haveing read lots about taking hydrogen peroxide. I tried the nasel spray method. and didn't think it very good, so I wundered if it could be taken like a steam inhailer so that it goes in the lungs like a vapour inhailer, via a tube with a cooler along the tube simalar to the gaget the arabs do there smoking.
i would be greatfull for your reply. yours truly brian c jeffs.

The nasal inhaler is suppose to be used in the mouth not up the nose. In Bill Munro's video he explains that using a nasal inhaler emits a fine spray so is easily inhaled via the mouth into the lungs. Hope that helps.

You all are fantastic. The stuff I have been reading is just overwhelming!! I would like to know instead of ussing the nasal spray I would like to use the nebulizer. How much h202 can I put in it? I have 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. if I wanted to add DMSO and CS to it how much and how often for all? thanks so much for all your help:) mrichards03(at)cinergymetro.net

Sue, my understanding is that DMSO neutralizes hydrogen peroxide. I wouldn't mix them for that reason. Also, internal peroxide and DMSO by themselves are both very experimental. While I'm personally game for most anything if many people testify that it helped and did not apparently harm them, I wouldn't throw these remedies together willy nilly in a bottle and inhale them!

Greeting, I just started inhaling HP 3% food grade. I bought this from sunfoods at least two years ago. I am not doing it on a regular base and started 5 days ago.
My issue is right around when I started taking HP I started getting flu type symptoms, my little ones where sick so I thought it was from them. I'm not sure this is the case. I am congested, coughing so bad I start throwing up; throat and chest area is hurting when I cough. and now having joint pains. My coughs are very dry but at times flim comes up its just clear & white. I want to keep using the treatment. Is this normal, it can be pretty painful and hard to deal with at work. Is it possible the HP is bad? Also I'm a smoker and stupidly still smoking while doing treatment. I would appreciate your insights. Regards

Is there anyway I can get in touch with Bill Munro? I do not have insurance but ended up in the er dx with copd. I cannot breathe and only have 1 inhaler that does not work. I am a little bit afraid to inhale the h2o2 but I would like to talk to him about downloading food grade h2o2 down to 3% and do not know how to do this.
I also wanted to know what he thought about everybody saying that h2o2 degrees the lung tissue but I would believe that the h2o2 would to breed the nicotine and tar off of the alveoli. please if it all possible if you have his email or some way I could contact him would you please let me know thank you so much. EC: Dear Rhonda,

William campbell douglass states in his book medical miracle never to exceed 10 drops 3 times daily of 3 percent dilution yet others indicate dosages of 3 drops up to 25 drops 3 times a day of the much more stronger 35 percent. Hello EC, Can anybody help please? I inhaled too much 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide using a facial sauna (I know someone who uses HP this way). This was 8 days ago & at first the top of my lungs started to feel like they were burning. I still have an ache (on & off) at the top of my right lung despite regular tap water steam facial saunas, exercise & drinking water to try to ease the effects. I had to visit the local hospital at first & I have an appointment soon with a chest specialist. I stopped the HP as soon as I realised something was wrong. Is there anything else I can do to calm things down & to limit any possible damage?

Hi Scott, My 11 year old daughter is currently using an aerochamber for taking 3 puffs of Flovent 250 mcg twice a day. I want to start her on hydrogen peroxide inhalation. Can she use the aerochamber that she uses for taking her Flovent or would it not really work given that H2O2 is liquid and not powder? Does she need to use a nebulizer or will it work for her to use Bill Munroe's nasal spray approach? I'm just concerned that she might not get the H2O2 into her lungs properly. We have 3% hydrogen peroxide 10 volume WITHOUT stabilizers (30 mg/mL Hydrogen Peroxide and purified water) that I obtained at Safeway (also available at Save-0n-Foods).Thanks.

I was drinking a few drops of 3% peroxide for a month: started with 2 drops into soup spoon with water on empty stomach. And every day I would add 1 more drop: 3 drops -day 2, 4 drops - day 3 till 7 days - but maximum I was taking 6-7 drops of peroxide on big spoon with water. After one week - one week rest (without peroxide). And again repeat. I did that for a month. Now I stopped. I can walk now (maniscus on my knees were ripped and I couldn't walk even 1 block). I read that peroxide helps on everything, including cancer.
But now I heard that a woman was taking 15 drops a day (I don't know how long and how many times a day) and she got blood cancer... It helped me tremendosly: I can walk, it stopped my arthritis - my pains disapeared, my back didn't hurt. Anyone tried that like me? I got kind of scared when they said about blood cancer... I read it does cure the cancer...

Hi , I see you have had lung problems, one thing I could suggest is taking the amino acid, NAC, my girlfriend cured her asthma with this, it is a great lung cleaner. Jarrow makes a great brand, it should be taken immediately when you wake up on empty stomach. You will see how your lungs will clear out.
Also another lung healer is colloidal silver, also taken on empty stomach. That's three hours after food or an hour before food.. You can't take colloidal silver more than a week though or your skin will turn gray.. Ok
Luck and light , xoxoJ

I'm starting the inhaling method of H202 and would like to know if I need to follow the same guidelines as if I was drinking it with distilled water. Do I need to inhale 1 hour before I eat and 3 hours after? Also, is it necessary to avoiding inhaling H202 too close to taking supplements and medication? Is 3% necessary for it to work? Can anyone answer these questions? Thanks.

Unfortunately, the MistyMate8 had a spray pattern that was too wide at the source and not as fine as the MistyMate2.5, so I will probably return it to the company. The 2 oz spray bottle from Wal-Mart is not bad and I will continue to use it. I guess a nebulizer might be best.
Still getting good results it seems for pain if I spray hourly but I also recently started taking astaxanthin from algae, a red/pink carotenoid antioxidant with very favorable results.
Astaxanthin is what makes shrimp and flamingos pink. I take just 4 mg per day (one softgel) of the Jarrow brand. I tried 2 per day but got short of breath at night, almost like I needed more oxygen, so I cut it back to one softgel in the morning. Research and testimonials say astaxanthin improves the eyes, skin and is helpful for senility and dementia, both as a preventive and treatment because I think it said it crosses the blood-brain barrier. It helps my energy, too. Because astaxanthin is so good, I went off of trans-resveratrol but am not sure yet if permanently. I was able to also go off of vitamin E mixed tocopherols since starting astaxanthin as I felt it was duplicative and no longer necessary and I think the vitamin E conflicted with the astaxanthin as the two together made me feel bad if I am not mistaken. So astaxanthin is very powerful and helps my pain through an anti-inflammatory effect.

The h2o2 inhalation seems to be doing better than anything else I have tried for my facial pain. I went back to the 10 breath dose with 3 sprays per breath. That seems to last at least an hour, depending on what I have recently eaten, or I can spray every half hour if necessary. The .5% dilution seems just right, with a couple small swallows of water after each dose of ten breaths to wash away the peroxide.

Where to Find Nasal Pumps
Posted by Shifa (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) on 09/15/2011
Hi Everyone: I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and would like to do the Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Therapy as I am finding it very difficult to breath. In the last few months my hemoglobin level has fallen below 10, I have lost a lot of weight and I am getting extremely fatigued.
Can someone please tell me where to find this pump with a fine mist? I have a nasal salinex 30 ml bottle but that just spray lot of HP into my throat and find it difficult to use.
I have been to drug stores and walmart too but they do not have a reusable pump plastic container.
One post mentioned natural factors herbal throat spray. Is it easy to use and does it give out fine mist?
Also, I have to decide whether to use food grade peroxide or drug store peroxide without stablizers. I am at the moment using drug store peroxide which I have had for some years.
Thank you.

Ed: Do be careful w/ nebulizing Colloidal Silver combined w/ H2O2 as the oxidant potential is great. The secret is keeping these amounts low, which I failed to do a few months back (treating a mycoplasma infection) and experienced heart & chest pain. I quickly applied healing remedies and came thru that situation w/ seeming little or no permanent damage.
Again, the Colloidal Silver is OK by itself, but only a minimal amount of H2O2 should be added. Or one could keep these separate and rotate for safety sake.

I purchased the 35% food grade and diluted it 1 ounce to 11 ounces distilled water and bought a small pump spray to use it in. So far I can tell no difference, maybe I should be using the 3% in bottle from any drugstore or maybe using the wrong type of pump. What do you suggest. I get confused when people talk of different kinds of HP, saying 3% does this mean common kind in any drugstore or the 35% diluted down even more? Please help

Have lots of itching on chest and sometimes in head - ears feel a pressure from time to time- times fatigued - feel stuff is surfacing out of lung. Guess I would call this a chronic sinus/Lung infection. Andrea from Wales, can you also suggest how to proceed carefully - should I use 1 1/2% food grade. Hi Ann, I have spent hours on here reading pages upon pages about H202 which I was already aware of and have been for many years, but never tried it. Can I please say to you Ann and anyone at all that lives in the United Kingdom! 35% food grade IS BY LAW IN THE UNITED KINGDOM NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD! ANYONE CAUGHT SELLING IT TO PEOPLE LIKE US CAN BE SUED! It was stated no companies was allowed to sell any more than 12 per cent hydrogen peroxide??? Now and I am writing this on the 9th March, 2018, Boots and most of the chemists have been told they cannot no longer sell it! Even 3 per cent ordinary H.P. which can be used as a mouth wash and using on the teeth? Priced at a mere £1.05 has been withdrawn!
So whilst many people are continuously stating on here "USE 35% FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE? These people are all residing in the USA or other countries? We simply cannot get it in United Kingdom! I think it's a disgrace! Something that is saving so many people's lives, have been stopped purchasing it by the Medical profession, the same as Lobelia, Apricot Kernels, you name it anything that can cure is being taken off the market! In the United Kingdom. You can, Ann of course buy 3 per cent and 6 per cent ordinary Hydrogen peroxide the same sort you could get from Boots Chemist it is in a brown glass bottle with a blue and white label, it will of course cost you now about £3 a little bottle instead of £1.05 well these sellers have to make a profit from our illnesses don't they!! I do believe you can use this ordinary peroxide, hence my reason for reading literally hundreds of messages on here today. I cannot be certain, but it seems many are using the ordinary 3 per cent, and many thanks to Mama to Many! Whom I believe uses the ordinary one. I tried every single company in the United Kingdom including Bobs Store, and each have a notice up on their website, THEY CANNOT SELL ANYTHING OVER 12 PER CENT BY LAW! So whilst I appreciate guys and gals from the United States and other countries, don't you think we would prefer to buy the best thing? 35 per cent Food Grade? We simply cannot get it which is such a shame. So I hope this is of help to anyone from the United Kingdom! I have tried every chemist going and they all said no, they have been ordered not to sell it anymore, having said that I did find a chemist called Nash, and I was over the moon when they sold me 6 bottles 3 per cent only and not Food grade but I grabbed it! Because even when I used to buy 2 or 3 bottles from Boots, I was then told only 1 bottle allowed? And now zilch you cannot buy it, but you can on Amazon or Ebay, I suggest anyone in the United Kingdom stocks up on it, before they stop the sellers selling it!
And yes my son, Paul and I have breathing difficulties, so of course I am searching for something to help us both. Good luck everyone in your search for good health and most of all a cure!

Hi- I live in Costa Rica and have a lung infection which nearly killed me 5 yrs prior- I returned to Florida USA and my lungs cleared up to the point that I no longer fell asleep during a conversation or while stopped at red lights while driving- however I am constantly tired and now ( returned to Costa rica) I am re-infected ( flare up?) I am extremely tired and dizzy- I went to emergency room here and was diagnosed with lung infection and prescribed antibiotics( dont know the name of infection) however after reading this post I want to try adding 3% peroxide to C-Pap machine and I am starting to inhale 3% diluted- to spray bottle. The 1st night I tried inhaling- I couldn't get to sleep ( a very rare thing) so I thought it was working- I am currently inhaling 3% diluted- label says ( in spanish)3 grams hydrogen peroxide and vehiculo csp 100 ml- anyone have experience with adding to C-pap machine and anyone know where to buy more potent peroxide in CR?

Duke- I spend about 7 months a year in CR, I understand how difficult it can be to find what you are looking for. There are a few MacroBiotic retailers in San Jose that may be able to help with Natural Products. Perhaps a better option is 35% food grade H202 is also used for sprouting plants and can be used for swimming pool servicing. If I were you I would check out the viveros there- the plant nurseries. Where abouts do you live in CR? There are many of these viveros through out the country. Something else to consider is mould and the effects on your lungs... I know that it is a constant battle for me to keep the mould at bay where I live because it is humid and close to the ocean. Good Luck!
