my left knee, after drinking it with water every day. I noticed that after I was healed from the Lichen Schlerosus. I was so absorbed and worried about that problem, that only after I recovered from that devastating condition, I noticed that both my knees were also pain free.

Who would've thought that a simple product off the supermarket shelve would be the solution to this problem, and so many others.

Life would not be possible without Boron. Boron binds to heavy metals, like the garbage they have been spraying on us for decades. Check out this PubMed article: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/
