I didn't receive the same results taking peroxide for ulcers. I started the food grade hydrogen peroxide oxygenation protocol 5 days ago and am today up to 7 drops in distilled water 3 times a day and my stomach is killing me!!! The ulcers weren't bothering me very much before beginning the peroxide. I will continue on to 8 drops tomorrow but will probably have to stop after that as my stomach is getting worse by the day.

I have struggled with candida for years that had become immune. I finally found a solution which a liquid treatment soaked into sugar. It has worked wonders for me. Why is this significant for you? It is because that the H2O2 soaked into sugar no longer causes me any nausea. I may be suffering a peroxide hangover and will use food grade turpentine, or GSE for a few weeks and take a break from the peroxide.

I can only get 3% where I live. I have been putting about ten drops in a one liter bottle three times a day. I drink it throughout the day usually on an empty stomach or at least 1.5 hours after eating. Can you suggest a better dosage? I don't I have access to distilled water. I used boiled and filtered tap water.

You can buy food grade 35 h2o2 in Canadian health food stores with no problem. You have to give name and address since it's a controlled substance but it's readily available here, doesn't have to be bought online.

Reading the posts here makes me think that hydrogen peroxide has lots of healthful benefits but should be taken with extra caution. Can you list down the conditions that will make hydrogen peroxide ineffective in treating ailments or cause side effects? I'm worried about the burns, the stomach pains, vomiting, etc. if hydrogen peroxide is not taken properly.

It is not good enough to simply say Hydrogen Peroxide, as this is available in a various concentrations up to as high as 30%.

Does anyone know if the Zero2Sixty Oxylife capsules work and also Earths Bounty Oxycaps? they both have good reviews on Amazon the only difference seems to be (besides the price) is the Zero2Sixty lists only 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide as the only ingredient and oxycaps lists sodium, potassium and calcium as ingredients, I would personally think the zero2sixty would be better for breathing problems. does anyone have any suggestions?

The Oxycaps are essentially oxygen "precursors" of Sodium Chlorite w/ potassium and calcium stabilizers or buffers. With adequate or higher levels of these nutrients, the body naturally produces "more" oxygen than normal. I would recommend the Oxycaps taken first and if necessary add the H2O2 products to maximize O, probably in about a 2:1 ratio.

Thank you Timh, I appreciate your reply. I couldn't get to the internet, I was working away. Since I wrote the above post, I stopped taking the H2O2, and plan instead to inhale it. Up to now, I still have flashbacks of the H2O2 taste and my stomach turns. The sneezing stopped, the congestion is barely there, however, since yesterday, I have an itching in my body (including my private parts like if I'm coming down with cistitis), tolerable but I'm aware of it. Also some spots on my chest and face, a couple on my back and arms. I don't have problem with my digestion or my stomach. I'd like to know why your suggestion to take Kidney/Urinary Tract herbs? I'll search for the cleaning herbs here and also what is an anti-inflamatory diet to follow your advise. Thanks again Timh, much appreciated.

You are most likely experiencing a herx reaction. Nausea and bloodshot tired feeling eyes are some of the symptoms I get myself from the die-off of bad toxins. Google it for more info.

Do you know that your supposed to drink it on a empty stomach? Absolutely Nothing to eat or drink 3 hours prior to drinking it & You must wait 1 hour after drinking it until you can eat. I drink mine with milk I found that combination works best with the stomach.

Jessica: I am not familiar w/ any contraindication or interaction of alcohol & H2O2. H2O2 basically increases oxygenation of tissues that are not otherwise affected by normal cellular respiration. Alcohol, consumed in large quantities, actually decreases oxygen levels and increases acidosis (among other things) causing headache & hangover.
If you are a regular drinker, it would prove beneficial to take 50mg Zinc and 500mg Niacinamide daily so to help your body detoxify the alcohol.

Hydrogen peroxide therapy and accidental iron intake: Just realized that our brand of multi-vitamins added iron (10 mg) to it's formula. I've been doing the hydrogen peroxide treatment (ingesting) and am now scared that I may be hurting rather than helping myself. Have of course stopped the vitamins. Any advice or thoughts on this? Should I stop the treatment completely? Seems like you can get added iron in your diet in multiple ways (cereal, etc.) without realizing it, so I'm sure some of you others must have dealt with this. Any help will be much appreciated!

Lizajane: Vit-C is very important for the assimilation of synthetic iron supplements, so do make sure this brand also includes the Vit-C or find a brand without iron and be sure to eat at least 1 serving of cooked liver per wk and/or Blackstrap Molasses (BSM) as these two foods are the best forms of Iron. A B-12 w/ Folate will help the body use the Iron for the production of Red Blood Cells. A broad spectrim Vit-E suplement will greatly increase the lifespan of the Erythrocyte thus reducing the need for Iron.
As for the H2O2 therapy, be sure to first alkalize the body to maximize the Oxygen levels in the cells. Also, if you are using the H2O2 for infection issues, I would rotate, on a weekly basis, w/ herbal antibiotics like Neem, Oregano, Olive Leaf, Garlic.

Thank you for answering, Timh. I will try your suggestions. My body definitely doesn't need MORE iron (according to lab work), so I avoid it in supplements. I'm on the hydrogen peroxide therapy for sinus problems and general preventative (ex-smoker, fibromyalgia, etc.) and am up to 21 drops 3 X daily, so I really don't want to stop now..too hard to get here! Just wasn't sure how much damage that multi-vitamin with iron might have caused. I do get lots of Vit C. Thanks for your thoughts...past and future.

December 6, 2013; I've been busy since cleaning up my internal body from what I think is candida; anyway, because of prior kidney problems I opted for borax bath instead of ingesting, but studied and read literally hundreds (278 to be exact) of pages thoroughly on borax, ACV, Bill's protocol, Ted's expert advice, etc., and came across a lot of discussion on food grade hydrogen peroxide. Could someone clarify for me what is the difference between 3% and 35% food grade? I purchased from my local health food store what I thought was 35% because I saw the 3, but the store was closing so grabbed it off the shelf quickly. When I got home it was 3% and a warning from FDA not to ingest. I didn't read any posts really explaining the difference between 3 and 35%. I believe the one I purchased from E........O.....(i also read we're not supposed to use brand names) does not have any stabilizers in it as Ted spoke of, so why can't I use the 3% instead of what I read on amazon.com (as well as a few on earthclinic) about the extreme dangers of 35% Food Grade? I want to continue to thank everyone, especially Deirdre the founder of this site, Ted and Bill and the posters who have helped me take responsibility for my health. I have been extremely ill from the borax baths and am now recovered, but talk about die-off! The itching in vaginal area is still gone and have also lost 8 pounds which up till now has been difficult being over 60. Thanks to anyone who can answer my question. Also I do have a histroy of kidney problems and extreme throat closing allergies to iodine so any help with Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide will be greatly appreciated.
