I wanted to add on to your tannic acid post confirmation. I have demodex mites, so I don't know which kind you have. Mine came from a used bed that I did not put a mattress encasement over as well as the fact that I stopped being able to use a dryer unless I can find one that's dedicated and free from chemicals. At any rate, I bought the tannic acid and sprinkled it all over the mattress and waited. I like that you said that sometimes it can be a weak solution because I think that it's possible that it's not as effective this time as it was before for that reason. I will say that I also was able to change out all furniture, bedding, etc by the grace of God although... I had a very severe infestation at one point and found that when I used candidase, an enzymatic remedy to get rid of candida in the body, it went away within two days. I had felt them crawling on me for 5 years, and had at best kept them at Bay by adding a small amount of mustard powder to my soap. Mustard after 5 minutes will totally kill them. Blissed relief. I had used apple cider vinegar water before but it takes 15 minutes to get rid of them and I would notice they wouldn't all go away. Although, the mustard in the shampoo didn't seem to help much with my hair. so, if I were to recommend anything to anybody it would be mustard powder very small amount in the shampoo because it is very abrasive on the skin otherwise, sprinkling tannic acid on the bed because I could not use de, and Candidase coupled with a Candida diet. Interesting lie enough, I had a mold situation in my home twice after this and noticed that they increased. Someone of my group recommended that they actually eat the mold spores or toxins off of the body. I wonder if this is why the candidase helped. I don't know. All I know, is that I got a used sofa and it's crawling with them but I'm going to powder it with de or tannic acid and then vacuum. Likely the DEA as a tannic acid will stain. Then, I'll have to vacuum it up. actually my other plan is to use an iron as well. When I ironed my sheets oh, I also found relief since I did not have a dryer. The iron is hot enough to kill the mites from what I've read. Hair dryers are not at all hot enough. I hope this helps someone. I would add this under multiple remedies but I can't figure out how to add things anymore only reply.

i have been going through this and prayed I would die instead of feel this way. I also was only one in house feeling this. Apparently nicotine keeps them off my husband.

Here's how I have reduced the numbers and am making head way. I'm not sure which mites I have so I treated for several kinds. Borax, hydrogen peroxide & water on the body after a shower and used hair dryer to dry it. Tea tree oil in bath water. I bought ovante demodex control products off internet and use them every day- lotion, face cream, eye products, shampoo, body wash. I had tons of eye irritation too. My feet were full of dead skin and it's all gone too...think it may have been dandruf

Wash bedding, clothes and towels every day and add borax to the detergent. I dry hot & long. I throw pillows in a hot dryer every day for 20 minutes

I threw out all pillows. I bought a new mattress.

My body has had much less crawly, itchy, stinging episodes and I think it's getting under control after three weeks. Thank GOD.

After many years of misery, and misdiagnosis, I finally discovered my home of 11 years had severe infestation of mites... Bird and rat mites. Tiny black, crawling, biting 8 legged creatures. (saw them under microscope, and one pest control company identified them too.... Though many others didn't believe me.) Nothing got rid of them, nothing.... Long story, but many years of trying everything... Anyone who came over, was diagnosed with scabies, but the bugs did not act like typical scabies, and the medication didn't work. Pest Control services didn't help much, if at all. I was not able to remove nests, because they were in my walls, attic, chimney, and being a disabled single parent, I had no way of doing it and couldn't afford to pay anyone. My pets suffered too, the neighbors dogs suffered. (Itching, raw skin, hair/fur falling out, etc). We moved, and left everything at our house, or we put it in storage. But many months later, the mites have yet to die off. Things were better, till my children started sneaking things in from storage. Then it started here too...... Itching, crawling, biting, rashes, my hair was falling out in huge amounts, I had bug bites, sores on my scalp and body... I had waist length hair, etc...i just couldn't bring myself to keep going to the Dr.I already bought new furniture, new clothes, etc.... I was checked for lice, bed bugs, etc...many times, and given meds for itch., The permethrin didn't work, only helped deter while I had the meds on me. I found Ted's mange cure and decided to try it. Little by little, I saw many improvements. Internal borax per Ted's recipe, external borax with hydrogen peroxide per Ted's mange treatment. My little dogs feet and legs and ears cleared right up after several soaks over two weeks or so.... (Vet kept saying it was allergies, and nerves) . Years of me dealing with all this, I became very depressed, from lack of sleep, and being so miserable, year after year. I know many people thought I had a mental imbalance. (At first, the bugs bothered everyone, but then it was mostly just me. I am middle aged, female, with immune system abnormalities. Occasionally, if someone new came along, they would get rashes they insisted were from poison ivy or chiggers.) . After about four or five baths in borax and hydrogen peroxide, my dog rarely has had any more problems since....but it has taken me two months of daily treatments on myself, .... At first, it was every day of borax and hydrogen peroxide, with Apple cider vinegar with water rinses. Then I started adding a few drops of iodine to my selsun blue shampoos, and added coconut oil to the borax hair scalp treatment too, to help with dryness, ... and washing my bed linens and blanket daily in hot water and borax and vinegar.... And vacuuming daily, (new filtered vacuum) spraying everything with borax water.(new mattress in a hypoallergenic bed bug and dust proof zipper mattress cover) Mopping with borax, then Murphy's oil soap, and wiping down everything with Windex every day or two at least. My car was also infested, and so it was hard trying to convince everyone they must be very careful with what they bring in from the car, and to shower, shampoo with selsun blue, and vinegar, and wash their jackets and clothes in hot water, and high heat.(soaked pillows in hot water, borax, weekly... Bought new pillows every 2 mo) Raid max foggers every 5-7 days in the car, and in my home helped too. Two cans per room.... (1.5 % cypermethrin, I believe). I was trying to break the life cycle. I plan to use a miticide next time, to be sure they don't build immunity and return.... Had I not had to deal with this nightmare myself, I would think everyone talking about bird and rat mites infesting humans and dogs had mental imbalances. But little by little, things are improving, ..... and I thank this website, and Ted's treatments, and reading about other people's experiences. I am hopeful for the first time in many many years. Things seem to be improving, although I still have a few issues here and there.

I got what I think is demodex mites. It took me 9 months to get rid of them but would have been much shorter if I had done what got rid of them for me earlier. I tried tea tree oil, neem oil, ivermectrin the list goes on and on. Here is what did it.

I used dry mustard (bought in large container from amazon) in my shampoo and body wash every day. You have to figure out how much you can do without burning. I started with a 1/2 teaspoon and worked up to 1 teaspoon, mix with 1 tsp of cold water and the shampoo. Mix it up and apply and leave on for 5 minutes. Keep away from eyes. Then I would do the same and add Dove's body soap, mix it and turn off the shower and apply all over my body and let it sit for 5 minutes. (my face couldn't handle mustard, burned) If it burns anywhere, rinse it off immediatly and use less in that area next time. Then rinse it off. I also used diatomaceous earth on my legs every night, just rubbed it in. Sometimes I had to get up when it was real bad and rub it in 2 or 3 times but always got them to quiet down so I could sleep.

When the infestation was at its worst, I took a bath with a cup of borax, cup of epsom salts and 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide. It gave me instant relief. I would lay on my side and put 1/2 my face in the water (to my nose so I could breathe, keep eyes closed) for a few minutes turn over and do the other side.

I kept a bottle of 1 cup hydrogen peroxide, 1 cup apple cider vinegar and mix 1-2 tbls of borax in it until the borax wouldn't dissolve anymore. I kept it in a colored glass spray bottle by my side and when I felt them moving on me, I sprayed and it stopped. Don't know how many it killed but it gave me relief from them crawling around on me and biting.

What I learned is get your immune system up, that is the number one best defense against these mites. I let my health go down and was depressed and that opened the door for them to breed unchecked.

I did the laundry thing, washed sheets every night in hot water and borax, wore clothes once and washed in same. Not sure if this made a difference. I still only use sheets for 3 days and wash, I guess afraid they will come back. My 17 year old son never got them, I didn't let him use my towels and washed his clothes separately. kept blankets on couch and washed them often.

It is hell but you can overcome it. I was there thinking my life was ruined, not wanting to be around people. Oh and did the doctor thing too, they don't have a clue. It was awful but you can get thru this.

God Bless and be with you, Debbie

I have cured myself of mites! I could NOT believe the sudden increase in the creepy crawling like sensation I felt just a few evenings ago. I have been feeling these mild sensations for a while now and never thought it was something abnormal. Who knew? That was until one night I was going to sleep and felt a surge of tingling all over my legs! It did not hurt nor keep me from sleeping because I was exhausted, but I knew that it wasn't normal. It felt like bugs where "peak-a-booing" in and out of my pores. I read everything I could about the sensation and determined it was mites!!

-I have had a rash on neck that just would not go away (in part because I wasn't following through when things were working). ACV burned because I was scratching, Sulfur mask - I slacked using it, tea tree with Vitamin E smell was annoying me All three got me result though. But Like I said I should've kept up with one regimen.

So this is what I did........

1. I woke up went to the store for new hepa filter and alcohol (90%), and apple cider vinegar, borax wasn't available nearby. I showered, sprayed myself everywhere with ACV and put on clean clothes fresh out the dryer.

2. I called a cleaning company to do the cleaning with me and cleaned everything in home from top to bottom (even the ceilings with a vacuum cleaner), while the workers wore janitor like suits. While they cleaned I put everything already clean in the dryer for 20 min. My dryer is incredibly hot. Drawer by drawer to make it easier to put back. Only my hands touched the clothes out of the dryer. The inside of the drawers were cleaned and sprayed with alcohol.

3. EVERYTHING was sprayed with 90% alcohol with a few drops of eucalyptus to cut the smell. Rugs, walls, mattresses, gym equipment, you name...it got sprayed. What couldn't be sprayed was wiped down and cleaned with HOT water, dried and then sprayed. Every removable fabric was washed in hot water then dried by high heat.

4. Feeling confident I killed them all I showered, sprayed myself with ACV and went to bed. To my horror I still felt the suckers on my legs but definitely not as much. I recall thinking why can't salt kill these buggers? So I got up and dissolved fine sea salt in water (more salt than water) & added ACV and poured it all over my body, air dried and went to bed with loose cloths on to keep the salt on my skin. I woke up feeling great. I still felt some peak-a-booing though.

I did another ACV salt solution, air dried and put on my clothes and went about my day. Still I felt them. I also felt like I stirred them up. Good cause I was was relentless.

I eliminated them from my environment. Really minimized them because we co-exist with them. :| I spray alcohol every where especially my bed, leaving bed unmade to air out.

5. Know to eradicate the nuisances off my skin. With skin lathered with sulfur soap I apricot scrubbed every square inch of me and pumiced my hand, feet and elbows. My goal is to starve them by not giving them any food, that is getting rid of dead skin as much as possible.

6. Twice a day: I pat-dried my skin and poured this mixture over my skin: 1 cup ACV, 1 cup dissolved (mostly) sea salt and 1/4 ground cloves. It is working. I used this mixture twice a day and clearly it is working. I do not feel that tingly peek-a-boo sensation. I just wear loose clothes to minimize sweat. (summer in NYC).

Now what seemed to happen is I forgot about my feet because I never felt them here. So I am guessing I drove them from one part of my body to another. SOLUTION... Ground cloves in my socks. Viola!!!!!!! As for the rash?? I use ground cloves in vaseline. I know that I killed these buggers burrowing in that rash because I felt it give me a spasm in a nerve on my neck! Yep, weird but the rash is dried up and does not itch at all. Leave the ground cloves and sea salt on your sheets while your gone for the day. Even sleep with as much as you can stand on and below your sheets. Sprinkle carpets with clovers and salt periodically and vacuum later.

This is my recipe and I am keeping up with it until long after its all gone. I have no idea how long their eggs take to hatch but I figured it is worth maintaining the regimen for a few weeks to get the entire life cycle. I also take ACV 3 times a day and am sprinkling clove in my lotion. Hahaha the buggers are going insane.

Good luck and thanks to all who shared their experiences. I learned a lot and came up with my recipe for killing mites.

Update January 25, 2016:

Original problem STILL GONE!!! No pee-a-booing. NOTHING present.

The heavy sea salt (above and below the sheets) and ground clove (above the sheets only) and sleeping with this for a few days really did the trick. It makes sense to me to sprinkle sea salt on the mattress and surrounding flooring/carpet. It "kills" bugs period. Sulfur shampoo as a lathery soap actually leave your skill feeling superiorly cleaned. I continue to use it, just not daily as of December 1, 2015. Ground clove as a body scrub is also nice a using sugar or sand for spa-ing types. I hope this helps someone else.

I also drink ACV as a daily tonic A shot in warm water taste like warm apple juice. Twice daily.

Last night I slathered myself with some old Olive Oil that I had infused with Garlic. Overnight the difference in the wounds left by these critters were significantly better. I believe that the Olive Oil may serve to smother them, as it has a tendency to clog pores. But the garlic serves to kill and heal. I let it sit for 5 minutes and then I washed it off with Lavender Castile Soap.

Also have been showering once a day. Once with a sulfur soap bar. Rinsing with a mixture of 50/50 vinegar and water. Soaking once a day in a Borax and Epsom salt tub of water.

After washing I've been covering myself with a lavender lotion that I added more Lavender to. Yesterday I added Lavender to my Neem Hair Conditioner. Whenever I get a biting sensation, I dab on some Oregano Oil. It is a feel good burn.

I will also add garlic to infuse the Raw Coconut Oil that I added Tea Tree Oil, Lavender and Oregano Oil to already. As I am never ceased to be amazed by Garlic. Garlic is again my favorite food of all time.

I still have some progress to make, since I haven't quit the coffee habit. However, I have been eating two cloves of raw garlic everyday. Along with my Raw Apple Cider Vinegar routine of 3 tablespoons with 8 ounces of water. Also started doing 5 drops of Oregano Oil regularly, as I was doing this infrequently. I've also started drinking Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, 1 teaspoon on 8 ounces water once a day.

I was already doing Turmeric every day and have continued.

I washed all of my clothing in Kleen-Free enzyme concentrate. I will continue by adding either vinegar or Borax to my laundry.

No alcohol, no fast food or sugar.

Garlic Rules!!! I had already planned on growing it on my property in Colorado one day when I get the house built. However, it will be accompanied by even more herbs!!!

Here's some things that worked for me to get rid of mites. I got Gene's Soothing Cream and put 2 Yellow Dock Root capsules (open them up and pour out) and put a heaping teaspoon of table salt in it. Put this all over twice a day. Also, a spray bottle with dissolved salt water, yellow dock root, cedar spray and Grower's trust concentrate (an oz of cedar and Grower's trust) really helped. I sprayed it on my clothes as soon as I took them off, then let them sit for 48 hours before washing. I also sprayed my hair with it. I also put table salt in all of my shampoos. You can spray sheets, sleeping bags, pillows and just about anything else. I tried all of the other stuff and found that this combination really kicked butt!

mite infestation: 1/16 to 1/8 teaspoon tannic acid (see below)

in water, internally 3 to 4 times a day. Reduced itch from mite infestation.Make sure to add 3-4 drops mag oil to prevent constipation. I have not slept or been able to function since this started over a year ago. While reading an old post of Ted's 3 nights ago, he said you can spray this to dry up eggs and mites, its not good for spraying due to staining. I started taking internally. The itch has stopped, I am on my third day and am able to sleep longer, think straighter. I am the only person in my household of 5 people that is having problem, along with 2 of our 3 dogs. (I believe due to, I am the only person with metal fillings in teeth.Ted mentioned somewhere metal can create an attraction for mites.)

Other things that work:Ted's borax edta peroxide formula. Diatomaceous earth on grass in yard. ( Dogs kept reinfesting from yard, I just figured this out.)

Most important step in my opinion, keeping ceilings sprayed with borax, edta, peroxide formula. Use garden 1 gallon sprayer. I had gotten rid of this twice in house and on dogs, using his method, just couldn't get yard done well enough. Thats when I realized missing component of DE. MY favorite way to reduce tannic acid for use in dropper rather than as a powder, my recipe(Tony Panteleresco's actually.)3 teaspoons tannic acid powder in about 8 oz. to 12 oz. of white wine or brandy blend 10 minutes in (osterizer blender) on med to high for 10 minutes . Strain into jar thru clean hankerchief, use 10 to 20 drops in 1/2 glass of water with 2-3 drops mag oil. Drink 3-4 times a day.

I have been suffering for a year now, but am finally getting better. I am the only one with this problem in my entire house, and some think I'm crazy because I'm explaining problems cause by "invisible" bugs--and being a teenager doesn't help with that situation either, since adults don't really believe us. I got the problem when we moved into a new house that had dogs, and the problem was only in my room's carpet and I unknowingly spread it to my bed after doing situps. After 11 months of suffering, I finally realized I needed to go online to get rid of these white mites. And I found the cures!!! Here's what I have been doing:

Buy Kleen Green. This is 75 dollars from amazon but is concentrated and lasts a very long time because you have to mix it with water in a spray bottle. It comes with instructions as well. Spray everything with this, even your body! It is chemical free and has not hurt my teenage skin at all! Take a hot 30 min bath with 4 ounces of it and soak your entire scalp too. Stay in for 30 min. You can also spray this on body and scalp at any time of the day and not have to wash your hair after. It is just made of enzymes and smells like kid bubble soap. Spray everything, even carpet, and wipe or vacuum. Do this for your car too if needed. I have read that a substitute for this is the BLUE dawn soap, and am gonna try that too for my scalp, since that is the last site of problem for me. Also, wear clothes once and use towels only once or twice. IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AGAIN: Put all bedding in dryer for 30 min, even PILLOWS. Do this ENTIRE cleaning process for at least three weeks in order to break their life cycle.

Drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of baking soda all mixed in water every other or every day to cleanse your insides.

I had felt very alone and scared through this fight, I even had slight thoughts of suicide sometimes. But I always tried to stay positive in order to maintain my happiness and higher than a 4.0 GPA. And now I can see an even greater future for myself! Now I don't have to worry about spreading this to my possible future college dorm either. Just have persistence and perseverance, even if people think you're crazy. If you stay positive, and do this process CORRECTLY AND THOROUGHLY, then you will get your life back. I promise. <3

Please talk to me! I will comment back and we can help each other! You are not alone!

Stay happy and positive,
A friend :)

Horrible Biting Mites

About 2 years of my life was wasted and spent on getting rid of these horrible bugs. Doctors didn't believe me. I literally became a hermit and hardly went out as I was afraid I'd infect someone. At night I could feel bugs crawling inside my ears, nose, in my eyes, genitals, butt, and on all over my skin. During the day I could feel pinprick bites. Sometimes I'd see a white fly going through the air (other people have described the same thing), whilst inside my home or inside my car and yes they do communicate with each other these bugs. What worked for me and finally cured me, I found here on your website. This site is a true god send, and all of you I sincerely appreciate your help. What worked for me, was bathing in peppermint soap everyday, putting almond oil in my hair and scalp and leaving on a long time. I would also put an equal mixture of clove oil and almond oil on my hair and skin and left it on awhile. I also started drinking 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz glass of water at night. Also, eating garlic regularly.. lightly sauteed and sometimes a raw piece. My mattress was replaced, I discarded most of my clothes, my car, and living like a hermit for almost 2 years. DO NOT GIVE UP THE FIGHT! I don't have a husband and kids so I fought this battle alone for a long time and was afraid. If you don't get rid of the bugs from your clothing and environment you will battle the bugs indefinitely. Treat your environment and yourself then you can be on your way to a cure. Goodluck!

Try the following, nothing else worked in my experience, but this worked:

1) 100% tea tree oil
2) 100% alcohol Buy large quantities. Mix the two; apply to every itch. Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes, but be especially careful using alcohol near your eyes!
3) Neem oil. Add some to bath ; it will bring them out of the hair follicles. Don't bathe before bed, because all the young ones will come out and start to itch, so you need a couple of hours to treat them. Adding nice smelling essential oils will help neutralise the bad odour of the neem oil . Submerge head fully.
4) Bleach Add a few capfuls to bath for immediate relief, but not to be used more than once every few days. Wash your clothes and bedding every day.

If you're reading this, you're probably going through hell. I feel for you. Doctors probably won't help, so don't waste your time. It took me months to work this out, but trust me, this should help you get your life back. Good luck :)

Dear fellow sufferers,

l still can't believe it, but l am sitting here with no itches. I lucked onto this radio broadcast online of a woman who cured herself of Morgellons, caught after her daughter rescued a wild bird. She suffered thru over $10,000 of medications and stated her docs were at their wit's ends with her. Thru her medical contacts, she was given a remedy for infectious disease from an aromatherapy practitioner. She took it for a long time because she didn't know to kill the mites in her environment. It worked, because she kept taking it until she no longer had any itches or sores show up. One marvelous thing is that after only the first day of treatment, wonderful healing occurs. This is the remedy to take: essential oils from the health food store.

clove oil, cinnamon cassia (bark) oil, oregano oil, lemon oil, red thyme oil, and rosemary oil.

Use 5 drops of each oil in just a little water, take it 3 times a day.

Even the first night after l did the treatment, l had only taken 2 doses, but l sat there and suddenly realized all my itching had ceased. It was a warm night, l had been exposed to a large bunch of them, but -total calm.

If you want to hear the interview, look up horokane interview on Morgellons. By the way, l took this after a meal, as clove oil is strong, but l did not get an upset stomach, in fact, the opposite occurred. Best wishes.

When I was working in a southern state 10 years ago, I got bird mites on my skin and it took a couple years to get them off my body because I had no idea what was happening to me and what to do about it. I thought that I would never again get these terrible mites on me!

Late last fall, our outside cat brought a dead pigeon into the one area of the house where he was allowed, which was separated by a screen door leading into our living quarters. Our indoor cat liked the outside cat and would sit near the bottom screen of the door on the other side watching him. She was not allowed in the same room with our outside cat. I wrapped the pigeon into the rug and discarded it into a large white garbage bag outside. We found a new home for our outside cat before winter set in late last fall.

Then, late last year, our indoor cat started running around the house, biting and pulling fur out of her skin. She would do this early mornings and late nights. I suspected mites, but was not absolutely sure. I also started to allow her to sit on my lap, which was not wise. When she expelled soft vomit with many tiny eggs in it, during the month of February, I suspected mites--probably got them from our outside cat since she sat at the screen door when he was in the mud room watching him. We took her to the vet but forgot the stool specimen and the vet treated her for tapeworms. But we watched her stools after that treatment and she did not expell tapeworms. We were told that cats do not get mites in this dry climate. How wrong they are! My doctor told me that I had scabies and I told him I did not have scabies because if I had scabies, why were they also in my head, my eyes, my ears, my nose and my mouth?

The next week, guess what? I got all this movement in my back and knew, without a doubt, that I had bird mites again. To make a long story short, I have had to deal with this situation for almost three months. I've tried many things, but I will share here what has been working for me in the last week to the point I feel almost free of them and believe that if I prevail, they will be gone soon!

1. We purchased a fogger on the internet with a gallon of cedar oil and fogged our cars and our home more than once. This product really killed them dead!

2. I purchased sulfur and added one t. To 4 ounces of Vaseoline Intensive Lotion for dry skin. It helped eliminate many of the mites, but I use only occasionally now because it dries my skin out badly.

3. Starting this past Sunday, I have taken a sauna every day and will continue the saunas for another two weeks. I take a 20-30 minute sauna, temperature 160-180 degrees. Then I rest outside the sauna for 20-30 minutes, drinking water, and taking a cool shower. I go back into the shower after the 20-30 minutes outside of it and go again for another 20-30 minutes. I feel like I no longer have the mites in my skin, and the sauna has greatly strengthened my immune system.

5. I realized since this came on me in February, that my body probably was acidic due to my faulty lifestyle. I started to walk daily in the sunshine and fresh air, got my 7-8 hours of sleep per night (I will explain how I finally was able to sleep peacefully. ), and started increasing my food intake to an alkaline diet. Now my pH is averaging 7. 3 and higher any time I take it throughout the day.

4. The reason I was having problems sleeping was because I worried that they would bite me all over my body and I'd have more eggs to deal with. Then I purchased some diatomaccous earth from a company that uses. 5 percent silica in their DE. I used it as powder, carefully putting it on my body every night in the tub that has sliding glass doors. It makes less of a mess doing it this way. Before I go into the shower, I put down paper towels the full length of the tub. Then I step into the tub, leaving my thongs on the outside of it. I use a large cinnamon container with holes on the top and when I turn it over in my hand to get the "powder" out, I cup the container in my hand and shake my hand, not the container, to avoid the powder going into the air. Then I start at my feet and carefully hand powder from feet up, of course, tipping the powder container over and over. I put it on my scalp and put a shower cap on my head. I should mention that I use Jan's (I believe her name is Jan) mixture with 2 oz. Coconut oil, 2 oz. Collodial silver (minimum 50 ppm) but mine is 250 ppm, so I use one ounce of my collodial silver and one ounce of water, making it 125 ppm, 1 oz. Red liquid liniment, 1/2 vitamin E oil, 1/2 t. Of MSM and 1/2t of clove oil which is mixed up in an 8 ounce container. I put this all over my body and let it soak into my skin before adding diatomaccous earth each evening. This leaves my skin soft and not dry in the morning when I shower after having used the diatomaccous earth the night before. I re-oil my skin with Jan's Remedy after showering in the morning. The neat thing about using the diatomaccous earth is that I take this powder container to bed with me and when I feel one crawling somewhere on my body, I put a little in my hand and place it on top of where I felt the movement--the movement ends. Most of the time I do nothing, I feel them and suddenly I do not feel them--they are dead! I don't know if DE should be used this way, but it works for me. This is food grade DE with. 5% silica which makes it safe for breathing. I still wear a mask to protect my lungs, but there is very little in the air using the bathtub with sliding doors like I do.

If I could find something else other than the use of DE to cover my body at night while I sleep peacefully--and I do sleep peacefully and there are no added bites anywhere on my body in the morning--I would use it. But I have not found anything yet.

I am going to try mustard when my mustard order arrives in a few days. Tomorrow I am going to make a spray with peroxide, borax in a 8 oz. Garden sprayer, adding one tablespoon of Milk of Magnesia since the Milk of M. Is highly alkaline to see if this helps as I read on earthclinic. com 07/16/10 by Bill from San Fernando.

I hope some of this will help someone else out there. I find this situation very discouraging, but now I am highly hopeful because the saunas has especially helped rid my body of them.
