I need help and advice from people that read these reviews. I have read loads on here but am still somewhat confused. Today I bought some Hydrogen Peroxide but don't know if its the correct one as someone said on here that it should be the food grade one? And 3%. They only had 9% and I bought it from the Pharmacy. So I used a quarter amount to the water. I used bottled still water but don't know if this is correct? I put in a spray bottle and sprayed area, left for few mins then rinsed. Had read that you should repeat procedure then rinse well after, then its done and repeat again next day.

Also am worried because it looks like the BV has given me a bladder infection as it started hurting in that area though feels ok when I pee. With BV which was diagnosed. I've never had a fishy odour smell at all, but have had itching for many weeks, mainly in bed for some reason where am scratching at night. This is how it started and initially thought it was thrush but the cream etc never really worked.

Today I also had a urine sample to see if I had infection and Dr said it looked likely that I have. Asked her about the Hydrogen Peroxide but she didn't know about it, no surprise really. Am just scared and stressed out because I am allergic to many antibiotics and the one that she prescribed me a few weeks ago I never took as it weren't really bothering me then.

Wish had known about H. Peroxide back then before this got worse! Just I don't know if am making it worse by not taking any antibiotics now with the bladder infection on top. It's hurting quite abit now but no worse after the H. Peroxide. Just want to know can I use other natural remedies with it like tea tree oil in the bath? I normally drink Cranberry juice with bladder infections and plenty of water which in the past has worked. I also been given by Dr some Metronidazole Gel but still scared of using and read that more than half cases of BV come back with any antibiotic stuff, even the Dr said this! Please advise!

Look into D-Mannose for bladder infection.

The doctor won't tell you about it because those are natural remedies. Regular doctors are there to help pharmaceutical companies to make money. The spray you mentioned won't work. You buy the package of vaginal douche and empty the bottle, rinse and ad the half water and half H. Peroxide the brown bottle no matter the % because it would work the same. lean back, hold it for as long as you can then push, then continue with the rest of the treatment. You need also to eat garlic 2,3 cloves daily that will help the bacteria to stop growing. Make sure to cut it very small because the taste is very unpleasant. Good luck!

I have only been on 2 treatments of a 50/50 solution of H2O2 and water soaked in a tampon and I already see a complete improvement! Smell is gone and discharge has been eliminated. I think I will continue the treatment for another 3-4 days and then stop it and see if the improvement is permanent or if symptoms return. So far, so GREAT!

How do u soak the water and peroxide in a tampon THEN insert the tampon in the vagina? Doesnt it expand too much to fit it in?

I did the same. I used a pearl tampon (plastic applicator), leave tampon in applicator, put in the mix (I used a cup so tampon could stand up). soaked in under a minute, slid in just fine.

I did my homework on this one. I was noticing after my period I would have horrible itching. Talked to Doc, flagyl was prescribed. Worked, then came back. Doc said the flagyl would eventually stop working. So I stumbled onto the earthclinic site, and read about the hydrogen peroxide douche. I also learned normal ph in the vagina is around 3-4. Blood ph is around 7. So what I did was put about a tablespoon of baking soda, half water, half hydrogen peroxide swirl to mix. During the month when I had BV itch I would douche with it. Now that my period is over I douched with it again. I can truly say this is a miracle. No itch, no b****. Lol

I stumbled upon H202 last night as a last resort for what I thought was a UTI that would not go away. I had previously once been treated for BV but since I have not had any itching or discharge and only a slight odor I assumed it was a uti. Several months of antibiotics later and still no relief for the burning and pain I tried the H202, I was scared it would burn but was willing to try it seeing how it could not get much worse.

To my absolute shock, I have done 2 douches since last night and all the pain and burning have completely gone! The H202 did not burn at all, in fact it was instantly soothing. 5 months of antibiotics and nothing- but a few minutes with a dollar bottle of peroxide and sterile water and complete relief.

Not sure how often I need to do to this and paranoid the pain will come back since it has been so long, I could almost cry from happiness! I wish I had seen this months ago!

It's so silly they prescribe antibiotics for this!!! Antibiotics just KILL more bacteria, and often cause BV in the first place. Super backwards. Most people aren't aware of what they're doing to their bodies when taking antibiotics though, and I only have become aware in the past 5 years because of being diagnosed with colitis.

Has anyone had any problems doing this peroxide/water treatment? I did the 50/50 treatment and got pelvic and back pain. I am going in to see my doc. to see if I've hurt myself. Is this safe to do? Thanks.

UPDATE: I saw my doc and was given permission to use peroxide/water with a tampon, once a week. I have also started drinking kefir and I have NO bv! At the moment, it is GONE!!! We will see if it returns. I also take a folic acid tablet once a day. I have now been symptom free for 2 weeks. I think the pain I was experiencing could have been unrelated to this treatment. I'm so excited and hope this has worked for me!

Glad I saw this thread. My gynae recommended vinegar and water OR watered down plain yoghurt as agents to use for douching. I'm Still going to try the peroxide. That being said she said no more than once a weeks. And for this who keep having recurring BV after sex, consider having your partner treated too worn the same Flagyl treatment you get. It sure did change my trajectory with BV when I asked for this - I have been BV grew since. Good luck.

ok so I thought I was getting a yeast infection and I read online about the peroxide. So I decided to try it out. At first everything was fine but the next day when I attempted to have sex I had horrible pain and this had been going on for weeks now and I'm still not able to have sex without it hurting. I went to a gynecologist and he didn't really help much he just told me not to put peroxide in there. But it's been almost a month and I'm still not able to have sex without the pain. I recently had a uti that traveled up into my kidneys. Do you think that could be the reason. I'm not sure cause I've had pain since the peroxide. Please help me figure this out

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE CURED MY BV! I AM TELLING YOU THIS FROM PERSON EXPERIENCE. NOTHING THAT I HEARD.

I don't care what you heard or who you are this works rather it's a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis/vaginitis.

First let me explain something. Antibiotics like flagyl and all that only work temporarily because it is "anti" body. It kills both "Good" and bad bacteria. Peroxide does the same thing except you avoid the expensive visits and wasted time, not to mention, peroxide works faster. You have to replace the good bacteria as soon as you are done with the treatment. When I douched with peroxide, the smell went away instantly. Everyone's body is different but I haven't heard of anyone having to use this for more than 3 days. Most are cured after 2. I was fine after 1 day. Peroxide DOES NOT dry you out because it's "Hydrogen and Oxygen, " so it hydrates and bacteria cannot live in "Oxygen."

HOW DO I USE THIS?

SUPPLIES NEEDED: douche bottle, distilled water, 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Later: Apple Cider Vinegar

WHERE TO GET SUPPLIES: I bought the regular summer's eve douche bottle from HEB, peroxide from whole foods. Distilled water can be bought from any grocery store or you can just boil some water and let it cool off to distill it on your own. ACV was bought from Whole Foods.

1. Completely empty and rinse out your purchased douche bottle of choice

2. Fill douche bottle with 1/2 distilled water and 1/2 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide.

3. Drink 1 full tablespoon of organic Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in 1 bottle of water 2-3 times a day to help restore normal vaginal flora and PH balance. Whole Foods also offers a number of potent vitamins to restore good bacteria in vagina. Any of them are great.

Some even soak a tampon in the vinegar mixed with half water and insert for restoration of vaginal flora (I never tried this one because I don't want nothing else up there since bv is gone lol) Internal use of ACV has Maaaany benefits including great vaginal benefits.

If you do not have food grade peroxide, the brown bottle peroxide works exactly as good. I have used both.) But I have been told the brown bottle is not safe all though it worked GREAT. I will also say FOR ME it was completely SAFE TO NOT DILUTE in case you want to make it stronger. It did sting a tad without diluting but hey, it stings if you pour peroxide over a cut full of bacteria as well. I have used this method without mixing and with. The stinging means the peroxide is working and is well worth it.

The important thing to know is that Candida/Yeast CANNOT LIVE IN OXYGEN. The peroxide kills it instantly.

I think you mean it works WHETHER, not rather...(sorry, bad grammar drives me nuts). Glad it worked for you, but you don't need distilled water or to drink Apple Cider Vinegar, either. Properly used, regular peroxide that is diluted to a 50/50 ratio will work. Also, BV is NOT the same and a yeast infection. You started off talking about treating BV, but finished by talking about yeast infections. That may be confusing to some who don't know there is a big difference between the two. BV is the overgrowth of bad BACTERIA in the vagina. Yeast infections occur when candida, a fungus naturally found in the vagina, grows excessively. Yeast infections usually produce white, cottage-cheese like, odor-less discharge; while BV produces a thin, white or gray smelly discharge. Because fungi don't respond to antibiotics, yeast infections don't respond to flagyl and other prescribed BV treatments. Conversely, BV doesn't respond to meds like Fluconazole (Diflucan) and over the counter treatments like Monistat..I learned that from experience when I took Diflucan a few days ago thinking it would treat my symptoms. That's what makes hydrogen peroxide so wonderful is that fact that it seems to be effective in curing BV and yeast infections. While I've never used it for yeast infections, I've read that others have had success with it. I've also read that using too much hydrogen peroxide to cure BV can actually CAUSE yeast infections by throwing off the vagina's Ph and creating an environment where yeast grows out of control.

This really cured the smell is just 30 minutes. I promise. I used this and it worked good. I even used it in my bath water with apple cider vinegar and let me tell you, it smelled like water. Pure 0 2 water!! Do you understand me! Im going to do it again tomorrow morning and get the douche if the smell comes back. Right now I'm using the tampon because, well its christmas and the stores are closed. This is the best remedy better than the medicine if you ask me! And no it will not dry you out well if you don't leave it in too long . Yall better take notes from these ladies if youre young like me and hate going to the obgyn use this!! It works!!

First let me start off by saying I NEVER do any reviews or feedback for anything online but I HAD to come back to this site to share my story. I struggled with BV for a very long time... Maybe 5 years(yeah 5! ) it would come and go. I have seen different doctors and they would prescribe me antibiotics (flagyl) that would last periodically but not permanently. So one day I decided to type in BV cure and I saw the peroxide cure ... OMG this really works! I cannot explain how grateful I am that I came across this. The first time I tried it, it lasted up until I was sexually active then came back so I tried it again but added about a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and its been about 4 weeks and I'm STILL good, even after sex! I cannot believe this worked I have struggled with odor and different embarrassments because of this on and off for so long so to come across something so simple that I've had at home all these years, is amazing. I am so grateful for this I cannot stress enough if you have this problem just at least try it... If it helped ME it'll most likely help any one.

Until I found this I've felt hopeless! I have used the tampon and douching methods yesterday and I do think it's improving. I have such bad burning and itching on the outside of my V (vulva) and was wondering if anyone else had itching and burning and if the hydrogen peroxide helped that at all? Any info would be really wonderful. Thank you ladies!

I am suffering from BV for about three months now. I have gone to the doctor twice and have been put on two antibiotics and the problem goes away while I am on the medicine but comes back like the very next day. My doctor has done cultures on me and has confirmed it is vb. When I called yesterday to tell her nurse that my problem has came back for the third time now, she called me in some vaginal cream (I cant remember the name of it but I was to apply it twice a day for two weeks.) When I went to the pharmacy to get it, they told me it would be $96. That's when I decided not to buy it and I started doing research on home remedies and came across this post. I have some questions because I have never used a douche before and I don't know the proper ratio of water to hydrogen peroxide. I have also read some people have kept the liquid in for between 30min-1hour. How exactly do you "hold it in?" I thought that it came out when you rinsed it out? I don't know a lot about this stuff so if someone could give me better directions on how this works it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been regularly struggling with BV for about 8 years now. I have had countless rounds of antibiotics, oral and vaginal, and the problem goes away but persistently comes back after I have sex. After reading some of the stories on this site, I see that a lot of women regularly struggle with BV even after antibiotic treatment. Personally, I am usually fine after treatment but it's just until I am sexually active again that it comes back. It is such a pain! I have also tried a few at home remedies and nothing ever does the trick. I'm going to try the peroxide soaked tampon in hopes of it clearing up without a doctor visit. I wish that there was a way I could keep it from coming back even after sexual activity! HERE'S TO HOPING!

@Hoping for a cure

If you are having unprotected sex that is one of the main causes, I'll explain why in a bit...but since you've taken antibiotics you have killed not only the bad bacteria but also the good bacteria that are extremely important for optimum health and well being, not only of the vagina but many other areas in our bodies, if not our entire bodies...so when you take antibiotics you are wiping out your body's defenses against infections viruses etc so the minute you have unprotected sex or many other sexual activity four play etc you are introducing a ton of germs, bacteria and other foreign substances into your body that has little to no defense to fight off and protect you from the bad bacteria now entering your vagina..you have to allow enough time for your body to rebuild its "army" regain its strength recruit and train new soldiers etc before having normal intercourse again...meaning avoid having sex for a while if possible till you can get your vaginal flora back to optimum health...but if you can not do that, I get it too...have as clean of sex as one can have...be almost ocd with it...first off wear a condom or have your partner wear one no questions asked do introduce saliva to it or open it prematurely, don't set it down anywhere etc keep it as clean as possible. Have both you and your partner wash hands thoroughly before getting started, if possible brush your teeth (both of u) and even better if you can use some peroxide as oral debriding agent too, read instructions in the back of the bottle. Pee before sex and after sex, ALWAYS VERY IMPORTANT, another thing that would be absolutely beneficial is to rinse your bodies prior to engaging in sexual int. Or at least washing rinsing genitals...stay away from any anal type of activity that is just asking for serious bv and other vaginal infections, uti's etc...meanwhile you want to BE helping your body regain its defense system up and running asap...by finding a good source, better yet an excellent source of probiotics specifically for women. Preferably you want to do one that is RAW, FULL SPECTRUM WHOLE FOOD FORMULA WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT STRAINS OF ACTIVE GOOD FRIENDLY BACTERIA PLUS BILLIONS OF ACTIVE CULTURES AT THE TIME OF CONSUMPTION LOOK ONLINE OR WHOLE FOODS OR SOMEWHERE SIMILAR TO WHOLE FOODS...IT Will be a bit pricey $30-40 for a good month supply but absolutely worth it in the long haul...you can also ad bacteria by eating all natural raw plain yogurt with live cultures, kefir, drink aaple cider vinegar like braggs organic Apple Cider Vinegar "with the mother" you wanna do one tbs per 8 to 10oz of water make sure to shake the bottle to get the goodies in the bottle that sink to bottom...do that once or twice a day...its also good to drink half of a freshly squeezed lemon in warm water on empty stomach every morning or as often as possible...start taking folic acid supplement, as well as vitamin c, b complex would also be beneficial. Or just get a good woman's or even prenatal daily multi vitamin supplement...drink lots and lots of water stay away (as much as possible at least) from sugar use stevia when possible, alcohol, processed white flour or anything that has it in it, or things that turn into sugar, even the fruits u eat should be limited, and try to find the ones that have the least amount of sugar for the time being...junk food, fast food juices, soda, sweet tea coffee etc minimize the intake of it all...try to stick to straight water if u want flavor infuse your water with fruits and vegies and again use stevia As a substitute for your normal white sugar. Reason being is bc these things are for the most part poisonous to our bodies and most of all are what the bad organisms that are causing all these problems thrive on...they feed off of sugar etc they like warm wet dark places that's weak in defense and has an abundance of their primary food source...sugar...the idea is to starve them, rebuild your army to come fight these weak starved soldiers off as quickly as possible all while not introducing too many more to the environment...also make sure you are wiping front to back even when u just pee...avoid sitting in wet under garments, also avoid pools hot tubs TAKING BATHS thongs try wearing cotton undies as much as possible...let it breath as often as possible..yes I said let your vaginal when safe to do so let it breath air it out...get some sun approximately 20 mins a day is not only safe to do but highly recommended no more than 20 moderation is key use sunscreen and take whatever necessary precautions based on your skin type and sensitivity. Everyone's diff. As far their sun (uv)exposure tolerance goes ... Do the peroxide douche the directions for it are on this website...I would also do a tea tree oil douche once a day and peroxide once to 2x a day till its gone...do not use anything with a fragrance on or near vagina..no sprays soap body wash lotions wipes pads panty liners sprays etc I think I've covered most of it hope this helps I know it's a lot but it' will worth it in the long-haul getting to live your life normal again without the embarrassment and frustrations that dealing with bv brings about..also stay away from antibiotics its a viscous cycle and your body will start to build an immunity to it and it will stop working all together but as u know it doesn't cure anything it only treats it temporarily so why bother

***eat garlic if possible or take garlic supplement as an added measure or substitute method for one of the above mentioned remedies***

Well to simplify this question, I have had BV for som 2 or 3 years but nothing has worked as good as huydrogen peróxide. I use a 30ml of hydrogen/water mix insert on e a douch while scared on toilet. i really don't think it's safe to keep it in there for all that time unless your taking a tub bath with apple cider vinegar..it has worked well in ridding my BV with the 30ml of hydrogen/water mix like a douch. It works in one day. I use it 2wice in one day and it's gone. Never had to do a 2 day routine.

Had BV diagnosed by my GYN after experiencing some mild odor and additional discharge. She prescribed metro gel but I really didn't want to take it. I have had BV once before years ago and recall that treatment being really gross, messy and uncomfortable. Also, I'm not an alcoholic but didn't feel like going a week without drinking. ;)

Found this site and thought I'd give it a try. The first night, I used the 50/50 douche method, but kept it in for a few minutes before letting it drain out. Smell was gone immediately. I decided that was too messy so I would just douche like normal (not holding it in) in the shower. After day two or three, the smell and discharge came back. The study said seven days, so I kept going, douching with 50/50 once a day. After day 6, it didn't seem to be doing any good, so I came back here and read the comments again.

Last night I used the 50/50 tampon approach. (For those asking, you just make the solution and pour it into the tampon while still in the applicator. It takes more effort to push it out of the applicator when its soaked but it can be done.) I left it in for about 20 minutes. Success! No more smell or discharge!

This morning I worked out (after a workout is when the smell was worst before) and still no smell or discharge! Sounds like it takes more than one application for most people, so I think I will repeat twice a day for a week or so and see how that goes.

As a side note, with both the douching and the tampon, I felt a bit crampy afterward but it was minor and calmed down quickly.

Good luck to all, BV is the worst!

So I had it for over 10 years too and found this website a few years ago. It saved my life. I did the peroxide. 3/4 peroxide 1 part water. I shot it up with a medicine dropper for about 5 minutes. I did this for 3 days. After that I did the tampon soaked in for about an hour. A little uncomfortable but well worth it.

After that you have to put good bacteria in your body. Lactobacillus reuteri Is AMAZING. I bought a bottle at whole foods. I took 1 in the morning and 1 before bed. I did 2 bottles there about $20 each. Its been a couple years and I've been fine. If I get an Odor I go buy acidophilus in the container from whole foods soak a tampon and insert it for an hour for 2 or 3 days. I also use that if I have any signs of bladder infections or urinary infection as antibiotics can bring back the bv. Good luck.

My BV nightmare started when my 3 rounds of :-(metro gel and metro pills) antibiotic treatment failed after 2 weeks. I felt hopeless and became desperate so I ask my gyn for something new and she prescribed clindamyacin. I did my research but decided against it because of the side effects. After trying the pro-biotic for 30 days it was unsuccessful too, nothing changed down there. Again I felt hopeless. I started to do more research and came across hydrogen peroxide and water douche. I decided to give it a try but did not expect anything much, to my surprise there were immediate change down there . Finally I could see the difference. I've been doing it for 4 days so far and it only gets better. I'll do it for 7 days once daily along with the oral probiotic pills and vag wash. I'm feeling wonderfully fresh, clean and confident. I'm grateful for this website.

I, like mostly everyone who has posted, am so happy to report that the hydrogen peroxide with water solution totally works. I have been having complications from BV for the past 2 years. I have taken antibiotic after antibiotic. The last round of antibiotics I broke out in this horrific rash (hives, itching, the whole bit). I stumbled across this website after searching for other ways to treat this condition and decided to give it a shot. What the hell!

One evening, I mixed together 30 ml of hydrogen peroxide (the bottle I have in my house, not the food grade kind) along with 30 ml of water and douched with it. The next evening, and the evening after, I soaked a tampon with the solution and used that. But the first evening I immediately felt a difference. My vag even looked different. It was no longer dry looking, there was no more odor... I had been experiencing some brownish discharge. That has returned to normal. My vag is functioning the way that it was functioning before I developed BV. I'm just relieved. If I ever have problems in the future, the hydrogen peroxide solution will be my go to method of treatment.

I have been dealing with Chronic Bv for about 4 years now! I too recently tried the mixture of h202 and water! The odor did decrease but returned the next day. WORKED TEMPORARILY

You have my exact symp. Ask your doc to check the ph balance of your urine or u can get the test from the pharmacy yourself. The PH of your body sounds acidic, which results in an all types of infections. fungal. Bacterial. Not to scare you but even cancer as these diseases thrive in acidic conditions.

You have to add Alkaline foods to your diet and make them the vast majority of foods that you consume. FYI.. Apple Cider Vinegar is a powerhouse Alkaline. That's why it works for most people's BV. You can ingest it orally as well for systemic assistance.

i tried the hydrogen peroxide thing and it sorta worked. I was good for a week but then it seemed like I made it worse bc when I stopped it was worse than ever. Point being, you can't just balance the ph of your vag without addressing the underlying issue.

Ive switched to an 80% Alkaline diet / 20% Acidic diet a week ago and I feel less "I'll" my vag seems happy, skin still sucks but it noticeably better, and I am down 6.5 lbs. Yes, 6. Power of fruit & vegetables.

Our ur parents knew what they were talking about. Who knew... Well, apparently they did but they failed to eleborate on the why.

PH balance. That simple.

Years of bv, skin/bacteria issues, a few fungal things, terrible food allergies that popped up in adulthood....and I am betting it was acidosis the entire time.

I feel kinda mad that we don't get taught this stuff in school. Women especially suffer the worst. Jock itch cannot compare to the horrors of bv.

Taking antibiotics destroys the bad AND good bacteria in your body. The good bacteria keep the bad in check, including yeast. Read up on probiotics and perhaps a diet adjustment.

I bought a douche and disposed of its contents then filled it with the solution. After doing that I inserted a tampon and kept it in for about 15 minutes. I removed the tampon and solution and inserted another with yogurt. Thinking the peroxide kills the bad bacteria and yogurt introduces good. I then soaked another tampon in 50/50 and kept that in for 30 a few hours later. I have no noticeable odor and my strange, subtle cramps have gone away. I am on day 2 and have only done the soaked tampon. Everything seems back to working order, I am happy to report! It's definitely worth a try for those looking for a cure.

I am so excited to have found a way to cure my recurrent BV without having to go back to the doctor for more antibiotics! I've struggled with recurrent BV for about 3 years. It took me a while to connect the dots (way too long, actually) but I'm sure my BV is caused by unprotected sex. In hindsight I realized it always occurred a few days afterward. It hadn't always happened, it started when I got a new partner.

The first few times I went to the gyno, got the antibiotics and went on about my way. I didn't really think of it as a problem until I didn't have insurance and couldn't afford to go to the doctor.

Fast forward to a month ago when I got my most recent case, I promised myself that I wouldn't take anymore antibiotics and that I would find a way to cure it myself. I did have some leftover medicine that I could have taken but I really wanted to be able to fix it naturally, so I resisted. I tried everything from boric acid suppositories (which I had tried once before), lactobacillus suppositories, feminine probiotics suppositories, and probably some other remedies that I'm forgetting. They all work as long as you use them, but once you stop the symptoms are right back.

Hydrogen peroxide was my last ditch effort before I was going to quit and take the antibiotics.

I tried the soaked tampon (in combination with lactobacillus suppositories after removing the tampon), and that didn't work at all. I tried douching with a half and half mixture of peroxide (3%) and water (I used an empty Summer's Eve Douche bottle) for 5-6 nights and I did see some improvement, but the BV returned a couple day after my last douche.

I decided to try douching again but this time I did MUCH LESS diluting. Truthfully, it was almost no dilution at all. Probably a 95/5 mix.

Also, instead of doing a straight douche, I would lay on my back and fill my vagina with the mixture, hold it in for a few minutes, release it, do this a couple more times, and then finish off with a douche over the toilet.

After 3-4 nights of this, I'M CURED! Usually by this point, if something wasn't going to work, my symptoms would be back but I feel great. It's been six days since my last treatment, and NOTHING. No, it doesn't hurt or burn, you will feel some of the bubbling but it is completely painless! I don't normally post to blogs or write reviews but I know the BV struggle is a horrible one and I want to help whoever I can!

Hey, it's been 2 months now. Do you still have to do this? Or is this actually a real "cure".

I used 30 ml 3% peroxide 2x per day for 7 days. I used a 30 ml sterile syringe, as it kept the peroxide in me better. I left it in for 15 min each time. Drained. Directly followed by a frozen kefir + probiotic insert. I'm cured. And so grateful. I tried it all before. This even FEELS different. I will take the probiotics forever too.
