I have gone through periods where I have taken the protocol daily for extended times too. I follow the 5 on 2 off now but was so bad with mold previously, I couldn't take the 2 days off and I was fine. It really helped. I've increased the dosage a little too so probably almost 1/4 tsp now.

@Art,

Thank you for replying. It is good to get some feedback on this, and to know that it's not unheard of to have to begin with every day dosing. I will give this a try and post an update in awhile, if I can figure out how to do that lol.

In my opinion, in our Qld. climate, refrigeration would be recommended. The olive oil will thicken in the fridge but liquify when portion taken out on the kitchen counter.

Multiple Remedies

Calming down the inflammation is key (as you know) so, here are my suggestions. My neighbor, who took methotrexate for a couple years, has RA but it is improving tremendously with the following regimen:

1. Turmeric capsules 2X a day

2. Black seed oil (nigella sativa) 1 tsp 2x a day

3. Spraying magnesium oil on joints nightly and in morning

4. 1 Tablespoon of unrefined, organic, virgin coconut oil 2X a day (put it in food)

5. No sweets, no grains

6. Lugols iodine (I don't know the amount)

7. 4 mg astaxanthin, 2x a day

8. 8 glasses of filtered water a day

It has taken her about 3 months to get about 80% improvement with this regimen. She was taking boatloads of meds but was tired all the time. The meds were taking it's toll.

I hope this information gives you hope, Patsy....

Hi Patsy, I had full body arthritis. I went 100% gluten free, (checking all food labels and websites and celiac sites), for a different health problem. Going gluten free didn't do a thing for that problem, but it cleared up the full body arthritis. It was miraculous for me. It's hard to go gluten free, but it was so worth it for me.

My mom has severe RA. I started taking care of her a year ago. But not before so much damage has been done by RA and RA meds. But I did start rubbing her down with sesame oil mainly because of the condition of the skin on her feet. Her feet was like scales on a fish and the smell was terrible. Where she had ulcers had left dents, that were hard. Her toenails thick and deformed looking. The daily rubs took care of all of that.

Then she allowed me to rub her down with the sesame oil all over. No more pressure sores and gradually no prescription pain meds, then no over the counter pain meds. My mom had been taken off any RA meds in 2013 when she had a severe infection that kept her in the hospital from Feb 2013 to mid June 2013. I had no idea what all RA affects, its not just joints and you don't find all the info in one place or at least I haven't. Swallowing, the mind, blood vessels, lungs, heart, etc ... And the RA meds have their effects.

I read years ago about research done that I can no longer find it. The research showed that long term of some type of antibiotics that would rid the body of RA. Anyone know of this research done in the 50s or 60s? I have read a lot on Holy Basil, but not on any references to RA . Since I have read of the research, then recently on Holy basil and wondering if it could possibly help. Has anyone tried it? I did find it a few weeks ago and have it growing.

Straub-Cutolo Remedy
Posted by Ray (Calgary) on 01/11/2014

Straub-Cutolo Remedy: I call this remedy the Straub-Cutolo remedy since I base it on the article

Involvement of the Hypothalamic/Pituitary/Adrenal/Gonadal Axis and the Peripheral Nervous System in Rheumatoid Arthritis by Rainer H. Straub and Maurizio Cutolo

ARTHRITIS & RHEUMATISM, (Official Journal of the American College of Rheumatology) Vol. 44, No. 3, March 2001, pp 493-507

The idea is that the initial trigger (bacteria, virus etc infecting us) is met with by the usual reaction of our body, by our immune system attacking the microbes, as usual. But, in fact, these trigger microbes that set off the inflammation are usually eliminated by our powerful immune system and are long gone by the time that RA sets in. So in RA we are not interested in treating only that infection.

RA is a chronic condition, not a normal infection, where our own immune system does not want to shut down it's attack. (Like an army that has destroyed the enemy and has gone berserk, shooting at it's own ranks or at innocent civilians.) It is well known that RA is characterized by macrophage activity even though there is NO infection. The word macrophage just means "big eater" since they basically eat up the enemy bacteria and viruses. But in RA they eat our own cartilage.

Why does the army of our immune system not shut down the fight and realize the "war is over" and that the enemy bacteria are dead? Why does our immune system not just stop, stop attacking our innocent cartilage? Why does our gone-berserk immune system turn a short term fight against a short term infection, that ended long ago, into a long term, chronic battle against our own body? Because the local nerve supply has been affected.

Our nerves shrink away from the scene of the inflammation or are damaged in the battle. But they grow back. Nerve fibers of the Central Nervous System grow back FASTER than the nerve fibers of the Sympathetic Nervous System. There is then a long term imbalance, more CNS fibers than SNS nerve fibers in the joints of those with RA. So what? Lots of what.

Those CNS nerve fibers secrete Substance P, long recognized as the leading chemical that our body uses to continue the inflammation reaction, the fight against invading bacteria etc. The CNS fibers, with substance P, are the hawks of the immune system. It is like they shout out over and over again, "kill, kill, kill." The over supply of CNS fibers and Substance P means the macrophages are encouraged to go on with their berserk killing. They have only the hawks to lead them. And if some bacteria have learned to avoid destruction by looking like the body cells, then the marophages, in a reverse sense, think the body cells are enemy cells. And what can stop them. All they hear from headquartes if the CNS orders to "kill and fight."

All because the CNS fibers are there in greater supply than the SNS fibers. They grew back faster. If the Sympathetic Nerve System was there then the macrophage soldiers would get other orders from headquarters. The SNS fibers try to shut down the inflammation, to call an end to the war. They do this by secreting epinephrine and adenosine. But they have not grown back. So there is no epinephrine. But lots of Substance P. So the soldier Macrophages only hear the command of Substance P, to kill.

Of course the inflamed area (our joints) still sends out messages to the brain and the rest of the body. (Chemicals such as cytokines) These are known to circulate throughout the whole body. The inflamed area sends out the cytokines as urgent messages, "request for orders sir, request for orders, please send orders, Emergency. Hurry. Send orders urgently." But no orders come from the SNS. No epinephrine arrives with a message to "Stop fighting", the only orders that come are from the hawks of the CNS, the Substance P message to "kill and go on killing."

As well the Adrenal glands should send out Cortisol, and epi-nepherine, that should also inhibit the inflammation reaction. And the gonads should send out testosterone and DHEA that would inhibit the infection (Men have less chance of RA than women). But it doesn't happen. It is well known that Cortisol production by the Adrenal glands is low in RA. So the Adrenal glands should send out orders to stop the inflammation, stop the fight. But for some reason they don't (Maybe they are overwhelmed by the huge amount of cytokines etc. coming out of the joints, which imply that a huge battle is going on. If there is a huge battle then the Adrenals would be wrong to interfere. But unfortunately the Adrenals are a lone, and weakened, voice for peace. They have found no support from the Sympathetic Nervous System. They are alone and so keep quiet. The Hawks win the day.

Hence the diet,

(1) Do something to shut up that Substance P messenger. To shut up the CNS and it's hawkish commands to fight. The best way is by capsaicin. Apparently, the FDA has approved it's use. Capsaicin can be found in Cayenne Peppers. Of course eating lots of Cayenne Peppers means the drug circulates all over in the body. So if you get a real infection somewhere then what? Stop the pepper for a while. Yet even the FDA approved it as a cream. So rub the spice, cayenne pepper on your sore spots. Or get capsaicin creme prescribed by your doctor.

Note: cayenne peppers are in the biological genus of "Capsicum" and related to bell peppers. So some "health stores" sell you stuff with "Capsicum" as an ingredient. That only means it has pepper in it. Bell pepper. Black pepper. Capsicum is not Capsaicin, the active ingredient. (Some say even black pepper is helpful with RA) It's worth a try to use the Cap-si-cum stuff, but just don't think you have Cap-sai-cin, the active concentrate. (note the spelling difference). Save your money and just buy peppers or ground cayenne spice at the grocery store.

(2) Do something to increase the low cortisol levels in RA. Increase cortisol so the areas affected by RA can get the message to shut down the fight. Where to get cortisol? Licorice (real licorice, please, not that junk they sell in candy stores that's made of flour and molasses) and coffee and grapefruit (also other citrus like lemon). It's easy to drink coffee.

(3) Do something to increase the low epinephrine levels in RA joints. A good source is the peel of a banana, though a banana pulp isn't bad. I wash the banana peel and blend the whole banana up and eat it. Another good places to get it is chocolate. Also helpful in building epinephrine is avocado, nuts, chicken, eggs, wheat germ. Of course this is not a local supply, where it is needed in the RA joint, but hopefully the extra supply in the whole body should allow more than usual to seep to the affected area.

(4) Cortisol and epinephrine work even better when taken together. Yummy, chocolate covered licorice (real licorice please) or chocolate in coffee. Or licorice mixed with banana.

(5) Some other substances the body needs to help build epinephrine are lysine, methionine, tyrosine, vitamin C, vitamin B6, manganese and MAGNESIUM.

This diet above is based on recent scientific observations, but has never gone to clinical trial. So it is "not scientifically proven" but personally I try everything I find on earthclinic. My initial results from this remedy are good. Hopefully it will continue for more than just a few weeks and is not just a placebo effect. Hope you find hope in it.

About a year now since starting doing this procedure (especially taking coffee with chocolate in it, and hot peppers). So far it is almost as if there had never been any RA. Amazing. Will go back to doctors to see if it shows any results on the rheumatoid factor and citrulline tests.

Arshia: Functioning cells thrive in a state called respiration. Cooked regular food does not provide enough nutrition to maintain this. A state called fermentation occurs. Components of the cells become damaged and begin making bad substances like leptins. These are bad hormones of both the metabolic and immune systems. These are causing the immune system to attack the joints. Andrew Kim explains this technically in his three blogs, when cells go bad, insulin revisited, and diabetes. The best way to reverse fermentation and aquire respiration is to follow the 80/10/10 program. Google raw food videos for instructions.

Arshia: ATP is recognized as a neurotransmitter, growth factor, pain perception mediator, nerve cell protector, cancer fighter, and intracellular signaling molecule. A state of respiration increases this beneficial substance. Google Andrew Kim Blog, when cells go bad, for a good explanation.

Hi: I think a good way to start would be to read the Borax Conspiracy link here http://www.health-science-spirit.com/borax.htm. Boron is so important that in Israel where it is very high in the water, they have .75% of population with arthritis but in Jamaica they have something like 75% where it is low in the soil. Take a peek at this. Also a very good idea would be to look into DMSO. Of course alkalizing your body as per Ted's protocol and the diet. Hope this helps.

Hey Guys, You are my last hope. I'm 32 and just diagnosed with RA and I have been doing the ACV thing and it's awesome and I can get out of bed with less and less pain. (I am also on a host of other supplements). This is my 2nd flare and I have run the gammut on the traveling joint pain. That has pretty much subsided except for extreme pain in my middle finger. I also have swelling issues with my right hand eg. base of thumb, pointer became swollen at the same time about 3 wks ago. Today I just noticed that my middle finger looks like it could be in the baby stage of swelling like my pointer finger and I'm scared it's going to swell up. I have been working to get my pointer finger down and now it looks like the middle finger is going to swell along with the pinky. My wrist has a lil swelling also. I have been on this protocol for five days and I realize that is not a long time but I am in the dark right now.

Does ACV get rid of swelling or am I just setting myself up for permanent joint damage? I was on another site and they just kept saying take the drugs, take the drugs! And I don't want take the drugs but I also don't want permenent joint damage, hands that are permanently twisted and lumpy (cause they are a lil lumpy now, a lil) and I also don't want my other organs to get involved. What am I doing? I wouldn't be here this sane and pain free w/o ACV, it has been a miracle worker so far but WILL THE PRE-EXISTENT SWELLING EVER GO DOWN AND WILL NEW SWELLING EVER STOP??? ANYONE OUT THERE, PLEASE RESPOND! I AM ON THE CUSP OF GETTING MEDS AND I DON'T REALLY WANT TO. THANK YOU

Hey Guys, I have RA and am wondering what is left to eat. I already have a self imposed sugar restricted diet that I have broken for the honey and molasses treatments. But I've heard your not supposed to eat beans (I love almost all beans), grains (meaning no bread, no bulgar and I guess no brown rice which has been a yummy staple). Does that include brown rice too guys, I have heard some conjecture. I think we are not supposed to have meat, except for omega 3 fish... I'm not sure, no dairy (which is what I was pretty much doing anyway. I would do raw milk if I could get my hands on some). No nightshades (mushrooms, tomatos, onions and peppers in an omelet were my fav) No potatos, no eggs. NO nothing LoL! Can someone please tell me if I am now a vegetarian. This is not the worst thing but it's not the easiest thing. I used to be vegan but still consumed brown rice, lots of beans. Does anyone know of a type of bean an RA person can have and is brown rice really off the list? Does this long list of elimination mean that I am now a strict vegetarian? Thank you!

Rheumatoid Arthritis Diet
Posted by Jennywren (Perth, Western Australia) on 05/31/2013

Hi! I've heard the Paleo diet combined with the autoimmune diet is meant to be very beneficial for RA and autoimmune diseases (try Googling the two terms). Basically, we're meant to have leaky gut, and before we can start to get better we need to heal our digestive tract. So I'm into day 3.

Basically Paleo is: eat lots of organic/free-range/grassfed meat and fish/seafood, as well as fruit and veg. No dairy. No legumes (beans). No grains (bread, pasta or rice, however some say white rice is okay, while others say it's a no-no). No sugar or refined stuff.

Autoimmune diet is: no nightshades (tomatoes, eggplant, red capsicum, chilli). No caffeine. No sugar. No nuts or seeds.

From what I've read, it's meant to take anywhere between 4 weeks and several months to notice any difference in joint pain. There's a pretty British girl on Youtube who has successfully gotten her RA under control using this diet, she documents her journey on YT.

Hope this helps, and good luck to us all in being pain and med free!!

Rheumatoid Arthritis and UTI Connection
Posted by Anne (Austin, Texas) on 01/31/2016

I flare up when I take antibiotics so I stay away and let my immune system take care of the UTI or any other infection. I have rushed and taken antibiotics when my body could have handled the infection. I was diagnosed with RA and bedridden six weeks after giving birth to my child. Maybe it is what they give us at the hospital that triggers RA and not an infection...too much antibiotics in the IV is my opinion. I am open to the infection theory too, but since I flare up so BADLY every time I have been given antibiotics, I still think antibiotics can cause RA or make it worse for sure. Try the Budwig diet for your RA, no sugar, no processed food, no meat and for me no grains. Juicing vegetable juice is key!!!

I agree that LDN is great for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Last year I started LDN because I thought I had MS (actually was diagnosed with MS by several different neurologists-but it turned out to be aspartame poisoning) anyway I had been taking 1.5 mg LDN daily and after 4 months the pain and soreness that had been present in my hand joints for several years was gone. After 1 year it is still gone, however I have OA in my hips and the LDN has not done much. It is my understanding that everyone reacts a little differently to LDN and up to 65% of the people who take it get rid of RA symptoms within 6 months. I have a Dr. here in Costa Rica who was educated and did his residency in Houston, as such he writes prescriptions for people and will send them via email on his letterhead to the pharmacy. Skip's pharmacy accepts it. Email me and I will provide his contact info, he charges $40.

Kudos to you Windy!

I too have suffered unbelievable physical pain for the last 4 years. I have gone through all sorts of paths but the one that was the clincher was when I started to juice daily back in early Oct of '09. I started because of reading about the mini beet protocol here on EC. That led me to a raw food journey and cutting out all dairy, pasta, bread and meat. Voila! No more pain and instantly, I might add. I am still eating lots of raw veggies (and even went to a fantastic rawfood festival here in LA yesterday meeting lots of people who recovered their health through this) Since Dec., I have slowly added back in homemade soups since I felt the need for something warming when it got cold ;) here. I have continued to not eat any dairy, pasta or bread. Have had only the smallest amount of meat but with no reaction in pain. Still, I have embraced the vegan way and am loving the way I feel. Lots of energy, feeling clean and oh! to not be in pain. Through the experience though, I have learned compassion for people in pain. I am 53 and up until this turn of events was in very good physical shape having been a dancer all my life so in all other respects was what I considered healthy. I really hope this info helps others.

Oh and Windy, you can watch Brian Clement speak who took over Ann Wigmore's work many years ago including her healing center. I learn so much from him. Watch him on youtube- there is a lot of footage of him giving very valuable advice, research, clinical results, etc. Since listening to him we have added in lots of sprouts and sea veggies to our diet.

Stay healthy everyone, Lisa

I suspect with excess calcium in the body that a simple solution is getting Vitamin D levels checked or 25OHD, as too little vitamin D will cause the parathyroid to be one hyperactive which causes calcium to be taken from bone into the blood increasing the chances of excess calcium in joints, kidney stones etc. Solution: get out in the sun more and take D3 during winter.

Hepatitis C and H202 therapy:

I have been diagnosed with HCV and used food grade 35% H202 starting with 3 drops in 6-8 ounces of distilled water and incrementing to this date by one drop each day to 24 drops. I have experienced healing crisis often but have been able to go to work. I am 70 years old. This evening I experienced quite a bit of blood in my stool. I don't want to stop my treatment, because HCV is deadly. So far there is no liver damage. I have searched the web to see if anyone else experienced blood in stool to no avail. Of course my doctor said there was no cure for my condition, but I do not believe that. I believe that only God can cure and only God knows if I will be cured.

The blood transfusion that I received in the 70s when my 7th child was born was tainted with HCV virus. I stayed in denial for years after being given that information. Now the doctor says my viral load has gotten very high, so I decided to try to find a natural cure. I hope someone can tell me the significance of the blood in the stool. (by the way my oldest daughter started the treatment with me and she only had arthritis and is on the way down from 22 drops with hardly any ill effects -- slight nauseau immediately after ingesting the mix). She no longer feels any pain from RA."

My wife, who has Rheumatoid Arthritis, used Hydrogen Peroxide for about 1 month. She built up on the dose per instructions and was taking 25 drops in 6oz of water 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks of the month. The H2O2 caused a her a lot of fatigue, which was expected according to the side effect descriptions. She also experienced a significant increase in joint pain during the entire time on H2O2. She eventually stopped using it because there was no improvement in RA symptoms, and it appeared that the H2O2 was making it worse.

Research BORON for arthritis. I take 3mg a day with Magnesium and Calcium (equal amounts of the ca and mg - and I sometimes skip the Calcium, because of some of the things I have read I do not take it every single day) along with 5, 000iu of D3.

I have no more pain in my hands unless I really overdo it.

Seriously great stuff for arthritis, and it costs very little. Read about it. Just google "boron and arthritis".

You do need to alkaline your blood. The best way to do this is with baking soda: 1 tbl mixed with molasses (unsulfured). Molasses is a carrier for the baking soda. Very important to mix the two, also add a little good water drink in am then do not eat for two hours. With your night time meal, take a potassium supplement 99mg. Do this for 10days, then stop for about a month unless pain comes back sooner. Follow these directions as close as possible. Normally you will start feeling pain relief within two days. Help the situation by watching your diet. The really cool thing about this remedy is that it will cost you around 15 dollars at your local health food store.

I am 25 and have had RA for 1-1/2 years and am on medication but I have been oil pulling for 1 week but have cut out dairy, wheat, corn, soy, sugar, caffeine for 5 weeks, take mineral supplements but feel terrible, seem to be worsening everyday. It is very difficult to continue this when I am not feeling better, has anyone gone through this and if so how long until you will feel better? The pain and swelling is in both my feet and my fingers. So walking and anything with my hands is difficult. I need encouragement to continue on if it's going to work with this instead of resorting to more medication!

I think part of your problem is you are having a herxheimer reaction. By doing the things you are doing you can stir up toxins and what not that can cause a flare up. If it were me and you are indeed causing dieoff I would make sure you are definitely taking care of your liver so you can flush the bad stuff out as it comes up. If you are not draining the junk properly it will get "backed up" for lack of a better phrase causing you issues.

we've gone the gamit of what to drink.. . we've paid big money for expensive water filters one hooks up to their tap.. . bottled water, yada yada~ We live in an area near where Monsanto has had suits filed against it for pcb's etc.. . drinking bottled water is not a solution.. . the pcbs from the plastic in the bottle are evident.. . think about the plasticly taste of most bottled water.. . and there's no guarantee of the quality of it either.. . plus the pollution of all those bottles heading straight for the landfills.. .not to mention the cost.. .

we have for years been using 2 brita pitchers.. . as long as u change the filter on them when you're supposed to.. . it's a pretty good happy medium.. . at least they're supposed to get rid of lead.. . as long as u keep the filter changed out.. . the occasional blk specks are charcoal.. . ppl take pills of charcoal from the HFS so, one can relax about it.. .they say.. .if George Washington were to come to our time now he would die very quickly, being non immune to the toxins and contaminents in the environment.. .developing an immunity to things is something to take into consideration also.. .

Also, liver cleanse fasts.. . occasional juice fasts.. . and improving diet afterwards.. can help stem the tide.. . my hub for 31 yrs so far and I
drink our water ice cold.. it only tastes good to us that way.. .u are asking for trouble drinking sodas.. especially diet.. .we will on very rare occasion drink HFS soda like ginseng up, root beer or ginger ale... at the very least switch to a healthier soda.. . but cut way back.. . regardless.. . if you are not 100% healthy all the time.. . u may look at what u consume, u are what u eat, the cliche is pure and true.. . let ur medicine be your food and drink and your food and drink be your medicine.. .mother nature's drink is water.. .

100% juice can be a good thing sometimes but, is it organic? what about pesticides, etc.. ? The body needs water.. . would u take a bath in juice, soda, coffee or tea? your cells need plain old water.. develop a taste for ice water is my suggestion.. some ppl put a squirt of lime/lemon ..

good luck.. .<3 :D hey~ namaste, mahalo,c/see/sea~

To Mona from Bangalore: Do not stop rinsing your mouth with sesame oil. I had rhumatoid arthritis three years ago in my fingers and wrists of both bands. Not only did my arthritis was completely cured in three months, but also my puffed up face which was due to allergic rhinitis (cattarrah). Further this practice also cured by wife's 20 year old bladder infection, the numbness on her thigh; my daughter's and niece's tooth ache; dark circles round another niece's eyes and some other cures about which I hope to post in details. Wish you good health and good luck. God bless you.

I have been on ACV for 3weeks (2tsp 3 times a day in 1,5 l water) and have found it has not benefited me with my arthritis. I have applied it on my ankle in 50/50 ACV and water solution and it relieved the pain but for 10-15min only!!! My arthritic pain has gone worse. Is this natural in the beginning of taking it? I was diagnosed with sero-negative arthritis 7 months ago and I am university student. I am finding it difficult dealing with this disease. Can anyone help me?

Hydrogen Peroxide

35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide--

I had crippling rheumatoid arthritis in 1985, where all the joints in my right arm were locked up and would not move. I was in constant, horrible pain and got no sleep for over 3 months. I began drinking extremely dilute amounts of the 35% HP DROPS in PURE WATER (NOT Tap Water!!)I also had candida albicans, and my cholesterol level was 465 as tested by my MD friend. Within 1 week the pain in my joints on my right arm was GONE and I was sleeping like a baby! Within one month I had free range of motion in all joints--from my fingers to my shoulder. My cholesterol was down to 289 and the candida symptoms were greatly reduced. By the end of the second month, my cholesterol was 155 (normal and safe) and all symptoms of candida albicans infestation were GONE. That was 28 YEARS ago, and I have had NO reoccurances of any of the above problems. I call that a "CURE!"

H2O2 amounts taken: Begin first day with ONE DROP H2O2 in 8 oz. PURE WATER. Second day: two drops H2O2. Third day: three drops H2O2...and so on until you reach 10 drops per day. Now, if the taste is too bad, split the HP drops into 5 in the morning, and 5 in the evening--near bed time. Work back taking 10 drops twice a day, THEN split it into THIRDS, AND begin taking 7 drops THREE times a day, or whatever you can handle. Slowly work back up to taking 10 drops THREE times a day. Don't go much higher than that, or you might want to stay at 7 drops, three times a day. Let your body determine your amount.

ALSO, do NOT drink any H2O2 water 45 minutes BEFORE OR AFTER EATING A MEAL OR TAKING SUPPLIMENTS! You may throw up (vomit.)

ALSO, take 500 mg. of Vitamin C once a day to neutralize any free radical formations that may have occured. The oxygen in the H2O2 attacks the iron in the blood and causes that reaction. The Vitamin C will clean it up, and Selenium may also be substituted for the Vitamin C.

MY SKIN CANCER (Melanoma) "erased" with topical application of 35% Food Grade HP: I had several dark mole-like formations on my forearms come up after being out in the Texas sun a lot. They itched, and my doctor friend said they were Melanomas and that I should see a professional about them. I knew what HP would do for them, so I took a nail file and GENTLY abraded the surface of these dark bumps, and then I applied straight 35% Food Grade HP to the spots with a Q-Tip (cotton swab on a stick) UNTIL THEY TURNED WHITE IN COLOR. I did this 3 times a day for a week. By the end of the week, they had turned to powder or dust, and were FLAT and GONE! There was no itching, NO pain, and they left a slightly lightened spot on my arm where they used to be. They never came back again, and that was over 20 YEARS ago!

ARTHRITIS IN MY KNEES: 17 years ago, I developed rhumatoid arthritis in both knees. I began the HP method by washing my knees with soap and water to remove any body oil, then MISTED them with a 3% solution of HP that was diluted down from 35% Food Grade HP (12:1) with PURE WATER. I wore shorts and then misted my knees, then waited until they were dry, then misted them again while I watched Television or did Computer work. I did this for at least 30 minutes at a time, and I did 4 HP misting sessions a day. My knees were back to NORMAL WITH NO PAIN in ONE WEEK!! I was so happy! I told my friends who had similar problems, and they said that they tried SOAKING their finger and elbow joints in 3% Food Grade HP by pouring the 3% HP solution into a shallow bowl and soaking them for 30 minutes 3-4 times a day. When finished, they would pour the 3% HP solution back into a one gallon plastic jug. The last soaking, they put it in the refrigerator for safe keeping overnight. The next day, they would remove the HP jug from the refrigerator and let it sit out until it had warmed to room temperature, then use in in the bowl to soak their joints until the evening. Worked great!! If you make up one gallon of 3% solution and keep it in the refrigerator, it should last at least one month before you need to make another gallon of it.

IN DALLAS, TEXAS, I found 35% Food Grade HP at "Roy's Natural Market" 6025 Royal Ln. Ste 130
Dallas, TX 75230-8857
Phone: (214) 987-0213. They have been selling HP for many years, and it is about $16.00 (US) for one quart, which will last a long time when you are spraying it.

Enjoy being pain-free!

Copper is very conductive to electrical energy. The body is a walking bio-electrical transmitter and receiver. The copper will facilitate the flow of these electrical fields, focus or disperse them. Copper is also a mineral needed in cell biochemistry. Taste your blood, lick some copper note the similarity.

I have a question, I have been on the "evolving" rate of RMA for some years, I have done the methotraxate injections, which I choose to do no longer, but Diet is mentioned. I think from what I have found that I follow most the diet, but to make sure, could you please post what diet should consist of for RMA patients? I am currently taking ACV and Fish oil, I did find the fish oil in strong doses totally beneficial, but with winter setting on, it is starting to fail and do not want to go back on the self-injections just to be able to function. Weight is not an issue in this as I am 5'5 and 130 and keep salt to a minimum if at all, I believe it is diet or lacking nutrients thereof. Can you give some advise?

I've found that You are the only treatment. Regiments are easy to keep track of, and easier to claim ineffective, but it's not as easy to acknowledge one's own neglect or power. I didn't finish reading the entire thread, I too enjoy supplementing ACV, BS, Flax Oil, Honey as it feels right. But something that jumped out from me and brought me to respond, is I noticed watching my fluctuating acidity, at a root issue, helped more than almost anything else. Blessings

For people who have trouble with dairy, I would try raw milk if you can get access to it. Raw milk is very healthy. Many dairy sensitive people have no problems with raw milk. Pasturization destroys all the good things in milk that improve your health.

re: Shilajit and fulvic acid -- Hello everyone, about 3 years ago, I tried Shilajit capsules which I buy via the internet, and come from India. I don't know if they are the purest or best brand available, but after taking them I was able to stop using chemotherapy drugs for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I still use Shilajit daily and give them to my dog also. I would recommend these capsules, however I'm open to hearing about other types of fulvic/humic acid which might be purer or better. In searching the internet, I have read that there are questions surrounding the purity of shilajit from India, but it's hard to get a definitive answer on it.Thanks for listening!

I was diagnosed with RA few years back when I was 24 years of age.....it was going well n it didnt flareup but after my pregnancy it flaredup suddenly....n affected all my joints badly including my hip joints, knees, ankle bones, wrists n fingers too.....it was a worse condition....ya its right we ourselves have to keep on check that which diet triggers your pains.....like black beans, curd, citrus fruits, spinach, egg plant all these seems ro be poison for RA...then I started taking tulsi organic green tea...it really helped n then my sister sent 100 percent fish oil capsules....after searching on internet that fish oil contains omega 3, DHA, EPA n all these three convert the inflamatory substances into resolvins n inhibits RA n stiffness too....but I will start taking cider too but I m in doubt its also sour n can it increase my pains.

Question: Why do we take (raw) honey with the ACV? My system is very sensitive to sugar of all types and will flare up if I have even a little bit. That said, I'm willing to accept that the honey works in conjunction with the ACV somehow, but I'd like to know HOW. I have been diluting the ACV in just water for a while now, and I get some benefit, but the pain and inflammation is definitely still there.

I'm tentatively starting to add 1/3tsp of raw honey to each ACV drink (2 Tbsp of ACV to 2 cups water). We shall see how that goes.

Also, does it have to be warm water? It's hot here, and an iced ACV drink sure is refreshing!

Apple Cider Vinegar
Posted by Judy (Nh) on 02/02/2014

You don't have to take it with honey. The honey is to help the ACV drink taste better, though if any sweetener is used, it should be honey, as honey has an alkaline reaction in the body like ACV. Warm water helps to dissolve the honey. The drink taken cold is fine -- and, as you say, is refreshing.

Hi and thank you so much for your reply. It is good to know someone else successfully went daily with the dose, as I think that's what I need to do for now. I'll also keep in mind the higher dose option. Your reply helps me with my decision, and makes me feel less alone in this. Thank you. I'm glad to hear that you are doing well.

Gluten-Free Diet
Posted by Ra Not Getting Me (Michigan) on 03/20/2016

I am beginning to realize after eliminating most grains but specifically gluten, if gluten is my cause too. I've had very little as I stayed home most the winter and home cooked all my meals. I ate out a few times recently and have had 2 bouts of attacks. I read a few years ago that gluten is the culprit. I'm trying to cure my Hashimoto's thyroid issue naturally, and was told to get off all grains as this causes inflammation. Maybe there truly is a cure for this awful pain. I'm any case, I tried the vinegar and my pain subsided. This vinegar has been my staple since I found this website a few years ago!!
