Fountain of Youth and Anti-Aging Remedies

Garlic

I'm 41 and people think I'm in my mid twenties, really.

I started using natural health remedies when I was about 12, probably younger. I learned about them from my grandmother who seems to have a kitchen antidote for all my summer ailments of fever, cold, nerve tonic; she even burned her own natural repellents.

I consider myself self- taught, and garlic is something I think no one should be without.

My studies over the years has lead me back to garlic everytime I treat an ailment for myself or recommend to someone else. From the common cold to prostate problems to longevity.

What makes garlic uniques is that it increases the potency of whatever you combine it with. For example if you take a multivitamin that has 500mg of vitamin B1, taken with garlic the potency of B1 will increase 5 to 10 times 500mg. It is the case with other essentials.

Currently, I'm taking garlic (including my multi) for a concussion after a nasty winter ice fall. Of course, I went to the hospital for treatment, nothing broken or torn, yet the pain and damage at the cellular level which doesn't show up on an X-ray, I know is there because of the dizzy spells and aches and pains I'm experiencing.

I know I need rest, water and garlic, for now.

Garlic is an absolute life saver for prostate cancer!

My father who is in his eighties, takes it ( crushed ) mixed with one spoonful of yoghurt every single night. He also goes for a daily walk and has plenty of rest. His memory is phenomenal. His mother died after suffering for nearly two decades from Alzheimer's.

Hi,

I originally used the chart and workout found in "The Natural Facelift" by Joseph Corvo. I always followed the acupressure workout but didn't really like the facial exercises. Another facial acupressure chart and routine can be found in "Eva Fraser's Facial Workout" by Eva Fraser. I do some of her exercises and prefer them. There are also much less detailed facial acupressure charts in the following two books "The Natural Face Book" by Juliette Kando and "The 10 Minute Facelift" by Tessa Thomas. All four of the books have their merits. In order I would choose the Eva Fraser, followed by the Joseph Korvo, then Juliette Kando and lastly Tessa Thomas.

Before buying anything get people to check their local library first. My local library has two of these. Then Ebay for the best prices before checking with Amazon. For instance the Joseph Corvo book is out of print and normally sells for a pretty steep price, so as all the books have their merits, go for the one which is most readily available first.

There are also hundreds of websites offering free facial exercises. Here, in my opinion, are two of the best:

www.shapeyourface.com

This guy is selling nothing and the eye exercise in particular really works. It doesn't just tighten up the eye, but seems to help lift the upper cheek area.

www.ageless.co.za/facial.htm

These people are selling a range of skin products, but the exercises are well explained.

Hope this helps. it might be an idea to post links to the two websites, that may cut down on the number of questions you receive.

B Vitamins, Omega-3s, Water

One of the best things to do is not wash your face daily. When I was in Nursing school I was the only one to get this question correct. God placed natural oil in our skin. It takes 24-48 hrs to replace it. Vitamin B, E, aloe vera and molasses are great! I never put soap on my face either. I have 8 grown children (My oldest is 42) No one believes me when I tell them my age. They guess me to be in my 40s or 50s. For gray hair SAGE and the B vitamins are the key. Fruits, veggies, no junk food. Omega 3 oils to keep the skin moist and lots of water drink at least 6 a day. I am not a water drinker but I divide the portions up. I take 2 morning, 2 mid-morning, 2 afternoon or evening .Keep your system ALKALINE with Apple Juice. Orange Juice is too full of Acid. An Alkaline system rids it of Toxins. An Oatmeal pack is great! Use Purified or Distilled water if possible or boil the water for 10 minutes if neither one is available.

After years of buying the expensive lotions and skin care programs on the market, I've found out that going old-fashioned and all-natural is the best way. This stuff has been repeated so many times that I think people get desensitized to it. Some of these companies are sympathetic, some want to separate you from your money, but most are a little bit of both. Forget them and go old school. Here's what I've found:

1. You need to stay regular. Drink lots of water and take fiber on a daily basis. When you eat too much food or any junk food, your digestive system gets upset and tries to throw off the toxins building up.

2. I trade off between molasses and ACV daily and it's been going well for me. Put a teaspoon of molasses in warm water and wash it down- it's got a mild carmel taste to it and is loaded with minerals and nutrients that fight acne. I swear by the ACV though- I mix a cap full or two in a small glass of water and it wakes me up mentally and physically. If I put it on a cotton ball it gets absorbed too much into my skin and causes a rash on my face (a common thing for people), so instead I pour a little in my hands and rub it in that way. Works like a charm. For soap I use castile (Dr. Bronner's is a good choice) because it's mild enough to use as for brushing my teeth. Anything with that sodium laurel sulfate crap in it has got to go. It's found in most of your shampoos. That stuff strips your skin of its moisturizing elements and leaves you unprotected- get rid of it.

3. Forget the fancy face masks you buy for ten bucks and only last you a month. Milk of magnesia works just as well if not better. Every other day is a good tempo because too many applications can dry your skin out. Depending on your skin type, you'll have to adjust it. Apply it to your face for 15-20 minutes at night and then wash it off.

4. Be patient and stop picking at the pimples. Think of a small cut you get on your hand, and how quickly it heals because you're not thinking about it and leaving it alone. Tearing at what is essentially a wound on your face is only going to make it heal slower, so you only make it worse. Your mom was right- stop picking.

5. And of course, the obvious: get a good sweat-induce workout on a regular basis. It gets the blood flowing and improves your complexion. Start taking a multi-vitamin, and for you bodybuilders stop using the creatine. Creatine is a safe product but it raises your hormone levels and contributes to breakouts. Arginine (aka NO2) not only makes you stronger, it improves blood flow to your skin.

All this stuff is dirt cheap and more effective than those top-of-the-line vanity products. Realistically, nothing's going to give you perfect skin. But you can at least fight it off at a reasonable price by sticking to these basics.

Julienne: Wow! So sorry I am just seeing your post. I truly think that Apple Cider Vinegar may be too strong for your face; some solutions may not suit everyone's body. You may also have an allergy to Virgin Coconut Oil --we must test these products overnight in our elbow pit before using them (an age-old mother's recommendation I, a pimple- bespeckled teenager, ignored to my own facial detriment! ) For your acne scars, investigate food grade diatomaceous earth. I have a family member in the same boat as you and finds Apple Cider Vinegar and Virgin Coconut Oil very drying to their skin and created more problems than they helped! DE corrected their problems. But they started slowly, taking 1/2 tsp with LOTS of water. I hope you found a solution for this skin problem. Blessings!

I know this is going to sound crazy, but I found the solution to beautiful, young looking skin. I am 45 years old and I am always mistaken for being early to mid 30's. The other day at the doctor, my nurse said I looked late 20's and wanted to know what skin care creams I use. Here's my secret... I don't do anything. I do not put a thing on my skin. I started doing this in my late 20's. I rinse my skin with purified water, gently blot dry and leave it to air dry the rest of the way. If my skin is peely or a bit dry, I take a towel and rub it gently to exfoliate after a rinse.

I do not go out in the sun, if I do, I use a good sunblock. That is it. When I turned 38, I thought maybe I should start using creams, just to preserve my skin. So I went to the makeup counters and tried out everything expensive. They actually made me look stretched and dried out, and less youthful.

Another thing to consider is this, if you want to look healthy and have a glow on the outside, it's what you put into your body that gives you that glow and healthy look. No cream or regimen can do that for you long term.

I just drink lemonade with sugar, it also contains pectin, citric acid, abscorbic acid, lemon pulp, lemon juice concentrate, water, a few other things in it. I have noticed I like this one best, possibly cuz of the pectin. But lemon (experiment) will tone your skin. It can make you thirsty meaning dehydrate ya a little. So drink some water if it causes too much dehydration. I think of it this way without being scientific. What does lemon do? Puckers things up. Tightens and tones. It also cleans and whitens.

I am 43 and am completely wrinkle free and youthful looking and do not use any moisturizer or special cream. My secret is my diet and it is 100 % vegan and sugar, yeast and salt free (including hidden sodium in soy sauce and baking powder). It is tough not eating any of these ingredients and I have to cook nearly everything I eat but the pay off is that I do not have any wrinkles and do honestly look about at least 10-20 years younger than I am. Sugar, salt and yeast are what causes wrinkles and exterior aging, especially salt, and animals products is what ages us health wise so if you eliminate them from your diet you too can have eternal youthfulness.

I think your reaction is caused by a nutrient deficit. Salt is a needed ingredient in the diet. Even animals have "salt licks". Celtic Sea Salt is the best salt, in my opinion.

Diet
Posted by Heinz (Tampa, Florida) on 11/13/2014

I agree with Molly.

Without salt our electrical system can't operate properly. Refined salt is a poison. Key word refined.

True sea salt, think pink or celtic, is good for us. The mineral profile of sea salt is the same as the body. I believe the celtic is best because it has more minerals, but pink or Himalayan is also good.

Without trace minerals we get the "munchies" because the body is saying I need nutrition. Without salt we die. Without cholesterol we get Alzheimer's.

Half truths can kill us.

Neck Massage With Castor Oil
Posted by Catherine (Seattle, Washington) on 09/17/2009

Thank you for reminding me about the neck! I massage my face every night after showering with castor oil but have not been applying it to my neck. The castor oil is amazing! I have given up my expensive creams because it works even better and my skin is soft and dewey. The tricky part is getting the timing right. I need to apply the castor oil early enough in the night so that it has a chance to absorb into the skin, otherwise I make my pillow all oily. I have tried to put a towel on the pillow to absorb the oil, but I wake up with towel lines on my face and they don't go away for at least an hour!

Just a reply for Tess in Florida: You said if you had to give up one exercise or ACV it'd be ACV. Just wanted to know why. I would personally think that the ACV would give your body the power to move toxins through your body when you are exercising, making really an important aid to the exercise. Also, without the nutrients from the ACV (so powerful) it'd be much harder to exercise. In general the ACV just seems to give you the benefits that seems like is coming from the exercise (which I am not knocking the exercise at all, it does major healing). I just think the ACV really propels the exercise as far as healing benefits are concerned. Give me your take! Thank you, Karen [email protected] Feel free to contact me.

Raw Food Diet

I was once vegetarian for about a year but had to quit because I was always dizzy, lethargic, and moody. My hair began thinning at that time, too. Turns out I have low iron assimilation as well as Nut, milk, gluten/protein intolerances. Ion pills gave me migraines. I had these problems as a baby; mom, bless her heart, didn't know this as she happily bottle-fed an immature, colicky gut and fed me regular food too early. I made sure my daughter was breastfed and that her first meals were not grain or cow's milk based. Warm stewed apples with a dash of cinnamon is a great dish to start a breast-feeding young one on. Now, she does not have the stomach problems that I have. She simply glows and she does still avoid excess milk and wheat. She mostly eats and makes chi/thai food.

You are right about a raw food diet; it does work! I did this for a week many years ago and I looked incredibly younger, seeing a difference after only 4 days. People thought I was my husband's daughter. But, it was soooo hard to maintain alone and with my low iron problems. My body craves a little protein and feels great when it gets it without grains or milk, my nemeses.

Interestingly, I once did a 30 day fresh carrot and veggie juice fast before a birthday; it was enlightening. I had to take an enema every other day as the bowel system functions less during this time. After the 3rd day I was not hungry and became committed to the full 30 days. BUT, around the 21st day - OH MY GOODNESS - I had an overwhelming desire to hit the toilet and the black tar that came out of ME for 20 straight minutes was astounding. I had NO idea how clogged and rimmed my colon had become with years of viscous, putrid, tarry offal. It wasn't pretty and it smell to high heaven; my husband opened all the windows. Afterwards, I had this overwhelming sense of spiritual lightness and a desire to finally eat. Elated, I goofed and ate pizza! Go Figure an Idiot! That cleansing experience was a wake up call that I ignored. So now, with diabetes dogging me I am committed to getting this body to a place it has always wanted to be. I totally get it that on this planet it is the ONLY thing that is truly MINE. It is the temple that houses ME and I've kept it very unclean and I reflect this. Well, enough is enough. As a friend once said, "Cat, we're not 16 anymore and our bodies are telling us this every day. We gotta listen." Sooooo, I'm listing now and I've made my body a LIFE PROMISE and I'm getting it together. THANKS BODY for waiting on me. :)

To prevent colds and flus food grade hydrogen peroxide works best for me.

It should be diluted to 3.5% and used as ear drops periodically to disinfect ears (common cause of flu), used after cleaning mouth (and for cleaning with baking soda, aluminum free please), also in a nasal spray pump (for that itch in your throat, 1.5% to use as nasal spray-I usually use 3.5% for nose anyway but its kind of harsh- a few drops of tea tree oil in steaming water with towel over head works better for such a use though).

Kepping these three places (ears, nose and throat) disinfected should keep you cold and flu free.

Hi Linda: Many people on this site recommend coconut oil for foot fungus. My husband finally tried it (after MUCH conjoling on my part) and within a week, his fungus disappeared. YAY! Once again, earth clinic to the rescue! :)

Now, as far as wheat and many other grains are concerned ....

There's an old, old saying that grains are for cattle. Well man, being omniverous, will try anything that looks edible and staves off starvation. Hence, we began cultivating and eating grains. The problem was that some people, genetically intolerant to grain protein, could not make the cross-over to grain consumption and experienced great problems. They developed huge stomachs (the body's way of adding water to protect the stomach), tummyand skin diseases, and other inflammation problems associated with grain consumption. I'm a decendant of one of those unlucky people and have suffered with this all my life - since I was a preemie baby. (btw - Preemie babies given grains too early, before their stomachs are mature enough to handle the grain protein, end up with lifelong stomach irritation and pain. ) When you can not tolerate grains, your body manifests this through inflamation such as: pain in joints, runny nose, breast lumps, bad skin, blurry eyesight, itchy scalp, hair loss, stomach pain & bloat, fungus, candida, bad breath and many other awful symptoms. When you get a chance, research Celiac Disease, and IBS (irritated bowel syndrome), and their connection to grain consumption. A great layman's place to start is with the book "Wheat Belly. " My 70ish Mom-In-Law used the non-grain way of eating recommended in this book and lost 20lbs in 1 month AND had 1 half reduction in her lifelong "basketball" stomach. No more esophagal pain, daily upset stomach, NOR daily diarrhea! So, I guess my answer to your question is simple: If you can tolerate grains, white or wheat - happy eating, you genetically lucky, lucky person! Peace Out.... CAT :)

My Fountain of Youth has been lemon juice inside and out. I drink the juice of half a lemon in warm water first thing every morning and about six months ago I started using it on my face as well. Over the years I have tried many vitamin c serums and none have done anything for my skin. Also glycolic acid treatments either don't have any effect or irritate my skin. Lemon juice has both glycolic acid and vitamin c. Three nights a week after washing my face I simply squeeze a teaspoon of lemon juice into the palm of my hand, rub my hands together and then pat that juice onto my face and neck. I then squeeze another teaspoon and use this on my hands and forearms. This has significantly reduced any discolourations and made my skin smoother and brighter. The first couple of times I used it there was slight stinging, but my skin has adjusted to it.

My other Fountain of Youth secret is facial exercises and facial acupressure. In my early 40's I found that I was beginning to get lines and puffiness around my eyes as well as jowls. Now I spend about 5 minutes a day doing some very easy facial exercises and another two minutes a day pressing acupressure points on my face. The lines and puffiness have almost completely disappeared and the jowls have firmed up completely. I have also managed to get rid of most of the family double chin (we are all short, with short necks and a tendency towards double chins).

Lastly, dry skin brushing has made a huge difference to the texture of the skin on my body and definitely increased my energy levels.

Flaxseed Oil

Re: Janise from Los Angeles, I am a student about to graduate with a B.S. in Dietetics (on my way to becoming a Registered Dietitian) and I actually just covered this subject: Alpha Linoleic Acid is Omega 3 essential fatty acid. Omega 6 is what we consume too much of in the Western diet and it is what interferes with the function of Omega 3. Naturally we are supposed to consume these two essential fatty acids in a 2:1 ratio, but in our diet the ratio is closer to 20:1. Due to the elevated Omega 6, all those symptoms that you mentioned (i.e. inflammation) are actually aggravated. Omega 3 (alpha linoleic acid) is very important and very beneficial, as it is important for the composition of tissues, membrane phospholipids, retinal photoreceptors, cerebral gray matter, testes and sperm. It also produces eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Studies have shown that increased consumption of omega 3 fatty acid improves a number of conditions and promotes general health. In summary, flaxseed oil is good for you. Your argument appears to be the opposite of what health professionals advocate.

Cold showers have been great for me too! I understand some people's hesitancy to hop into a cold show at first. What I do is start it out warm- not hot because those really hot showers just dry your skin up and I feel like they drive my body temperature up too. Instead, I start it out just warm enough to feel nice, then gradually cool it down as I am washing my hair & face, then by the time I get to the end of the shower, it's completely cold. I make sure to rinse out my hair completely with cold water, til there is no warmth running out of it anymore. My skin has definitely been more moist & smooth. My hair also feels much nicer- combining it with some of the natural shampoos talked about in other parts of the site, my hair is feeling much more soft and clean. I don't wake up the next morning with that gunky feeling in my hair. Cold showers take a little getting used to, but I definitely recommend trying it for a few days!

I came across the comment about massaging your feet at night with coconut oil and decided to give it a try, while also using the coconut oil nightly on my face. I noticed straight away on the first morning after doing this that the coconut oil had dried and shrunk the few blemishes I had on my face. It had also left my skin feeling lovely and smooth. The dark circles under my eyes hadn't disappeared but I felt that they were a bit lighter. After the second night of this routine the circles seemed lighter again. On the third evening I was too tired to bother with massaging the oil into my feet, so I just used it on my face- the next morning when I woke up and looked in the mirror those dark circles had almost completely disappeared! Thank you so much for this wonderful site. It's already been more helpful than years worth of expensive creams, lotions and potions filled with nasty chemicals :-)

Foot and Calf Massage
Posted by Earth Clinic (Atlanta, GA) on 06/03/2007

Massaging the Feet and Calves with Coconut Oil:

One night last week we started massaging coconut oil onto our feet at night to treat severely cracked heals. We ended up using the extra coconut oil on the calves as well. The next morning we awoke feeling very refreshed ... looked in the mirror and noticed improved skin tone, tighter pores and no dark circles under the eyes! Several more nights of massaging coconut oil... yep, same results. We also did the technique in the middle of the day and found that concentration improved markedly. This technique is obviously fantastic for improving circulation to every part of the body, including the face and brain!

You'll Need:
Coconut Oil (organic if you can find it)
Towel
Clean Cotton Socks

The technique: Sit on the floor with a towel spread out in front of you. Stretch one leg out onto the towel and start applying and then massaging the bottom of the feet with coconut oil... Reapply the coconut oil several times. Make sure to apply firm pressure to each part of the foot. Also massage your calves as vigorously as you can using one or both hands. Position your hand so that your thumb wraps around the calf. You are trying to improve the circulation in both the feet and calves, so try to apply as much pressure as possible without causing pain. We suggest you massage each foot and calf muscle for a minimum of 5 minutes.

Once finished with the massage, use the towel to dab any excess oil off and then put your cotton socks on immediately. The oil can get onto fabric, carpeting and wood floors!

Note 1: Get a reflexology book if you want to learn exactly what points of the body you are stimulating by massaging the bottom of the feet.

Note 2: If your feet are severely cracked, try adding 100% shea butter after an application of coconut oil.

Note 3: Be careful not to drip the coconut oil on your floor or carpeting as you apply it.

Blood sugar and cholesterol were markedly lower than the tests showed just prior to starting the cold shower regimen, with no appreciable changes in diet or physical exercise. My blood pressure was lower, and my pulse rate at rest has decreased from 72 to 54, which I find amazing. I am not in "great" shape physically, and I can only attribute these changes to the cold showers. This might actually be the 'fountain of youth'.

Kefir

I am using kefir (fermented drink) for a long time. I am making it by myself. From the country where I am coming (Macedonia) it is very a popular drink and considered very healthy. But also you can find it in the healthy stores. It helps with constipation, regenerates intestinal flora. It is very good for the skin. When you apply on the face before going to bed, after few days you will notice the results. Clean and more firm skin. Looking very youthful.

Apple Cider Vinegar

HI, I have decided to try the ACV for the first time. I mean 1000's of people cant be wrong. Great site.

Now I have been on it for about 2 weeks now (morning and nite) and havent seen any results , still have this pain in my right arm and havent seen my hair grow or my nails. This is what I want the most as my hair is very fine and never actually looks nice.

I used to use foligro long time ago, when you could buy the kit with the spray in it, today however you have to buy it seperately (money racket of course) and it costs about 100 or so a month. (cant afford it now) it did work it made my hair more curly and thickeer just a bit but after about 1 yr. Now of course its back to the same. So how long before this Acv remedy should start to work.

Thank you very much

Apple Cider Vinegar

James and Kittie,

I have question for my face: I am using Eden apple cider vinegar organic for my acne on the forehead and after 12-13 days it dried up and left me with many scars. I never had acne in my life like this. It was only when I drank barley juice to cure or remove belly fats and make my body healthy again. But the healing crisis I got was acne.

I stopped drinking barley juice after weeks that my acne did not clear yet. I stopped ACV after my acne dried up and after weeks started it again for pH balance and make my skin glowing even. I do not have pimples. It's been 22 days since I used ACV toner but my cheeks dried up too, wrinkles showed more under my eyes and some rashes. I see that my cheeks are becoming scaly that I see mild peeling all over. My uneven skin tone on my chin is still here and my over all appearance seems like I become ugly. Acne scars are still on my forehead, dry skin is still here. I feel like ACV is not for me. I used 50/50 mixture then removed 1/4 of the mixture and poured more water. I used coconut oil (organic) as soon as the toner dries up. I have combination and my skin is a little sensitive I guess because maybe of age (I am 37 now). I feel terrible with my skin on my face. I read some people that in 1-2 weeks their skin is nice and near to flawless with ACV toner. But I think ACV toner is not for me.

I also started yesterday to drink 2 tbsp ACV in a glass of water and I felt like I am going to be sick after an hour or several hours while I am in the office. I feel mild heat inside. In the evening before I sleep I drank again 2 tbsp with water and after 15-30 minutes or less I went to bathroom. I couldn't sleep after that until 3am. I was wide awake. I drank again the next morning, I went to restroom 3 times with intervals. But I still feel the mild heat inside me. I was again not feeling well in the office but it was gone after some time too. Maybe because of the toxins coming out of my body. I am not sure if it's the ACV working inside. Tonight I will be taking again. Please tell me if anyone of you have the same experience. I want to continue this externally and internally but I am getting bad experiences. Should I continue using the ACV toner even I don't have acne? I just want to use it to prevent zits, to lessen large pores, balance my pH, etc.

H2O2, ACV, Vitamin E

No offense, but 26 means NOTHING. I'm 30 and I wasted most of my 20's as a heavy smoker and drinker, and I still get carded. Plain old genetics can keep people looking young for quite a while! My great-great-grandmother is still alive.

Sure, I'd like to undo the damage I've done, that's why I'm here, but I wouldn't dream of being so naive as to assume I have the key for "how to stay young"! As far as I can tell, it's "drink far too much and smoke a pack a day while attending metal shows all night"...and I strongly suspect that this is not correct!

I think you have a good post, but if you don't smoke or drink, how could you get carded? ANyways, I do need to up my intake of water as well. Thank you.

Rhodiola and Vitamin E

We've just simplified our fountain of youth formula after experimenting for the past 6 weeks. The concoction we listed here previously takes too much time and energy to carry on for more than a day or two!

We have noticed that along with drinking plenty of water, the 2 supplements listed below will take 5-10 years off your face within a matter of hours. Unfortunately, these effects are short lasting. If you stop taking the supplements, your glowing and youthful skin will disappear once the supplements leave your system...

RECIPE:

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of distilled water a day.
2. Take together, 1 Rhodiola and 1 Natural Vitamin E capsule first thing in the morning, and then repeat the supplements in the afternoon.

You will notice that the combination of rhodiola and vitamin e causes your pores to shrink. This combination is almost as good as getting a facial.

The supplement from Siberia called Rhodiola costs around $30 for a quality brand. Make sure to read our fact sheet first to see what you need to look for. We tried dropping the supplement to see if just water and vitamin E would work and decided that no, this was an important component. Similarly, we don't think you can just take the Rhodiola and get these fantastic results either. It's the combination of rhodiola and vitamin e water that is so potent.

If you decide to try this combination of remedies, give it a few days and then please let us know (yea or nay) what you think!

P. S. 1: No, we don't sell Rhodiola, but you can read more about it here.

P. S. 2: The following combo produces immediate results if you already exercise regularly and eat well (i.e., no fast or junk food). If you don't, this concoction may not work at all.

Keeping our spirits high with good company, music, and dancing is also on the list of longevity factors.

Thanx for the book tip, will check it out. Been very down lately and got the miracle treatment needed for a long time, so am anticipating slowly coming back into the light of better health once again (snatching victory from the jaws of death). So yes, I am very committed to regaining 20+ yrs of sick-time and adding another 20 to that to finish this life as it should be. I already take 1 grm GABA every two dys, Astragalus every day, 50mg DHEA every day, Liposomal Grapeseed, Green Tea, Hops, extract, and pure Resveritrol almost every day. Love528 DNA healing music every day.

Just come-to-mind while visualizing you in comfort, down on the southern beaches, but something nearly opposite. What a great opportunity for cold water bathing with your lakehouse nearby. The cold water spooks the mind/body into hyper survival reset mode. The message is "I am going to die very soon", so it turns on all survival systems. I wonder did the Russian author suggest this as it is practiced mostly in that north-land?
