I can't speak for anybody else, but I heartily recommend lemon juice. I have had kidney stones twice in the last two years. The first time I went to the emergency room, where they told me I had a kidney stone. They gave me some pain pills and sent me home. The pain pills did very little and the pain was unlike anything I had ever felt. I came upon a web site that recommended lemon juice and olive oil. I mixed a couple of ounces of each and down the hatch it went. An hour later I repeated the procedure. Within the next hour I felt a lessening of the pain and by morning I was pain free.

Fast forward to last night. Once again, the sudden excruciating pain. This time I was ready and within 3 hours I was back to normal. I can promise I will never be without lemon juice and olive oil. I must warn you, olive oil isn't the most sumptuous taste and the lemon juice will make you pucker. The results are well worth the taste.

This mix of just 2oz lemon juice with 2oz olive oil worked so fast in stopping the awful pain caused by a 6ml kidney stone, it is an amazing cure. Here is the story, this is the first time I have kidney stones so I really didn't know what I was dealing with, only that the pains were worse than childbirth!

I had excruciating pains on and off for 10 days before I ended up at the ER, in Florida, dehydrated and desperate with pain on the left flank and lower abdomen. The scan results came indicating a 6ml stone in the left kidney, and traces of other stones having already passed. I spent 3 days in the hospital with IV, unable to eat because I would throw up everything, even water. The 3rd day the pains didn't come for 12 hours and the doctors discharged me with a painkiller and vomiting prescription, telling me to comeback in a week!!!! Happily I went home, but 3 hours later the pain and weakness came started to comeback.

In desperation I googled Earthclinic and so the top cure! I squeezed the lemon an oil, whisked it together and gulped down, in 15 minutes I was a normal person again, the pain disappeared, and no more tiredness and dizziness. Now this doesn't last, every 4 hours or so I have take another shot of this or the pain comes with the other awful feelings of nausea, sweating, just unwell. But this beats all the other drugs for pain that I was given at the hospital, I had morphine and oxicodone (can't remember the spelling of this one). The stone still there, it's only 12 hours since I started the olive oil/ lemon juice treatment but I got the pain under control, totally pain free for every few hours until next dose of lemon and oil. I still need to read more about kidney stones treatment and prevention. A million thanks to Earth Clinic and all those who shared their stories, Thank God you guys are around!

My 5mm kidney stone was diagnosed in June, when it moved from ureter to my bladder. No pain after that, the doctor told me to call again if it doesn't pass until the end of August. I started to study some more about this and found this site a few weeks ago. I was sure that the stone was still there and had a few days of olive oil & lemon juice, and nothing happened then. Yesterday I had an ultra sound test and surprisingly the stone had disappeared! I was totally surprised. I'm not quite sure if it was the olive oil & lemon combination as I had started adding lemon juice in my water earlier. My guess is that it's the lemon that made the stone dissolve so that I didn't feel absolutely anything. I didn't notice any sediment in my urine either. I also have been eating normally, not limiting any other than rhubarb basically. Drinking a lot more water than I used to of course. And lemon juice is there to stay!

Another doctor told me that the ultra sound test doesn't necessarily find the stone, so there is a possibility that the stone is still there..

Now that I haven't had any symptoms in 8 months, I believe that the lemon dissolved the stone. Now drinking water 1,5-2 l/day, I hope it helps to keep another stone away.

A kidney stone was found in my right kidney weeks ago. There was some blood in my urine but that was the only symptom until a week and a half ago when I started feeling like I had to urinate all the time. This increased until the past couple of days, when I have had constant urge to urinate and burning. It was unbearable last night and I couldn't sleep. Advil didn't help at all. Then I found out there was a bottle of straight lemon juice in fridge.

I did 1/2 juice 1/2 olive oil, probably about an ounce of each. After about 30 minutes or so (not exactly sure how long), burning lessened and need to pee diminished and suddenly I was comfortable and could relax and go to sleep. I don't know if stone passed but I don't think so. Still comfortable this morning. Why didn't I do this sooner!!! Thanks.

Just a quick note. I found this site while searching for relief from this 5mm painful kidney stone. I have been fighting with this since November 2014. It is now July 16,2015 and I started yesterday at 6:30 pm and twice did the 2 oz each of virgin olive oil and lemon juice. I could hardly get a couple of table spoons of urine out yesterday. After consuming this mixture twice, 6:30 pm and 10:00 pm. I was up every thirty minutes until 1:30 with a good urine stream and NO PAIN!!! I am so amazed. Will post when stone is passed. I am so amazed. I have been on meds from the doctor off and on since November one to open up the tubes and one for pain. This beat all of that hands down.. I am so looking forward to this stone going away...

HI U COOKIE, lived right up the road from you in 1965 at St Francisville, La. I think what you may be missing..... is apple juice and you need to consume about 16oz a day until the stone is passed. It causes the stone to become soft and crumble.

Wal-Mart has the best apple juice because they still afraid of Sam's ghost. He had a few things that he wanted to be the best and his apple juice was one of those.

Years ago it was only in glass jugs. Now it is in plastic. Plastic contains estrogen which is the reason men are now feminine. They are not full of testosterone , they are now full of estrogen.

I just passed my kidney stone. I drank 1oz of the lemon and olive oil last night and then today I drank 2ozs of each and I just passed the stone at 11:15 pm. Didn't feel a thing when it came out. Glad I found out about this remedy. Thank you.

Hi Tulsabrit,

How do you know you passed kidney stones?

I am now trying the olive oil and lemon juice for gallbladder stones.. But I am thinking I might have kidney stones, too.

Thank You.

On the afternoon of June 22, I experienced extreme left side pain and stomach ache which led to vomiting. This went on for a few hours until I finally had to go to the hospital emergency room after the pain got even worse. I was diagnosed with kidney stones and given intravenous pain killers and anti nausea medication. The doctor wanted me to do a CAT scan to be sure as I had never had kidney stones before and he wanted to make sure that was the problem. I declined and went home with some hydrocodone pain killers. It was only a few hours at home and I was in dire pain again and vomiting up the medication before it could help with the pain.

After a few hours of this, back to the emergency room. More IV pain meds, fluids. and anti-nausea medication. This time the CAT scan showed a 4mm stone in my left ureter near the bladder and a 2.5mm stone still in my left kidney. I went home with Oxycodone pain meds and this time anti nausea meds. For the next 6 days I was on pain killers and ibuprophen waiting for the stone to pass. No luck until I got frustrated and concerned about losing a kidney so I went online searching for information.

I read the earth clinic information about the benefits of drinking 2 oz. fresh lemon juice with olive oil. It was 11:30 pm. and I only had one small lemon in the house so I squeezed it and drank it down with 1 oz. olive oil. I was still in pain throughout the night and had to take some pain meds.

The next morning I went to the store and bought a bunch of lemons.

I started taking the 2 oz. lemon juice/ 2 oz. olive oil/ 12 oz. water every 4 hours. A total of 5 doses that day. Almost immediately, the pain subsided.

The next day one 2 oz. lemon/ 2 oz. oil at 10 am. and another in the afternoon.

I have not had any pain since. Drinking lot's of water throughout the day but have not passed the kidney stone.

Why don't doctors even mention the benefits of lemon juice? They prescribed dangerous pain killers, flomax which has serious side effects, and who knows how long I would have suffered had I not stumbled on your website.

Sincerely, thank you!

How are you doing now Billyg? Have you passed the stone? It is 3:45 AM and I'm up with pain in my left kidney - this will make my 4th stone and I do not want surgery and stents again! Drinking lots of water and husband getting lemons for me later this morning.

5mm stone left uvj! Started the Lemon water few days ago and added the olive oil yesterday.

Actually went crazy with the lemon water yesterday. Got up about 6 times last night but just now I had some good sediment in my urine! Looks like this works along with the Flomax. Actually, had no pain other than some small throbs here and there.

Hopefully, all will flush!

HI U JOE, , , , , , , , are you old enough to remember the comic strip Mandrake the Magician? I thought not. All he had to do was wave his hand and all was good. It appears that is what you expect. Friend , that will not happen. You have to do your part.

For some reason Apple juice will do miracles for stones whether they be in your liver, gall or kidneys. I suggest you buy and read the book ...The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse by Andreas Moritz. Yep, it applies to your kidneys too.

Sorry if I roughed you up, but you young whipper snappers expect everything be given to you. I cut you no slack, but I will try to help you if you help yourself ......so read this book and then tell all what a great guy I am, when you are healed.

I was diagnosed a 6mm kidney stone on my left kidney, it is my third kidney stone in 40 years. I found this site with a natural cure, so I try it today and drank 2 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of extra virgin olive oil mixture as instructed two times today with 6 to 8 cups of distill water. Later today, I found my throat hurt. It's probably from the lemon juice and the taste is awful. At the same time I found an advertising of Renavive from this site. Would anyone have tried it?

Will, saw your post about the 6mm stone. I was diagnosed with one as well. Co-incidently I ordered the Renevive yesterday. Can you give me an update on how you are doing? Carol

I stopped using the mixture of lemon juice and olive oil as it also make stomach upset and diarrhea. Now I am doing lemon juice two times a day with occasional Chanca Piedra tea. So far I don't have pain and have no stones pass from the urine. I have not done anything with the Renevive either. I am going to have another ultra sound test to see if I still have stone six months later. I will keep you informed what will happen. Please let me know if the product worked for you.

Will do. I am only on the second day of the lemon juice and olive oil. My stomach seems to handle it with no issues. The Renavive probably will not arrive till next week. I am canceling my hospital procedure scheduled for the 25th today. I figured that if I could have this stone for close to a couple of years now, another month will not kill me. I am also going to get in with another urologist that was recommended by a couple of local friends. Coincidently the dr's name is Dr. Stone. lol

As a person whom had passed two stones in the past, I can tell you that it works. Instead of 2 oz, you should use 1 oz of each at a time. It's easy to drink and it's not upsetting your stomach or throat. You can do as many times as your stomach can handle ( I did 4 times a day ) and make sure you have one before you go to bed. It could take between few days to few weeks since the stone is light and it takes time to travel from your kidney to the outside world.

Ps: Within 5 to 10 mins of drinking these, the pain should go a way because the lemon juice had soften the stone which usually formed by mineral salts ( It always happened like that for me ). It works better of taking the pain away than Tylenol 3.

Good luck, HB.

wil saw your post 6 weeks ago was in ER with what was diagnosed as 6mm kidney stone, horrible. pain went away but stone still there just had CT stone in same place no changes since leaving ER 6 weeks ago! I've stayed completely hydrated, CT says it is in my ureter just almost where bladder opening is. urologist says I should have surgery (ureterscopy) I don't want to as I'm healthy active distance runner play competitive tennis and the though of this surgery and stent has me overwhelmed and depressed. It is not and has not caused ANY discomfort since that night in the ER 6 weeks ago (2/26/15).. I'm going to try this lemon juice but wonder if I should just wait it out vs opting to have the surgery. Urologist put me back on flomax to see if that helps since I don't want the surgery yet. Please keep me informed of your progress.. I'm soo bummed out over all this, its good to hear others stories and compare.

I have used lemon juice and Olive oil for about a month and half now. I used 1 Lemon with 1 oz olive oil with apple cider vinegar occasionally two to three times a day and I do the trampoline jump almost everyday. I had an ultra sound test recently and found the stone is about the same size and is still at the same location at the upper pole of the left kidney.

Hi all believers and first timers etc. Before I read these threads or ones like it about 3 yrs ago I had been totally victimized by kidney stones. Since I didn't have health insurance I was also given the crappiest of treatment. For example: instead of immediate surgery I was given surgical stints to bypass my ureters, while I was put on upto 3 month waiting lists for surgery. I have had 6 surgeries and passed 4 stones. Anyway to make a even longer story short, the last time I had stones I found this same remedy: 2oz lemon juice 2oz extra virgin olive oil, with a little cayenne pepper. Within 8 hours pain was gone and kidney stone magically disappeared. PLS BELIEVE THIS REMEDY WORKS. It will save you a potential 90-100k doctor visit as well as missed work and the pain in the a$$ at the hospital if you do t have insurance. I thank god for this site and the good people that have recommended this natural cure. If anyone that reads this needs to get ahold of a true believer in this so they can talk to a actual person that has had kidney stones 26mm to 4-6mm I'm the one and this cure works for sure. HI U ANTHONY, , , , , , , , , got a kick out of your joyous post. Yep, it's good when things work out. Guess this was your Glory Hallelujah Day. Nothing wrong with that.

Now your chore is how not the get kidney stones in the first place. You might ask that question for the good EC folks to respond. We all are going to get liver and gall stones and the same formula works for them too, thanks to the late Hulda Clark.

Got her last book ordered, just learned that in her last days she concluded that the fungus that causes cancer comes into your body via your parasites. From her first book she said that all chronic diseases come from parasites. That's when my wife's cats went outside, back in 2007.

Don't beat me up again OM. I be good.

Re: pets and parasites; you can just (for cats anyway) get them dewormers and NOT let them outside. Get rid of their parasites with the pills from the vet and if they don't go outside, the shouldn't get more parasites. They get them from eating rodents, birds, etc. which have them in their bodies.

I waited until I knew if it worked or not before posting. After finding this site, I tried the 2 oz. Lemon Juice / 2 oz. Olive Oil treatment after experiencing the familiar pain (This was my third kidney stone in the last three years.) I took the dosage twice a day, morning and evening for three days and kept well hydrated. Pain went away within the first hour. Some mild discomfort for the next two days. From the third day forward, no symptoms.

My first stone three years ago was excruciating but passed within two days, in the hospital. Second stone was 13 months ago and excruciating. It was surgically removed after 5 days of agony.

I'm a believer.

Thank you for lemon remedy and recipe. I have first kidney stone with water on kidney, high night fevers which subsided, but still have chills and pain at end of urination, and pee, pee, pee constantly. I have RSD with pump for pain meds for my 35yrs with RSD so I am not a wuss. Dr. Is going to use dye and litho to remove stone and stent under general anesthesia. This is 1st stone 5mm but I am pretty much bedridden...except the marathon to the bathroom! I certainly will try the lemon cocktail. Because Dr. Wants to put in another stent after surgery. Since I nearly ended in ICU 2 days from very low blood pressure and high sugar, and weird heart beat with the nite fevers of up to 103.8. They had ice all over me when I was shaking uncontrollably without the ice! I am laughing because I thought I was the only one with stent problems...I am sad for those with constant stones, but so relieved that this is common and I am not crazy. I will have my sister get lemons and replenish my cranberry juice also. I have trouble drinking lots of fluid as reflux and my RSD problems send it back up thru my nose. Best of luck to you and thanks again.

I started out brand new with the first kidney stone as the last event of the 2014 year. As many others have posted (I read them all, yes, every one of them) My docs at the ER did the same things, Pain Meds, IV Fluids, and CT Scan revealing a 5mm stome in my left kidney (or ureter... probably) definitely my left side.... It hurt like nothing I have felt before. I had never been administered much pain meds in my life, and I have been hurt alot.

I am 21 years into the military, with three years in the middle east... medical care is not always available, Codeine pills is the strongest anesthetic I've ever had. At any rate, I got Morphine the first time. WAY Stronger... And they sent me home later after confirming my pee was orange / brown, and that it was blood, the CT scan showed a stone, and I had 4 prescriptions, pain, nausea, inflammation, urine flow... I only get the generics so I don't know the "street names" except Oxcodone, for pain and Ibuprofen, of course for inflammation. with a "sucks to be him" obligatory handshake and here I am...

4 days and several painful iterations later, I think the stone isn't in my bladder yet, I still feel it is in the ureter. I stumbled upon this site as so many others have.... trip to the store today secured all the ingredients, and went on and grabbed some Apple Cider Vinegar too... at 6:35 local time (Hawaii) I took my first 4 oz drink, after a light meal, and it didn't bother me at all, but I do have a pretty solid "plumbing". It smells worse than it tastes. I will take the challenge. I will update, and I will close out my experiences.

In the time it has taken me to write this, I started the familiar pain spasms on my left side, but not nearly as painful, (exactly 30 minutes from the first drink). I'm still on the usual "out with the old water, in with the new water" regime, too.

Hi Jjonas. Sorry to hear of your pain! I know it well! Do you mean fourth dose? At three times a day you've completed one full day and one more dose, right?

I awoke this morning with what I know is kidney stone "movement" in left kidney area. I have taken just one dose of the 2 oz blend of lemon juice and 2 oz extra Virgin Olive oil. Pain has subsided some with a few reminding spasms too. I also am taking Passwan - a Chinese herbal remedy I have used before for kidney stones. I believe this treatment will work! Good luck and look forward to your further updates! Thanks For writing!

Wahiawa, Hi

Aloha Joanne,

I took it (2oz/ 2oz, twice a day) for three days now. It seems to have assisted, and I have not had any pains in over 24 hours. I don't think I have passed any stones, however, I don't feel the scratchy feeling deep in my left side, either. So I have one more CT Scan coming up but it isn't for a couple of weeks.

I didn't take my regular 2 doses today. (I'm running low on lemons! )I will take it after dinner tonight though. Just to be safe. I am not sure of how this goes, as this was my first ever stone to pass.

Today is the 4th day, and I have had no twinges, no spasms, no "drop me to my knees" pains, or any at all really, I have been keenly aware of any sudden changes in those areas, mainly because it sent me off looking for pain meds before...

I have had an irritated stomach though. probably from the oil and lemon, but I will take that over the pain any day.

I passed a stone of undetermined size and composition from my left kidney early Weds morn while at the ER (worst pain of my life). Honestly, I ditched the four prescriptions they were pushing on me and sought a natural means of passing the six total stones of 3-4mm size still left in my kidneys, per a CT scan (can't wait for that bill). So far, I'm impressed with this site and the results of this remedy!

Began the 2oz lemon juice/2oz olive oil remedy + added about 1oz apple cider vinegar yesterday at about 3pm and then again around 5:30pm.

Noticed by 8pm that night, BOTH kidneys were starting to spasm and the pain and nausea increased to about 5/10 (took some ibuprofen, which helped).

Pursued the remedy this morning and at lunch, and I notice each time, after about 20-30 min, there's some spasming in both kidneys and what feels like slight pain in my lower abdomen going from my kidneys to bladder.

Can anyone tell me if this is a normal experience, that the spasming and slight pain in the sides is a true sign of passing broken up stones?

This is a well known protocol, but one has to prepare first. I have done that not the right way and my friend did and we both, at one moment that lasted hours, thought we would die. Done gently with preparation it works.

The apple juice softens the stones and they break up in to smaller stones and will pass easier.

Hi, I must have all kinds of stones . I started with the apple juice and ACV and then I drink lemons and then the Chanca piedra tea.. Its been two weeks and yes stones coming out. large ones and small ones.. sand like ones, etc. etc. my pain is getting less but still there... It does take awhile though.. I have not done the olive oil either.. Its just that I couldn't find the tea anywhere so I had to order it online. I am out now and need to get some more..but I will continue with the tea and lemons until I feel the stones are all out.. Good Luck
