I began 2 weeks ago nebulizing 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. I am amazed at the results. I have tried every prescripition drug available for asthma and COPD available in the US. The side effects were so horrible, I was unable to continue treatment. I finally decided that I had nothing too lose so I decided to try the Peroxide treatment. Here is what I did. Just to mention I only did this twice a day for two weeks. On Oct 17 and 18 2012, I have not used the nebulizer at all. I am totally amazed, no wheezing, coughing, or heavy chest. I sleep comfortably throughout the night, something I have not done in over 8 months. I have a nebulizer that was prescribed by my doctor, but I also have information on purchasing one without a prescription, but more on that later.
Here's what I did. In a glass measuring cup pour one ounce of 35% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, then pour into a sterile glass jar. I used a canning jar that I sterilized in boiling water. Then I measured 11 ounces of purified water to the peroxide and mixed well with a plastic spoon. Put into refrigerator. To nebulizer add 1 ml peroxide solution and 1-1/2 ml purified water, shake gently to combine. I breathed this for one to 2 minutes two times per day with amazing results. In severe copd cases you may nebulize more often.
I have been doing more extensive research on alternative treatments for COPD and found that nebulizing buffered L-Gluthathione has been proven as an effective treatment for COPD. L-Gluthathione is a very potent anti inflammatory and antioxidant. The liposomal form is best for inhalation. I am going to try this next.
I will stay in touch as I test and try new treatments for COPD
Yerba Sante

A big thumbs up for Yerba Santa. I use one teaspoon of the dried herb as a tea, but also occasionally smoke a small amount if my lungs really need it. The bronchial dilation is quite long lasting, much longer than many other herbs I tried. Thanks for your suggestion, Lisa. Yerba Santa is now my go-to herb for my breathing issues, although I still use Mullein and a couple of others. But nothing beats the results I get from Yerba Santa.
Grapefruit Tea
Hi BenvilNC - I agree, there are many things that alternative treatments can be very useful with. Over the past 3 plus years, I have searched, done deep dives into research (including the vitamin A claim), and experimented with many alternatives that proposed to cure COPD. I will continue to do so. I am very happy about your success with your back. I have not experienced such a cure for COPD. I have experienced help and some relief with alternate treatments, but not a cure - yet. I am merely stating that there is a difference between cure and treatment for symptom relief. Thank you for sharing the grapefruit recipe. I am going to buy the grapefruit tomorrow!
Colloidal Silver, Hydrogen Peroxide
Hi Lorie,
Oral colloidal silver (AgNPs) are not likely to get any useful amount of AgNPs into the lungs. The only way I have managed to have an impact on the lungs with AgNPs is via inhalation of AgNPs using a cold process small room vaporizer/humidifier. A nebulizer will work, but it is slower because of smaller delivery volume than the cold process vaporizer/humidifier.
A word of caution though, you cannot use the hydrogen peroxide (HP) at the same time as AgNPs because the HP will destroy real colloidal silver in seconds.
For myself, if I was going to try and use both, I might experiment on myself by alternating a week of HP inhalation and a week of AgNPs. If I was going to do this everyday to myself, I would limit my AgNP dose to twice a day for the first week and then once a day after the first week. After the second week I might switch to one application every other day.
If after a month or so I determined improvement when using one substance over the other, I might consider switching to the better substance only, but that's just how I look at it.
I will soon be writing a post about COPD which will offer another supplement worth considering. Keep an eye out for that!
You should always check with your doctor or professional health care provider to make sure that such use of HP and AgNPs is safe for you.

Barometric Pressure and COPD
My wife & I retired to the high desert 30 minutes from Tucson 3 years ago instead of Texas hill country. The main reason we did this is because of the humidity difference. I can even tell a difference from Ca and it wasn't as brutal as Texas or even the midwest or east coast.

Carolyn, my DH has copd & has been on oxygen for some time now. When he inhales the H2O2 from the mist bottle it makes his shortness of breath worse. He takes blackstrap molasses daily along with vit D3 & C and also uses NAC. He always feels better after taking these (we get powders that he can put in water or juice, so easy to take). This is a progressive disease, but careful management can help you live longer and avoid complications.
Do what you must to manage this. Have you looked into pulmonary rehab? It's covered by most insurance and they teach you various exercises to keep you strong, ways to perform various activities to minimize shortness of breath, a lot about various medications and strategies for taking them, when to call the dr and when to deal with it yourself.
A good support system is really important. Try to have someone with you for all appointments, it takes 2 sets of ears to hear and remember. Good Luck.
COPD
Hi Pamela. Sorry to hear that you have run into problems with using H202. I suspect though, that you could be using the wrong kind of Peroxide. You mentioned that you purchased 3% peroxide called Gold Cross which sounds like a chemist/pharmacy bought product to me which is the wrong king.
The pharmacy bought product will contain what is called stabilizers, added chemicals! These you do not need. The Peroxide that you should be using is 35% food grade with no stabilizers and this you will dilute down to 3% and then you can inhale or drink in this form. Do not use in the 35% form, always dilute. In Australia there are many sites online that you can buy the 35% food grade H202, so search out one of these and when you receive your bottle keep it in the freezer to retain the potency. This should not burn your throat, a bleach type taste is normal, and you certainly will notice changes in your condition. So keep the gold cross for other purposes. All the best.

I had asthma since the late 80's...Mainly used Symbicort 200...
In regards to taking Hydrogen Peroxide, I made the bad mistake of using it from the 3% at my local drug store which contains bad solvents and used that for my Asthma in my nebulizer machine a few years ago...After a couple of weeks, I could hardly walk and have been on my machine and taking Steroids daily ever since...I have been on antibiotics several times in the last year and as soon as they wear off, I'm feeling bad again...I now think I have COPD...So don't use DRUG store stuff...Make sure it's food grade...I'm a 61 year old male in Canada, thanks.

Warning
I have copd and I kept reading of h2o2 inhulation therapy. I started Bill Munro's regime, but not faithfully. One weekend I decided to go at it aggressively. I did the nasal spray in the throat, plus I added it to my nebulizer. A little works, so A LOT should really do it, right ? I did not measure it, I just added h202 straight. Did not help my breathing because I had loosened whatever is in my lungs, and blocked my air. My husband had to call 911. My O2 was in the 50's and I blacked out. Had to be on by-pap for 2 days.
I am not telling anyone not to do the inhulation, I am saying do not try to over do it for faster results!! I may even try it again, but follow the instructions that were so clearly given.
I started to pass out one day when I tried to blow up 3 balloons in a row. I will try again, but slowly. It was pretty scary cause it was like my equilibrium went ou and I started falling over. I sure need to build my lungs up and at this point am willing to try again.
Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method

Just an update - I'm still using h2o2 in my nebulizer. I now use 2 droppers of peroxide to 2 droppers of distilled water. I feel better than ever, starting to exercise. I don't use my prescribed Flovent Disk much at all because I hate the side effects. I still use my Ventolin HFA for emergencies.
This time of year, the humidity causes me real problems. I have a dehumidifier running and take cheapo, Dollar Store Allergy Relief ($6). Those two things plus the nebulized h2o2 have helped more than any of the high dollar prescriptions.
We do need to remember that all of this isn't a one size fits all. Some things work better for others.
Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method
May I suggest, when performing a breathing treatment, H2O2, CS, DMSO, whatever, exhale as deeply as possible, inhale as deeply as possible and hold up to 10 seconds. As we repeat the process, we begin to breath in deeper and deeper, getting our chosen solution to the bottom of our lungs. Normal breathing only goes down into our lungs about 20% - 30% of their capacity.

DAVID, ORH here, and I too spoke with Bill Munro many years ago. I had e mailed him and he called me. What a delightful gentleman. I moved from his hydrogen peroxide delivery system to a nebulizer a few years ago. Thought I was pretty savvy, but this video sent me to school about increasing the effectiveness with Vit C. This is one of the most informative sessions I have ever watched in my long life. I was aware that most women's breast cancer is due to the toxins in their teeth and gums, but did not realize that this is also a root cause of heart problems. This doctor advocates using a dental pick containing hydrogen peroxide as a cheap and natural way to address these problems. Here's the article.
Me, I'm going to jump on this with both feet. Not hearsay, but two doctors discussing how to help avoid heart disease and cancer. ==ORH==
N-Acetyl Cysteine

I am 63 and have severe COPD from smoking since I was about 16. I've had chronic bronchitis for a number of years and recently found some articles on using N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) for clearing phlem, so I bought some from a local health food store. I've been taking 1200mg/day and am amazed at the results - after just one day I was coughing up a lot, but the phlem was foamy rather than thick and sticky. It's been over a week now that I've been taking the NAC and my coughing has lessened significantly. I am now also taking serrapeptase and niacin.
I was recently given a nebulizer machine by someone who's friend passed away from his COPD (he was 81 and had three nasty bouts of pneumonia) and have ordered some hoses/mouthpieces and some liquid DMSO, MSM and colloidal silver to try Ted's DMSO treatments to further help clear my lungs. I'll post an update after a few weeks.
Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method

Ref: COPD - 74 years old
I started drinking H/P - H202 just over one week ago so far I feel good with no problems or side effects, I bring up copious amount of mucus, and even though I need oxygen at times I cope well without it so far.
I must point out, never take Hydrogen Peroxide at full strength of 35% - always dilute. In my case, I use 200ml distilled water to 3 drops 35% 3 times a day and increase as per protocol.
Please read as much as you can on Hydrogen Peroxide before you start taking it scroll down the latest post and you find the protocol of use.
let me know your progress.

Hydrogen Peroxide
1920/30 hydrogen Peroxide was "discovered as a cure all and is one of the most incredible all round even cancer, tb, you name it, naturally the medical scallies had to stop it! They fabricated a 12 year old girl that was killed by using H202. Only recently has this "staged" death come to light. Is there a limit to the evil of greed? We have been singularly honoured by the inspirational public service of a man like TED. He has and does share with us a fantastic insight into natural cures and nature.
The above is my "Sincere thank you Ted"
The study of H202 would be most rewarding and there are books available on this versitile Natural gift to mankind, go for it, please

Hydrogen Peroxide inhalation for COPD
Hello, My name is Maggie and I live in Massachusetts. I am writing because I finally decided to take a chance on inhaling hydrogen peroxide for my COPD. I have been sick every Winter since I was 26 (16 years). I have tried diet change, steroids, antibiotics, supplements (with some success) and every other alternative offered to me. I have used your website for other ailments, but thought this was a little crazy. However, I have been using this method for 3 weeks and have NEVER felt this good in the Winter. I have also stopped using my rescue inhaler (down from 6-7 times a day) and am not taking any medications. I will be personally sending an email to Bill Munro, who is now my hero. Just when I finally began to accept that I was going to be another statistic (surviving as many Winters as I could handle until my disease did me in, as it did my father), a miracle falls into my lap! I will do this treatment for the rest of my life and I will recommend it to EVERYONE who ever complains to me of bronchitis, asthma, or any other form of COPD. Thank you Earth Clinic and thank you Bill Munroe for giving me a chance to live my life, instead of biding my time!!!

I have emphysema. I get tested every 6 months to check the oxygen in my lungs.. Before I inhaled 3% peroxide my test prove my COPD was getting worse... But this time, after inhaling peroxide for three weeks my lungs have greatly improved. My pulmonologist was impressed at the technician's report that he tested me on difficult state of the art machines that measure the capacity of air in each test and he indeed reported much better than the previous three years.
I didn't tell her what I was doing. I was afraid she would try and stop me... Joan
Grapefruit Tea

Actually very good for covid as well - the quinine works like a hydroxychloroquine substitute (the "quin" at the end refers to the quinine). I have added organic lemon pulp to the grapefruit - and the recipe I followed indicated you should not lift the lid for a few hours after the boiling process. I think the suggestion to freeze in cubes is excellent as you can just thaw out a small amount that way. My grandma called this grapefruit bitters and it's a tried and true remedy for all kinds of cold and flu symptoms.
Grapefruit Tea
Insomnia? Sounds like a magnesium deficiency. Do twice the recommended daily allowance, and you should see the results quickly. If diarrhea occurs, back it off to a normal daily dose for your weight.
Grapefruit Tea
ORH, I certainly hope the information helps. I found it interesting that his CHF seemed to be linked to an undiagnosed hypothyroid issue and that was the key to resolving it. Apparently, his thyroid blood tests appeared in the "normal" range...but as we know a lot of these lab tests are not worth the paper they are printed on. Magnesium is a great example...because your body will pull magnesium from organs to regulate blood levels the blood tests never show a deficiency even when a severe one exists. The Nature-Throid web site has a search engine to find Doctors near you that prescribe it.
Barometric Pressure and COPD
Linda: EC has a wonderful and very long page of helpful information about Hydrogen Peroxide and videos. Go to the Remedies page then hydrogen peroxide. I am sympathetic about your humidity issues and hope we can both find some answers and relief.
Buteyko Breathing Method

I have copd for about 7 years diagnosed. I have never taken any inhalers or medication for it. I only took Bill Monroe's hydrogen peroxide by spraying in throat, but things were not getting better even though Bill peroxide helped. I started experiencing high anxiety and shortness of breath, I even went so far as to buy a very expensive oxygen concentrator. I read how my co2 was the problem and causing my shortness of breath. So I went to Google and tried to find out how to reduce my co2, Boy did I get a shock when I found out that co2 is a good thing and not bad!!! What? The problem was the co2 was being trapped in the lungs and not able to get into the blood where it was needed. I was told we are all overbreathing or hyperventilating. The doctor who found all of this out and was the discover was Doctor Buteyko. If you look up Buteyko breathing and do a search you will find all the information you need. By the way, I have never used my $2,500 dollar oxygen machine. My bronchitis is gone I am walking 1 mile with very little discomfort I am sleeping better at night and anxiety is at a minimal.
For those of you who won't look this up I will give you a very simple exercise to do at least 2 time a day or whenever you think of it. The more you do the better you feel. Keep your mouth closed at all times!!! The feel of smothering with leave, sneeze through your nose and cough through your nose. You can yawn through your mouth. Take a small breath in and a small breath out and then hold for 5 SECONDS.
The best to you all, Yolanda
Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method

I am in the early stages of COPD, but never extremely short of breath, until one day, I went upstairs and was out of breath. At first, I thought it was from being idle from arthritis, but instead of getting any better from numerous trips up the stairs, it's actually gotten worse. I had started Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda for the pain (and it helps) but the SOB still as bad. I started inhaling Peroxide a couple of weeks ago and I can't tell any difference at all. When out of breath, if I try to take a deep breath, it causes me to cough and now I'm getting sick at my stomach when I do that. I am wondering if I am inhaling wrong or am I so bad it's only going to take longer than I had hoped. I have thought about low iron, I have had all my life and I ordered some Blackstrap Molasses. There isn't a decent health food store near me, I don't have access to much except thru the internet. Does anyone know anything else I need to do and with what?
Sara: Try doing some mild buffering like drinking a cup of water with 1 spoon of Baking Soda. Drink sugar free Lemon & water to help buffer and stimulate digestion & elimination.
Take Vit-C with MSM for best results as they work synergistically.
DMSO
Interested in hearing theories on this. Ted maintains that Dmso has the potential to dissolve tar in the lungs. Recent studies with lab rats have found that using a retin A substance injected into the rats allowed them to regenerate new alveoli and cured them of induced emphysema. Since we know that dmso penetrates the skin directly, what might be the potential of mixing 2% retin A (tretinoin) into a 50% dmso gel and using this transdermally on the chest. Any thoughts on this?
Hydrogen Peroxide
Georgios. Quite hard to believe that you used H202 for years!! And ended up with no results. You also failed to mention which condition you are suffering from, or for that matter why you would continue to use something "for years" whilst getting no results does not sound plausible to me at all Georgios. You were probably just using the chemist bought 3% h202 full of contaminants ie: (stabilisers) which is the wrong kind. The only peroxide to use is 35% Food Grade H2O2 which contains no stabilisers and diluted down properly to the 3% level. Sorry to say though as you are in the UK you will not be able to buy 35% food grade H202 as it is a banned substance in your country (go figure that one out! ) in its misguided wisdom the UK government requires those wishing to purchase 35% food grade H202 to obtain a licence to do so. The UK can be so draconian and backward in a lot of areas. You can purchase it in Europe they have much more forward thinking governments that do not infringe on peoples rights so much. So bottom line, if you are able to procure the food grade H202 then get the proper protocol, follow it properly and try again and like the rest of us experience good results.
Hydrogen Peroxide

Better But With Side Effects
I have sung the praises of hydrogen peroxide for years. It literally cured me of COPD. Everything good you read about it is true.
However, this one little matter: I began to have a black tongue and have had it now for some years. I wrote in here at the time I was helped with the COPD that I did seem have a black tongue and no answer for it, but I said "if that's all I have to pay for the cure, fine by me." But all these years later, I got the answer. It's the peroxide. It affects some people that way. So I'm back to what I said years ago - "If my only problem is black tongue, but cured otherwise....fine by me."
Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method
Dear Fran,
Bill Munro used his hydrogen peroxide inhalation method for years with success. When we have used hydrogen peroxide in the nebulizer, we have used it "as needed, " but we were only using it for an acute cough.
I am wondering how many times a day are you using it currently?

Colloidal Silver

Better But With Side Effects
My father is 66 years old and has been smoking from the age of 18 except for a small period of four years from 2007 when he had his coronary bypass. He was diagnosed with COPD last year and his symptoms have been worsening- Constant wheezing and phlegm, frequent infection of respiratory tube/ food pipe, resistance to antibiotics, recently episodes of fast/heavy breathing, flapping tremors which I'm told is a symptom of Hypoxia. He takes Deriphilin steroids when his attacks get worse; but they have become so frequent( at least once every 3/4 weeks) that he has developed Cushing's ( buffalo hump, moon face, emaciated limbs).
Five days back I started him on Colloidal silver - he nebulizes 2.5 ml every day. The third day he developed Fever, weakness, flu-like symptoms which was a Detox reaction, I guess, from the CS killing the pathogens. His fever is better in the last 2 days, and his phlegm seems to have reduced but he still has constant wheezing. Hope that things will get better. Will keep updating. Hopefully it may help some one. God bless this site and all the people who contribute to it!!!

I will be turning 80 this year and have used the peroxide inhalation method since I read about it three years ago or so. I have never experienced any side effects. I have lung issues as well and use the method when I am catching a flu.
Hydrogen Peroxide
Dilute it more - you should not be feeling a burning. You may just be super sensitive and need to start out with a very dilute mixture. And make certain it's food grade that you are working with
Hydrogen Peroxide

Please don't ingest store-bought 3% H202; do read about 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide at Dr David G Williams website (google, "The Many Benefits of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide," find the Williams entry, which offers instructions on its use.
I had TB in service (WW2), didn't know it, self-cured it (we're giants at 19) but was a shallow breather. In 1984 I was showed lung scars on my chest X-ray and finally knew why I had difficulty breathing.
Recently my breathing worsened, limited me to four hours sleep a night. Recalling that one sister died of IFP, one of emphysema, I looked at myself at 87.
Hoping for a longer life, I'd followed an FG H202 regimen for four years -- high dosages for a month, then 3 drops a day in spring water and no colds in that time. Now deep breathing was impossible, so I upped my FG H202 intake to 9 drops (3 X3) a day.
There was improvement. Hardly dramatic, yet I was grateful for it. Now I'm seeking a Homeopath who offers the IV H202 treatment. Dr Williams says it really works on emphysema-- we'll see about that.
The government calls me a death-panel candidate, but I call them names, too. And yes, my COPD worries don't compare to those of others in this forum, but I had to offer this FG H202 advice anyway. I ask you to help yourselves. Read on Dr Williams' website -- I found it as I found Earth Clinic. By happy chance.
Hydrogen Peroxide
Sorry, I cannot answer satisfactorily to your quesstion, because I am not at all familiar with the test you are talking about. But I did some quick searches and I have a few thoughts I would like to share with you.
First, you did not explained how the oxygen was taken externally. Was is peroxyde? And how? To get back to my previous post about dosages. Consider that 18 drops of FG h2o2 in a glass of water is not the same for a man of 40Kg as for a man of 80Kg or 120Kg. I suspect that your father is very weak and has digestion problems. So, maybe the 18 drops is even more demanding because of his weakness. H2O2 will create detox symptoms. So it is good to have something to improve the elimination of the liberated toxins. Those "toxins" are not from the h2o2 but from the body trying to get rid of them by being helped with the h2o2.
So, it might be better that food are any supplements be taken in smaller portions but more often. Something that might help greatly is the taking of pro-biotics on a daily basis. The more I read about pro-biotic bacteria for the colon the more I thing it is a vital element in helping in the recovery to any illness.
If you read EC pages on COPD and do a search on the web you will find that many have been helped by DMSO, and MSM. First, DMSO is very closed chemically to MSM. MSM can be obtained naturally from food. But can be easily destroyed by processing foods. MSM is better utilized by the body if taken with glucosamine sulfate and the chondroitin sulfate. MSM is a compound with sulfur as so are the two other sulfates. It has been shown that magnesium and magnesium sulfate can help asthma. Here we go again with a sulfate.
There is an easy and cheap way to get magnesium and sulfur in the form of sulfate. It is with Epsom salt (Magnesium sulfate). It is cheap and easy to buy in North America. I don't know about your part of the country. Two ways I know how to benefit from Epsom Salt (ES). Internally and from baths. Internally, a pinched of ES with meals or beverages. Coincidentally, a bath of ES can be enhanced and alkalizing with some h2o2. Here is a good link about such baths http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1614147#i
Magnesium will also help the liver and kidneys in digesting proteins.
So, IMO you should have a multi-facet approach. Improvement of digestion, improvement of nutrition. Smaller portion but more frequent. Supplementation of MSM and or magnesium sulfate. Alkalizing baths. So much can be said about alkalizing.
I could have put a lot more in the form of supporting links and text extracts that would better help what I said above. Health can be restored but it will take time. A simple advice-Stop doing what makes us sick and start what makes us healthy.
Good luck, Alain
Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method

Someone asked about doses and how to administer Hydrogen Peroxide for COPD. I can only tell about my experience and cannot make any recommendations to anyone else. I use it primarily in am Sleep Apnea mask [PAP]. I use a solution strength of about 20%. That is 1/4 cup H2O2 to 1 cup of Distilled water. I breath it all night and if my lungs feel a little irritated I add another half cup water to make it about 15%.
I also use my nebulizer one or two times a day and there I use a 50% strength for about 3 min.
I believe I am killing all the bacteria, mold and fungus in my lungs as I don't have any more coughing or mucus since the first day I tried H2O2.
My Pulmonologist, Cardiologist, and my Gen Practitioner are all amazed at my improvement. None of them have ever heard of inhaling H2O2 before.
Coconut Oil

re: COPD & Lung Cancer and virgin coconut oil -- I found almost immediate relief from thick mucous taking VCO. I started out with 1 T. with each meal, sometimes in tea or room temp juice. It thins the mucous making it easy to cough up. I also drink 2 quarts of water in addition to the VCO. The water alone did not help. My nasal passages are both open for the first time in years and breathing is much easier. VCO makes the skin lovely.
Would it be easier to use an Instant Pot pressure cooker and set it for one hour to make this remedy?
Grapefruit Tea
Hi Bevil,
May I ask what brand of IP6 Inositol you take? I too have suffered from insomnia my whole life. I would be so grateful.
Thank you,

Grapefruit Tea
I have been fortunate to not deal with CHF personally however there is someone else with some amazing results to share. Are you familiar with Janet Thome's blog?
Grapefruit Tea
Daphne, it is my understanding that all citrus fruit has some level of Quinine in it but grapefruit pith has the highest. The quinine is part of what gives grapefruit its bitterness. I believe pomellos are sweeter so it may have less in it.

Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method
Thanks all for your replies. I was diagnosed with COPD about 3 yrs ago. I quit smoking then and have avoided any type of chemical or being around anyone smoking ever since. I haven't been sick at all in those 3 yrs, either. The only problem I had was coughing and after I stopped smoking, so did the coughing. The Dr didn't run any tests, she only mentioned I had that, I suppose for one of her money making schemes to keep me coming back. Anywho, it was one day out of the clear blue sky, I got to the top of the stairs and I thought I was suffocating, never had that happen before. It's been that way since. It started getting worse and I started H202. In the last week or so, I have been extremely sick at my stomach and ACV was one of my guesses. I didn't drink it one day and the pain came back full blast. I got back on it, but only 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/4 tsp bs 3xday. Last night I think the H202 got a little deeper. About 30 minutes later, I coughed up some phlegm, (white and yellow) I felt and slept better, but this morning back to like before. Now, if I take a deep breath through my mouth, it's painful to my throat and makes me have a dry cough. It's like you feel when you go out and smoke 2 packs of cigs in about 4 hours lol.
I had to move from one house because of mold several years ago, arthritis got better for a while but in the last year it's made me almost immobile. Dr won't do anything, says take tylenol, blah blah blah. I have a neighbor to check around for any mold. After Janet mentioned that, I remembered what I had learned before and that's what I'll look into first. Thanks again. I'm still open for more advice and/or opinions.
