I was having pain in my legs and started drinking the sugar free body armor electrolyte drink daily. I had two a day. I drunk this for four days. I brought some chocolate almonds and I ate a lot of them. I noticed I didn't get my usual mild vaginal itching when eating nuts. So I ate granola with pecans, almond and pumpkin seeds and I felt fine. I only ate one chicken salad sandwich which didn't give me much Lysine. So I came to the conclusion that herpes out breaks are triggered by dehydration along with vitamin and mineral deficiency. I'm already taking a multivitamin daily. I was missing potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, and vitamin C. Body armor lemon lime sugar free lemon drinks cover all these key minerals and vitamins which helps to hydrate the body more than water. They also reduce pain and inflammation in my legs. It also contains b vitamins, folate and zinc. I read other comments from subscribers who had good results with kale and king coconut water. This drink contains a coconut water base and all the nutrients of kale. I will test out coconut water powder to see if I get the same effect but I doubt it will work the same because it's lower in potassium and don't have the same vitamin profile.
