Here is my experience so far using hydrogen peroxide:

I started a month ago, trying out the baths, the inhalation method, and also the food grade drops internally. For anyone who is worried that the h2o2 bath is less useful since it's used externally, don't worry about that. The baths work just as effectively. In fact, I've had to taper off the number of bottles (32oz at 3%) I use per bath, from 4/day to just one, because my detox symptoms started to become pretty bad. I've done a lot of metal detoxes, and I recognize from those the same anxiety and flu-like symptoms when my body can't clear out the toxins fast enough.

Anyway, for me drinking the drops in water led to a lot of nausea which was a deal breaker, so I stopped. The throat spray seems to have been incredibly powerful, but I stopped doing that as well since it irritated the back of my throat. The good news is, if you have those problems, you can easily get the same results from the baths alone. And they make my skin look excellent as well.

What I want to mention though is this: it is possible to overdo it! Someone else on this site wrote about a "hang over" effect from the h2o2, and I think that must be what I've had? I believe that the h2o2 is building up over time, and that it needs enough space between doses to clear itself out? Has anyone else had a similar experience, finding the upper limit on the dose they can handle? And what happens after that?

Overall, it seems that my muscles and joints are less rigid than before I started. I'm taking the h2o2 for persistent low level arthritis and fibromyalgia. Thanks so much earthclinic for providing such valuable information!

Hydrogen Peroxide Capsules

Does anyone know if the Zero2Sixty Oxylife capsules work and also Earths Bounty Oxycaps? they both have good reviews on Amazon the only difference seems to be (besides the price) is the Zero2Sixty lists only 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide as the only ingredient and oxycaps lists sodium, potassium and calcium as ingredients, I would personally think the zero2sixty would be better for breathing problems. does anyone have any suggestions?

The Oxycaps are essentially oxygen "precursors" of Sodium Chlorite w/ potassium and calcium stabilizers or buffers. With adequate or higher levels of these nutrients, the body naturally produces "more" oxygen than normal. I would recommend the Oxycaps taken first and if necessary add the H2O2 products to maximize O, probably in about a 2:1 ratio.

You don't think it would be harmful to take both of these hydrogen peroxide capsules at the same time?

Hydrogen Peroxide in Humidifier

Posted by Roula (Arlington, Virginia, Usa) on 02/10/2013

I'm reading all this wealth of information on earthclinic.com about HP and respiratory issues. I want to try what I learned on my 3.5 year-old-son who has pnueumonia. Then I got to thinking, would putting HP in the air humidifier be an effective way to transport the it into the breathing ways leading into the lungs?

I couldn't find any discussion on this topic, and hoping to start one with this inquiry. Thanks!

Just a word of caution: Humidifiers are known to be extremely bad for health, whereas de-humidifiers are safe. The best ways to humidify a home are as such: 1) Place as many plants as you can fit onto your window ledges. The plants will release moisture into the air through transpiration. 2) Once you've finished in the bath, leave the water overnight to cool and some will evaporate into the air and humidify your home. 3) Place bowls of water in rooms of your home, these will evaporate eventually, then just refill. 4) Try and do as much cooking on a stove top rather than in the oven. The stove top cooking allows moisture to be released - the oven will dry your home out.

p.s. not to mention you'll save heaps on electricity!!

Hydrogen Peroxide Injection and Enema

Responding to a post about Hydrogen Peroxide for Cancer:

Posted by Tj (Alberta) on 11/04/2015: "Can anyone assist me in how to use DSMO and Hydrogen peroxide together for cancer treatment. I would appreciate any assistance on how to use these two products together. How much of each/ what kind of method/when etc. Thanks so much."

Hydrogen Peroxide Taken Internally,

This is a very dangerous thing to do, but I have taken it by enema as well as an injection into fat.

After researching, I found the internal dilution % or rate. Hydrogen Peroxide is very caustic and can burn your insides out if not diluted to .3% or a .003 dilution rate. It will kill slowly and with a lot of pain. A person is literally playing with death here and should use extreme caution. This is why I use a .3% not .5% dilution. It is always best to err on the side of caution when your life is in the balance.

Remember disease cannot live in an oxygenated alkaline environment, especially cancer.

So, if you're going to try to introduce oxygen into the body through other means than just breathing. Perhaps a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Facility or injection of Ozone by a clinic would be best.

If the decision for using a (HP) hydrogen peroxide solution has been made to be taken internally (absorbed through the skin or passing the blood barrier). The HP must be FOOD GRADE (FG) using 1 part 3% FG Hp to a 10 parts water distilled solution. Get a measuring syringe and for every 10 parts of water use 1 part 3% FG HP.

At this point you're ready for your carrier. Be it an enema contraption, a syringe (please don't inject directly into a vein), or a DMSO application. Each carries the solution into the body. DMSO is not a dilution substance, it is a carrier.

When breaking the blood barrier as in using a syringe into the fat, or DMSO. Extreme cleanliness must be strictly adhered to. This is probably the reason the FDA will not allow it to be used.

Enema would be my personal recommendation for internal administration of FG HP. I know it sounds dirty and gross, but compared to someone else shoving things up your anus the alternative isn't all that bad. Besides, once you get used to doing it the feeling of being clean within the lower intestines is quite liberating.

If I was to be, DMSO and HP is my decision and that's final. I would mix just 2 or 3 drops 3% FG HP with 20 or 30 drops of distilled water mixing with DMSO and applying to an area on the stomach around the navel but staying away from the liver (right rib cage) after using an alcohol bath for the area prior to administration. If I know where my cancer is then I would apply to that area too. Just keep in mind that cleanliness is key, not only the body but everything that comes in contact with the solution.

I'll continue, this is only 3 ml. per liter if using 30% Food Grade HP to distilled water. I used an empty syringe without the needle for an as close to exact as possible dilution. This was for an enema solution. I did 2 enemas first to cleanse out the lower intestines (1 liter plain body temp water). Then I put in about a cup of the HP solution and held it, my body took it in on the 3rd try and I soon got an extreme rush from the oxygen entering my blood through the intestinal wall. This method is 10 times more potent than drinking the same solution.

For the injection into a rouge STAPH Infection, I used 3% HP from a local pharmacy because there was no time to waste getting food grade HP.

I had been kicked out of the hospital for the 2nd time. The first time I wasn't admitted but was fed one dose of IV antibiotics and walked with a week's supply of oral antibiotics after walking in with an inflamed softball size bleeding scab that was a black mark the size of a standard paper hole just 2 days earlier. After the week had passed and I was out of ammo (antibiotics) the infection came back with authority. After 2 days more the infection site under the skin and in the fat looked like a rash around the softball (command center) and measured 10" x 12".

On my second admittance to the same hospital, they kept me for 3 days at which I fought verbally for another dose of the IV antibiotic cocktail and was denied. In fact the doctor said he could give me no more antibiotics without the possibility of severe adverse side effects.... Crohn's Blah blah blah, and a host of other immune disorder diseases.

I could literally feel the infection in the command center just waiting for the withdrawal of the antibiotics so it could reinvade the rest of my body. My wife looked at the softball the next day and said it looked worse than the night before. The site was on my back and I couldn't see it well at all.

I took a 1 cc syringe.

Filled it with .46 cc of bacteriostatic water (blood barrier use water) which I had on hand.

Then finished by putting in .04 cc of 3% HP.

Put in a total of 5 injections into the softball size inflamed purple mass

4 (.07 cc doses) around the site and 1 (.22 cc dose) into the center

From the very beginning until that moment it never stopped hurting or itching. In a matter of maybe 5 minutes all was gone (hurting/itching). The purple mass took months to heal of which I still have a scare.

Remember also that when using FG HP or Ozone therapy you create a lot of free radicals in the body. So it's important to use some of the many free radical scavengers available. This site will help you there also if you need help in this area.

I would also like to say that I am not a doctor to anyone other than myself and would not recommend any of what is written here be used for any purpose other than education.

Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy and Supplements

Hydrogen peroxide therapy and accidental iron intake: Just realized that our brand of multi-vitamins added iron (10 mg) to it's formula. I've been doing the hydrogen peroxide treatment (ingesting) and am now scared that I may be hurting rather than helping myself. Have of course stopped the vitamins. Any advice or thoughts on this? Should I stop the treatment completely? Seems like you can get added iron in your diet in multiple ways (cereal, etc.) without realizing it, so I'm sure some of you others must have dealt with this. Any help will be much appreciated!

Lizajane: Vit-C is very important for the assimilation of synthetic iron supplements, so do make sure this brand also includes the Vit-C or find a brand without iron and be sure to eat at least 1 serving of cooked liver per wk and/or Blackstrap Molasses (BSM) as these two foods are the best forms of Iron. A B-12 w/ Folate will help the body use the Iron for the production of Red Blood Cells. A broad spectrim Vit-E suplement will greatly increase the lifespan of the Erythrocyte thus reducing the need for Iron.

As for the H2O2 therapy, be sure to first alkalize the body to maximize the Oxygen levels in the cells. Also, if you are using the H2O2 for infection issues, I would rotate, on a weekly basis, w/ herbal antibiotics like Neem, Oregano, Olive Leaf, Garlic.

Thank you for answering, Timh. I will try your suggestions. My body definitely doesn't need MORE iron (according to lab work), so I avoid it in supplements. I'm on the hydrogen peroxide therapy for sinus problems and general preventative (ex-smoker, fibromyalgia, etc.) and am up to 21 drops 3 X daily, so I really don't want to stop now..too hard to get here! Just wasn't sure how much damage that multi-vitamin with iron might have caused. I do get lots of Vit C. Thanks for your thoughts...past and future.

Lizajane: It is difficult to determine what oxidative damage might occur w/ the H2O2, and this therapy should only be temporary; that's why I suggested the herbal antibiotics for rotation. As for general protection, which seems appropriate in your condition, continue your H2O2 course and monitor for results, but eventually what your body needs firstly is nutritional antioxidant protection. This is an entire science in itself, so do familiarize yourself and begin fortifying your body.

Anything intravenous should be done by a licensed professional. Intravenous H2O2 is not a folk remedy or supplementation, it can easily lead to death. This is an extremely dangerous discussion to be having here.

I've had 'jock itch' now for around 20 years. It comes and goes and is always worse in the summer. I've tried all the creams and sprays and all they do is suppress it and control it. I ordered some food grade H202 on line, 35% and just dabbed it on with a cotton ball and it immediately turned white and started to burn, I let it burn for about 20 seconds then jumped in the shower and rinsed it off. I did this again at night. The next day I diluted it by half and applied it again for as long as I could stand it, no longer then a minute. As I did this I noticed that the fungus was spread around a larger area then I ever imagined. I had small areas that went from my inner leg all the way up above my pubic hair. Anyway after about 10 days the insidious fungus was eradicated and hasn't come back! Thank you Earth Clinic. I am now huffing H202 a few times a day and I gargle with it twice a day and notice my teeth are getting whiter and cleaner. Who knew?

Hi Thomas...I had jock itch for 7 long years. The area affected went right round from my genital area and on my inner thighs to my rectal area, big red welts.

I researched jock itch and found out that tinea cruris (jock itch) was exactly the same as tinea pedis(athletes foot). Both are the same fungus.

Initially I started using athletes foot powder during the day, and after my shower at night I would douse the whole area, front and back with ordinary Milk of Magnesia (MoM) using cotton wool(this is very soothing, bye the way). I would leave this on all night, then wash it off in the shower the next morning. I was amazed when the jock itch completely disappeared without a trace within 3 days !! Killed it dead.

Leaving the MoM on overnight might not be such a good idea for those with sensitive skin. You can also apply the MoM and leave it on for just 20 minutes -- until it's dry and powdery -- then and wash off. The MoM has a pH of 10 -- very high -- which kills all fungus, yeast, bacteria etc. It's also best to apply a hydrating cream onto the skin area afterwards because MoM has such a drying effect on the skin.

I've used hydrogen peroxide, 3% pharmacy grade cut 50% with water, to rinse my mouth before brushing, which has been a great help with eliminating bad breath and plaque. But here's a remedy that no one may have thought - a treatment for "tinea cruris" commonly known as jock itch. I had an issue with this for several months and during this period, several times a week, I used Curex and other over-the-counter options to eliminate it, spending $20.00 to $30.00 to no avail. I knew hydrogen peroxide was effective in killing bacteria, so, as a last resort, I cut the pharmacy 3% grade 50%, just like the mouth wash, and used it-in 2 days!!! the itch and soreness was gone! No joke. Total cost 20 cents!

Hi, my name's Bob, and I live in southern California. I've had a "keratosis" problem for many years, and they seem to be multiplying. My strong desire to rid myself of these extremely gross-looking "critters" prompted me to do some extensive online research to find "natural" ways of removing them, instead of having them surgically scraped off, or freezing them with liquid nitrogen ( I've had that done several times), etc. After reading many articles that suggest leaving them alone - because they usually aren't cancerous, I decided to try using 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) to rid myself of the beasts. Treatment with H2O2 is highly controversial, and it may not be for you, and to add insult to injury, most health insurance companies won't pay for their removal - if your only reason for wanting them removed is for cosmetic reasons. Since many other people are looking for a cure, I decided to share my experiences to create a web page that includes life-size photos of me, taken after each day of treatment, and the results I have experienced so far. If this site's moderators will allow the inclusion of my website address, you can view my results at: bob2000.net/keratosis/keratosis.html

I just made a donation to TED in thanks for the first night in months when I can actually BREATHE freely. I have devoured the information on your site for two days and finally took the PLUNGE and put hydrogen peroxide and distilled sterile water into my nebulizer instead of ALBUTEROL! Some will call me misguided, perhaps, but I am sitting here with tears in my eyes--since I am NOT struggling to breathe. I simply cannot believe this, but my lungs are the proof. My husband even said I had pink cheeks for the first time in months. I am THRILLED I found this site and TED. There are no words...

Dear Nedra,

When I use hydrogen peroxide in the nubulizer, this is what I do:

5 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide (from the grocery store. I look for one that only has "Purified water" as the inactive ingredient.)

30 drops of distilled water

Put the above in the medicine cup of the nebulizer.

This I do a few times a day for coughing. But I would do it every couple of hours during an acute sickness. It is especially helpful if done right before bed and upon waking.

Sometimes when we do this, we don't even nebulize the whole amount. It can cause some coughing. If you find this too strong, dilute with even more distilled water. Maybe 2 drops 3% peroxide with 30 drops of water.

I am on a cpap and use a dropper full ( 10 to 15 drops) of 35 % food grade h2o2, in a quart of distilled water constantly. This keeps my cpap and hose cleaner. I believe it helps when I have a cold or sinus to get rid of it. Sometimes I also add a few drops of colloidal silver to the mix. In 7 years I have never had a problem with this.

To help clear the lungs of mucus and infections. 50/50 3% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE TO WATER , MIX IN ONE OF THOSE NEW TYPE ULTRA SONIC COOL MIST HUMIDIFIERS . I KEEP IT SET UP ALL THE TIME ON THE KITCHEN TABLE . I TAKE A FEW PULLS IN THE MORNING TO CLEAR THE LUNGS FOR THE DAY. ALSO PULL THE MIST THROUGH THE NASAL PASSAGES, BUT IT CANT BE TO STRONG OF H2O2 ,OTHERWISE IT COULD BURN A LITTLE. ALSO THE PHARMASUITICAL GRADE MAY BE BETTER FOR YOU ; BUT I JUST USE THE DRUG STORE KIND. I BREATH BETTER THAN I HAVE IN 20 YEARS, NO MORE NASAL INFECTIONS. IF YOU USE THE HIGH GRADE STUFF BE SURE TO DILUTE IT DOWN TO 3% AND THEN 50/50 WITH WATER, OTHERWISE YOU COULD HURT YOURSELF.
