How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar to Treat Sinus Infections Naturally

I found your site recently while looking for help with allergies/sinus problems. I now realize that I may have a sinus infection from a recent cold I had. I've been taking the apple cider vinegar regiment for two plus days now and I've noticed at least two things: higher energy, and better complexion. My sinus problem is putting up a fight, but I have a good feeling about this cure. I hope it works.

I am a believer! I had a sinus infection, did a search online in hopes of finding a cure w/out a prescription, found this site by chance,and tried a few things. I started with the apple cider vinegar (_______'s) and it helped, but the miracle happened when I bought oil of oregano capsules. Two days later, I could breathe at night and my mucus was well on it's way to clearing up. I continued for a couple more days after that and I am cured. In the meantime, I have been drinking the ACV in the morning to help clear me up (I think it is allergies at this point) and it works great. I also suffer from migraines and I am excited to hear this will help. One thing I tried that worked OK but didn't make much difference for me was the tomato drink for congestion. I am not giving up on it though because it has lots of garlic and vitamin C. I am grateful to this website! Thanks!

I just wanted to thank you for the remedy of acv it has worked like a miracle from up above. I feel great, sinus have just cleared up dramatically and feel more energetic. I also tried the tomato tea works great also thanks.

my nose constantly runs clear in the morning and other times and I have found sniffing _______s acv and water stops it, its better than taking allergy pills.

I am normally sceptical, but yesterday I was also desperate. My sinuses hurt badly yesterday. At lunch time I went and got the store brand of Apple Cider Vinegar and spring water. I thought "what could it hurt." My sinuses felt like I would never recover. I took a dose of the ACV with 8 ounces of water and immdeiately, the congestion in my throat started to break up. By the middle of the day (and my second dose), my headache had mostly dissapated.I took the third dose before bed along with some sinus meds. Today: No Headache! My sinuses are still blocked some, but I was well on my way to a doozy of a sinus infection when I tried this, so even though the ACV did not cure me overnight, it did enough for me to continue taking "the cure" until my sinus infection is gone (hopefully by tomorrow). I took 2 rounds of Amoxicillin to try and get rid of a sinus infection brought on by allergies. When I ran out of medicine, I surfed to find a natural cure and ran across this information. I started drinking the mixture with honey and lemon and night and sipping your mixture during the day. I can't believe how much better I feel after only 3 days. Is it OK that Im doing both? I thought if I saturated myself really well in the beginning to get rid of the infection then I would cut down for maintenance. I still have quite a lot of drainage but I'm definitely better, my skin is great and I've lost 2 pounds.

I am continually prone to sinus infections due to allergies. I recently had a horrible sinus infection and didn't want to take yet another round of antibiotics. I searched the internet and found your website. I began drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar with water and the infection was gone almost overnight. Since stumbling on your webpage I have completly gotten off sinus meds. I went through the whole ACV diet but could never get the dose right. I have no doubt that the ACV healed me but sometimes if I took too much I felt like I would jump out of my skin!

I did the act nasal rinse using the Neil med bottle and it was excruciatingly painful. Then my nose ran tons of clear mucous changing to darker and I started to feel better but my nose just ran. Then about two hours later extreme sinus pain. I had followed up with a saline rinse twice that night and steamed over hot water. The pain in sinus was extreme. My cheeks were bright red. So I don't know if it was a reaction to acv. Or

I'm so glad I remembered this site. I haven't had this bad sinus infection for a long time & the Apple Cider Vinegar was just what I needed. It started working right away, I used as a sinus rinse. I'll drink it with tea through out the day. Is there any thing else I should do? Do you recommend the B----g organic acv? I didn't have it so I used what I had of another brand. Thank you.

ACV for sinus infection: It does work but it's not easy. I find that I can eliminate a sinus infection using ACV mixed with water in a 3 to 5 days if I drink it diluted throughout the day. It does make my stomach upset because it is so acidic but without a doubt it works.

I'm going to try using the ACV capsules and see if they make me feel less sick on the stomach because I can barely stand it long enough for the sinus infection to begin to retreat.

Drinking diluted ACV for colds and sinus inflammation worked as promised! But I still want to know how to make ACV rinse though. Hope someone here can tell me. Thanks!

Orange mucus? I been dealing with it for several years and can't seems to get it cured. My sinus infection is minor. I have no pressure, just post nasal drip and challenges sleeping my nose playing up I was really concerned about the orange mucus

Apple cider vinegar for sinus infections: Yes it works ... you can do ACV with some honey and it slowly clears you out. Just be patient and it works. I get lots of sinus infections so it was great to not have to take antibiotics. Suggest you also do the Neti pot with the salt as that clears out the existing congestion and ACV thins out the new stuff.

I had been suffering the last three days with a Sinus infection and spent over 30 dollars on over the counter Sinus meds and sprays only to get temperary relief. I finally gave in and went to the doctor, who only gave me yet again, another nose spray and a perscription for an antibiotic (basically 8 capsules of cultivated mold) for 50 dollars... I don't know about you guys but I don't have 50 dollars to drop on my nose. But thank god I found the Apple Cider Tonic on this site, and within less then 30 minutes I could breathe through my nose again. Whoever came up with this idea deserves a medal! Sceptical but desperate I tried this idea today. Within 10 minutes of sipping the solution I bent down to pick something up from the floor and whooosh the whole lot cleared from my sinus. I've drunk the rest over the balance of the evening and have not had pain or drips since. It makes your throat a bit raspy but hey... What a simple yet effective fix. Much appreciated folks!!!

For about a decade, I'd have to get a prescription for sinus infection at least once or twice per year. The results were usually decent but took a while.

Since I found this site & home remedy 3 or 4 years ago I have not had to get a presciption even once! The results are phenomenal. It works quicker and more completely than antibiotics. The fact that it is natrual is a huge "plus".

I've found that the warm water with ACV and honey works best, for sure, but cold water and ACV will do a fair job in a pinch.
