1st I tried BSM remedy for a knee issue but I needed surgery for it. Arthritis was found in right knee and now is in left knee. For a week and some I have been doing the honey-cinn and I positively feel the difference. I have not taken any prescribed meds. for a week. I add 2 teaspoons honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and add this to a cup very hot water. I drink this morning and nite. I also love the fact that it benefits me in other ways. Hope this helps someone else.
I have found that a few drops of clove oil followed by a few drops of peppermint oil rubbed in, will nicely handle the pain in the muscles and joints. Also, more importantly, if used daily will clear it up over time.
I had chronic neck pain and a "knot" in my neck. I ate some coconut frozen yogurt with fresh coconut on it and the knot is gone as well as most of the pain!
Coconut oil: a little miracle few people metioned here. I have tried pretty much everything: magnesium, MSM, shark cartilage, pain killers, ACV... But coconut oil seems to relieve the pain and stiffness pretty fast, although temporarily, but same as everything else. It works almost as well as ACV and much easier to take than ACV. In the morning, before I get to work, I take 4 mg of MSM and then 2 to 3 teaspoons of coconut oil depends on your weight, I weigh 100 lbs. It is not harmful if you take a little more than needed. To make it easier, I take it with a big glass of water just like I would with vitamins. The pain goes away within 20 minutes for me. I truly hope this will help someone
One of my friend has just informed me that she has had artritis for over a year now. She was told to take 3 soft gel capsules of Cod Liver Oil each day. The pain of arthritis was gone and still is gone as we speak. Please try this inexpensive natural remedy and you will be blessed.
Take colloidal gold 200 ppm. That will get rid of your arthritis.
Wearing a copper bracelet can significantly help with arthritis, back pain, aches and joint pains. My parents swear by it. In fact my dad makes jewelry and after he discovered that copper helped him with his bad back pain he started making copper bracelets for sale. He has been selling them for over 15 years and the personal testimonials he's heard are remarkable. The amount that it helps is individual of course and varies but most people feel at least SOME improvement while others say they experience DRAMATIC improvement. In any case it's cheap to try and can't do any harm. I'm surprised copper wasn't posted before and curious to read other people's experiences with this.
I have been on devils claw now for around 3 to 4 weeks. I take 1200mg ( 2 capsules) morning and night. Since being on the medication my pain is still there but much less. It is definitely worth giving it a try. It is widely used in Germany and France and has undergone clinical trials.
Here is an excellent article for anyone with arthritic type complaints. It is entitled: "ARTHRITIS, A NEEDLESS CRIPPLER" by Dr. John R. Christopher
From the article 3 things can improve the condition even if nothing else is done.
1. eliminate meat from the diet
2. eliminate refined sugar from diet
3. drink plenty of "distilled water"
The article is excellent. It talks about how inorganic calcium in water builds up around the joints. Red meat contains uric acid which exacerabates the problem. ACV helps to dissolve the calcium build up. Herbs to take are also recommended.
I also recommend Dr. Christopher's book on natural healing. He was somewhat of a guru on natural healing and also has an amazing personal story.
Eliminate ALL dairy products if you have arthritis. Eliminate other mucous causing foods like flour as well. Arthritis is a disease of toxicity so it is about getting the bad stuff out more than anything else. Consider colonic irrigation if you are unable to do a juice fasting. If you eat meat, do so with proper food combining (do not eat protein with starch, eat fruit alone, etc.
Eat no raw tomatoes or peppers to get rid of arthritis. Eat grapes and pineapple to counter act arthritis. Stop taking advil or other pain relievers. It will take time.
Hello, Approximately a year and a half ago I had a knee replacement, and although I'm left with residual pain and stiffness I have been able to walk three or four miles. However, I feel that the arthritis is moving to my hips, and this worries me. I've tried so many supplements, Borax, ACV, MSM, gelatine, etc but none of them have appeared to help. Very recently I've started taking chicken cartilage type II in capsule form, so I shall see if this helps. I attempt to follow a healthy diet, but am wondering if changing to either a vegetarian or vegan diet would help with the arthritis. The Arthritis Society suggests that this could be beneficial. I'd be interested to learn if anyone has had any success in treating their arthritis by cutting out meat, fish, etc? Best wishes.

Relation of Nightshades to Arthritis:
I have tried this 'cure' with good results. It is hard to remove all nightshades but you notice when you have had some the next day (pain). Remove all foods of the nightshade family for six weeks and you will know! There is a link with vitamin d3 (sunlight) and consuming nightshades. Resource: http://noarthritis.com/research.htm
A lot of arthritis pain is caused by poor diet.
I used to really be a junkfood junkie and it took a long time for me to be willing to eat real food but now that I am I feel much better. In addition to cutting out everything that isn't real food you might try going off of eggs, dairy, because that is the culprit in many situations. I hope you find what is causing the inflammation and get to feeling better real soon.

Avoid or preferably eliminate all foods from the nightshade family (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant etc, google it) from your diet. It worked for me! It should be removed from your diet for 6 weeks to see results. I had a trigger thumb beside the painful joints which both are cured with this remedy. I also soaked my thumb in a hot bath of MSM.
It has everything to do with your vitamin D3 levels. If you have enough vitamin D3 it is not a problem to eat these foods (like in Italy :-)).
