I use H202 to cure fungus, clean wounds, i use it to dye my hair -- put a whole bottle and sit outside by the sun to get my hair blonde -- mouthwash, for clean breath, half of that and half of water.

I read a book about hydrogen peroxide, and started using it for cleaning out my mouth and brushing my teeth. Since the book said that it was harmless, I started swallowing it. I was using regular 3% from the drugstore. I swallowed probably 3-4 fairly large gulps a day for weeks (you do get used to the taste). Sometimes I'd put it in a glass of water and sip at it. My energy level definitely improved, as did my digestion and elimination.

Another time, I put on a white shirt and discovered it had blood stains on it from working out in the yard. The stains was really set since I had washed the shirt. Being too lazy to change shirts, I soaked the spot with straight hydrogen peroxide while still wearing the shirt. The stain was very set but getting a little lighter, so I kept soaking it over and over till the stain was pretty much gone. It seemed like the skin under this soaked shirt was getting softer and lighter. Now about ten days later, you can still see on my skin where the hydrogen peroxide had been soaking it. There's a line across my arm... on the one side my aging sun/weather damaged skin with age spots... on the other side lighter, more supple, soft skin (almost like a baby's skin), with the age spots definitely lighter in color too.

I was reading on here about taking a bath with hydrogen peroxide and it seemed like kind of a good idea in view of the above experience, so I gave that a shot. About 5 hours later now, I feel just generally a little healthier, and the skin on my face feels very soft and is not getting oily as it usually does. I will definitely be doing this several times a week from now on. I used 8 oz of regular 3% from the drugstore in the bath.

I have been drinking h202. 2 capfulls of 3% in a 20oz bottle of water, for about 4 days. The whites of my eyes have been bright. I have more energy and I have none of my usual pre-menstrual symptoms. I just started menstruating today and to my surprise, I had no symptoms. No cramping, no tenderness of my breasts. I haven't changed anything in my life other than drinking the 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. I would also love to start on the ACV, but I'm wondering how far apart I should take the 2 remedies. Will one cancel the other out? Please let me know. I just bought my organic ACV yesterday. I'm so excited about the h202, that I can't wait to try the ACV. Thank you for making me feel better.

reply to the ones drinking 3% hydrogen peroxide. You should be using 35% food grade. Please do your home work. Thanks Kathy

Where is food grade H202 found and purchased?

EC: Hi Jane,

You can check out posts here: http://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/hydrogen_peroxide_where_to_buy.html

Or try Amazon.com or Google Shopping for vendors.

Yes use 35% food grade HP, but make sure you dilute it enough. One capful of 35% is not the same as one capful of 3%! It is far stronger and should be used in drops rather than caps - starting at 1 - 3 drops in a glass of non-chlorinated water.

If you do not know the protocol, check it out on page 1 of this section. It is repeated many times throughout the section, but it's amazing how many people don't read it all through and keep asking the same questions!

3.5% hydrogen peroxide cured skin tags, bacteria in the mouth & moles. Normally have to be burnt off- direct application twice daily causes the skin tag to completely disappear of a period of a week or two. Best mouthwash known to man- whitens your teeth, kills plaque and all mouth bacteria, actually allows receding gumline to stop and start to repair itself. Direct application twice daily has reduced a mole to 1/2 its former size and still shrinking.

Hydrogen Peroxide cures sore throat, any bacteria blister in or around the teeth and gums, insects bites, and cuts. Hydrogen Peroxide is great for sterlizing the affected areas. Does not sting my kids and grand kids trust it and enjoy seeing the little form bubbling up. I tell them it is killing the germs. Thank YOU a bunch. I also am a believer of its cures and yes, it was passed down by mom and grandmom and it will always be a very great cheap cure for people that cannot afford go to the doctor.

I HAVE ENERGY. i do not spend hours and hours and hours on the sofa. i actually do stuff! i feel so much better in general. i'm up to 8 drops in 8 oz filtered water 2x daily. i definitely feel as if i can breathe! i don't feel 100%, but gosh, i sure feel better and i finally feel it's possible to eventually feel 100%.

If I was stranded on a deserted island and could have 3 items, the first would be a bottle of peroxide. I have used it for years to brush my teeth and gargle with. I put a drop or two in ears every day, I use it on "old age spots" every day and in time they dissappear. Any kind of scratch, pimple, Etc., out comes the wonderall, inexpensive proxide. I am 65 years old, have all my teeth, never have colds, and have beautiful skin. It's excellent for nails, cleaning my jewelery, stains on white countertops and I could go on and on. But the health benefits are amazing!

I have often used peroxide in my ears for ear infections. My mom used it on me as a child and I have since done so. This week I had a severe bought of what I suppose is the flu. My jaws, ears, and throat ached extremely bad. After using peroxide in my ears, my symptoms would ease up. It did the same for my husband when I did this for him.

I've been using hydrogen peroxide for oral hygiene my entire adult life with no mouth disease, cavities, and sparkling clean teeth. I was concerned because I was feeling a pain in my left ventricle (I think), perhaps from stress and/or lifelong consumption of animal fat although I'm in pretty good shape for 45 yrs old. I felt that 3% store grade was ok and began inhaling it using an old perfume spray bottle. After only one week of therapy, the pain in my heart has gone away, my joints feel better, my muscles aren't sore anymore, and I don't feel like taking a nap during the day.

While I was using to purge a viral. I mixed two-three drops of Food Grade H202 to a liter of distilled water. Used it for about two weeks. After stopping, my nails became silky and very strong since using it. I feel wonderful. I've never had strong nails before in my life until now. This is a keeper for me.

My BIG toes are victims of injuries from "new" shopping carts 2 summers ago. I was wearing sandals both times. Our visiting podiatrist said that due these injuries I may have a nail fungus. But, my nails are NOT yellow. They were only bruised and the "mother cells"/half-moon seem to be helping them to grow to the "free edge." The podiatrist removed the loose nails and now the left toe "new nail" has nearly reached the "free edge." The right toe was re-injured accidentally and only has grown 1/2 way to the "free edge." My Dr. said the remedy he had in mind would be unaffordable for me. I have resorted to "peroxide" treatments and my toenails look like they are healing.

Peroxide seems to help the "mother cells" grow a new nail. I apply it once every day with a cotton ball saturated with the peroxide. Naturally it dries it out, but I do see some growth on the nail. Time will tell and I will keep in touch with the results.

I don't know if it because I have a 9 1/2 shoe size that my wonderful grand kids keep stepping/jumping on the "trying to heal" big toes of mine ..........or what. But, it certainly slows it down.

Also, my primary Dr. didn't know how to cure a "root type" ....which could be a cyst on a node on my ring finger. I used a prescribed ointment called HYDROCORTISONE CREAM USP 2.5% strength. The sac became irritated again. I use this "lightly" as directed about 3 times per day with the results that it has cured the irritation although I can still see the dried up tiny sac. The cream I use is comparable to the "off the shelf" hydrocortisone cream USP but, it has a stronger effect on the affected area.

Hope this feedback helps and you can pass it on. These are only my ways of curing and rather experimental.

Non Food Grade 3% Vs Food Grade 35%

I do understand that you're supposed to take food grade. However, the 3% solution from the drugstore works well also. People imagine that somehow it will hurt you. How is that possible? The cheap stuff is made to put on an open wound, which means it will enter your blood stream. It is also recommended as a mouth wash. You really think that no H2O2 will enter your bloodstream while swishing it around in your mouth? Of course it does. So while food grade might be ideal, the cheap stuff is safe or you wouldn't be able to survive pouring it on open wounds.

The label on the 3% drug store version says you can use it as an oral debridement but not to drink it. Imo, that label is simply there to protect the manufacturer from being sued by people who think you should be drinking H2O2 like soda or water in massive amounts. It is inevitable that you will ingest a few drops each time you rinse your mouth with H2O2.

Also, don't fret if you can't find 35% solution. You can use a lower concentration but you just have to increase the dosage. E.g. if you get the 12% concentration, then you just triple the number of drops in the same amount of water (3x12%=36%). Same for the 3%. Just multiply by 12 x.

Better But With Side Effects

I have just bought an ozonator. I drink one glass of water per day after ozonating for five minutes and drinking immediately. My energy levels have risen dramatically! I am using the ozonated water to clean everything - much cheaper than buying products. One thing though, my hands just came up in dark blue blotches like dark blood. Anybody know why this would be?

Better But With Side Effects

I was inquiring about the "dark blue" appearing on my feet.

Since home from the hospital (April 2, 2009), I was informed by my brother-in-law I should start taking the Hydrogen Peroxide Food Grade. I had 3 operations, the last one being a Cancerous Tumor removed because it triggered Epileptic Seizures.

I started taking it orally (diluted using the Food Grade H202 with a dropper and demineralized water.) Later, I found that the H202 Food Grade also helps Arthritis (which I had) and is now gone. Hurray!! Then, out of the blue, a certain spot on my feet started to go slightly red. So I sprayed it and it gradually went away. Just a tad bit left now. (The only reason why I spray my feet - but I do spray on the legs for varicose veins). Works great.

As I mentioned in the very beginning, blue spots started appearing on my right foot (mainly the big toe) then slowly my left foot started to go the same way. When I saw my doctor (regarding the cancer, I asked her if she knew if this was from Neuropathy - had it since 2004). She said "its varicose veins" - which I know its not.

I'm going to try and not spray the feet at all now. See if the blueness goes away.

I thought I was the only person with this problem.

Thanks for your help.

I did some research in 2008 because I lived with pain on my T5 after suffering from a bout of shingles. The doc got rid of the rash but said I had to learn to live with the pain, it killed my golf. I went from a single figure to a 20+ hcp.

I started ingesting food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, the correct dosage, and it got rid of all my problems within a year.

Have been doing same for eight years now and have not had a cold or sore throat all this time which I suffer at least once every year. Only reaction was the normal reaction in the early stages in the first month and at 76, I am doing fine.

For those that do not know, HP was the antiseptic of the 40's just after I was born.

I still take 10 drops of 3% food grade every day and will continue till my sun sets. If you suffer any reactions I think you are over dosing, so watch it.
