I have been diagnosed with HS and am greatful for all the comments out here--I will try the dial soap and tumeric, These sores are very painful ---I am currently changing my diet and dropping caffeine. Right now I could drink a whole pot of coffee--lol. Thanks for your help. I have tried colloidal silver, but nothing changed. Thanks Linda
