Hey Guys, You are my last hope. I'm 32 and just diagnosed with RA and I have been doing the ACV thing and it's awesome and I can get out of bed with less and less pain. (I am also on a host of other supplements). This is my 2nd flare and I have run the gammut on the traveling joint pain. That has pretty much subsided except for extreme pain in my middle finger. I also have swelling issues with my right hand eg. base of thumb, pointer became swollen at the same time about 3 wks ago. Today I just noticed that my middle finger looks like it could be in the baby stage of swelling like my pointer finger and I'm scared it's going to swell up. I have been working to get my pointer finger down and now it looks like the middle finger is going to swell along with the pinky. My wrist has a lil swelling also. I have been on this protocol for five days and I realize that is not a long time but I am in the dark right now.

Does ACV get rid of swelling or am I just setting myself up for permanent joint damage? I was on another site and they just kept saying take the drugs, take the drugs! And I don't want take the drugs but I also don't want permenent joint damage, hands that are permanently twisted and lumpy (cause they are a lil lumpy now, a lil) and I also don't want my other organs to get involved. What am I doing? I wouldn't be here this sane and pain free w/o ACV, it has been a miracle worker so far but WILL THE PRE-EXISTENT SWELLING EVER GO DOWN AND WILL NEW SWELLING EVER STOP??? ANYONE OUT THERE, PLEASE RESPOND! I AM ON THE CUSP OF GETTING MEDS AND I DON'T REALLY WANT TO. THANK YOU

Yes. The article cited is a summary article and lists research going back for 30 years.

But please note, antibiotics are not the complete solution but only part of it. The Proteus infection only "triggers", the autoimmune response. RA is not simply a bacterial infection.

Even after you have killed bacteria the body's immune system is still attacking you. As I said, the situation is that body joints "Look like" the enemy bacteria. So even though the enemy has been eliminated the body's immune system, the soldiers of our body, still think the bacteria are around, still think the enemy is around. They think the joint tissue is enemy combatants and so they attack it. The body's defense system is going after innocent "civilians" that look like enemy terrorists. That is the real problem, not the bacteria, which have probably long ago been beaten down.

So the real "treatment" must be something that goes after the immune system and not just after bacteria, to get the immune system to "cease fire" and realize that the "war" is over. That is why diet, magnesium supplementation, potassium supplementation, massage (especially connective tissue massage), meditation and other methods mentioned on earthclinic, methods that "calm" the autonomic nervous system are so important.

In response to UTIs and RA:

Very interesting idea and not the first time I've seen bacteria considered to be a source thought to trigger Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I was diagnosed w/Autoimmune Arthritis, possibly RA and AS in 2006. Among the physicians I saw, was a D. O. who gave me a book to read about Dr. Thomas McPherson Brown, MD. Dr. Brown was a physician and researcher from the 1930's through the 1980's. He isolated Mycoplasma bacteria w/in the synovial fluid of his pts w/RA and Lupus. He treated over 10, 000 pts successfully w/minocycline, then doxycycline during his tenure. The book about him is absolutely incredible and what most lay people here in the US don't realize is that in Europe the no. 1 tx option for RA is Doxycycline.

There is information online about Dr. Thomas McPherson Brown if anyone is interested in his evaluation and successful tx of absolutely thousands of pts during the last century.

Antibiotics and Lignans

Don't forget about Lignans and other natural antibiotics. The best source of lignans is flaxseed oil, sesame seed, green leafy veggies like cabbage, broccoli, kale, spinach, apricots and strawberry. But it should do to take sesame oil. The lignans have anti-biotic effects. And of course don't forget cranberry juice that works against germs in urinary tract infection. Why take lignans???

Well, anyone with RA should read (or get their physician to read) an article that appeared in the journal Clinical & Developmental Immunology in March 2006. The title says it all:

"Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease triggered by Proteus urinary tract infection"

The article summarizes all the evidence. It explains a lot: why more women than men get RA and more women than men get urinary tract infections. Why urinary infections happen more often in those with RA. And much more. The evidence is overwhelming. But unfortunately not well known to physicians. I recently spoke to 2 physicians who vehemently denied that my wife's RA, that started after a UT infection, had anything to do with the infection.

But if you don't believe this then there is an easy solution: get yourself tested for antibodies to Proteus. You might surprise yourself.

Of course once natural antibiotics get rid of the Proteus the battle is not over. Why???

Because, unfortunately, certain molecules in joint collagen of certain genetically predisposed people, unfortunately, LOOK LIKE molecules in the Proteus bacteria. Thus the body thinks it is still fighting the bacteria when it is only fighting our joint tissue. (Our side is killing our own civilians because they look like the enemy.)

So you still have to use the other measures in earthclinic to calm the body down, and let it know that the war is over. (Don't forget massage to calm the autonomic nervous system).

Copper
Posted by Ray (Calgary) on 01/23/2013
★☆☆☆☆

WARNING!

Also it should perhaps be mentioned that serum copper levels are usually high in those with RA.

Check out Honkanen V, Konttinen YT, Sorsa T, Hukkanen M, Kemppinen P, Santavirta S, Saari H, Westermarck T: Serum zinc, copper and selenium in rheumatoid arthritis. J Trace Elem Electrolytes Health Dis 1991, 5:261-263.

Also, there has been some success in treating RA with drugs that LOWER copper in the blood. Look at, for example, http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/510818

So giving copper to a RA patient who is already above normal in copper, is maybe worse than giving them calcium. I would say it is asking for trouble. Two months later the swelling in my wife's hand caused by a copper bracelet still hasn't come down.

Plus, if you really want to experiment with the possibility of destroying your health then just go to some hardware store and get some copper wire and wrap it around your wrists. It will only cost a dollar, instead of the 30 dollars or so for an expensive ornament. But I'd say, don't do that. Resist the temptation to look elegant. Take care of your health instead and don't even think of supplementing copper if you have RA. (Maybe osteo arthritis is different?)

Hi Imara, congratulations, that's great. Going gluten-free helped me with arthritis. I have just been reading up on sulfites (for my own health issues) and it sounds like you may be sensitive to sulfites - natually occuring and added to processed foods and soaps, shampoos, etc. Have you looked into that?

Boron
Posted by Rsw (Uniontown, Oh) on 01/19/2013

Hi Daza, I was wondering if you took the borax laundry detergent amount, as suggested here, or if you took the 3 mg capsules? If you took the capsules, how many did you take each day and at what time during the day for each one? Thanks for your post. To others on Earth Clinic, do you think the capsules also kill off candida and pathogens in the same way the laundry detergent does or are they much lower in dosage (supposedly 9 mg/day, max) than the borax laundry detergent in a liter of water solution? Thank you. I am always confused about the number of mg of borax in a liter of water at 1/8 teaspoon per liter.

After many tries with various diets I have been on paleo for immune for 4 months and am off meds for my Rheumatoid arthritis. I still find some extra foods flare me like tree nuts and berries except blueberries. Also sweet potatoes, onions and garlic can cause issues. Sugar unless natural by fruit, red fruits and Citrus as well. I was in a wheel chair in 2011 and now lead a normal life except when I eat the wrong foods two days in a row. Hope this helps.

Boron cured my RA. I no longer take any meds and live a fully active life without pain. It has a lower toxicity than Table Salt. The docs don't want you to know this as they will be out of a job. I had severe RA for 5 years. The docs ended up poisoning me with their so called remedy. You can get boron or borax tablets.

My wife tried a copper bracelet, since she had seen her mum use one. The next day the hand with the bracelet on it was swollen and sore. I don't know what happened. The ACV & baking soda and the Magnesium Citrate work best for her. She also takes Potassium, Boron and juices daily. She also eliminated wheat and dairy from her diet. Copper? I can't even think of a reason for it doing anything. Maybe heavy metal poisoning?

Low Dose Naltrexone
Posted by From Holland (Netherlands) on 09/01/2012

Hello, At the age of 9 I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Sins then I have tried a lot of different alternative treatments. Think about Alkaline diets, fruit diet, Juice, Raw, Ortho, Fytho, Cleanings, earthclinic treatments, aryuveda. And al of them gave me signs of relieve but none of them helped me to overcome and stop taking chemical medicines. Plus that the only chemical medicine that helped me to have no RA symptoms where enbrel (TNF-alfa blockers). Notice I still have a alkaline diet mixed with aryuvedic influences natural medicines to help me a lot!!! But the reason I am writing this is because I found a wonderful medicine called LDN also known as low dose naltrexone. This is the first medicine that gave me clear signs of healing. Sins I started taking this I am off the enbrel (TNF-alfablockers). Before that I needed to take these medicines because if I didn't take them I would end up in bed not been able to walk. And this happened me many times because of my will not to take them while trying natural solutions.

You can find a lot of information on the net just look up under the name LDN or low dose naltrexone.
Here is one link http://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org/

I have to add that its not easy to find doctors that will describe you these medicines but if you look good enough you will find them all over the globe. Most of them are natural therapists that have the knowledge to help you. But in case of general hospitals and such they wont even give you a change to speak because they believe in nonsense. It took me some internet research before I ended up on a dutch LDN forum where I talked with some people who are taking this medicine for awhile. Most of them are MS patients and they are out of their wheel chairs thanks to this medicine. Now I am the lucky one to pass on this experience.

Please do your research- its a really wonderful medicine.

Greetings from the Netherlands.

Hi, In October of 2009, I was experiencing inflammation in my toes. They were red and looked like sausages. Then it spread to my fingers, elbows, shoulders, knees and I knew something was desperately wrong. It was a pain that one does not understand unless one has experienced it. Having gone through several brain surgeries in my life, I could not deal with this. Just thinking about this causes me to panic. I need to tell my story so that it may help others.

I made an appointment with a local rheumatologist. I also scoured the internet for some clue as to what I could find as far as a treatment. I read about Dr. Brown's protocol on Dr. Mercola's website. I figured it was RA. Without a long drawn out explanation of my experiences with the docs, I will tell you that I was diagnosed as having RA in more than 40 joints by a famous hospital in Scottsdale, Chicago, locally and in Idaho. Four doctors agreed that I should take methotrexate and Humera. NO WAY! I am 55 years old and know too many people that have died from cancer because of the drugs. My friend has Anchalosing arthritis and he quit taking the methotrexate and now he is awaiting a liver transplant.

After refusing the drugs, I contacted some alternative believing PhD's. I followed Dr. Mercola's recommendations according to the Dr. Brown protocol. I was so crippled but everything started coming together and making sense. Dr. Brown believed it has to do with a virus and with food.

I purchased a collgen2 ionic colloidal silver generator from Fred Peschel. I understand the science and I spoke with the inventor and his generator was being used by NASA and he had so many testimonials about how his 7ppm ionic silver is pure and it was inexpensive to make. I drink 16-32 ounces per day.

I started taking 30,000 iu of D3 per day. This dramatically decreased the pain by 40 percent in 1 week. I had my blood tested for my D3 level. The ideal level is 120 and mine was at 20. I have read that the average North American has a D3 level of 20. This is a BIG part of the reason for cancer, heart problems, etc. My daughter is a cardiac nurse and 30,000 I. U. 's is the daily dose for heart patients. I was told to buy the little gel pills and I buy the NOW brand. It is filled with olive oil.

  • NO MORE SODA, diet or regular
  • Un-pasteurized milk. I found a milk supplier at http://www.realmilk.com
  • NO processed foods
  • No high fructose corn syrup
  • Lots of green leafy vegetables
  • Olive Oil
  • Oranges, Lemons, Melons (live enzymes)
  • Little REAL sugar
  • Farm Fresh Eggs
  • Raw cheese
  • I receive emails about anti-inflammatory diets.

Well, I had to drastically change my diet, but we must , in order live healthy! 3 months after I started this way of eating, the pain slowly went away. I went to one of the docs who is an MD and has a PhD in immunology. He said "I've got great news, I checked your blood profile and you DON'T have RA!!!!! He told me that my D3 level was at a healthy 120. He even asked me how I did it.

4 hospitals diagnosed me and now it is gone.

Dr. Browns protocol uses mynocycline (anti-biotic) to put people into complete remission. The ionic silver 7ppm is bio available and it is not a drug. Don't let the establishment tell you that once you have RA, there is no way you can go into remission.

God Bless Anyone who suffers from this disease, but you can get better. I always say knowledge is power and wisdom is putting it into action.

Question: Why do we take (raw) honey with the ACV? My system is very sensitive to sugar of all types and will flare up if I have even a little bit. That said, I'm willing to accept that the honey works in conjunction with the ACV somehow, but I'd like to know HOW. I have been diluting the ACV in just water for a while now, and I get some benefit, but the pain and inflammation is definitely still there.

I'm tentatively starting to add 1/3tsp of raw honey to each ACV drink (2 Tbsp of ACV to 2 cups water). We shall see how that goes.

Also, does it have to be warm water? It's hot here, and an iced ACV drink sure is refreshing!

Multiple Remedies
Posted by Chevieman (St. George, Maine) on 05/20/2012

diagnosed with severe Rhuematoid Arthritis a year ago. The following is what I did to treat it.

1. Ascorbic Acid- at least 1-2 Grams per day. Yes Grams. Vitamin C- Aka ascorbic acid was looked at by big pharma and was found to be almost miraculous in the treatment of a number of diseases. They attempted to get patent rights for it and were denied, no profit no more research. I have always felt that RA is an imbalance in my immune system, Ascorbic Acid helped restore that balance.
2. Boron- Here is the kicker you can only buy it in 3 mg capsules but You need at least 20 mg per day total taken in 3 doses, so stock up on the big bottle. Why does this work? Your immune system is in your gut/intestines. An imbalance in the fauna and flora sets up a dominoe effect to allow fungus such as candida albicans to take root in your intestinal walls causing leaky gut syndrome. This is how food allergies and reactions to specific stressor foods manifest themselves. Boron is one of the best "all natural" anti-fungals known to man. It makes you pee bright yellow but that is the only side effect other than killing unwanted fungus in your intestines.
3. Pro-biotics. Like I stated previously all of your immune system originates in your intestines, when you take care of the good bacteria in your gut, then your gut will start taking care of you. I recommend a pro-biotic that is of soil origin (will say on bottle)and more than one type. These types go after the bad guys in your intestines and stop the proliferation of the bad which gives your gut the time it needs to heal. If you don't take soil origin probiotics at least twice a day and You have RA then You are indeed a fool.
3. Reishi Mushroom extract- proven immune system modulator. Follow recommended dosage on the bottle. It helps your immune system rebalance itself.
4. If You have RA the foods you consume are no longer about what You like, thats what got you into this mess to begin with. When you have inflammation in your body from other than injury, its guaranteed you have inflammation in your intestines. Every time you think its "okay" to consume a stressor food (can be found on the net what they are) it is like adding fuel to the fire. Especially night shade family veggies, grains, and dairy. I know its hard to give these up. They used to be my favorites. But it is possible. Also Stay away from processed foods, chemical additives of any kind are not your friend including those that you wash with or that go on your skin. Stay away from commercially raised beef and stick to grass fed. Stay away from chicken and stick to turkey without additives (shady brook brand)Did you know they were putting arsenic into the chicken feed and hence it could be found in the meat? Find a recipe for bread made with brown rice flour, no potato starches or oils other than coconut. Stay away from soy bean oils (check your supplements) so many of them are GMO you cannot trust the source anymore and GMO food will send You into flare quicker than anything I know of.
5. I found a rheumatologist who put me on minocycline and that is what I prefer because it isn't as toxic as other drugs. I started out on 100mg 2x a day with the above regimen until I went into remission then I cut back to 100mg 1x per day until in remission for more than 2 weeks then cut back to 100mg 1x per day on Mon, Wed, and Friday. (see Dr. Mercolas web-site for the Mon, wed, Fri regimen)Rhuematologists are hard to find that use minocycline or that you can convince to prescribe it to you alone, I personally have to travel 120 miles for appointments but here I sit in remission, joints healing up, no swelling anywhere. I honestly don't know if this regimen will work for those on the more toxic drugs but I believe you have everything to gain. If You don't take any other supplements at all the Ascorbic Acid, Boron and Pro-biotics are the most beneficial. Others that I take are":Glucosamine chondroiton with MSM
magnesium 500 2x a day
potassium 1gram 1x a day
selenium 1x a day
zinc 1x a day.
N-acetyl cysteine-builds up your glutathione levels. Something found lacking in all with arthritis of any kind.
Boron can be increased up to 30mg perday if symptoms are stubborn.

It took me 2 months on this regimen to go into remission. It is a wonderful thing to be able to say that word "remission" without the fear of going into flare-up tommorow and I am not there yet. I will say the only other thing I would attempt to do is relieve as much stress and anger in your life as possible and make sure you have a strong personal relationship with God and Your family. If you don't have faith you can beat this disease from running your life, then you won't.
I sit here symptom free and grateful that I am. If anything I have learned compassion for others who suffer from RA and other debilitating diseases and that is my only motivation for posting this. I pray that one day they will have a cure available and these type of diseases can be treated with something which works quickly and effectively but until the pharmacutical industry is more cure driven than profit driven I really dont see that happening. I hope for the best for you. I think you are going to see the ascorbic acid/boron and probiotics being used more in the treatment of this disease as more is learned about it.

Hi- I have RA, sudden onset last May. Have been doing a food journal and found I am sensitive to yeast, onions, garlic, citrus, night shades, eggs, MSM, MSG and glutten. Just because someone says to try something they do no know your sensitivities. I use a pendalum and also a chiropractor that does A/K muscle testing to check for foods and supplements. I am doing the hydrogen peroxide therapy( at 23 drops today) and just started the oil pulling with sesame oil and 30 mg of minocycline 3 days a week. Down from 15 mg of prednisone to 6 and 5 aleve to 3 in a month. Also seeing a homeopathic Dr, vita mix juices and walking/yoga and learning meditation. The food journal works. Write down reactions to foods 3 times a day. I started with brown rice and vegie juice. Still should get off cheese but time will improve my will power. Good luck- RA is mean- be kind to yourself- I am learning every day- god bless- molly

Started UC-II (Source Naturals) 70 days ago and feel it is helping.

I take 1,500mg VC and might consider more.

Magnesium Malate helps muscles and I get much better sleep.

I also take 1 x 3mg Boron, some BVitamins and VD3 1,000iu daily much better than used to be although still suffer with the rheumatoid.

Also take 1,500mg cap. of Oregano Oil for 1 month then off for 1 month. You also have to take a probiotic when on Oregano Oil. Careful as it can thin the blood - if you are on other blood thinners (e. G. anti-inflammatories) or fish oil iodine also thins the blood.

When my wrist, or knee or ankle swells I break open a cap. of Oregano Oil rub it on and stops the pain.

Copper bracelets are so simple to make, just go to your local electricity wholesalers and by some 6 or 8mm copper cable, strip off the cover and cut to the lenght of you wrist, you can either make as a single wrap or double or treble, it's your choice to help heal and as a fashion accessory, seal the ends with some solder, job done, enjoy. Good Luck

Hi Suzie, Yes I know exactly where to get it, but EC probably won't allow me to post it (IMO for good reason, we'd all be overrun with marketing spam :-)), so if you do a web search for 'hydrangea root herb' that ought to answer you with some good sources.

I want to repeat this and stress it most importantly- *I have to be very careful to avoid fillers and excipients in whatever I take! * Including in capsule supplements (read the *fine print* on the bottle before purchasing)! Especially Calcium Carbonate (powdered limestone), which sets me on fire everywhere, and then took several months to get the stuff out of my body.. There is only one brand of capsuled enzymes I know of which worked for me (from my post above, the brand name was removed), and those helped *a lot*.

When I got a dose of Calcium Carbonate, the thing that helped the most to get rid of it was Hydrangea Root Tea during the daytime, and ~3/4 to 1 tablespoon of ACV (organic, with the Mother), *diluted into 8 oz of water* and drunk at bedtime on the way to bed.

If you still cannot locate Hydrangea Root, then the Swedish Bitters recommended in the excellent work of the famous Herbalist Maria Treben are also reported to dissolve joint calcifications over time. The Hydrangea Root was much faster than this, for me.

I hope this helps,

Linda

Hi Suzie, That's an awful lot of lemon juice for that tiny amount of baking soda. I also have RA, and have benefitted much from following Bangkok Ted's recommendation to add more Baking Soda until the lemon juice stops fizzing from it. It also may take a few weeks to kick in, with me it took ~3 weeks, then everything got noticeably better almost overnight.

I also do not like the taste of A&H baking soda, but B R Mill Non-aluminum baking soda doesn't have that taste, so I find it much easier to drink.

I have taken the wong stuff before. NO offense intended to the previous well-meaning poster, but it caused me some serious trouble and I will never, ever take it again. I recommend you save the megabux it costs, and buy a supplement which does not contain the superfluous fillers or excipients. I have had good results from _____ "Super Enzymes" in *capsules*, NOT in the tablets, it is available both ways. They cost ~$10.

If you search through the many Rheumatoid Arthritis Cures posts on Earthclinic listed under "Ailments", pay special attention to anything posted by Bangkok Ted, IMO it should help you much. His recommendations have consistently worked for me.

I use Hydrangea Root tea to dissolve joint calcifications from RA. You can add some fresh-squeezed lemon juice and raw honey, or Tart Cherry concentrate (Health food store or Vitacost) to dress up the taste if you want to.

Swedish Bitters also does me a lot of good. This can also be used in a poultice on swollen joints. If you do that, rubbing on some Coconut or Castor oil under the Bitters poultice will keep it from itching your skin.

I hope this helps,

Linda

DEAR READERS,

I'm 31 now, RA started long ago, around 12. My experience with RA hasn't been so harsh (no severe inflamation, crippling, pain) but enough to change my life and my habits. The diagnose was given only a few months ago, as a matter of fact.

The condtiton IS STILL THERE, BUT IS VISIBLY FADING :))) BECAUSE:

- I STARTED CRITICIZING LESS (MYSELF AND OTHERS), TOLERATING AND LOVING MORE (yes, a wise, compassionate, positive attitude CAN make the body more alkaline and be a relief to RA)

-BECAME ALMOST VEGAN (I dearly recommend you all to watch FORKS OVER KNIVES for the ones still skeptical)

- I move quite a lot, dance, walk, swim and lots of stretching, yoga, PRANAYAMA (breathing exercises)

- I do CLEANSING (colon, liver), I take SUPPLEMENTS , mainly HERBAL, such as HARPAGOPHYTUM, TURMERIC, SAFFRON (if one can afford it , makes miracles for damaged joints), MSM, CLAY, AND MY LATEST DISCOVERY, RECOMMENDED BY A NATUROPATH: LIQUORICE ROOT POWDER, 10-12GR / DAY (started taking the latter a few weeks ago and I am feeling so much better, I know it might seem a lot, some find it emetic but works for me). Hi All,

You guys are so amazing with your time. The medication I was prescribe two years ago is called Zinat here in Australia, used for treating viral infections of the airways and sinusus. Let me know if you can find out any info.

The condition has spread to my eyes now which is so upsetting, my career is really in jeapordy and I've just received a promotion. I am going to hit Ted's set up hard (Borax, ACV with BiCarb Soda & Magnesium) and buy a electronic PH meter. I am now also having to go on Enbrel to get things under control in the short term.

You guys are so great with your time.

Thanks again.

My parents gave me the ACV/water and honey when I was very young as it had been recommended to them as a treatment for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I cannot remember what the results were, however, luckily I grew out of R Arthritis. I did receive other medical treatment.

At 56, I have just started ACV and water again as I suspect there could be Arthritis present, judging from some sore joints in hands. It's like a 'flash back'. I hated it as a kid but now don't mind it and hope to keep my system more alkaline.

I will report any noticable improvement.

Cekme;... Addendum to last post :

If you are having trouble believing that hidden toxins can cause degenerative diseases; note that the powers that be teach that the disease of polio is caused by a germ, a biotic, a virus. They teach it so you will believe it. The historical evidence is that it is caused by a toxin called DDT. Polio never existed before DDT existed. [ circa 1890's] When DDT was banned as a insecticide in the USA, new cases of polio began fading away there.

the powers that be claimed that some injected monkey pus [or something similar] caused it to go away. No giant corporations that sold DDT were ever held liable in the courts for giving anyone polio. No profits were lost. Brain-washing successful. Thank you, scientists;... Here is some money.... We will just call it "research" money. [wink, wink]

Fluoride is similar. The carnage it creates is similar. Go on some of the LYME disease message boards on the w.w.w. and read some of these people's stories. Some of them choose to commit suicide rather than go on.

Cekme;

I have been caring for a family member who also has been plagued with the "poly-arthralgia" [= roving joint pains], tendon soreness, mucle soreness, joint soreness, CFS = chronic fatigue syndrome, and for awhile, colitis, or IBS, connected to wheat gluten sensitivity, which was also brought on by the fluoride poisoning process. Also developed rickets of the bones, or osteomalacia. And no doubt osteo-penia and osteo-porosis. Sudden onset about 3 years ago. Probable cause of fluoride poisoning, possibly from a fluoride based rat poison, or insecticide; from a suspicious source.

We stumbled around in the wilderness of the germ theory of disease for about 6 months while the disease symptoms got worse and worse, and the rickets/osteo-malacia set in, as the fluoride caused the calcium to be ravaged from the bones, as the body attempted to save the poisoned one's life by sacrificing the bones calcium stores to keep the blood's pH within the narrow pH range of the living.

After failing to get any relief by playing the germ-theory game, I eventually stumbled upon the fluoride theory of arthritis, poly-arthritis, LYMES disease, CFS, FMS, osteo-malacia, rickets, osteo-porosis, IBS, alzheimers, etc., etc.

One of the chief sources of information on this was from a article by a JASON UTLEY. https://www.earthclinic.com/CAUSE_OF_FIBROMYALGIA.pdf ..... , or: https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/fibromyalgia.html#cause ....... and then many other new sources I found on the internet, by search engine searches using "fluoride", fluoride poisoning" , "fluoride arthritis" etc.

As to how to detox from fluoride, I would get calcium and magnesium and sodium minerals, and others, into my blood to try to quench the fluoride atoms from acid-ifying the blood. Choose the ionic forms of these minerals, that dissove in water, and are capable of donating their electrons to the blood chemistry, for use in quenching and neutralizing the fluoride ions. Go to this page, and read Bangkok Ted's ideas on using borax, baking soda, and lemon juice to neutralize the fluoride ions in the blood : Earth Clinic remedies to Remove Fluoride Poisoning and Buildup.
www.earthclinic.com/cures/fluoride.html
......... Do a search on earthClinic.com for "fluoride" and one on "fibromyalgia" also. Read up on all these ideas.

This should get you started on learning what to do.

The things I am told that can help remove fluoride from the body are: iodine, borax, cilantro herb as food, blood alkalyzing minerals, sea salt minerals.

The best symptom relief method I have seen work is the taking of hot water soaks in a bathtub, for about 30 minutes per treatment. using 1 quart of EPSOM SALTS and 1 tablespoon of BORAX, in the soak water..... For relief of arthritis & fibromyalgia symptoms. At least temporarily.

After the fluoride ions are removed: To undo the damage caused by the fluoride poison on the bones & cartilidges & muscles might take months & years of nutritional type supplementation, or special diets; I think.

I hope this helps you some.

Above all, learn all the possible sources of this poison.

note: bromide is a close cousin to fluoride, and is capable of causing most or all of the same damages. So you could also be suffering from bromide toxicity symptoms also. It is in the food supply also.

RA, is caused mostly by a few things; root canal teeth, consumption of nightshades, zoonotic infections (insect vectored infections ( best test for this in the USA, spirostat (triple shot babesia add on test). Triple means three different blood specimens. Most docs are doing finger, big toe stick and venous blood draw. They may not be doing business in your country yet, but you could go to their site and email the question.. Zoonotic infections include not only "Lyme disease" but 50 or 60 other spirochettes and non spirohettal infections like Leptosira, Q Fever, and a dozen or so Richettsia family. The flouride issue does play into this but for the most cipro and levaquin are causing theses types of symptoms because they are very effective at killing spirochettal infections which in turn causes a secondary immmune response to the cell membrane blebs of dead organism. This is the classic "herz". Although the floride or flourine residual also Chlorine can make RA much worse. Drsteve

Hi Dud,

Wow you are right, I was given antibiotics two years ago and then after this for some reason BANG life has been a misery. I am going to ring the doctor to find out what he gave me, but life has been a disaster even since. How do I get the fluoride out of my body?

Cheers, Cekm

Cekme;

Sounds like you got Lyme disease/fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome. Apparently caused by some kind of poison, like fluoride or mercury, in your tissues. Poly-Arthritis is a symptom, not a cause. Treat for the cause.

I gave this information to Margaret recently; see if it fits you:

-------------------------

"Margaret;

Poly-myalgia is sometimes a result of fluoride poisoning. Did she by any chance take a prescribed anti-biotic, like cipro, etc, etc, just before getting the symptoms ? [contains fluoride]

Some anti-depressants also contain fluoride. , I think. Many other drugs do contain it also, a long list. Pesticides contain it. Rat poisons contain it. City water supplies contain it.

........... check all her medications to see if they are made/contain from fluoride, in any form.

If so, she must detox from it.

Research fibromylgia, lyme disease, CFS, treatment protocols."

-----------------------------------------

read the earthclinic. com article on fluoride as cause of lyme disease.
