Hot Cigarette Tip

I burned the wart on my forearm 30 years ago with the tip of my cigarette. I burnt it to the root on the spot. Unfortunately, I carry a light scar today. I think using a soldering iron may be better but I do not recommend this to anyone. Ask a doctor or a surgeon to do it for you because it plain works.
Hot Cigarette Tip

I had like 3 - 4 warts on my palm for over one year and it was annoying. I've heard about applying hot temperature to the tip of warts. I've tried a few times but it didn't help. One day I was really aggrevated, so I used really hot tip of ciggaret (red hot tip) and kept touching the warts until I've count till 10. (slowly) And I guess that was the secret. The really hot temperature was supposed to be applied long enough to kill the root of the wart. It was pretty painfull , and actually nothing changed. I forget about it, and one day I was in the bath for like 30 min. The skin was soft and I started to wipe my hands with a towel. To my surprize all of my warts started to come off with the piece of skin. And I saw whole warts, with the roots. My hand was clean. The point was to overcome the pain of the heat long enough and kill the warts by heat. I do not know if this method involved risk, so please consult a doctor before trying it.
Hydrogen Peroxide

I'm so glad for this website where we can share helpful information!
For many years, I had a wart on my upper lip. I thought it was a mole until one day, in the mid 1990s, I used a magnifying mirror to take a close look at it. Yikes!
So I searched online for a natural remedy. Some website (kind of like this one) had many posts from people who'd gotten rid of warts, most using vinegar, which was reportedly quick, but could be painful, and could leave a crusty black scab for a few days. But one post was about using hydrogen peroxide, just the regular 3% type (not food grade), available back then in any drug store. It would take longer, but no crusty black scab and no pain. So I tried it.
I set a bottle of hydrogen peroxide next to my computer, applied it twice a day with a Q-tip, and letting it dry. Every few days, the top layer of the wart would turn white and peel off. After about 6 weeks, the wart was gone and has never come back. There was never any pain. The wart disappeared completely and left my lip looking perfectly normal.
Hydrogen Peroxide

I used 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to try and remove some warts . I diluted it with one part distilled water . After using it twice by rubbing it on with a qtip within a week the small ones were gone . Like I literally woke up one and they were gone . I have a few more that I'll tackle here soon . I worked on them a few at a time . This stuff stings for about 3 minutes but it's not unbearable . Just feels like a bee sting and it's over before you know it . No scars no marks nothing . They are just GONE!!!
Hydrogen Peroxide

I had this wart on my finger for years and tried several remedies, including freezing it off. Nothing worked. I purchased 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for another ailment but decided to try it on this wart.
Using one of those plastic bottles a prescription comes in, I mixed 3 oz of water and 5 eye droppers of the hydrogen peroxide. Whenever I thought about it, I soaked my finger in it for a few minutes. I didn't think it would work if the hp couldn't get to the wart through the thick hard skin covering it so I peeled some of it off. A week later the wart was gone. To be sure I kept the soaking up for 2 more weeks.
It's been 3 months and the wart has not returned. Other than peeling some of the skin off the wart, this was completely painless.
Hydrogen Peroxide

I had two plantar warts on my left heel and one on my right heel. I tried everything... Went to the dermatologist and had them frozen (Cryotherapy) at least a dozen times, to no avail. I tried banana peels, which looked like it might work, but didn't. I tried ACV, and that didn't work either. ACV was very painful but didn't work for me. I tried fresh squeezed garlic, fresh aloe, basil, and dandelion sap. I tried everything over a 3 year span, and none of those above mentioned therapies worked for me. I finally ordered 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide over the internet and I must say, 4 months later and I'm completely plantar wart free. The first wart (on my right heel) healed first, after about 3 weeks. The smaller one on my left heal took about 6 weeks, and finally the large one is gone after 4 months of using the hydrogen peroxide. Once a day, just on the wart itself, applied with a Q-tip, did the trick. Be very careful not to spill or get it on other skin areas and be persistent. Don't give up. I thought I'd never get rid of them.
Hydrogen Peroxide

I diluted 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide with distilled water to make 3 percent hydrogen peroxide. I used it on a wart type thing on my left pinky on the left side of the nail. I used a spray bottle to spray on it every 3 hours or so for about 4 or 5 days. I heard from another website that someone was healed of genital herpes with hydrogen peroxide. That is what gave me the idea to use it on my wart. I feel that it could of worked faster using some other products on the shelf but hey it still worked.
Hydrogen Peroxide

I had recently bought the 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and made the 3% with it using 1oz. of the 35% with 11oz. of water and my daughter who seems to not be able to get rid of warts put some on the warts and within days they fell off. I was simply amazed we had tried everything even the banana peels and have been to the doctor and had them frozen and they didnt go away from that so after years of buying stuff from the pharmacy to get rid of the warts I have finally found something that works. Hope it will be of some use. Love this site it gives lots of info...
Hydrogen Peroxide

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide(full strength) cured my wart on my index finger that has been plaguing me for 3 years. I've tried every suggestion banana peels, apple cider vinegar and duct tape. I just didn't have the patience to stick with these for months. I just bought H2o2 at my local health food store and took a cue tip and held it on the wart for as long as I could stand. It took like 10 minutes(also I've tried a band aid to hold in place). After the 2nd or third application it started falling off. Thanks earth clinic. I've been reading you guys for years.
Hydrogen Peroxide

I tried a bunch of different remedies to rid myself of a wart which decided to appear next to my nose (ugh!) I even bought books online to find out what to do.... that included using the baking soda and castor oil remedy which did not work for me. I tried everything I could find, but nothing worked.
I began using hydrogen peroxide applied once daily. It has taken several months to reduce to almost gone, but it is SO EASY and for me, it actually worked! I kept a bottle of hydrogen peroxide at my computer desk and just dipped my finger in it and applied that to the wart every day when I open my email.

Just an update:
I moved from Sierra Vista to Tucson.
The wart COMPLETELY disappeared and has NEVER returned.
Also: while using the hydrogen peroxide to remove the wart, there was never any discomfort; the wart simply began and then continued to get smaller and smaller... until it finally disappeared. Unlike what happened with other remedies I'd tried.
Just thought I'd let everyone know the wart has never returned and I finally stopped using the peroxide.
Hydrogen Peroxide

Well i have this DISCUSTING wart on my arm, and so one day i was in the bathroom and so frustrated because i had a dance the next week that i started to FILE it down with a nail file. It wasn't painful and it irritated my skin for almost an hour. THEN i put hydrogen poroxide on it an WALA the wart turned black and fell off!!!!! what a relief so when i get my nails done, the person doing them won't have to look at that nasty thing! Warts are very embarrasing and my friends used to call me fungal bumps! ewww!
Hydrogen Peroxide

Great site here. It reminded me of the "accidental" cure I gave myself using H202. I had warts on the bottom of my right foot for months. The doctor would freeze them off and I was given cream. They would always come back. One day in the bathroom I was looking at them and said, "what the heck!". I poured H202 (the 3% drug store variety) over my foot. I didnt wash the peroxide off - I left it dry on. The next morning they were gone and never returned. That was 6 years ago

I went to the dr. for a lump on the top of my head. It started out as a pimple and ended up about the size of a quarter and was continuing to grow. The dr. told me to come back and she was going to cut it off. I didn't want this to happen so I had a week to work something out. I went to this site and found the Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda paste method and thought I would try it. I put it on my head morning, noon and night. After about three days it started to burn so I would just put it on at night. I went back to the dr. a week later and she told me to keep doing what I was doing and about a week later the thing is totally gone. I also have some skin tags and they work great for them also.
Hydrogen Peroxide, Apple Cider Vinegar

35% food grade hydrogen peroxide H2O2 , placed directly on the wart and covered with apple cider vinegar(ACV), after the wart falls off. This will prevent the wart from ever coming back again. The only side effect is a little stinging sensation immediately after applying the peroxide directly on the wart. The sting last for about 60 second or so. The wart dies after 24 hours. Remember to apply apple cider vinegar after the sting subsides.

Hi all! My first post, what a blessing Earth Clinic is to all of us! Thank you very much E.C.!!
Anyway, I'm guessing that due to pumping out excess toxins using methods on this website, a bunch of warts have been poppin out. I've been applying A.C.V, and 3% F.G. H202 with great sucess! My method might seem crude, but I normally pick at the affected area for a little bit, then after the skins opens, I take a cue tip with ACV and H202 and apply vigerously. It stings some, but I then cover it up with a band-aid or duct tape, whatever to cut off the oxygen supply to the wart. My uncle who I lived with was using a much harsher method given the doctors and it took his twice as long with really scarey looking hole from the chemicals he was given. He sees I'm kinda crazy with all this stuff, but hey, I feel great and know that I'm doing what is nessisary in this toxic world we live in. God bless, Now go get em!

A big YEA for this remedy. Worked great on a persistent wart on my thumb. During the day I would soak a small piece of cotton with ACV and tape it to the wart with duct tape. At night I would do the same with a diluted 35% H2O2 solution (diluted down to 7.5%). There was some stinging and pain at times but nothing that was unbearable. After 7 days the wart was completely gone.
Immune System Response

I contracted three irritating warts on one hand which thwarted my various attempts to deal with them. After a discussion with a doctor who mentioned sometimes the immune system recognizes them and they simply disappear, I began to consider how to achieve this if possible. I was very blessed in that in my first attempt I was completely successful. I decided to leave two of the warts completely alone and concentrate my efforts on one wart to better discover if my immune system was responding. My goal was to draw the attention of my immune system to the area surrounding the wart.
My method was to simply pinch the skin firmly on either side of the wart and hold for four minutes. Then perpendicular to the first pinch to repeat again. The goal was to cut off the blood supply to the affected tissue without damaging the surface of the skin, avoiding a potential point of infection. I expected the tissue around the wart to be recognized as unhealthy tissue by my system and to be repaired as normal tissue is. I hoped the wart virus would be considerably weakened or killed in the process and be recognized by my immune system.
Amazingly, it was and the results were apparent within just a few days as I witnessed a significant reduction in the size of the wart, I was astonished when the other two warts began on their own to respond as well though I had never touched them. All warts were completely reabsorbed within a short period and there was no scarring. Now almost 11 years later I can report I have never had another wart. It was simple, virtually painless and effective and took 8 minutes in total. I expect most healthy people would respond in the same way.
Iodine

Yay for iodine for warts. The bump I had on my hand that looked like the other one that turned into a wart is nearly gone. Instead of making the mistake of scratching it, which is what caused the other bump to become a wart, I instead put a drop of Lugol's 2% on it and let it soak in. There was a dark spot from the iodine for a few days. After a week or so I put another drop on. The bump scabbed over and is gradually flattening out. It's nearly gone, it's been about two weeks. Thanks, God! And EarthClinic :)

I concur on the Lugol's Iodine. I have 5% and used it on multiple warts on my daughter's foot. After a couple of treatments (7-10 days apart), they are sloughing off and disappearing. The trick for us was to scrape the skin on the top and hold the foot in a position where the drop could be allowed to "sit" on top of the wart surface to absorb into the skin as much as possible. I used this on my thumb as well. Very happy with this!
