Have you ever known somebody with bad breath? Here is the cure. 1-Do gargles with hydrogen peroxide. All the bacteria accumulated by years will be killed and your breath will be as fresh as it can be. 2-Do the same once a week or maybe once a month. If you still have any problem, that I doubt it, probiotics will be the solution for getting rid of bad breath if it is accompanied by body odor. But the first step is the gargles.

Cold Sores

My vanity for white teeth found me reaching for the peroxide 16 years ago. A side affect was that I was no longer experiencing cold sores (approx 6 a year). My regime was brushing teeth, gums, and tongue with peroxide a couple times a week. When I forgot to do this, the tingling sensation of an outbreak reminded me to do the peroxide treatment and no cold sore surfaced. There have been a few times that I was out of peroxide and got the cold sore but it was gone within 2 days of getting peroxide and the sore was very mild. Apply directly in addition to brushing the entire mouth. I've had two cold sores in the last 15 years. The one during my divorce and the other after getting unjustly fired from my job. Both were mild attacks.

Cancer

I just called my uncle to tell him about hydrogen peroxide (who has throat cancer, though it's in remission), and, I got all excited about it--that I had read here that it had cured some people's cancers, etc, and he just laughed, then said, "Tara--that's why my cancer is in remission."

He said he had stumbled upon this treatment accidently, when 20 years he swallowed some hydrogen peroxide (not on purpose) while brushing his teeth one day.

Then he said--"it just made me feel better, so I continued to do it".

Since then, he's been drinking one 16oz glass of water with a little hydrogen peroxide every day for the last 20 years. He said even though he still has a tumor, it hasn't changed since he started this treatment, and like he said, he's still alive. (The doctors are "baffled", because they think he should have died a long time ago.) [I wish we could hold some kind of conference to exchange these stories--you don't know me, and I don't know you, but if you knew me, you'd know, that I was only writing this because it's the truth, and I'm writing it in the hopes it might keep someone else's loved one alive after a diagnosis of cancer for 20 years too. It's so crazy to think about it (because it counters everything we've grown to believe), that I still have a hard time things like this myself, but after reading about this therapy, then talking my uncle--a lot more lives could be saved if we dropped the propaganda and started having open discussions about human health, irrelevant of money and power--]

I have a lot of health problems (Lyme Disease, which leads to so many other problems), and I decided to start putting hydrogen peroxide along with the water in my humidifier at night (with a couple of drops of tea tree oil, and I was thinking of maybe changing the essential oil i add in from time to time). I just started it, so I don't know if it will help or not, but I thought I would write this.

I just started using Food Grade 35% Hydrogen Peroxide in a humidifier at night and my ability to breath improved after just two nights. I want to know if I can use the method of inhaling of 3% during the day while using the humidifier at night. Also, can I use 35% with a few drops in a glass of distilled water at the same time?

Some years ago I lived in the Torres Strait Islands where the air is very salty and filled with microorganisms. Getting a nick or cut, particularly a coral cut, can lead to severe tropical ulcers on the skin. These ulcers can grow to the size of a dinner plate if left untreated. I used 3% hydrogen peroxide on some small ulcers on my leg and they cleared up in no time.

I noticed that the hydrogen peroxide that I used to buy in the supermarket used to use ionized water, which tested ph 7.0.. Now it only has purified water which does not test alkaline, so I add a pinch of baking soda to make it ph 7.0. I don't know why they stopped using ionized water and replaced it with purified water. I use it for everything internal and external. I love the way my teeth feel after brushing with hydrogen peroxide. Good breath freshener.

My daughter & I use baking soda and peroxide to brush our teeth once a week to whiten them... We pour baking soda in our hand, dip the toothbrush in the peroxide and start brushing... Your teeth will get pearly white after using this treatment for awhile...

I have started to use H202 on the brown sun spots on my left cheek after reading on Earth Clinic that it would fade them. Last night was the 2nd night. I took a cotton ball and soaked it in h202 and then held it to the area for about 15 minutes. Can report that after 2 nights they look like they are fading. Will report back.

Baking Soda and water to gargle for extremely sore throat with swollen glands gone in 1 day. I gargled for about 10 minutes with my head tilted back 3 times thru out the day. A science teacher recommended this to me years ago and I've been doing it ever since. Hydrogen Peroxide is a great mouthwash. It kills the bacteria in your mouth which the cause of bad breath. Also brightens your teeth a bit. I take a swig of 3%, swirl it around my mouth for a min or so, spit it out and wallah, breath is fresh.

I am using the Bill Munro method, plus squirting h2o2 into my nose. It works wonders, and kept my ears and nose unplugged on a very long flight. I want to "graduate" to drinking it, but don't know how much is safe, or how often I should drink it. I use the 8% food grade, diluted to 3%. Thanks!

Wounds

WARNING!

There is a problem using Hydrogen Peroxide on fresh wounds and cuts. The foaming action that you have been told is the 'dirt' being bubbled out is actually the destruction of the 'first responding cells'. the good guys. Destroying those cells is why it takes 30% longer for the wound to heal. The longer the wound takes to heal means more scaring will result. Remember your mom saying not to pick your scabs??? That it would cause a scar. She was right. The older you are, the slower you heal, and this results in more scaring. ALL recent wounds take up more solar radiation and this stimulates the 'tanning' cells. This results in an area that tans quicker than the area around the healed wounds. it takes 6 months for the skin to mature to normal thickness. If you doubt this take a look at the shin area of your leg. In the early exposure to sun will cause your old scars to tan faster. eventually the rest of the shin catches up in the level of tan. On you leg this is no big deal but on your cheek or chin it is. it will show every spring. So if you use a 50 sun block for 6 months you can avoid this livelong problem.
