Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Guide: Bill Munro Method

Hi Everyone: I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and would like to do the Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Therapy as I am finding it very difficult to breath. In the last few months my hemoglobin level has fallen below 10, I have lost a lot of weight and I am getting extremely fatigued.

Can someone please tell me where to find this pump with a fine mist? I have a nasal salinex 30 ml bottle but that just spray lot of HP into my throat and find it difficult to use.

I have been to drug stores and walmart too but they do not have a reusable pump plastic container.

One post mentioned natural factors herbal throat spray. Is it easy to use and does it give out fine mist?

Also, I have to decide whether to use food grade peroxide or drug store peroxide without stablizers. I am at the moment using drug store peroxide which I have had for some years.

Click on the "remedies" page at the top. Go the "Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method". It shows a picture of the bottle and explains that it is a mist "sinus spray" bottle.... Purchased with the sinus medication in it... But you empty it out to fill it with your HP. Bill Munro states that he uses regular store bought 3% HP.... Also what gets rid of my sore throat. Is it safe to use 3% hydrogen peroxide bought from a drugstore? It's not foodgrade....pls advise me. thank you.

Ed: Do be careful w/ nebulizing Colloidal Silver combined w/ H2O2 as the oxidant potential is great. The secret is keeping these amounts low, which I failed to do a few months back (treating a mycoplasma infection) and experienced heart & chest pain. I quickly applied healing remedies and came thru that situation w/ seeming little or no permanent damage.

Again, the Colloidal Silver is OK by itself, but only a minimal amount of H2O2 should be added. Or one could keep these separate and rotate for safety sake.

I have been using Colloidal silver in a nebulizer for a few weeks now. Does anyone know if it is OK to now use HP in a nebulizer without waiting for a period of time (days) after using the Colloidal Silver? I do not intend to use them together.

I have used hydrogen peroxide (5 drops of 3% to 35 drops distilled water) in a nebulizer on the same day as I have used colloidal silver, will no ill effects. I do wait at least 4 hours when I am changing what I am using in the nebulizer.

You should try oregano oil. Several ways to take it: can be inhaled or with a diffuser. Other oils also have anti microbial properties and antibacterial as well. Also, I have ingested up to 25 drops of food grade peroxide in 8 ozs of distilled water three times. Parasites can also be an issue. Anyway, hope I have helped.

Kellyjo, I also would like to try the Bill Munroe inhaling method, but I am confused on what kind of hydrogen peroxide to use. I purchased the 35% food grade and diluted it 1 ounce to 11 ounces distilled water and bought a small pump spray to use it in. So far I can tell no difference, maybe I should be using the 3% in bottle from any drugstore or maybe using the wrong type of pump. What do you suggest. I get confused when people talk of different kinds of HP, saying 3% does this mean common kind in any drugstore or the 35% diluted down even more? Please help

I was so excited to read your testimony. 15 years ago I had a similar experience like yours - the doctors told me I would have asthma for the rest of my life. I also refused to believe this and have been on a long journey searching for something to heal my body. I'm going to try it. Did you have any bad side effects? Thank you for sharing your story. Very interested in what Shar from BC writes about lungs heating up (I also have this) and nebulizing. Am experimenting with H2O2 right now using mist spray in mouth but it's not doing the job - feel I need nebulizer to reverse it. Have lots of itching on chest and sometimes in head - ears feel a pressure from time to time- times fatigued - feel stuff is surfacing out of lung. Guess I would call this a chronic sinus/Lung infection. Andrea from Wales, can you also suggest how to proceed carefully - should I use 1 1/2% food grade. I am 73 and very sensitive to things, but want to take care of this without going to MD. Any tips or help will be immensely appreciated. Hi, I read through the thread on HPI. I'm a student in complementary and alternative medicine and I'm really interested in trying this method for healing. I could not actually find the "food grade" I did find a bottle for 99 cents that says it's 3% first aid antiseptic/oral debriding agent and it does not state whether it has stabilizers in it. I would just like to make sure I purchased the right kind before attempting to use it.

Hey, it is not recommended to use the medical(?) grade, only food grade. It can be found online in 12% or 35% I believe.

Does it matter when the inhale method is used? Before or after meals?

I have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer small cell. Has anyone tried this peroxide inhalation with lung cancer? Did it help? I have a nebulizer machine or would the sinus pump be better?

Please research IP-6 for your cancer. It is not expensive, it has no side effects, and many people claim it has cured their cancer. It is Available on Amazon For less than twenty dollars for 240 caps. Books on it to read as well as youtube videos. Good luck, and God Bless.

Hi Ann, I have spent hours on here reading pages upon pages about H202 which I was already aware of and have been for many years, but never tried it. Can I please say to you Ann and anyone at all that lives in the United Kingdom! 35% food grade IS BY LAW IN THE UNITED KINGDOM NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD! ANYONE CAUGHT SELLING IT TO PEOPLE LIKE US CAN BE SUED! It was stated no companies was allowed to sell any more than 12 per cent hydrogen peroxide??? Now and I am writing this on the 9th March, 2018, Boots and most of the chemists have been told they cannot no longer sell it! Even 3 per cent ordinary H.P. which can be used as a mouth wash and using on the teeth? Priced at a mere £1.05 has been withdrawn!

So whilst many people are continuously stating on here "USE 35% FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE? These people are all residing in the USA or other countries? We simply cannot get it in United Kingdom! I think it's a disgrace! Hi- I live in Costa Rica and have a lung infection which nearly killed me 5 yrs prior- I returned to Florida USA and my lungs cleared up to the point that I no longer fell asleep during a conversation or while stopped at red lights while driving- however I am constantly tired and now ( returned to Costa rica) I am re-infected ( flare up?) I am extremely tired and dizzy- I went to emergency room here and was diagnosed with lung infection and prescribed antibiotics( dont know the name of infection) however after reading this post I want to try adding 3% peroxide to C-Pap machine and I am starting to inhale 3% diluted- to spray bottle. The 1st night I tried inhaling- I couldn't get to sleep ( a very rare thing) so I thought it was working- I am currently inhaling 3% diluted- label says ( in spanish)3 grams hydrogen peroxide and vehiculo csp 100 ml- anyone have experience with adding to C-pap machine and anyone know where to buy more potent peroxide in CR?

Duke- I spend about 7 months a year in CR, I understand how difficult it can be to find what you are looking for. There are a few MacroBiotic retailers in San Jose that may be able to help with Natural Products. Perhaps a better option is 35% food grade H202 is also used for sprouting plants and can be used for swimming pool servicing. If I were you I would check out the viveros there- the plant nurseries. Where abouts do you live in CR? There are many of these viveros through out the country. Something else to consider is mould and the effects on your lungs... I know that it is a constant battle for me to keep the mould at bay where I live because it is humid and close to the ocean. Good Luck!

I have already bought the nasal spray pump and hydrogen peroxide from a pharmacy as used by Mr. Bill Munro in You Tube but the label on the H2O2 bottle says:

"Solution 6% (20 Volume)
Contains: Hydrogen Peroxide 6% w/v
Preservative: Benzoic Acid 0. 01% w/v."

Is this equivalent to a 3% H2O2? Is it safe for me to use this as an oral spray?

Manjeet, you may want to do just the hp and drop the colloidal silver as some people react to ANY metals.

I've just started H202 for chronic bronchitis. I'm up to 11 drops three times a day. Now I want to use it in a nebulizer too. What strength should I use? Should it be straight 3% or mixed with distilled water? I'm super cautious because my lungs have caused me so much trouble over the years. But I want results like Bill Munro talks about.

Just reading your post and wondering how you have been doing with your COPD?

Tried inhaling hydrogen proxide 3% 5 squirts through my nose, I felt good and was able to breath freely and slept like a baby but when I woke up the next morning my nose were bleeding really fresh blood was coming out through my nose and hacking some blood. Is this normal? I got so scared that I have to stop inhaling it. I was a smoker for 30 years. I want to continue inhaling it but very concern about the bleeding. Can u tell me if this is normal?

Greetings, My husband and I have been inhaling H2o2 for almost a year, ( preferring inhalation to ingesting it). We both feel great and are rarely ill. I have noticed in this time that we both have a very strong (bad smelling) body odor. I have noticed a change in my sense of smell and taste. I find that certain foods are impossible for me to eat because they taste too strong ie turnips and the smell of tomato plants. Do you have any suggestions as to what we can do to change our body odor issues as we are both seeing and feeling so many of the benefits associated with the taking of hydrogen peroxide? I suspect BO is toxins from stress causing acidity and then I read that the microbes on our body eat the toxins we excrete in stress and then when they poop that out it stinks.

I heard that you can't inhale 3% peroxide unless it's NOT stabilized. Do you know anything about this? This is new to me, however, I have cured numerous people of Cancer and many other supposedly "In-Curable" diseases using 35% food grade peroxide. The inhalation method would be much easier to convince people to do it, and it's a lot cheaper.

In response to your post, I am wondering if you can give any advice on spraying my cat's tumor in his mouth (very large & vet today said probably squamous cell) covering much of the back of his throat. I tried for the first time putting one drop of 3% peroxide in 2 tbsp. Distilled water in my nebulizer and only took two puffs from it with the mouthpiece (not mask). I did not inhale that deeply as I was apprehensive of any possible side effects. It wasn't that long before I start hacking up the white foam that is remarkably similar to what happens to me when I used to brush my teeth with HP. Is this normal for everyone else? What else can I expect from nebulizing with HP?

That sounds about right. I have used HP in my nebulizer for years now. The trick is to use very little because this stuff is powerful! What I do is dilute store brand 3% HP down to 0. 5% (sometimes even less) with saline solution. I use it when I get sick and have respiratory problems (like a cold or flu). Within a day of nebulizing I start to cough all kinds of crap. You can definitely tell it works, specially when you are recovering from being sick and after a while somehow can't get rid of a cough. Do this and pretty soon you will be coughing up whatever it is that is still there and your body can't get rid of on its own! Same thing if you are sick and blow your nose and nothing comes out. With this method, your lungs will clear up very fast. Back when I used to smoke I would even cough up phlegm with black dots in it!

Joan can you tell me the exact amounts of hp you used and if you inhaled this with a vaporizor or nebulizer. Also if this was food grade or drug store brand. Thanks so much

Hey Quick question here. Been doing the inhaling technique for about 3 days now. Had some HP kicking around checked out the bottle all it said was pure water no stabilizers present even checked the color of it. When I inhale it I pump it up to about 6 times but I get a slight slight burning at the back of my throat nothing painful but just wondering if this is normal?? Thanks

What stores can you buy the 3% like Bill Munro uses without the stabilizer in it. I thought all of these bottles were the same no matter who made these. Please someone let me nnow I live close to Columus, Ohio. Bill never has any problems.

The 3% peroxide found at drugstores or whereever contain stabilizers and other elements although they are not listed on the label. Food grade is only peroxide and distilled water and come in 3, 6, 12, 30, and 35 percent and truly contain just that, no stabilizers, iron, or other minerals. Food Grade is the ONLY PEROXIDE RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNAL USE although many including myself have used the drugstore stuff (inhaling, and ingesting it) as did the older guy from the article for years with no problems.

I have read and read and read still not understanding..I have used the 3% hydrogen peroxide for about a year now Bills inhalation method with excellent results! my hubby came down with a cold yesterday and I went to the health food store and bought colloidal silver in a 2oz bottle the directions say 1 teaspoon a day..can he inhale HP and also take the colloidal silver at the same time....also I am adding one capful of 3% HP to a humidifier for him...Would someone please advise me if I am giving him the right doses of all this combined, and how long he should do these remedies... he has never before inhaled this wonderful HP and thats why he has a cold! thanks in advance,,,

I use 'proxide in my humidifyer- about 50ml - in a gallon of water-- runs through this in about 12 hrs. Will this help with cold and flu bugs? We live in a 940 sq.ft/. condo, with hot water heat.

I am just 1 day old using the hydrogen peroxide inhalation for my allergic rhinitis that triggers an asthma attack, but mine is not I would say, pure hydrogen peroxide as it is already mixed with a sterile water for injection. I bought this mixture from a friend who said she and her mother who suffers asthma bought this from a nurse who does detox, etc. and prepares the mixture hersef and use it for better breathing and to cough up phlygm. it is not really that expensive, just 300 pesos/btl. And I put it in my nebulizer( the one I use for inhaling my ventolin 2.5 nebule) she said it is food grade 3%hydrogen peroxide mixed in sterile water used for injections. I could see frm label too.

I started using it yesterday when I started having very sore throat and became bad dry cough.put 5 ml of the mixture into the base connecting the mouthpiece and turned on the machine.At the first contact of my throat with the mixture I felt like suffocating but slowly it eased up. I have to stop once in a while as I felt like coughing and my throat became so dry that I felt it became more sore. After more or less 30 min. I felt mucus coming up and had to cough up very yellow phlygm. This lasted for almost an hour. I tried it again before I slept. I believe I was able to sleep but I felt weak and when I got up felt again the sore throat and dry cough so I nebulized again. Now, I am observing myself for any reaction as I know the method I used is different from most of you. Am I using the correct method for asthma/dry cough, allergic rhinitis? I am very skeptical at first but had to try to feel better and regain my life. Any comment, answer is truly appreciated.thank you,

I have made two post stating my experience with peroxide inhalation. You have not posted either. I am starting to think this site is very misleading and this is dangerous. I started with what felt to be the beginning of the common cold. I did exactly what the site said and it got worste. At first I thought maybe it just did not work and I was getting worste because the cold itself. Now I am convinced I am feeling worste because of the peroxide. I have been doing it for two days now and I notice that I get a fever shortly after doing this. As time goes on the fever slowly goes away. If I try the peroxide again, wam, fever and chills back. Now I am starting to get really tired and my vision is really shifty. I noticed too that my hands are sicly white looking color and almost scaly looking. If I don't see my experience soon for other readers can see this, I will contact my good friend Ken Horn (State Represent. Michigan in Saginaw County). I do have a few other friends. I am not doubting that this may have worked for some, but I am starting to doubt now that you are not posting comments of someone like me. How many others like me are there that you are purposely not posting. Probably let the one or two "nays" on here to fool everyone.

I got to work today and everyone is sick. Half way through the day I started feeling my throat get scratch and my nose starting to plug up. Just went and got some nasal spray and 3% peroxide. Dumped out the nasal spray, washed it, and filled with the peroxide. Just did five pumps in one big inhale. Will let you know if it works for me. Also, my father just got diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis and is on 24 hour oxygen. Pretty much said he only has a few years with us. I see this has worked for many things. Anyone ever heard of someone trying a peroxide method for this??
