ACV for Hemorrhoids: Effective, Natural Relief

I had been suffering for almost a week from constipation caused my hemorrhoids, as if they werent bad enough alone. I tried drinking ACV amongst other things, and I finally gave in and decided to apply a cotton ball soaked in ACV for 10 or 15 seconds. And OUCH! It stung pretty badly BUT no worse than the pain of sitting on it, I suppose. Within a few minutes I felt much better. I applied a cotton ball for 10 to 15 seconds two more times that day. By the next morning they were almost completely gone, and I was able to relieve myself with ease. (i've never been so happy to have a BM in my life. ) The ACV cottonball did sting a bit, but it definitely worked for me.

After having my thyroid removed, almost two years ago, my whole system has been out of whack. My doc re-evaluated all my meds as I was seriously in need of some help, but the side effect of this was constant diarrhea. ( I just realised the cause ) Sometimes I go 3 times a day, the constant pain and dread of pooing razor blades has sapped my energy and joy for so long! I have been in total agony for 8 months with roids that creams would not fix. I tried wheatgrass which helped after about 6 weeks but not competely as I ran out and they were worse than ever.

I read this Apple Cider Vinegar natural treatment last week and have tried it out of desperation. Finally something that works! I keep a small bottle of it near the loo and wipe myself with it whenever I go, and took the suggestion of a cotton ball soaked in acv and used that three times a day. It sure did sting for a while but after the roid shrunk in size after about 4-5 days I realised there was another one there behind it that was causing the recent pain. Now it too is finally shrinking with acv! Even wiping myself with it on some tp means for the first time in months I've been able to clean myself properly. I've also added it to some foods and been sipping a few teaspoons in a drink bottle as often as I think of it. ACv really does work and it's been such a relief! I hope it cures them completely which may take another week at this rate but after what we go thru it's worth it. So very worth trying! I hope it works for all other readers who give it a go.

Yes it worked for me. Sitz bath 15 to 25 min. each with 1 cup of ancestral type apple cider vinegar 3 to 4 times per day. 97% gone so I keep going. I also increased fiber intake and put cornstach on between treatment. Having a laptop or tablet while bath sitting will make the treatment more 'fun'.

I've suffered from hemorroids for over a year now. I have found that making ice cubes with apple cider vinger and water and placing them in the anus have helped greatly in the past week. They are still present but slowly feel like they are going away. I've all so been taking diosmin/hesperidin supplement which also seems to help.

After suffering the past 6 weeks with a painful hemorrhoid, I finally found EarthClinic and the apple cider vinegar treatment. I have been in agony and tears the past few weeks. I have tried everything until today when I bought some ACV. I first poured about a cup of it in the bath along with warm water and immediately felt relief.

I was afraid to put it directly on the area, my skin is very sensitive anyway, so I first diluted a cotton pad with a little water and then soaked it in ACV. I have just started using Apple Cider Vinegar last week after coming across this site and wow what a difference!!! The bunch of grapes has almost disappeared. I have tried the cotton wool dabbed with the Apple Cider Vinegar and when it burned I decided to sit in the bath with a cup full mixed with water. I'm now also having a teaspoon of it every morning. And being a diabetic the Apple Cider Vinegar has being bringing my sugar levels down. So I I'm killing to birds with one stone.

I have had internal hemorrhoids for about 6 yrs. Very uncomfortable- tried pretty much everything till I found out about Apple Cider Vinegar. The intense pain and burning during and after passing stool was gone after one application the following day.

I placed some Apple Cider Vinegar in an enema bottle, poured a little 2 inch inside my bum about a tablespoonful once a day. Made sure it was cold so I could feel it entering, didn't want to put too much cause you would poop immediately. Also put some on napkin and hold on bum for 10-20 min 3 times a day.

Started using ACV and within the past 3 days and there has been considerable reduction in the size, with minimal itching and burning. I no longer wake up at night in agony. Tried sitz bath but that burned alot, so now I just apply to cotton ball and leave on. Still get some burning from that so don't leave on for prolonged period of time (i. E. I could not sleep with the cotton ball in place). After I take the cotton ball off, I then place small cloth covered ice pack post application of ACV. You can buy these ice packs at your local pharmacy - the packs are made for this. Note - I had been using the ice packs with otc meds, but they didn't help reduce size, itching, or burning. The combination of ACV and ice packs IS working!!! Amazed that this is the only thing that has worked for me. They are taking time to heal but think that is just because they had gotten so bad. From now on when I feel them flaring up I will use ACV immediately. Hope this helps someone else.

I have been suffering from hemorrhoids for the past 2 weeks. I have gone to the emergency room and I have gotten so many medications and creams I can't even remember them all. Today at work I was about to quit my job because the pain that I was feeling was unbearable. My friend found this website and told me to go to the store and buy the ACV and to try it out. I rushed to the store and I applied to a cotton ball for like 10 sec. I did this 3 times. In about 2 hours I was able to sit at my desk and go on about my day. I am amazed at how this simply thing took my pain away. This is WONDERFUL!!!!!

I've been suffering from hemmoroidal pain since I gave birth to my second baby, three years ago; however, the pain got worse about three weeks ago and its getting worse hour by hour to the point that I can't do anything at home and I can't attend to my family, and I spend the time crying over my excrutiating pain. However, this morning, I started searching the internet for some natural cure, since all the other medicated solutions didn't work at all, and believe it or not, I was standing up by the computer doing the search because I couldn't sit from the pain. While searching, I found that blessed website with info on how helpful ACV is in treating hems. So I digged up an old ACV bottle that I had at home and that we usually use with honey to treat sorethroat, and I dampned a cotton ball with ACV and applied it to the hems and I couldn't believe the result and here I am now couple of hours later sitting in front of the computer and thanking everybody who contributed to this wonderful site. Thank you a million times.

I cured a hemorrhoid in a couple of days with ACV. Mine was an external one so I soaked a bit of cotton wool and put in in there while I did computer work. I never felt raw or anything and I never washed it away. In maybe two days it was gone. First I had tried some cream which did nothing at all!

I have been in excrutiating pain for over 3 weeks and I've tried everything there was on the counter at the drug store. Gone through way too much prep-H with no benifit. TMI - big hemerrhoid on the outside. I couldn't sit, stand, or walk without almost bursting into tears, had difficult time getting to sleep because of the pain and if I coughed you would think someone had just stabbed me and I would cry for a while. I don't have insurance but was considering going to the doctor anyway (which is a BIG deal for me). I finally found your site yesterday and decided to try the apple cider vinegar as a last resort. Last night I bought a sitz bath and the vinegar (as I had seen some people have bad reaction to the vinegar so I wanted to take it slow and dilute it some) I put in the warm water and added about a cup (maybe a little less) of the vinegar plus I sprinkled a little bit of epsom salt into the water too, sat for about 15 minutes, had no burning just relief, and then went to lay down. (I had tried taking warm baths before but the pressure of sitting in the tub combined with the pressure of getting in and out of the tub was just too much and it didn't help anyway) Within 2 hours of the sitz bath I had the first relief I have felt in a very long time. The pain went almost completely away. Sigh... I did the sitz bath again right before bed with the same ingredients and this morning I got out of bed without having to take my time and fight against the pain. So far today at work I only have minimal discomfort wich is a HUGE step forward. I can actually do my job without breaking down crying every hour. The hemorrhoid has shrunk to a quarter of it's size before. I am so excited at the results so far and I feel I can actually have some hope now. I have been in pain for a month and have tried some otc remedies and Doctor perscribed ones but nothing has worked as well as Apple Cider Vinegar.Yea

im hoping this comment is goin in with all the others coz I just wanted to say thanks so much for sharing this one! I just tried it, after like many here it seems who were also on the edge of getting the chop! To b honest I have lost my faith completely in doctors, and the medical industry is an greedy, heartless embarrasement, so the last thing I wanted to do was to put my hem' probs (which resembled the giant lips off one of the easter island statues! ) in the hands of any vaccination-supporting, pharmacutical-shareholder, knife-and-rubberband-weilding doctors aiming at my holiest of holies! Just started today but I had two tablespoons raw ( it nearly knocked me out it was so vile! )..

Then drenched some rolled toilet paper in this ACV, which was now making my apartment smell like an armpit, and shoved it, where I swear there used to be a sword!

10 minutes later, paranoid someone was gonna pop in for a cuppa, and catch me with wadds of foul smelling paper falling out of unkown folds, I hosed my self down, appologised to the neighbour; whos window was slamming shut, and had an hour and a half of bliss!!! Only a little pain remained, I mean little, left to remind me he aint gone yet, but im hoping thats just the start of a total annihilation of this literal pain in the butt!

Hi all! Well let me tell you I have had this problem for years!! Now my daughter had her first baby and from pushing during labor, .. Well you all guessed right. She now has the same issue. I went on line last night because the itching and then the pain and then the burning was just unbearable. I had dealt with it by icyng the area. But I never had complete relief. So I went to Trader Jo's and bought an organic bottle of AVC. I Just tried the AVC!!! And OH MY Gosh!!!! It worked! Almost imediately! After like 30 seconds of sting though. I will pass this on to as many sufferers out there. Thank you all.
