Best Water To Use

I am in the process of researching and learning as much as I can about hydrogen peroxide therapy. What I would like to know is if distilled water is the only type of water you can use with the hydrogen peroxide. Can you use any other type of water like spring water or reverse osmosis water? And if not then what is the reason for the use of distilled water? Thank you, Jacob

December 6, 2013; I've been busy since cleaning up my internal body from what I think is candida; anyway, because of prior kidney problems I opted for borax bath instead of ingesting, but studied and read literally hundreds (278 to be exact) of pages thoroughly on borax, ACV, Bill's protocol, Ted's expert advice, etc., and came across a lot of discussion on food grade hydrogen peroxide. Could someone clarify for me what is the difference between 3% and 35% food grade? I purchased from my local health food store what I thought was 35% because I saw the 3, but the store was closing so grabbed it off the shelf quickly. When I got home it was 3% and a warning from FDA not to ingest. I didn't read any posts really explaining the difference between 3 and 35%. I believe the one I purchased from E........O.....(i also read we're not supposed to use brand names) does not have any stabilizers in it as Ted spoke of, so why can't I use the 3% instead of what I read on amazon.com (as well as a few on earthclinic) about the extreme dangers of 35% Food Grade? I want to continue to thank everyone, especially Deirdre the founder of this site, Ted and Bill and the posters who have helped me take responsibility for my health. I have been extremely ill from the borax baths and am now recovered, but talk about die-off! The itching in vaginal area is still gone and have also lost 8 pounds which up till now has been difficult being over 60. Thanks to anyone who can answer my question. Also I do have a histroy of kidney problems and extreme throat closing allergies to iodine so any help with Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide will be greatly appreciated. Hi,I need your advice. I accidentally bought h2o2 pharmaceutical grade 3.1%, instead of food grade.
I put a tea spoon of H2O2 into half glass of water, placed my toothbrush in it for 1 minute then poured a little water on the toothbrush and washed my teeth and tongue with it. Did not swallow it but I guess I swalled some of it naturally. Then I checked the label and got scared cause I got a very slight stomach upset.
The bottle contains H2O2 3,1% - water -Alcohol Denat- Etidronic Acid - Phosphoric Acid - Disodium edta - Phenacetin - Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder.
Please tell me your opinion about it, how dangerous it is even though I might have swallowed not much.

Nefeli, I use that regular pharmacy stuff all the time for inhalation and tooth brushing - I do dilute it - it never posed a problem for me.

Baldev, I bought 20 mule team Borax in local grocery for $10 here in canada. It was nearly 1 kg I guess. The better way for you to buy is try for reputed people in Ebay. It does not hurt to try. All you need is money. Good Health

If you remove the frozen water from 3% peroxide will that not give you 100% peroxide? And how is that "purified"? It is not simply less dilute? The title implies stabilizers have been removed.

Hi, In the ebook "Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide - One Minute" it states this:
If you find the taste unpleasant, try diluting the hydrogen peroxide with six to eight ounces of milk, aloe vera, or watermelon juice instead of water. If you are still bothered by a bleachy aftertaste, cut down on the number of drops you put into each glass and increase the number of glasses you drink each day, or simply drink some water after you drink the oxygen water.
I've been through this therapy twice before using only 5 ounces of distilled water per dose as the other book I read recommended. And I will definitely follow my intuition and body signals foremost. But I would like to discover if it is quite more benefitial to consume the stronger water mixture 3 times daily over the same amount of drops per day divided into 4 doses of water.

I'm reading all this wealth of information on earthclinic.com about HP and respiratory issues. I want to try what I learned on my 3.5 year-old-son who has pnueumonia. Then I got to thinking, would putting HP in the air humidifier be an effective way to transport the it into the breathing ways leading into the lungs?

Just a word of caution: Humidifiers are known to be extremely bad for health, whereas de-humidifiers are safe. The best ways to humidify a home are as such: 1) Place as many plants as you can fit onto your window ledges. The plants will release moisture into the air through transpiration. 2) Once you've finished in the bath, leave the water overnight to cool and some will evaporate into the air and humidify your home. 3) Place bowls of water in rooms of your home, these will evaporate eventually, then just refill. 4) Try and do as much cooking on a stove top rather than in the oven. The stove top cooking allows moisture to be released - the oven will dry your home out.
p.s. not to mention you'll save heaps on electricity!!

Hey, Mike - I think you're fine. Take a break, resume later in small doses. My son got a big dose once and refused to take it again. I have since got him to use it ( FGHP) and he's fine with it. I just make the dose now. Good Luck!

Bohdan, as for an additive beverage I use "watered down" (half n half) room temp coffee. The H2O2 taste is still present but not near as bad as w/ only water. As for timing, just take halfway between meals, and I have never experienced any side effects less than an hr before meal.

After 30 years of pulmonary clinics, Mayo and many others I have found the best, for me, solution for my coughing, COPD, bronchitis, problems. I first read Politics in Healing by Daniel Haley, which is the first read for all of us having upper respiratory problems. It has a forward by a congressman that had Lymes and cured it. Then read DMSO, Nature's Healer by Dr Morton Walker. Must Read! The other book which is a must read is "Flooding your body with Oxygen" The last is Hydrogen Peroxide by Dr. Dougles. I now have a Ozone Generator to which I feed Pure O2 and meter for proper flow to produce O3(OZONE) to bubble through olive oil and have finally found (Oxygen therapy) which has improved my condition more than all other allopathic medical pharma solutions. You have to educate yourself. Google all of the above you will find UVB(ultra-violet blood irradiation) administrated by MD's as well H2O2 IV's done by local Dr's. All of which are Oxygen Therapy's!!!!!!!!

Marcus, good to hear of your positive treatment w/ the big Ozone. I say big because O3 is the most powerful of the Oxygen therapies. Of course the problem is getting the unstable O3 in the body. Ozone Air Purifiers at just under the irritant level are definitely recommended.
To boost O levels orally I am currently in the habit of 5 drops Sodium Chlorite (NaCl) 2x daily; or rotate to 5 drops H2O2 (35%) 2x day. Also I begin my day w/ a warm footbath dosed w/ 1/2 scoop of Sodium Perborate (otc OxyfreeTM), 10 min w/ noticeable results. In an attempt to boost O levels even more, tonight I repeated the footbath as normal but dropped the little hose of my O3 generator into the water and felt immediate energy boost (beyond the normal f-bath). I have tried the O3 bubble before without the sodium perborate w/ less results; so I am, at least for now, convinced that this combination approach is working; Suffering from both Parasite Infestation AND Black Mold infection any progress w/ this combo therapy will certainly be noticeable. Will continue this combo on a daily basis and post results on E.C.
