Hi All,

Thank for reading this information. I am using beet root as a natural cure for gout. it works for me, you can make a soup or just add to your daily diet. was taking alopurinol for 6 years.then I stopped and start with Beet root and cherry juice

Pease post any further information / your experience with beet root.
