I tried every BSM recipe and found that I still can't stand the taste, but I really wanted to try it for the benefits. I had a bag of empty gelatin capsules that I bought at the health food store(you can get gelatin caps or vege caps). I just filled them up with a dropper. It's a little gooey and it takes a steady hand but after 2 days I'm an expert. I'm starting with 6 a day and if it helps me I'll take more. It is kind of a hassle but it beats tasting it!
