I am truly amazed. I can hardly believe this Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation WORKS! It can't get any easier to get healthy again. It's a miracle! What a discovery! Mr. Munro is a GENIUS and my HERO!

Anyone who understands and appreciates HP should watch this cartoon, The Sunshine Makers (link below)....JUST FOR FUN! It was made in the 1930's and I'm betting that "sunshine in a bottle" is really Hydrogen Peroxide! HA!!! I hope you enjoy the cartoon.

TO PAM FROM ALABASTER AL: HI PAM. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. WITH THAT STRONG OF A REACTION I'D SAY YOU ARE USING WAY TOO MUCH. I'M NOT TELLING YOU TO STOP OR START I'M NOT A DOCTOR, BUT IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN TED SUGGESTS NOT MORETHAN .5 OR 1/2% H202 FOR INTERNAL USE. 3% IS PROBABLY WAY TOO HIGH FOR YOU THOSE ARE SOME BAD SIDE EFFECTS. i HOPE THAT HELPS, BEST WISHES

I have used HP as a mouth spray, bath, footbath, gargle, sinus flush and internally. I have benefited from all at times. I lean toward the baths, gargle and internal methods as I get the best result that way. You might try a bath as it has also given me a lot of energy for at least 24 hours following. You may need to stay in 45 -60 minutes. 200 mls of 35% foodgrade per bath. HP I have recently overcome a "bug' that i could not shake any other way.

My method: HP food grade 25 drops (2.5 ml ) into 1 liter de-mineralised water. Drink half of this 45 minutes either side of food. Drink it all at once. Once a day. If you get a reaction it may be temporary but if it persists you may be better to take a break for a day or two then try again. Alternately reduce the strength and/or the volume you drink. You could also try taking a toxin absorber such as bentonite clay to mop up any die off the HP is doing.

See my post from 09/06/2008

I have also had a hangover reaction to HP when I first started using it but I do not experience this now. Personally I find 3% strength too strong even in a spray. I get good results with just .5% for gargle and sinus. The strength described above is only .25% and easy to take. Good Luck

Update: I Found Out Yesterday That the Hypertension & Some of the Other Symptoms I Experienced Were From A Electrolyte Imbalance Due To My Addison's Disease & Not The Inhalation of Peroxide. However The 3% Peroxide Still Causes My Fingers To Swell Up & I Still Get Gerd When I Inhale. But I Love the Energy It Gives Me! So I am Still Trying to find a balance. Thanks for your feedback.

Well it's been almost two full weeks since I began H2O2 inhalation therapy. I have been breathing easier, especially in the evenings while sleeping. Some aches & pains from old injuries have subsided a bit. I am a one pack a day smoker. No side effects at all from the inhalations. 5-6 times a day, 5 or 6 pumps each. I am occasionally cough up some phlem and attribute it to some cleansing of my lungs. No problems at all. Seem to be more alert too, especially in the mornings upon waking.

3% HP cured bad cough

May 29, 2009

My 14 year old son tried the inhale method below with much success. He woke up with a sore throat in the morning. He took the cayenne pepper in orange juice to get rid of the sore throat. It worked like a charm!! Then he asked me if there was a good remedy for a cough. I found your info on using a 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide and thought we would give it a try. I had 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in the house so I mixed it up according to the direction: 2oz of 35% HP with 22 oz of distilled water = 3% HP. We put it into misting bottles and he proceeded to inhale this in the evening. He woke up early Saturday morning feeling much better! His sore throat is gone, and his cough is almost gone too. This stuff is awesome!! I feel this would be totally effective on any kind of Swine/Bird flu. We are grateful for this wonderful web site!

Cheers

Hello Peggy...to answer your questions I do still take my asmtha medication.. (Advair diskus)...I try to space my medication and the HP out so I don't take them at the same time. I am currently going to a Dr. that specializes in HP therapy and she said there should be no problem if I continue taking my medications. I currently have no chest tightness and I haven't taken a rescue inhaler in weeks. I think one of the reasons for this is because I have been coughing up mucus that would have usually stayed in my lungs if not for the HP. I don't think my asmtha will ever go away but if I can keep it under control than I am HAPPY. I can even work out and not have to use my albuterol...which is nice! I have been continously taking the HP (8 pumps 3 times a day) and may increase this gradually. I have honestly not felt this good in YEARS. I was always so TIRED..sometimes I didn't think I would make it out of bed. Now I have tons more energy.

I started out slow the first couple of days...just 3-5 pumps once a day. Plus I had been drinking BS (1/4 tspn in 4 oz water once daily) to alkalize my body so this may have helped with the detox effect.

Hope everything goes well for you!

Pam I am sorry you had a bad experience with hydrogen peroxide inhalation. I wonder if you bought a bad batch of peroxide. I have been using this remedy since I found out about it 2 years ago and have also recommended it to at least 10 people, none who experienced any side effects whatsoever, so I find your side effects strange. Best of luck to you in your search for a cure!

I keep a solution of pure water and H202 (20:1 ratio) on my bathroom sink for oral cleansing. I once had a stomach acid back up so bad I felt as though I had drank battery acid ( not too much exaggerating it was soooo painful), so I ran to the bathroom and sprayed enough of my sol. to gargle with and INSTANT relief. Not 100% but I stopped crying. I did it again and then followed this by mixing 1 TBS acv and 1/2 tsp of organic baking soda. what a life saver!

Hello I am a 39 yo female with Addison's Disease & Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia, I started doing the 3% hydrogen peroxide in a nose spray bottle 6 drops in back of my throat every 4 hours for fatigue & muscle spasms. It did help me get more energy however I started noticing after 3 days of using that I was getting bad acid reflux, painful tightness of the throat, severe dizziness, nausea, abdominal bloating, hypertension, gas, and the scariest of all as soon as I would inhale the Hydrogen Peroxide my fingers would swell up and turn shiny red/blue & they would get numb & tingly. It happened every time. That was enough to make me stop. 3 days after I quit inhaling the symptoms continued to plague me except I had no finger swelling. The acid reflux & dizziness has been the worse. Today is 5th day and I do feel better & symptoms have subsided. I used the 3% peroxide to clean my face today and within a hour my face looked like there were burns on it? Very red & it looks burned. Does this mean I am allergic to this stuff? I have been battling candida yeast when I started taking it too. I do not understand all these symptoms while on this stuff. It was the most awful experience I have ever had. I was so dizzy I couldn't function. I threw up mucus because acid reflux was so bad. I didn't know if I was sensitive to it because of my addison's or was it a reaction to the yeast or what. Because I did like the energy when I used it. Could you please tell me what you think happened? Thank you

Began Bil Munro's inhalation method around noon yesterday. Found a nasal inhaler at a local store, easily acquired for about five bucks. Followed Mr. Monro's instructions and after only two inhalations of 3% solution (in purified water)slept better than I have in years! Today, I have had three inhalations of 7 pumps each and feel great with no side effects as yet. I'm 65 years old and in good health, some old injury pain has seemed to ease a bit. I will continue treatments and provide updates as my wife and I go along.

THANK YOU MR. MUNRO!

Side Effects
Posted by Luis (Cali, Colombia) on 05/21/2009

I began taking HP by the inhalation method (mouth sprinkling), one shot first day and then I increased one more per day until completing 10 shots one time, at 10th day. Then, the following 5 days I changed to 10 shots in the morning, and 5 shots in the afternoon. At 16th day I began to experience deep dreams and difficulty to awake, but besides diurnal drowsiness and fatigue, which affected my productivity a lot, therefore I wanted to be in bed (I work at home). Is a sensation similar to hangover. This sensation was prolonged for 5 days more until I had to stop. Today I have not inhaled the product and I returned to normality. I wanted to experience HP before giving the remedy to my mom, who really needs it.

Now I don't know what to do. Please, someone has experienced the same thing? How did you resolve this issue?

I should say that before the hangover I felt great.

Thank you folks and Earth Clinic.

Dear Elizabeth in Nashville,

Thank you so much for your response. I have a few questions for you. Did you continue to use your asthma inhalers while on the H202? Do you still need them? You said you wouldn't be without the H202 now. How is your breathing? Is the chest tightness and asthma gone?

I had to stop the H202 after several days - I think I increased the number of inhalations too quickly. I have started gain with a very very low dose (one inhalation 3 times a day) and at the moment I'm still uncomfortable but want to persist for several more weeks gradually increasing the number of inhalations and see how I feel.

Peggy Not familiar with MAC however bronchitis & asthma I know; I hardly ever use my inhaler anymore I used to use 2puffs x 4 per day, sometimes even more being a smoker, plus I had a steroid as well, now maybe 2 or 3 times in 6 mos. and no steroids. I now use the good quality Oil of oregano I sniff it right out of the bottle, in the beginning I inhaled everytime I thought about it. the deeper the better, there are lots of labels out there however you only get what you pay for the cheapest is usually just that cheap. This stuff is great, many many uses I'm sure it will kill some of the bacteria and infection check it out on the internet Your breathing will inprove and the phlem breaks up and if you have a cold or stuffy nose yep it clears the nasal passages. good luck and good health Blessings Dianne

this is really interesting due to many benefits of getting extra oxygen. so i've been researching to find out as much as I can, and also to make sure it is safe.

From what I can tell, this H202 inhalation method is probably true, in which case Bill really has got an incredible amount of benefit from this method of taking H202 and with minimal side effects

However, on the other hand. until i see proof i cannot be totally convinced.

there are some more than unsavory people out there who will do anything to profit from drugs and destroy alternative medicine, and I know it wouldn't be difficult to pay a guy to do this if it were a ploy to give alt medicine a bad name, and to trick idiots into making themselves sick

that being said however, i have trusted bill enough to try it on myself

i have been using this for a week now.

new symptoms: cough
multiple chest worries

it feels like there is sores in my lungs when i breath. and the top of my lungs/chest/up to my throat feels like its being pressured. it feels like someone punched me in the throat

anyway, here is a bit of info I found:

Ozone, the tri-atomic oxygen, is less stable than O2 and its otherwise helpful free radical O1 could become toxic if given in the wrong amount. In the same way, oxygen, which is absolutely needed to sustain life, can also be toxic if excessive amounts are introduced into the body, especially under hyperbaric conditions, in other words under pressure. With its additional O1, ozone when breathed irritates the respiratory mucus membrane because this lining of the lungs is filled with toxins inhaled from the air. The O1 in ozone oxidizes or burns up these pollutants and the resultant oxides cause irritation and a coughing reaction to expel them. If the air we breathed was pure oxygen, ozone would most likely not have this effect. Nonetheless, the effect of over-oxidation of toxins in the lungs due to excess O1 can damage the respiratory mucous membrane, which is why it is never taken directly into the lungs. Similarly if too large a quantity were introduced into the blood, ozone could damage the blood cells for the same reason (over-oxidation). Yet this would be difficult to achieve because it is easily avoided due to the tell-tale coughing sensation that arises when the body reaches its saturation point. Thus, if ozone is used cautiously, it can never be given in excess and can only improve the metabolism of the oxygen in the cell.

This is very worrying for me as I am a heavy cannabis smoker. I probably inhale more than half a gram of multiple poisons and drugs and crap everyday if you work it out and look at whats in the tobacco and cannabis smoke that i breath. this stuff being oxidized in my lungs worries the hell out of me.

I recommend ANYONE who smokes NOT to use this method.

Until someone steps forward who is a smoker and has tried this for a duration of more than a couple of months, I would seriously reconsider the risk.

I may or may not continue. I feel that it is important for us to learn but also we can not forget our original agenda: health.

I have a chronic lung infection. I wrote about it a few days ago. I started the inhalation therapy last Sunday (6 days ago) with one inhalation and then now I am up to 4 inhalations 5 -6 times a day. My breathing is worse, my chest hurts and I am extremely tired. The interesting thing is that my chronic cough has gone away but the other symptoms worry me. Has anyone experienced these? Any suggestions? I'm afraid that if I have some sort of infection sores in my lungs that they are being very irritated.

Hello, I have been struggling with a lung infection called MAC for about 10 years. It is a rare distant relative of TB which then causes all sorts of secondary infections of bronchitis. I have just started using Bill Munro's inhalation method. I am wondering if any else out there has been diagnosed with MAC and if you have had any positive experiences with H202 or any other remedy, I believe I have tried everything from diets to drugs to Chinese medicine to acupuncture. I am hoping that the H202 works because its really my last hope... I will keep you posted on the H202 inhalation. I've started gently, 3 inhalations 4X a day.

I only did a few squeezes into the back of my throat and it Burned. Not an I will never do this again, burn but a burn never the less. Is this normal or could it be because my throat is raw from the GERD?

I wrote a post about throat irritation and coughing up blood about two weeks ago. I talked to Bill Munro about it and he suggested that it might be a die off of an old virus. I took a break for a couple of days and then resumed the H2O2 inhaling but with a 1% solution instead of the 3%. This is working much better. I frequently still get mucus in my lungs after inhaling the H2O2 but I'm considering it to be beneficial and I think it is a clearing out process. I may up to dose to 2% at some point.

i want to warn people about the hydrogen peroxide. a few weeks into doing a spray every 2 hours. i noticed a white patch of hair on my chin. i am 24 years old. i have light brown hair. and this patch is WHITE. its about the size of a pea, but the hairs are very white. and it has remained for months now. I think this has to do with the hydrogen peroxide because i just read an article stating that HYDROGEN PEROXIDE MAKES YOUR HAIR GO GRAY. http://www.lifeagingand.com/life/hydrogen-peroxide-makes-hair-go-gray/

I try to learn about natural health remedies because I teach a Health Class. I was an asthma sufferer as a child and seasonally as an adult. The main onset of my asthma would be exercise or weather. I participated in a nutrition class that eliminated certain foods from my diet (sugar, dairy, red meat/port, artificial flavors, sodas, fried foods) and noticed that during my training I did not have a need for my inhaler. Please try eliminating certain foods from your child's diet and making dairy the first. Many people are suffering from this disease and its all because of a food allergy. Also my daughter was diagnosed with eczema and I eliminated dairy from her diet VOILA!!! No more eczema. Please find a natural alternative for your child first! Allergies doesn't necessarily mean a skin rash or severe reaction. God Bless!

First off, I just want to say that I have been HOOKED on earthclinic for the past month or so. I have multiple problems that I have been researching and earthclinic has alot of excellent resources. I have been doing Bill Munro's inhalation therapy with H202 as directed (straight 3% peroxide in a nasal pump). I started 5 days ago (5-10 pumps 3 or 4 times a day) and I feel GREAT!!!! I have more energy, better mental clarity and even my dark circles are getting lighter!!! I feel like for the first time my body is actually getting enough oxygen. I will definitely keep up the therapy for a while to see if this helps my asmtha, candida, allergies, ....my lungs have been less tight during this allery season. I've also been oil pulling with Olive Oil for the past week....my mouth seems healthier and my taste seems better. I will probably try sesame oil to see if I get even more results. Best of luck to everyone!!!!!

Hi Brett. I just read your question regarding Peroxide, and I hope my response proves insightful. I just quit smoking cigarettes about two weeks ago. I have been inhaling peroxide since, and there are absolutely no negative side-effects for me. It's important to know that the origin of these faulty claims about H202 typically come from drug companies. After all, if you're not sick, then who's gonna buy their drugs. Peroxide is essentially water with an extra oxygen molecule. It is perfectly safe in the human body in low concentrations. In fact, even the breast milk you were nursed on as a baby (colostrum) has a high concentration of it. Your own blood cells produce H202 to fight off harmful viruses and infections. That being said CAUTION, be sure that you only use 3% solution when inhaling. Also, check the bottle thoroughly to be sure that it's not "Stabilized" with chemicals such as zinc. If the only inactive ingredient is purified water you should be alright.

Bill is used to taking this stuff on a daily basis. I've found that a single dose daily keeps me energetic, and (I think) able to last longer on my jogs. I hope that I have been of help Brett, because as far as I'm concerned everyone should be using this stuff.

I've used the Bill Munro's drug store 3% H2O2 method for about 3 days. It increased my lung capacity and cleared my sinuses but it also gave me a sore throat on the 3rd day. Then I got a bloody nose and coughed up blood. I guess it's possible that the blood in the lungs drained down from the nose but I suspect it's doing something quite harmful to my lungs.

Regarding: Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation

It is worth bearing in mind that recent research has discovered that of the 4000 chemicals found in cigarette smoke, it hydrogen peroxide that actually causes cancerous changes in lung cells.

http://www.bio-medicine.org/medicine-news-1/Scientists-Find-Cancer-Culprits-in-Cigarette-Smoke-13028-1/

In the future, this may mean safer cigarettes, which have the hydrogen peroxide removed.

But research like this should make you a little more cautious about inhaling hydrogen peroxide.

By contrast, it has been recently shown that hydrogen peroxide used in teeth whiteners is completely safe, and does not cause mouth cancer.

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2006/11/061116122158.htm

I often brush my teeth with 3% hydrogen peroxide, so this is good news. This gives you beautifully white teeth after doing for a month.

As for the internal use of hydrogen peroxide, I have seen no research to say that it is either safe or dangerous, so this something of an unknown.

I have taken hydrogen peroxide internally myself, just a couple of drops of food grade 35% in a large glass of water, and this did clear a long standing infection I had. However, I am not sure that I would like to take hydrogen peroxide on a continual basis.

Brett,

I personally think your being to precautious and my advice would be to stop worrying about the pros & cons and weigh up the benefits first.

What have you got to lose ? Only your existance, life's not for everyone - haha. Joking aside, I wouldn't bother about the effects of the smoking scenario, since you can decide how much inhalation of H202 you take at the beginning, to help gain benefit from this course. People tend to forget IT'S ONLY WATER with the odd atom, thus giving a booster as a topic of interest to all and sundry. It's better described as an INTERNAL LOURDES pilgrim's journey!

Let me know what transpires after your campaign for better health.

Many Thanks

Personally I've endured the misery of chronic impairment of normal physiological functions affecting my body for 10 yrs - to such a degree any quality of life was amiss. First diagnosed (then aged 43) with a mini stroke (due to my life in the fast lane) smoking & drinking - as though my existence depended on it.

My Doctor prescribed me with beta blockers, aspirin and simvastatins to offset any impending heart attacks, my body wishing to punish me for self indulgence in life's extremities to my person.

Not knowing I was allergic to the aspirin, took them in abundance like one eats chocolate smarties, thinking these would still allow me to indulge in my favourite pastimes. I started to notice my nose was flowing with a watery like substance which was liquefied (secretion) running down my face at regular intervals.

My breathing became impaired to say the least, now becoming an involuntary mouth breather embroiled with an array of unremitting ailments like -- Apnea the sleeping disorder, Breathlessness, Blood pressure increasing to danger levels, chronic Bronchitis kicking in, severe Asthma attacks, Fatigue with little energy to spare -- to name but a few.

After all that crap I decided the best venue was self prognosis and started buying Prednisolone to stop the Rhinitis and asthma attacks and shrink the polyps - what a disaster? Stupidly thinking I could take these easily with no side effects because all the previous medication prescribed by Doctors caused me no harm.

1) I became dependant after only 3 months.
2) I had to increase the dosage to get any benefit.
3) If not taken on time I couldn't walk up five steps without going into a chronic asthma attack.
4) My heart started pumping like a steam engine on an upward struggle.
5) In an effective manner, I felt I was dying?

Besides all that, the dangers of misuse of that drug are abundantly clear -- avoid at all costs?

Falling into despair and living in a different Country, I needed to find a remedy quickly or my tea was out - so to speak. I started reading on the Net all sorts of concoctions' that I'd already tried or was contemplating giving them the once over.

I stumbled over the Hydrogen Peroxide stories, becoming engrossed in this miracle cure sanctioned by the Creme De La Creme and dignitaries from all walks of life including Nobel Prize winners. My obsession was great, would this save me from further wretchedness? Many people just write it of as mere bleach or snake oil, a commonly used term to describe commercial products and methods which are considered bogus or fraudulent.

Nobody takes a gun to these non believers to their head and say, drink this? It's up to each individual and should not make harsh comments when nobody has EVER died taking it - unless you believe the Commercial stories of someone dying because they had intravenous H202 injections - or something along those lines.

Anyway, I ended up being enthralled by a conversation with Mr B.Munro from the US on how he had cured the big-C? I immediately set upon my crusade to bring me back to my former health. I did the same as Mr Munro, never bothered waiting on getting the 35% food grade, just starting off with a bottle of 3% commercial grade. I inhaled this about 6 times to get it into my lungs as far back as I humanely could. This was late in the early morning and forgot that it was oxygenated keeping me up all night, although within 15 minutes I never cared less - it started to work.

I'm still taking the H202 and will continue until it feels that I've improved enough to stop if I need to have a break.

I hope this gives an insight into my troubles and hope it may help some other people in the same position as me.

Many Thanks

Tommy
