Apple Cider Vinegar and Salt

Like so many others on here, I have suffered with the dreaded mites for months. I picked them up from a yoga retreat in India. we had mini bean bags to place over our eyes in a meditation session and I felt hundreds of tiny beings descend from the bean bags and invade my face. After looking up and trying remedy after remedy, I found a solution on here - I can't remember who it was but thank you so much!! I sprayed a solution of apple cider vinegar, water and salt on my hair, myself, my bedding, carpets and my cats and I went to bed - with nothing crawling on me. Every time I feel a wriggle I spray it and it stops immediately. I can't give you the doses as I just poured - it was approximately 1/2 vinegar, 1/2 water and about 3-4 tablespoons of salt. So extremely effective and easy, and an easy, non-toxic and quick way to treat your whole environment, including your mattress. I hope this helps you.

Hi everyone, first of all I am so grateful of this website!

Thank you so much Ted for your advice and support! I have gathered so much valuable knowledge and insight. My rosacea is really bad right now, my face is extremely inflamed and my eyes are blood shot :( I can't sleep at night, my hair is dry and bleached from all the hydrogen peroxide and borax treatments. Please help!! (It's been 5 days since I started all the below treatments)

-I have been drinking borax and water daily. 1/8 borax to litre water. -Orally taking Vitamin C&D3& B12, Zinc, lysine, magnesium, flax oil and acia berry. -also went to Dr yesterday and he prescribed me antibiotic which I started yesterday monocyline - shower twice a day washing body with anti-dandruff shampoo twice, leaving on for 5 mins and rinsing then repeat. I'm using head and shoulders which contains pyrothese zinc (not sure if the spelling is right pyro..something) -washing face with borax and peroxide every morning and I have a spray bottle that I'm frequently spraying my body and hair with. - morning and night washing face with syslic acid (clean and clear) followed with zinc oxide cream 15% - twice a day drinking ACV and baking soda mixture (morning and night) - eating only fruit and veggies - 30 mins min of walking daily. - bagged all infested clothing and is in my storage for a month, then I will take out and wash everything with borax and tide. -I'm sleeping on an air mattress, changing sheets and pillow cases daily.

-Also only drinking 1 coffee per day. (No suger) I don't know what else to do, is this normal for this to be happening, blood shot eyes (I may have got a bit of lavender in them a few days ago) My face literally looks like I have been beat with a baseball bat.. Please help me, it's so embarrassing to even go to 'mart', everyone is gawking at me. any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I wanted to add on to your tannic acid post confirmation. I have demodex mites, so I don't know which kind you have. Mine came from a used bed that I did not put a mattress encasement over as well as the fact that I stopped being able to use a dryer unless I can find one that's dedicated and free from chemicals. At any rate, I bought the tannic acid and sprinkled it all over the mattress and waited. I like that you said that sometimes it can be a weak solution because I think that it's possible that it's not as effective this time as it was before for that reason. I will say that I also was able to change out all furniture, bedding, etc by the grace of God although... I had a very severe infestation at one point and found that when I used candidase, an enzymatic remedy to get rid of candida in the body, it went away within two days. I had felt them crawling on me for 5 years, and had at best kept them at Bay by adding a small amount of mustard powder to my soap. Mustard after 5 minutes will totally kill them. Blissed relief. I had used apple cider vinegar water before but it takes 15 minutes to get rid of them and I would notice they wouldn't all go away. Although, the mustard in the shampoo didn't seem to help much with my hair. so, if I were to recommend anything to anybody it would be mustard powder very small amount in the shampoo because it is very abrasive on the skin otherwise, sprinkling tannic acid on the bed because I could not use de, and Candidase coupled with a Candida diet. Interesting lie enough, I had a mold situation in my home twice after this and noticed that they increased. Someone of my group recommended that they actually eat the mold spores or toxins off of the body. I wonder if this is why the candidase helped. I don't know. All I know, is that I got a used sofa and it's crawling with them but I'm going to powder it with de or tannic acid and then vacuum. Likely the DEA as a tannic acid will stain. Then, I'll have to vacuum it up. actually my other plan is to use an iron as well. When I ironed my sheets oh, I also found relief since I did not have a dryer. The iron is hot enough to kill the mites from what I've read. Hair dryers are not at all hot enough. I hope this helps someone. I would add this under multiple remedies but I can't figure out how to add things anymore only reply.

Borax, Tea Tree Oil, H2O2, Vitamin E

What you seem to be describing is not a mite infestation but another disease called morgellons.

Mites dont crawl under your skin quite like you describe, they dont take 5 years to kill off and doxycycline would not be given for mites anyway.

Now on the other hand the classic signature of morgellons is a feeling like mites are burrowing through your skin living in your body constantly itching you unrelenting misery.

These things that protrude from your skin in morgellons are not living creatures, they are nano materials that self assemble in your body.

Our atmosphere is full of contaminants like this. Hmmm what is that white stuff up in the sky?

If it is possible have a skin sample done checking for agrobacteria.

The process of transforming natural crops into genetically modified crops uses a specific type of bacteria farmers call agro bacteria. This bacteria has an ability to snip dna fragments from plant and animal species and link them together in ways nature never intended

This is a common occurance in those who develop morgellons to have wierd freakish things come out of their skin.

The "mites" that are moving around coming through the skin of morgellons patients are not living things.

The fibers we will call them are often different colors. Blue is a common color.

The fbi forensic laboratory has a database of over 100,000 fiber types and extremely sophisticated analytical equipment. When they were asked to identify the fibers from a morgellons patient they could not find a match for some of them

Others with morgellons have found some but not all of the fibers could be identified as cellulose a plant fiber growing from a human body. Scientists think this could only occur after agro bacteria splices plant genetic material into the human body

Kinda makes a statement about the "safety" of gmo foods huh?. Those who develop morgellons often try countless external medications trying to control an internal problem.

Those who use electro medical devices usually find the most relief in the quickest time.

You are not crazy, the world is crazy and doctors can not help you with this one. Turn to others who have been battling morgellons for advice. The most competent doctor would be a highly educated lyme literate alt.

Many of the protocols for dealing with lyme should be used for morgellons as well since most people who are suffering are multi infected with a wide variety of organisms requiring a wide range of treatments to deal with the peculiarities of each one.

Google morgellons/ pulsed magnetic energy.tHis seems to be what most people are getting best results with.

Another thing that helps immensely is eboo extra corporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation.. This technique is illegal in the usa. Look for it off shore or mexico

Your chances of recovery depend on study study and more study.

Wish I could be of more help, look up my posts on lyme disease.

See ya.

Lamp Oil, Borax

Well, I finally fixed it. Killed all the mites. Thanks and much thanks to Ted's borax remedy. However, what killed them fast is plain old lamp oil, coal oil, purified kerosene. Put in a sprayer bottle and went to town with the purified lamp oil sold in crafts store for the hurricane style lamps. Not much smell. Used the oil on my hands to treat my face. Really sprayed my long hair and scalp.didnt burn or have but one side effect-- brought all those critters up from underneath the skin and they chewed their way up. Looked like a sunburn where they were, and welts formed. But I kept dosing it the next day and the next and it dried them up. Itches were gone in 4 hours. First night I have slept thru the night in four years. At first I thought the lamp oil had burned me, but then I realized that it was only red where i was itching. Even my face and eyelids were not "sunburned" the tenderest part of the body. Now that I killed them on me, I treated the rest of the house, using Ted's borax mix, bleach where I could, took a week to treat everything properly to where I was not getting bit. Its been 4 weeks. Once you kill them on yourself and have a quick spray-on for the re-infections, it goes fast. The cars were the worst problem. Hooray

Borax and Hydrogen Peroxide
Posted by Vicki (Missouri) on 10/03/2017

I am thinking there might be some confusion to what everyone is dealing with here because I learned these were called scabies, but everyone here is calling them mites. I found the cheapest and fastest method of killing them after many trials and errors. First of all, if you have never had anything like this you will think bedbugs. You only get bitten at night, and the itching is so intense you get very little sleep. You can tell no one, bedbugs can be extremely hard to find, and you will feel really hopeless when you read online that even repeated visits by a professional exterminator, costing thousands of dollars most likely will not get rid of them. I looked along seams in mattress constantly but nothing. Finally I built 3 Co2 traps (youtube) and got nothing.

Then read finally that it could be scabies and one did not have to sleep with someone to get them, couldn't be seen without a microscope, doctors never believe you have them unless you have bites in webs of fingers and toes, the prescription costs $100, you have to go back in 7 days and get another one for the eggs that have hatched under your skin, and sometimes the doctor will prescribe a pill of Ivermectin to be taken at the same time which poisons them and makes them head for the surface.

So first you should determine what you have and the best way to do that is a hot bath with 3 Cups of Borax and 2 Cups of Hydrogen Peroxide. After I put my hand in to swish Borax crystals and dissolve them, my arm was covered in tiny black dots the size of a pinhead - Scabies.

You take this bath every day, for 1/2 hour, and make sure to scoot down 2 or 3 times so all of you gets soaked. This is supposed to kill them. You can also put this mixture in a spray bottle diluted with water and spray everything. Launder bedding every day along with clothes making sure to dry at high heat 30 minutes. Before you begin trying to eradicate them, you absolutely have to control the itching.

I tried Cortisone cream, Gold Bond Cream, Alcohol, Tea Tree Oil, Witch Hazel, ACV, and Benadryl which did nothing.

What did finally work was Chlortabs 4mg by Equate and Calaclear Lotion from Walmart. The Calaclear is the same as Caladryl or Calamine and works because it forms a skin on top of the bites. Every time you scratch you will spread them, but you will scratch I promise so putting Tea Tree Oil under your fingernails will minimize spreading and help to stop infection. I have cats and couldn't find for sure on the net if they could get them or give them to you so I used diluted Hartz Cat Flea Shampoo on them.

After 5 days of the Borax baths I still had them and had never seen the amount of that first bath where there were 15 on just one arm. I had read the flea shampoo would get rid of them on me, along with all of the aforementioned things I tried for the itching too. I realized those things might kill the ones crawling on top of my skin but they were not going to kill all of the ones embedded under my skin. After that first bath, I saw only 2 or 3 black dots and I had bites all over except for my face and my hoohah area. Back to the drawing board.

I bought Permetherin 10% Livestock and Premise Pesticide by Gordans from Tractor Supply. It comes in a large size that's around $18 and a small size for $8. I believe the small sufficient for one person with repeated uses, including diluted spray for the house. I also bought Ivermectin Paste 1.87% by durvet, apple flavored for horses which was $3. You mix the Permethrin with same amount of any thick body lotion so then it's 5% which makes it the same as the $100 prescription from a doctor. The Ivermectin is the same thing as the pill except you get multiple doses and drool, drool, your's is apple flavored! Take a bath in the Borax and Peroxide, cover yourself in the lotion, (I used a 30ml bottle filled halfway with pesticide, topped with any body lotion and shaken) - size of a travel shampoo, and eat the correct amount of Ivermectin. It is in a plunger device with 50lb demarcations on it up to 2500lbs. I weigh near 160 so I set it between 150 and 200 then squeezed it onto a spoon. It's okay if it's not exact and there is a youtube video on the plunger if you need it. Try to use the thickest body lotion you have because the pesticide is runny like water, but will work fine anyway because it does rub in. Do not forget between fingers and toes along with soles of feet and hair.

THIS IS POISONOUS TO PETS WHEN WET SO KEEP THEM AWAY!!!

Leave on for 12 to 14 hours. I have very sensitive skin and bites were so bad some places were like a rash but this did not burn or sting or smell bad. I have dyed red hair and did not affect it. It does dry on you fairly quickly and I firmly believe you must use the oral paste also to work from the inside out. I had read not to wait 7 days before the second dose because the initial dose does not kill the eggs they have laid inside you. You have to catch them after they have hatched and grown up but before they do the hookie pokie and make more eggs. I read everywhere that this occurred in 3 days so I did the whole business again in 3 days. But this was wrong as they managed to mature earlier (probably thanks to Monsanto) than 3 days so I had to do routine again in 2 days. After the very first dousing you will finally get some real relief. These only live for 3 days without a meal (you), which is so incredibly much better than bedbugs which live for over a year with no meal and crawl into outlets and cracks you cannot even see.

You can spray your bedding with alcohol repeatedly while to make sure there are none before sleeping. You can spray furniture and floors with the Permethrin in a 1:10 ratio with water BUT it is poisonous to pets when wet and supposedly fine after it dries. I did not spray floors because of my cats and because I read you can spray this diluted onto your camping or hiking clothes, let them dry, and no insects period will bite you, not even after clothes have been through washer and dryer 3 times. I also read you do not want to take the Ivermectin paste less than 2 days apart.

Keep taking the Borax with Peroxide baths because I found that they greatly sped up the healing process of my skin. It didn't dry my skin out either which is pretty outstanding. It supposedly takes up to 6 months for the red bumps, bites, rashes, and itching to stop because there are dead eggs, mites, and poop which your body has to expel.

A very important thing I learned which I read nowhere, is that red bumps will appear in new spots and of different sizes just like the bites except there won't be that little hole where they burrowed under your skin. I freaked because I thought they were back until I looked really close and figured out your body doesn't seem to expel the morgue contents in the same spots the morgue did business. And they will itch but it won't be nearly as bad. I read mites and bedbugs are now super bugs and immune to many things that used to work, and they are in epidemic numbers.

One last thing I just realized before I decided to write this after reading other's horror stories, is that I could not figure out how I got these. I went nowhere except grocery shopping and my cats are indoors only, but there's a bird nest outside at the corner of house close to my bedroom. Robins come every year and use the same nest. I'm afraid they will have to rebuild elsewhere. I tried a lot remedies and tried holistic, but a couple of posts said this was the only way to kill them and quickly too. I believe they were right.

Dietary Changes

I have read many of the posts on the mite infestation section here and have come to one conclusion. While it is important to treat your living enviornment, it is equally as important to treat your body's internal environment and by that I mean, CHANGE YOUR DIET. If mites find a good host, one with a polluted body (compromised immune system) they move right in. On the other hand, if they find a body that will not support them then they move right along to the next person. I think this logic is simple. Bugs go where it is beneficial for them. Make your body into a place that is not beneficial for them and they will leave. Or simply never move in. Many of us here in the states live in a protected eviornment and by that I mean we are able to actually servive despite having awefull diets and bad health. In countries where the standard of living is "lower", that is not an option. So guess what happens when we visit these courntries?

Get a reality check people. Go organic and seek out good health and you will be happier healthier and the organic food industry will grow and we will prosper as only the human race can.

I wanted to thank you personally. Your advice for taking the iodine, Oregano, and Hibiclens has worked well for me. I added MSM tabs to your advice and although I've not beat the little monsters yet, I've slowed them down considerably. I also keep a spray bottle of 91% isopropyl alcohol with tea tree oil by the bed for those active nights. additionally, I put vicks vapor rub around my nose to keep them out. I'm not out of the woods yet.......but I can now see a dramatic difference in my mite-mare. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Biting and Crawling Mites
Posted by Mertletertel (Indianapolis) on 10/15/2013

Mite Infestation: Here is what some sufferers did with dry mustard powder... I'm going to try it too... Body wash: I mixed one level teaspoon of mustard powder using a measuring spoon with another of cold water, mixed well into a runny paste, and allowed it to stand for 10 minutes to allow the mustard to develop its full potency. To this, I added four ounces of body wash and mixed it thoroughly to ensure a homogenous result.
Body lotion: I used the same amount of mustard powder and water, mixed it well with three ounces of hydrating body lotion, and added five drops of glycerine, then mixed again thoroughly.

ALSO...lint roll clothing you were next to your skin, before wearing it; put all dirty clothes and clean clothes in plastic bags tied shut... Keeps bugs in and will keep them out too; use diamotaceous earth... (found at lawn and garden depts or at hardware stores... Try the 85% if you can get it; otherwise 77%) to powder your garbage, floors, etc. MMS, by Jim Humble, kills them in the house. I did this. 10 to 20 drops of activated MMS (look it up you'll see how) plus 16 oz of ACV in a spray bottle... Keep spraying daily! It works after awhile. Can also spray this on yourself. ALSO dry your clothes, then take them out, spray them with this mixture, and dry them again... It kills the bugs in them. My son told me about that. MMS is cheapest on ebay. WATCH out with scratching itchy places... I have felt things fly up and hit my face when scratching my foot... spray MMS mix and/or power DE (diatomaceous earth) all around when you have had to scratch.

ALSO...tincture of clove on the bandaid overnight kills a new bug bite; tea tree oil on the bandaid overnight and/or all day leaves a scab there also... but I think tincture of clove is stronger; I just can't afford everything, right? I have more rashes now than bites, so I'm treating areas.

Okay, I hope some of this helps. I also am using hydrogen peroxide, 2 oz with 40 drops of tea tree oil on my rashes... I spray it directly on and also on panty lines which I tape over the rashy area. On the private area I use a mix of Dollar Tree buttpaste, raw coconut oil (think foodstamps lol), tea tree oil (10 drops per TBS of coconut oil), and chest rub from dollar tree (no chems in that one). For some reason, it keeps the itching down PTL.

Trying pine tar soap, but living in a tent and using someone else's bathroom, due to my abusive family and this problem combined... so it's difficult.

Stay focused... This is your mountain right now... climb and gather your strength, k?

Love you! Heal quickly by God's grace.

Skin Cure mite like infection/parasite

I had a long term case that was resistant to permethrin, ivermectin, and I tried every oral herb, vitamin, and tincture and nothing worked. I then found some posts similar to this and tried the following:

1) Body sprays of alternating applications of:

a) isopropyl 91% rubbing alcohol
b) hypochlorous acid (can be made at home on the cheap)
c) chlorine dioxide d) hydrogen peroxide

2) Hot baths of:

a) bleach
b) chlorine dioxide
c) borax with hydrogen peroxide (it was more cost effective to spray body with hydrogen peroxide and let sit until dry then jump in borax bath. I also washed my sheets regularly and sprayed with isopropyl rubbing alcohol on days between washes.

3) Spot treatment on skin with:

a) lugols solution
b)povidone
c) thieves oil

They worked.

Kerosene / Paraffin

I found a post by someone who had covered herself in kerosene (paraffin / lamp oil) from scalp to toe and after much suffering for a long time; she was free of the dreaded bird mites. I was desperate enough to try and with much hesitation I bought the kerosene, diluted half and half with hemp oil and sprayed myself from scalp to toe. To my utter amazement there was no crawling the next day. I did it for 4 days in a row - there have been no ill side effects and I have no more mites crawling on me. I had this infestation (on my person only, not from my environment) for over 2 years. Thank God - and I mean it as I spent 5 hours in desperate prayer and then came across the post that healed me immediately after. I will keep doing this every 3 days or so as I worry about eggs that may hatch. I am free!!! I hope that this post helps others who are suffering as this is truly one of the worst experiences I have had in my life and would not wish it on anyone.

Kerosene was used a generation or 2 ago to kill parasites. I tried a patch test first as the smell is pretty disarming, but no ill side effects at all.

Hello, I suffered a mite infestation in my scalp and they were spreading some in my neck area, an older doctor diagnosed them right (other dr thought I had an allergic reaction to a new shampoo) and he gave me a mix of coconul oil and sulphur to apply in the head and body. Left it in there for two hours, and then washed with soap. For the body he gave also a mix of zinc and copper sulfate in water, to apply with a cotton after I washed the coconut oil. I washed all my clothes in hot water since I just returned from a trip. This worked for me, they didn't come back, nor infested my home. Hope this helps someone.

Demodex mites. I have been dealing with these, at least I think that is what it is... for the past 5 months. It's hard. My partner doesn't quite believe me. I've been to 5 different doctors, all do not believe that I feel crawling sensation in my lashes and brows, and on my face, and scalp and behind my hair. We have a cat and dog, and I know what a flea infestation is like, and this is NOT that. The bugs are much more active at night, when the light goes off, the shuffling around starts, in my lashes and brows, and now on the cheeks, scalp. The hardest part is going to a Dr. and telling that that I think this is demodex mite overpopulation. Most have never heard of demodex mites. Others just don't believe me and think I have some kind of allergy, another suggested that sometimes alcoholics can have crawing-sensations... I had to tell her, I do not drink. More than once I have left these Dr. visits, gone to my car, and cried. So, it is reassuring to me to read everyone's input here, I feel that I am not alone. I had not seen anything on my face, using a magnifying mirror, until recently. I had tried using a sea salt and hydrogen peroxide rinse on my body, scalp and face (avoiding the actual eye area), left this on for several minutes, and then looked in the mirror at my face. I was able to see some black things, very tiny, coming to the surface on my cheeks, just under my eyes. They looked kind of like black lint. So, I feel like I am on the right track with using the hydrogen peroxide treatment. I also just bought some borax powder, and neem oil. I am also trying to keep my house much cleaner, but it's hard to wash bedding so often, but I'm trying. We did not have this problem ever when we lived in MN, but moved to CA about a year ago. We also live up near the mountains where there are lots of critters, squirrels, birds, deer, mice, etc... and the dog probably drags things in on her paws. I think that the reason I am getting bitten, more than my partner, is that I had cancer a few years ago and my immune system still is not quite up to par. So... Onward! Keep the faith and please give updates of some remedies that work to get rid of these things. And Thank you all, and God bless you.

I have a infestation of mites for 7 years. I have found a solution. Neem oil. I put it in a diffuser in living room and bedroom. I put it in a spray bottle with alcohol and spray all my clothing, furniture, car and anywhere I frequent. They also make a Neem pet spray. As soon as I sprayed it on my dogs they stopped biting and scratching. It is God sent. It's immediate too. Believe me I have lived in hell and my poor dogs. I finally figured out where they were coming from. The dog groomers. This is the answer. Thank you God

Garlic Tea
Posted by Michelle (Brighton ) on 01/04/2017

I have struggled with a severe infestation for 9 months now and have tried most remedies here with varying success but never been cured. I thought about garlic a while ago but saw reports by some people saying tablets were not making much of a difference. Then I came across a separate article by Dr Edward Group recommending fresh garlic tea for enhanced immunity and I thought I would have a go.

Method: slice 1 large or 2 smaller cloves thinly to expose as much surface area of garlic as possible. Put in a cup and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes. It is important to put a saucer or cover over the cup to prevent garlic oils from evaporating.

After one cup I felt a gazillion mites exploding under my skin, like tiny fireworks going off for a good 15 minutes. Day 2 I had 3 cups throughout the day. Not a single crawl felt again. I am continuing for a while as my cats have the mites and apparently garlic is toxic to cats - so until they are are cured I'm drinking the tea.

I am so happy!!!!! So easy and cheap - I can't believe how hard we struggle and yet the cure is so simple. I would also recommend spraying bed linen, carpets and shoes with salt water to kill ones in the environment. I also put salt in my shower puff and rinse my hair in salt water. It has been effective but the garlic tea has been the real mite exterminator!! It makes sense that the only effective cure is going to be from the inside. Please try this - you will be so glad that you did!! Xx

Biting and Crawling Mites
Posted by Robert Henry (Ten Mile, Tn) on 02/18/2015

HI U ERIK, , , , , , you right boy, it not about health, nor cleanliness . You don't have mites, they have you. I went down this trail a couple of years ago and I can tell you now that you will whip them by knowledge and perseverance. I did the MD thing with no help. Heat will kill them in your bedding, clothes , etc and I think that is what finally got them in my body. I was fortunate enough to have a combo sauna and old heat with a FIR detox to boot. Mites die at 120+ degrees , that is why you max your water heater and dryer. Borax kills them so add that to your wash. I then did a Sauna every night at between 160 and 180 to get those in my body. And followed that with a long soak in stuff. Don't forget the eggs. They will be mites in two weeks so there is no short cut. You have to keep on keeping on.

There are many species of mite parasites, but my dermatologist was too stupid to send my sample off. He called it a rash and discarded my sample. Look into EC 's archives on this subject, read and develop you a plan.

Wish you the best. ======ORH=======

for mite infestation - denatured alcohol in a spray bottle all areas - couches, beds, floors , mats outside of doors and carpets wont hurt or stain fabric or leathers evaporates quickly

15.00 a gallon at most home centers -get enough to do it twice depending on the size of your house and how many beds , ect (i used aprox a gallon per application 1200 sqft house )make sure all your windows are open when you spray -hope I dont need to say... Don't smoke while applying or near open flame. It kills the buggers instantly and the second time gets the offspring that were eggs.

do it twice 4-6 days apart

almost instant relief- breakes the mite lifecycle

Bathe in Dr. Bonners peppermint casile soap 3 capfuls to a bathtub 1 time a dayand within 1-2 days you will start to heal with no new bites

As I said this WORKS is relatively inexpensive and saves you from having to hear it's all in your head - you are crazy, you cannot see these lil buggers with the naked eye but they bite and burrow lay eggs move and do it again so I hope my experience helps some of you desperate to be free from this.

Guys, I suffered from an internal mite infestation for a long time and have it under control now using Cayenne Pepper... It is the only thing that has worked for me. I make a tea with it, add honey and ACV. I have gotten my life back after a nightmare 9 months.

Please share this with others. Thank you!!

HI U VAN, , , , , , spent lots of time in Houston in '77 -'79 working on a Paper Mill design project.

Now listen up good buddy because you are going to have to get very, very serious to successfully address your problem. Everyone does . I suggest that you read every post on mites, scabies, etc on this site.

First, you are pissin in the wind by going to an MD except to give you prescriptions that you get off this site. They have never experienced what you are going through. You will have to address the mites in your skin and those that are in your clothes, bed sheets , floors , everywhere. Turn your hot water heater to 180 degrees and use only hot water and borax to wash your clothes, bedding , etc. Everything goes into a large plastic garbage bag. Clothing and bedding are changed daily. You have to sleep alone and don't touch anyone. Cover your mattress with a plastic zippered bag. Take a clothes lint roller and go over your sheets daily to keep track of your progress. The mites will be caught on the adhesive. Estimate them daily. Use only one set of sheets and only two sets of clothes. KISS, keep it simple stupid.

You will be killing critters every day but their eggs are hatching on a cycle and in another week you got a new team to mess with. This goes on for a couple of months if you stay with a good program.

Now Van, let's kill some dang mites. The 10% you are looking for is found at a farm Co-op as it's used on animals.... has to work. The drug folks don't want it to work for you, they just don't want you to die. It's the cancer and heart thing.

1. Go buy that and use it once a week for 3 weeks.

2. Now here's where you have to see a doctor. Get a prescription for Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.025% and coat your body 2X a day for two weeks and then one a day for a week. Cover you entire body from neck to toe. This will smother mites that were not killed by the insecticide.

3. Go to Walmart's Mexican section and buy the hottest liquid pepper they have. Buy Several boxes of 20 Mule team Borax. Buy 10 big bottles of Hydrogen peroxide.

4. Every morning and night, fill a tub of the hottest water you can stand. Add a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide and 2 cups of borax and 1 cup of baking soda. Soak for 30 minutes and stand up and coat your body with the liquid pepper sauce. Sit down and wash this off. Stand up again and spray down your body with a saturated borax solution. Let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse that off with a shower.

5.Treat your body with the 10% Permerthin weekly followed by the daily ointment.

Van , I did all of the above and learned that mites are killed at a high temperature. I also did that 2X a day in our FIR sauna set at 160 degrees.

I also corresponded with a lad in Ireland who suffered for 2 years until he used a Rife Machine and killed his in two weeks. I now have a Rife Machine. I also have a Zapper, which you may want to buy and try. No U.S. doctor has a Rife Machine as they are outlawed for doctors ... too effective and too cheap. Mexico has them.

I think I got my mites from an upscale hotel in Atlanta. I have learned that folks that travel and have mites change hotels rooms daily. Mites know no educational nor economic barrier. They just get everybody, including substitute teachers.

Van, all on this site will vouch I tell stories, but they are all 96.4% true. I reserve 3.6% for embellishment.

I wish you the best but you got to out smart these little buggers and you do that with knowledge and persistence.
