I use Nattokinase due to hyperviscosity, I have severe varicose veins, and hemorrhoids and cannot take blood thinners.

After multiple thromboses, 2 heart attacks, and a stroke, I found out about it on a coronary care website.

5 weeks ago, I began with 4000 FU per day increasing to 4x 4000 FU per day for 3 weeks. Will shortly drop back to 4000 FU per day. I use alongside K2 every second day. My issues have settled, my varicose veins are noticeably less, not hard and painful anymore. ( I have had this chronic complaint for approximately 35 years.)

To say that I am impressed by the results is an understatement.

My heartbeat is still often irregular however I am seeing better results and quicker recovery times.

How can you test to know for sure your blockages in your arteries are reducing?

And also do you think they are just getting smaller, or do you think they are actually being eliminated completely?

Is there any scientific evidence you can point me to which shows that Lumbrokinase cleans plaque out of the arteries please?

My mum had a heart attack recently and is on the highest dose statin, she also takes blood thinners, anti-coagulants, blood-pressure lowering medication etc etc, doctors would never advise her to take Lumbrokinase, nor would they even know about it.

I just can't put my faith into Lumbrokinase unless there is scientific evidence to support it.

Could you please advise on this, for example, do people taking Lumbrokinase continue with most of their other medication they are on once they have had a heart attack? I understand already that it is dangerous to come off anti-clotting medication if taking fibrinolytic enzymes as well. But given anti-coagulants are an extremely important medication, I feel like I'd be putting my mums life at risk by replacing those with Lumbrokinase. It's just so hard to know what to do. Ideally I'd like her to reverse and remove the plaque in her arteries, not just harden it up with medication and squash it with stents, but unfortunately I can't find anything conclusive on that. If that was possible to just dissolve the plaque in arteries with Lumbrokinase, how could that be kept under the radar? I understand the industry is corrupt and pharmaceuticals do in fact lie to us, but I would think something as profound as Lumbrokinase is like trying to hide the cure to cancer which I just don't think is practically possible. Am I misunderstanding the benefits of Lumbrokinase too, my understanding is that is cleans the plaque out of your arteries so that it is simply not there any more, the fur has gone, is this wrong, and if so to what extent?

Susan,

I was taking 1000 mg to 2000 mg of L Lysine to help maintain the Lysine/Arginine ratio.

Here is a link to the original study that used Arginine and NAC :

https://diabetesjournals.org/care/article/31/5/940/29974/Long-Term-N-Acetylcysteine-and-l-Arginine

Although that supplement trio worked for me, I am no longer using that method to normalize my blood pressure because I didn't want to have to take 3 supplements just for blood pressure and I didn't want to have to worry about keeping my Lysine/Arginine ratio in balance.

FLAX SEED POWDER FOR CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.

A metabolic disorder occurs when the metabolism fails and causes the body to have either too much or too little of essential substances needed to stay healthy. According to the two articles available in the net titled "Metabolic syndrome - Cleveland clinic" and "Metabolic syndrome - Systems and causes - Mayo clinic", metabolic syndrome is defined as collection of risk factors that chances of developing

1) cardiovascular disease

2) Stroke due to blockage and

3) Diabetes.

Our digestive system has both probioc (good) microbes and bad microbes. Probiotic microbes use soluble fibers as food and bad microbes use sugar as food. There is a video available in the net, titled "Vitamin K2 - What is it? Does it remove plaque" by Brewer. According to this video, Vitamin K2 guides calcium in the blood to its final destinations, bones, teeth, nails, etc. If the production of Vitamin K2 is very low in the body, calcium in the blood will deposit in the wrong areas such as arteries, lungs, etc. Some strains of probiotic microbes synthesize Vitamin K2 from the food we consume. If the count of these microbes is low, Vitamin K2 production in the digestive system will also be low.

For my blockage problem, I started taking 2 to 3 teaspoons of flaxseed powder per day. Flaxseed powder is a prebiotic food that is rich in soluble fiber, omega 3 and antioxidants. In two to three month period, I saw improvements in my blockage problem. One may take this prebiotic food if they have blockage problem. There is nothing to loose.

Best wishes.

What would be your best guess on how to take any of the kinases (Natto, Lumbro, etc.)? Would it be based upon body weight or how often or the amount taken per dose? I would like to try cleaning my arteries but I also know that Nattokinase and the others are blood thinners and too much can be a problem. Any feedback is appreciated.

As I understand it, when you have a large difference between systolic and diastolic, it is an indication of hardening of the arteries.

I do not remember why I started mega doses of vitamin C, but it has corrected a couple of problems. A year ago, my spread between systolic and diastolic was typically 75 with a bp 155/80. I just took it a few minutes ago, and it is 143/84, a spread of 59.

I have not taken any meds of any kind for decades. I am 68 yo. male. I started out aiming for 200 grams of vitamin C per day spread out through each day. Now it seems hard to remember, so I end up with about 30 grams a day.

I take 6 grams at a time and try to do it each hour. I try to quit by 4 pm so I can sleep without so much gas.

Another problem that was helped was blood in the semen. It cured it. Makes sense. Vitamin C helps the body to produce collagen, and collagen strengthens the blood vessels. I use ascorbic acid and make my own capsules. At times I will put a spoonful in a glass of water with some honey. The cheapest vitamin C I have found is from Vitacost. Every once in a while, it goes on sale BOGO half off.

Vitamin k2 peripheral artery diseaseIn 2016, there was a scientific study published in Atherosclerosis that found a link between a high intake of Vitamin K2 and a reduced risk of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). Researchers surveyed over 36,000 participants about how frequently they ate certain foods high in Vitamin K1 and K2.

I agree that cleaning plaque with nattokinase (i'd use lumbrokinase now) should take priority because it can be done within a month or so and pull them away from the edge of a heart attack. They can do the D3, K2 and Cod Liver afterward if they want. They will need patience for that process.

CURE FOR CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE – PROBIOTICS – MY EXPERINCE.

A metabolic disorder occurs when the metabolism fails and causes the body to have either too much or too little of the essential substances needed to stay healthy. Metabolic disorder can be determined from stool testing by identifying list of probiotic strains below normal level and list of bad strains that are above normal levels in the stool.

According to Mayo clinic and Cleveland clinic, metabolic syndrome is defined as a collection of risk factors that increase the chance of developing:

1) Cardiovascular disease,
2) Stroke due to blockage and
3) Diabetes.

There are three important articles available in the net regarding metabolic syndrome:

1) Metabolic Syndrome – Cleveland Clinic.
2) Metabolic syndrome – Symptoms and Causes – Mayo Clinic.
3) About Metabolic Syndrome | American Heart Association.

Any disease associated with metabolic disorder can be cured only by following one or more of the following:

1) Consume probiotics with the required probiotic strains to fix the underlying metabolic disorders in the digestive system.
2) Consume fibre-rich foods (e.g., ground flax seed, cinnamon powder, etc.) so that it will help in the multiplication of probiotic microorganisms (microbes) since fibres are food for good microbes.
3) Reduce the consumption of sugar since sugar is the food for bad microbes in the digestive system.

I had a heart bypass surgery in the year 1980. About 10 years back, I started taking probiotics for my cardiovascular disease to reduce blockage in the arteries.

First I started with an ayurvedic fermented tonic called “ Hridayasanthi”.

Then I started taking probiotic Kefir, probiotic yogurt, etc. After taking probiotics, the rate of increase of blockage in my arteries stands at a low level of about 1.5 % per year. But the blockage never decreased.

About 8 months back, I watched a video by Dr. Breuer titled “Vitamin K2 – What is it? – Does it remove plaque“.

After watching that video, I realised that Vitamin K2 production in my digestive system is low and this is the root cause of my cardiovascular disease. Vitamin K2 guides calcium to its final destinations, bones and teeth. But if the production of Vitamin K2 is very low in the digestive system, calcium will deposit in the wrong areas such as arteries, lungs, kidney, knee, etc.

There are a number of articles available in the net regarding Vitamin K2 and probiotic strain related to Vitamin K2. Two such articles are given below:

1) Long-Chain vitamin K2 production in Lactococcus Lactis.
2) Lactococcus Lactis with high vitamin K2.

According to these articles, lactic acid bacteria Lactococcus Lactis can synthesize Vitamin K2 from the food we eat. Therefore, increasing the count of Lactococcus Lactis bacteria in the digestive system will increase vitamin K2 production in the body.

According to an article titled “Vitamin D and cardiovascular Disease”, vitamin D also plays an important role in treating cardiovascular disease. There is another article available in the net titled “Oral supplementation with probiotic L. Reuteri increases circulating 25-hydroxyvitamin D”. This states that L. Reuteri increases serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D by 25.5 % over 9-week intervention in a human trial.

I was looking for multi-strain probiotic capsule / tablet that has probiotic strains Lactococcous Lactis (for vitamin K2) and L. Reuteri (for vitamin D). I searched the net and found 8 brands that contain the required probiotic strains and are listed below in the alphabetical order:

1) CaptainBiotics Probiotic – 19 probiotic strains.
2) Garden of Life RAW Probiotics for Women – 32 probiotic strains.
3) INNATE Vitality women's Probiotic – 17 probiotic strains.
4) InnovixLabs Multi strain Probiotic – 31 probiotic strains.
5) Nature's Secret Digestive Bliss – 18 probiotic strains.
6) NewRhythm Probiotic – 20 probiotic strains.
7) RAW Probiotics 100 Billion CFU – 34 probiotic strains.
8) Terranics Probiotic – 19 probiotic strains.

I selected one of these brands and took one tablet / capsule per day for about 90 days. I also took regular medication along with this probiotic. I also took 2 teaspoons of ground flax seed at night.

Now, blockage in my arteries are reducing and I feel great. Only regret I have is that I did not know about this treatment earlier. In my opinion, it is a simple and effective treatment for cardiovascular disease.

Best wishes.

Nitric Oxide Boosters
Posted by Art (California) on 06/13/2020 2147 posts

Supplementing with L-Arginine will boost Ntric Oxide, but it will also disrupt the arginine/lysine ratio which is not good! I know this from when I used arginine plus NAC for blood pressure control. It worked very well for the purpose, but I started getting colds one after another. I had never gotten so many colds one after the other and that is when I realized I was upsetting this balance by bringing too much arginine into my system and as soon as I added lysine into my regimen, the colds stopped!

Of importance is that colds are often times a Coronavirus as is Covid-19. Another problem that can develop is that pushing the arginine / lysine ratio toward arginine can also cause herpes flair ups and are likely to make it easier for certain viruses to take hold. Lysine works against this issue of too much arginine. Art

I am surprised that no one has mentioned nitric oxide boosters for cardiovascular disease. I have researched alternative medicines for many years and there are a couple of nitric oxide booster products that treat coronary heart disease. The main ingredients include the amino acids Arginine and Citruline and high levels of vitamin D. This product was tested on 30 heart disease patients. All patients ran out of any other options and 60% were on a heart transplant list. ALL got better and went home. You can find videos of the project on the internet. Both patients and those who performed the study were interviewed. The product is now in the physicians reference and a hospital uses the product as a first line of defense.

These boosters are based on a nobel prize linking nitric oxide to cardiovascular health. Viagra uses this same principle and so does nitro glycerine which is used by patients with angina. In fact, erectile disfunction is usually just an early sign of heart disease. If you have heart disease anywhere, you have it everywhere.

I was introduced to it by a friend about 10 years ago and have used it ever since. I am now 69 years old. My dad died from a heart attack at age 59. I used to get a lot of arrythmia's (PAC's, PVC's and some atrial fibrillation) I have had none since I started using these products. I know that this works for me because I was having problems with ED but since using this I have absolutely no problem. The product is great for diabetics and claims to get rid of neuropathy. I have a friend who comfirms this.

It is important to get a decent product. There are now a lot of people trying to sell nitric oxide boosters but I think most are not very good. If the product only has arginine in it, it will not work because citruline is needed to extend the process throughout the day.
Note that arginine can casue some diahrea in the beginning.

Gum Disease and Heart Connection

I recently got an antibiotic resistance test from my new periodontist which consisted of sticking paper tabs under my gums and sending it off to a lab ($125/500 depending on who does it for you). It came back registering a deadly toxin called fusobacterium nucleatum which is found in many post mortem alzheimers patients and cancer patients and those who have died of heart attack.

Get your gums checked immediately.

The problem was compounded by a recent discovery that this and other bacteria are always fed by a viral component. I was treated with anti virals for ten days followed by gum surgery followed by metronidazole since after 10 years of failed antibiotic protocols someone finally decided to test me for anti biotic resistance even though my gum health was in decline for a long long time. My health was better for a while. Went for follow up surgery and flew home on the metronidazole which landed me in the ER because it is contra indicated with high altitudes, messes up liver enzymes. Don't fly while taking Flagyl/Metronidazole.

My naturopath has me looking into the Marshall Plan. Will keep you guys updated.

NATURAL CURES FOR HEART DISEASE.
SPECIAL PROBIOTICS AND BROCCOLLI SPROUTS.

Metabolism is a term that is used to describe all chemical reactions in maintaining the living state of the cells and the organism. Metabolism can be divided into two broad categories as follows:

1) The breakdown of molecules to obtain energy.
2) The synthesis of all compounds needed by the cells (e.g., vitamins, enzymes, etc.)

According to an article from Mayo Clinic titled “Metabolic syndrome – Symptoms and Causes – Mayo Clinic”, metabolic syndrome is cluster of conditions that occur together, increasing your risk of heart diseases, stroke and type2 diabetes. These conditions include increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride level”. There are at least three diseases associated with metabolic disorders. They are as follows: cardiovascular disease, stroke due to calcium blockage and type2 diabetes. In USA alone, 48.5 % of people suffer from cardiovascular disease and 9.4 % of people suffer from type 2 diabetes. Stroke kills someone in the US about once every four minutes. A metabolic disorder can happen when abnormal chemical reactions in the body alter the normal metabolic process. The gut microbiota which is a population of microorganisms in the human digestive system has an important part in metabolism. One can prevent, control or reverse metabolic syndrome if proper corrective actions are taken.

1) CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
There is a video available in the net titled “Vitamin K2 – What is it? – Does it remove plaque “by Dr. Brewer. This video explains how calcium metabolism problem is the cause of cardiovascular disease since vitamin k2 control calcium metabolism; calcium in our food should reach its final destination bone and teeth. Vitamin K2 deficiency causes calcium to be deposited in the wrong areas such as arteries, lungs, knees, etc. Chemical name for vitamin K2 is menaquinones. There is an article available in the net titled “Production of Menaquinones by Lactic Acid Bacteria”. According to this article, Vitamin K2 is synthesized by probiotic strain ‘ Lactococcus Lactis' from the food we consume . Probiotic strain L. Reuteri synthesizes Vitamins B12 and B9 and increases Vitamin D3 level. Vitamin D3 plays an important role in metabolism. To cure cardiovascular disease, one can consume multi-strain probiotic capsule / tablet containing probiotic strains L. Lactis and L. Reuteri.

One can do search in the net for brands that satisfy the requirement. One can select the brand based on your criteria. This special probiotic tablet / capsule can be taken half an hour before breakfast ( or as directed by the manufacturer) for 60 to 90 days to see good progress. I have cardiovascular disease for about 40 years. But no one told me that it is a metabolic disease. I was prescribed a lot of chemicals to treat this problem. But I made only a small progress. After watching the video by Dr. Brewer mentioned earlier, I realised that I have metabolic disorder. I started taking special probiotic tablet (one per day) containing L. Lactis and L. Reuteri. One can also take 1 to 2 cups of broccoli sprouts per day. Broccoli sprouts can convert damaged cells in the body ( e.g., damaged cells in the arteries and heart muscles) to normal cells. Now, my calcium blockage is reducing; I am making good progress and feel great.

2) STROKE.
There are two main causes of stroke: a blocked artery (ischemic stroke) or leaking or bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke). But 87 % of stroke are due to a blocked artery. If the blocked artery is due to calcium deposit, probiotic treatment for cardiovascular disease can be used to clear the blockage.

3) TYPE 2 DIABETES.
The human body is home of trillions of bacteria, viruses, fungi and other tiny organisms. They are called microbes. An average healthy adult has about 15 % bad microbes and 85 % good (probiotic) microbes in the digestive system. This can be determined by stool testing. When the gut flora contains too many harmful (bad) microbes and not enough good microbes, an imbalance can occur. This is known as probiotic imbalance or dysbiosis.
There is a video available in the net titled “Type 2 Diabetes may be caused by gut bacteria” from diabetes research centre at The Netherland. According to researchers at that centre, all Type 2 Diabetes have probiotic imbalance in their digestive system. Probiotic imbalance problem can be corrected by Increase the count of probiotic microbes directly by consuming probiotics.

Once the probiotic imbalance problem is corrected, fasting blood sugar level will come to normal level since fasting blood sugar is mostly due to bad microbes in the digestive system. It will take about 2 to 3 months to see improvements.

If a person has more than one medical problem (e.g., cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes), the above treatment will solve both the problems.

Best wishes.
P. Raghavan.

SPECIAL PROBIOTIC CAPSULES / TABLETS FOR CVD.

Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from depositing in the wrong areas such as arteries, lungs, knees, etc.

There are a number of articles available in the net on Vitamin K2 for cardiovascular disease. The following two articles are very important: 1) “Vitamin K2: What is it? Does it remove plaque? “ by Dr. Brewer. 2) “Vitamin K2” by Dr. Mercola. According to articles available in the net, Vitamin K2 is synthesized by probiotic bacteria “Lactococcus Lactis” in our digestive system from the food we eat. If this probiotic strain is reduced in our digestive system because of stress / powerful antibiotic treatment / chemical exposure, etc., Vitamin K2 deficiency will occur. Since Vitamin K2 controls calcium metabolism, Vitamin K2 deficiency will cause calcium to be deposited in the wrong areas such as coronary arteries. This in turn will cause cardiovascular disease. One can take multi-strain probiotic tablet/ capsule containing probiotic strain “ Lactococcus Lactis “ to solve Vitamin K2 deficiency problem semi-permanently . I searched in the net for this tablet for about 45 minutes.

One can do additional searches in the net for other brands. But there are a limited number of brands with this probiotic strain. Then you can choose your brand based on user reviews or other criteria. This probiotic tablet may be taken half an hour before breakfast for about 30 days. If you have cardiovascular disease, it will be a good idea if you talk to your doctor regarding multi-strain probiotic capsules / tablets containing probiotic strain L. Lactis. It is a simple and effective treatment . One can take this probiotics along with regular medicines.

To clear blockage in the coronary arteries, probiotics should contain probiotic strains Lactococcus Lactis and L. Reuteri to solve calcium metabolism problem. For calcium metabolism, one needs Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3. Lactococcus Lactis will synthesize Vitamin K2 and L. Reuteri will increase Vitamin D3 level. SPECIAL PROBIOTICS F0R CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.

Cardiovascular Disease is caused by a built-up of fatty calcium deposits on the walls of the arteries around the heart (Coronary arteries). There is a video available in the net titled “Vitamin K2: What is it? Can it remove your plaque? “. This video is by Dr. Brewer. According to this video, Vitamin K2 guides calcium in the blood to its final destination: bone and teeth. When there is a deficiency of Vitamin K2 in the body, calcium will deposit in the wrong areas like coronary arteries, lung, kidney, etc. Chemical name for Vitamin K2 is Menaquinones. There is an article available in the net titled “Production of Menaquinones by Lactic Acid Bacteria”. According to this article, probiotic bacterial strain Lactococcus Lactis synthesizes Vitamon K2. This is done in the digestive system from the food we consume. If the count of this probiotic bacteria is very low, the production of Vitamin K2 in the digestive system will be low also. Vitamin K2 deficiency is the main cause of cardiovascular disease.

Regarding cholesterol, there is an article titled “Effects of milk products fermented by B. Longum on blood lipids in rats and healthy adult male volunteers”. According to this article, 32 male volunteers with serum cholesterol from 220 to 280 participated in a study for four week. There was a considerable reduction of total cholesterol, triglycerides and bad cholesterol for the male volunteers who took B. Longum for four week. There is another article titled “Effect of Probiotic Lactobacillus on Lipid Profile”. According to this, there was a significant reduction of bad cholesterol for the people who took L. Plantarum and L. Reuteri. According to another article titled “Effects of Probiotics on Blood Lipid Concentration”, L. Plantarum reduces both triglycerides and bad chlolestrol; L. Achidophilus and B. Lactis reduced bad cholesterol. The following probiotic strains play a role in cardiovascular disease in the order of importance:

1) Lactococcus Lactis 2) B. Longum 3) L. Plantarum 4) L. Reuteri 5) L. Achidophilus and 6) B. Lactis.

Out of this six probiotic strains, Lactococcus Lactis is very important since it is involved in the production of Vitamin K2 which is needed for the calcium metabolism. Since I have cardiovascular disease, I searched in the net for more than one hour to find multi strain probiotics containing Lactococcus Lactis.

I found the following probiotics in alphatical order:

1) CaptainBiotic Probiotic. 2) Digestive Bliss Probiotic. 3) INNATE Vitality Women's probiotic. 4) InnovixLabs Multi Strain Probiotic. 5) NewRhythm Probiotic. 6) Wholesome RAW Probiotic 100 Billion CFU. 7) Terranics Probiotic.

One can do search in the net for any additional probiotics. It is time consuming. Then select a particular probiotic you like most. While selecting probiotics, make sure it contains most of the remaining five probiotic strains. Take one tablet or capsule per day. One can expect good results in about 8 weeks. I am taking one of these probiotics. My calcium blockage is decreasing and I feel great. Only regret I have is that I did not know this treatment earlier. But people who are taking any immune suppressant drug cannot take any probiotics since probiotics will increase immunity level of the body. In my opinion, this is a simple and effective treatment for cardiovascular disease.

I hope the information provided here will be useful.

Best wishes.

Hi Grace,

You can join either or both of two statin Facebook groups that have been around for many years. Both moderators have personal knowledge of statins, and have either suffered damage or a loved one did. They are extremely knowledgeable, (Christopher was a critical care nurse before statins caused him to become unemployable as a nurse, but he is so knowledgeable of statin facts and literature) as are many of the long-term members. (Fran is like a book of knowledge and facts, after losing her husband to statin side effects many years ago).

Most of the members are also very well read about statins. They will all help you. The first group is “Stopped Our Statins” and the other group is “Side Effects of Lipitor, Lovastatin and Other Statin Drugs.”

I first saw a post from Christopher on Earth Clinic and have read his posts and advice for many years since. I found Fran several years before that. A good book on the subject is “The Truth About Statins” by Dr. Barbara Roberts, MD. She was the head of woman's cardiology and has analyzed all the statin studies to date, concluding that no woman has benefited from a statin. Eliminate high sugar and try to minimize inflammation and eat a Mediterranean diet. All the right tests, supplements and more are found on these sites, with comments from thousands of members who have gotten off their statins.

Best wishes.

Ayurvedic Fermented Tonic

Adi,

I have very positive experience with this fermented ayurvedic fermented tonic. It has 15 ingredients : raw sugar for fermentation, woodfordia fructicosa flower to start the fermentation process, hot extracts from dates, cardamon, cinnamon, black pepper, nutmegs, grapes, terminalia arjuna tree bark, etc. My feeling is it is reducing my blockage since it brings my bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides to normal levels. I am not sure about blood clots. You can try 2 teaspoon of this tonic per day. It would not hurt you.

Best wishes.

Why Mix Turns Green

Hi, just wanted to calm the fear about the color change. I just cooked up a batch of this for my husband in ceramic cookware, using a wooden spoon to stir and it did turn a bright blue-green color. I added the honey and still the same. I keep it in the fridge and I have taken it myself for three days now without any problems. I don't believe it's the metal utensils that caused the color change, although I think it's good advice to use glass or ceramic. I think it's just a chemical reaction among all the ingredients that's brought about by the heating process. I haven't felt any ill feelings whatsoever. I looked up Dr. Ketan Patkar's site that was recommended by someone in a prior post, and he says clearly to take it with a glass of warm water, as does Mama to Many. Get ready for a powerful flavor blast though!

Probiotics and Alkalizing Green Drink

Re: Probiotics and Alkalizing Green Drink for Heart Disease.

There are a number of articles available in the net on the effects of different probiotic strains on lipid profile. There is an article available in the net titled " Effects of Probiotics on Lipid Profile: A Review " by Aziz Homauouni, et al. This article summarizes various animal and human studies using different strains on lipid profile. If one analyzes the summary, one can come to the conclusion that effective probiotic strain that can reduce total cholesterol, bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides is : B. Longum. There are two other probiotic strains namely L. Reuteri and L. Plantarum and these two probiotic strains can reduce total cholesterol and bad cholesterol.

According to a research paper titled " The Hypocholesterolaemic Effects of Milk Yogurt and Soy-yogurt containing Bifidobacteria in rats fed on Cholesterol-enriched diet " by Abd Ed-gawad, et al. According to this paper, forty eight hypocholesterolaemic rats were used in the study. Twenty four rats were given ordinary yogurt (control group) and the remaining 24 rats were given ordinary yogurt + B. Longum for 35 days. The rats which were fed by B. Longum showed the following results at the end of 35 days:

1) Total Cholesterol reduction = 50.3 %.

2) Triglycerides reduction = 51.2 %.

3) Bad Cholesterol reduction = 56.3 %.

There is another research paper titled " Effects of milk products fermented by B. Longum on blood lipids in rats and healthy adult male volunteers " by Xiao, et al. This study uses 32 male volunteers with serum cholesterol from 220 to 280. The study duration was 4 week. At the end of 4 th week, there was a considerable reduction of total cholesterol, triglycerides and bad cholesterol for the male volunteers who took B. Longum and also their initial total cholesterol levels in the range of 240 to 280. Also, for the volunteers who took B. Longum, there was an increase of 14.5 % of good cholesterol (HDL).

One way B. Longum reduces bad cholesterol and triglycerides is as follows: B. Longum produces Bile Salt Hydrolases (BSH) enzymes. These enzymes will convert bile salt into amino acids and cholic acids. Cholic acids are not soluble in water and they are excreted. Amino acids acids are reabsorbed into intestinal track. Since the production of cholesterol is reduced by the BSH enzyme activity, serum cholesterol will also reduce. Because of this, bad cholesterol and triglycerides levels will come down. Once the bad cholesterol and triglycerides return to normal levels, fatty deposits in the coronary arteries will slowly dissolve.

According to an article titled " Daily doses of a new probiotic reduces 'bad' and total cholesterol by JO, 127 adult patients with high cholesterol participated in a study. They took 200 mg of L. Reuteri per day for 9 weeks. At the end of 9 weeks, the following are the results:

1) Total cholesterol reduction = 9.1 %.

2) Bad cholesterol reduction = 11.6 %.

According to an article titled "Cholesterol - lowering efficacy of L. Plantarum in hypercholesterolaemic adults " by Fuentes, et al, 60 volunteers participated in the study for 12 weeks. Those volunteers who took L. Plantarum and also their initial total cholesterol levels between 251 and 300 showed the following results :

1) Total cholesterol reduction = 17.4 %.

2) Bad cholesterol reduction = 17.6 %.

If one wants to control only bad cholesterol and triglycerides levels, there is no need to take alkalizing green drink. Take one multi strain probiotic capsule 30 minute before breakfast for 60 days and see the results after 60 days.

This thread is based on my understanding of various articles on this subject in the net. Any correction or additions will be appreciated.

Best Wishes

P. Raghavan.

Probiotic Capsules and Alkalizing Green Drink For Heart Disease.

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is usually caused by a build-up of fatty deposits on the walls of the arteries around the heart (coronary arteries). It is caused by high level of bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides in the blood. One of the main reasons for high level of bad cholesterol and triglycerides is the probiotic imbalance in the digestive system. Probiotic imbalance in the digestive system is caused by:

1) Antibiotic / Steroid treatment

2) Stress

3) high fat diet

4) Sedentary life style

5) Smoking

6) Alcohol

7) Refined sugar, etc.

The probiotic strains most often mentioned in the research papers for high level of bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides in the blood are the probiotic deficiencies of :

1) Tier I (Critical ) = B. longum, L. Plantarum and L. Reuteri.

2) Tier II ( Useful) = L. Fermentum, L. Casei and L. Achidophilus.

There are multi-strain probiotic capsules containing the above six strains ( including other probiotic strains) available online. One such probiotic capsules in Amazon.com is :

ULTRA-30 Probiotics - 18 strains - 60 capsule.

It cost about US Dollar 28.

One can follow the following protocal for the treatment of coronary heart heart disease:

1) Take one probiotic capsules containing the six probiotic strains in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast for 60 days.

2) If there are damaged cells in the heart (due to heart attach), coronary arteries ( due to fatty deposits ), and other parts of the body, take alkalizing green drink 30 minutes before dinner for 60 days.

It has to be prepared by taking chlorophyll-rich foods like spinach, cilantro, parsley, wheatgrass, etc. and add half cup of water. Extract green juice and then add 2 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice from one lemon and pinch of sea salt. Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice will keep the body alkaline. Chlorophyll will repair the damaged cells under alkaline cellular environment.

After 60 days, if the bad cholesterol and triglycerides return to normal levels, you are cured. But one has to follow the protocol two days in a week for maintenance. Once the bad cholesterol and triglycerides returned to normal levels, the fatty deposits in the coronary arteries may start to dissolve.

If there is no improvement in the levels of bad cholesterol and triglycerides after 60 days, the cause of coronary heart disease is other than probiotic imbalance. It may be due to:

1) Enzyme deficiency

2) Coenzyme deficiency,

3) Genetics, etc.

Best wishes,

P. Raghavan.

I have just started learning about IV therapy, but it seems to be a real miracle way to get 100% absorption of nutrients.. I feel a person that can't afford IV therapy needs to be bold and learn to self administer IVs. A person must carefully study how to administer an IV. Be bold and self administer. Don't be afraid. You and your wife can learn to admister IV therapy. It is not that dangerous. I have not researched, but veins are missed by those professionals administering all the time and everyone always lives. It is not as dangerous as medical field would make you think.

I was given an IV the other day by a senior paramedic and I watched as a small air bubble went into my vein. Then when he pulled the IV blood went everywhere. I mean it sprayed and he failed at both ends of it. He allowed an air bubble in during connection of IV and then he allowed blood spray when pulling it out. Double F, F (failure, failure). I lived and no harm no foul. Just learn to not allow huge amounts of air into the blood stream and you will be safe. Keep everything clean. Learn all the dangers. And make sure you get quality product and do your home work on mixing the IV safely. And get the IV fluid from a trusted alternative source, or learn to make your own.

I heard a Doctor recently say, a couple can learn to self adminster IV therapy and remove a huge cost burden.

Also, consider Glultathione IV for MS and Parkinsons. Two sources I'm hearing are having excellent results.

Why Mix Turns Green

Jg, that happens often when you mix crushed garlic with lemon. Especially if you don't consume it within a few hours. It's some chemical reaction.

It doesn't affect the taste, and probably not the medicinal properties, it's just quite unappetizing!!

Heart Health - Damaged Hearts

This article is very good news...My own experience with vitamin D has been great as have my family members. I personally take high dose D3 right now to combat mold illness. Ted has mentioned that 10,000iu is what your body makes in sunlight easily. So therapeutic doses would be higher. Other Drs. Dr. Combria is having great luck reversing Multiple Sclerosis with high dose D. Ted recommends it in IBS and Crohn's. Things to watch would be the other ingredients in the gel cap no safflower oil. I use Now brand or Solgar D3 in coconut oil. I also take 200mcg of selenium and magnesium as glycinate malate, and magnesium oil 5 drops in water am and pm, plus k2 every other day, related to the absorption and utilization of D3. Janet

Why Mix Turns Green
Posted by Al (Warsaw, Indiana, Usa) on 02/23/2016

The reason your mixture changes to a greenish tint is because it is being cooked in a metal pan. The acidic level of this mixture, while great for your arteries, corrodes the metal, making it unfit to use (unless you enjoy high levels of metal toxicity in your system). Try using a glass or ceramic cooking utensil.
