My vet had to remove a cancerous lump from my dog and sad it probably traveled. I did tons of research and found India has the least amount of cancer because they use tumeric (curcumin). I gave my 60lb dog 600mg capsules and I was taking them as well. My girl lived till 17.5 The vet was blown away. I told him and he immediately printed out a page saying tumeric with coconut oil cures cancer. I do have to warn you, tumeric does create kidney stones so you must be careful on the amount taken.

Wanting to know how many parts hydrogen peroxide to how many parts DMSO? My cat has a large tumor on his shoulder & one on underside of front paw. I love him dearly & just ordered some food grade hydrogen peroxide from Amazon. This sounds like a winning combo as the peroxide brings oxygen to the tumor. Cancer cells thrive in low oxygen.

Castor Oil

Hi Stephanie, thanks so much for your response. I have used Manuka Honey in the past and was thinking of going that route if the healing didn't go well. I am happy to report (fingers crossed) that the activated charcoal poultice is not only pulling out what's left of the lump, but also healing the wound. I'm actually shocked on how well it's working, dare I say, even better than castor oil. I do appreciate you confirming that if the healing takes a turn for the worse, to rely on the Manuka Honey. Thanks again.

Erma, I was just reading about Manuka Honey. It might be able to heal open wounds, putting it on the wound and then covering it with a sterile gauze pad.

Update: I made a charcoal and psyllium husk poultice, which successfully cleared up the infection. The lump has since opened and is now raw. I'm unsure about the next step: should I continue with the charcoal/psyllium poultice, or switch to a turmeric and cayenne poultice to both heal the surface and address the larger lump I can still feel under the skin? I'm also wondering if I should start using castor oil again. I would appreciate any advice on the best course of action. Thank you.

Looking for help. I've used castor oil on a previous dog's breast lump and although it pulled out the tumor (the size of a baseball) the healing was slow and the large opening never closed up. Even with turmeric, cayenne pepper and any other remedies I could find, she died of sepsis 6 months later. I now have another dog that started with a quarter size lump. This is the second time it's developed. The first time I applied the castor oil, the lump expanded and burst and healing went well. I've been applying castor oil for months to the new lump, a pad consistently in place, sometimes with heat, mostly without. This time the lump although looked like it would expand and burst, instead elongated from the body and stayed that way. Yesterday while changing the pad, I noticed the lump has now doubled in size, closer to the body, hot to the touch and my dog won't let me feel it. I'm not sure if things are getting better or worse and whether a visit to the vet is finally in order. Thanks for reading, all advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello. My dog has an aggressive fibrosarcoma tumor on his front leg. This is the second time, and unfortunately cannot be removed again due to location and not enough skin. I tried the castor oil each night for a week. Yesterday after taking the wrapping off, it bled for a little bit but his entire leg is now swollen. He's favoring it a lot today and won't stop licking at it. I'm not sure what this means or if there's any other remedy I can do. Please help!

Re dog with aggressive gum tumor (DMSO page):

Take a clove of fresh garlic, smash it and make the dog lie down, press the garlic on the tumor and keep holding on the growth for 5 or 10 minutes do this twice daily, and the tumor will be gone in a few days, tretaed one of my dogs, garlic kills cancer on contact.

I'm sorry to sound unkind but NO ONE should ignore a pet eating something as large and unusual as a corn cob!! PLEASE do not avoid a vet in that kind of situation! Causing your dog to try and vomit it up could cause an esophageal tear or have it get stuck in the esophagus or throat He probably needed an endoscopy or surgery.. my Goodness please people, don't use these methods for something as serious as this . YES you probably ruptured your dog's tumor 😞😞😞 I am not a Vet, but am a registered nurse and sometimes people and pets need professional help.

We have a vet appointment on Thurs to see what it is. Praying it is nothing but the more I read, the more I am convinced it probably is.

Did you receive any benefits from using the oil?

Forgot to include:

Another way to apply Epsom Salt Soaks is to prepare a pan/bowl of very hot water, dissolve as much epsom salts into it as you can, dip a wash rag into the salt water, lightly wring out, and apply to the infected site until it cools, repeat until 30-60 minutes of soaking has passed.

Hello Barbara,

Sorry to hear about the ulcer on your cat's lip.

A couple of tried-and-true, old-timer treatments come to mind because they have been effective for so many different animal infections and wounds for a very long time:

1. Hot Epsom Salts Packs - apply for 30 minutes, 2x/day. Heat salt in a frying pan, dump into 3-lined cheesecloth, dip into hot water, wring it out a bit and apply to infection.

This treatment has been successfully used to draw out all sorts of infections and ulcers on animals. My mother used to use this on our outdoor cats who would always come home with ulcers and other wounds, it worked perfectly.

2. NuStock ointment. First shave the site then apply a thick coating of the ointment and cover with a non-stick bandage so that it does not dry out. Or, use one of those elastic wraps if possible. If you can't do this, then simply leave the ointment on the area and reapply often. Ideally, leave on for 3 days, covered, then reapply after removing any discharged debris. Make sure the ointment remains moist while on the skin so, you may need to apply more ointment.

Repeat application until completely healed.

NuStock is a blend of ~ 75% sulfur, pine oil and petrolatum. There are other versions of this ointment on the market. One product uses raw shea butter instead of petrolatum. The pine oil is probably 100% gum turpentine which is the distilled oil from pine resin. So, it is pine resin essential oil.

This has cleared many different infections on the farm.

Good luck. Sherri

Hi Barbara,

It can be such a scary and powerless feeling trying something new to help our fur babies. I can tell you, without any hesitation, Colloidal Silver will not harm you, your cat or any other pets. It's the one thing helping my 13 yo dog poly arthritis, chronic inflammation, cysts, yeast.... I give it to her 3 times a day and put it in her water. I have been drinking it as it's the only thing that helps Lyme.

Many websites associated with conventional medicine (pharma company controlled) have. list of inexpensive, universal healing agents they attack. Colloidal silver is one, chlorine dioxide is another, iodine, boron, vitamin B 17 just to name a few. I would be surprised if you didnt find all you need to heal her here. Sending you both love.

Hi Hollyhock,

I use the Costco/Kirkland cat food in a purple bag. I learned that their puppy food is made by Diamond, which is a high quality food. Labeled as Kirkland it is half the price. I suspect that the cat food is the same deal - a more expensive brand sold as Kirkland.

I just started my 13yr old bulldog / Staffordshire mix on sea buckthorn berry oil yesterday and I'm praying for results like stated here. I'm wondering how long Boppo has the mouth tumor before you started this. I noticed the lump 2 weeks ago (marble size) and took her to the vet within this time it grew 3-4 times the size and is now tomato size. It's been bleeding and she's bit chunks off. Follow-up appointment wasn't great - more antibiotics and pain/anti-inflammatories they are willing to attempt surgery but aren't recommending it. They expect it to grow back within a month or 2 if surgery is done. I'm just wondering if you experienced bleeding with Boppo. I know this is an old post but hoping someone with similar experience can shed some light. Thank you!

Dear Barbara,

I have never heard of colloidal silver being toxic for cats. I have used it for cats and dogs and myself in very large quantities.

I would also try turmeric for your cat. 1/4 teaspoon twice a day, mixed in food, or mixed with water and given in a syringe. My German Shepherd puppy had an odd mass on his neck and turmeric got rid of it.

Is any of the ulcer accessible to you? Castor oil is great at reducing all sorts of growths. You just apply some topically. (If your cat ingests it, it isn't a problem but can cause loose stools.)

My cat had an odd growth on her mouth, as I am now recalling, many years ago. We were sure she would have to be put down. She had recently had a litter of kittens. We took her to the vet and he said to get the kittens off of her (which we did.) The kittens were taking a lot out of her. That said, if you cat has any stress, try and remove it, and give her the best food possible. (We use Costco cat food. Anything else and our cat gets UTI's.)

Keep us posted!

My cat was diagnosed with “Rodent Ulcer” under her top lip, what a nightmare! It is now huge but it doesn't hurt her but she still eats, although I make sure it's very juicy! I've been putting Colloidal Silver drops on it, but I'm kind of winging it & it's only been a few days & I'm having second thoughts about using it after reading that it can kill if it's swallowed! I'm sure being on that tumor it leaks into her mouth, that's why I'm very concerned. After 60+ years of cats & others animals, I've never seen this & 6 of 7 vets, didn't know what was wrong when it started! That's how rare it is! This is the size of a ping pong ball that's been flattened IN her mouth attached under her top lip! Anybody else trying to help their pet baby??

My dear cat, an eight year old male, who was my baby, was diagnosed in November of oral squamous cell carcinoma. I had known many people who had faced this with their cats and even with the help of many dollars and chemo, etc. the cats all had a horrible death. I was devastated. My cat was never exposed to any toxins, wasn't given vaccines because he was strictly indoors with me, and I had only ever fed him a nutritionally complete raw food diet which he never turned his nose up at. He was the picture of health. I tried using MMS and DMSO every hour 8-10 times a day for three months. It did nothing. I think I was most bitter because so many "testimonials" indicated it usually works. I will say, that for those three months, he seemed like he had a great quality of life except for the fact that the last two months, the tumor around his tongue and down his throat was so large that he could not keep his tongue in his mouth and it was a struggle for him to eat. There was also blood tinged mucous everywhere. But he never had bad breath or many of the horrible symptoms I had been told of. Right up until 12 hours before we euthanized him, he seemed he was pushing himself to be the best he could be and enjoying life as much as he ever did. He suddenly could not breathe and there was so much mucous coming from his mouth. He also didn't want to be near us. From what I have read, living with this condition for three months is a long time. So, maybe the protocol helped him live longer, but it didn't slow the growth of that horrible tumor. I mixed up the MMS and the DMSO separately and applied it to his food each day 8-10 times (small meals) every day. I wish there was a clue as to why this very aggressive cancer is taking the lives of so many cats and dogs!

All in know is that my dog had this huge tumor on his neck. I could not afford to have it seen about. I read up on tumors & after a month of one capsule of Pau D'Arco a day that tumor shrunk & disappeared & never came back.

If it cures a tumor I think it would help heal crohns. It has many uses.

Every one is different, so use your discretion.

I would also use (at a differing time), Castor Oil Packs 3x/week (plenty of quality info on this very site) over the area, along with a few drops of Frankincense Oil. And surround your pet in your mind's eye with a green healing glow, which also helps. Thoughts are things and they're always going somewhere; so how about your pet's reality?

I saved my cat and gave him 3 years of quality life using Dexomethosone (powerful steroid) and strong CBD oil dosages, plus saline sub Q every day for 3 months. The emergency vets told me he was in kidney failure, with a Bun/Cr. of 6. Slowly over the next few months of prayer and treatment, that Bun/Cr dropped to? 2!!! 2 is high normal function for an old cat. I knew he'd eventually hit the wall, but with fluids and love that cat got 3 years of quality life. Shortly after we moved to Florida, he got worse and started down hill I believe he had contracted something outside bacterial that finished his heart and kidneys off. The vet here would not treat him as my old vet with the Dexomethsone, Abx and CBD. I think we could have recovered him had I started treatment in Nov. when he first showed issues. Nonetheless, he did get 3 years of life and the vets were astounded at his numbers AND the fact he didn't go on to develop kidney cancer till the very end... they told me I'd put him into remission WITHOUT using harsh chemos. Since that time I've learned of Fenbendazole, Curcumin, and CBD oil being used for cancer cure... see Joe Tippens....

Miracle oil for Rectal Mass Tumors in Dogs

My 15 pound male Shi-Tzu mix, Mr. B., who will be 17 years old on his next birthday, was diagnosed with Benign Rectal Mass Tumors about 10 years ago. I had seen them on his anus even three or four years prior but they were small and I thought they were scar tissue from a previous surgery on his anal glands so I didn't follow up. A new vet we saw for regular care, diagnosed them as Benign Rectal Mass Tumors when Mr. B was in for a routine visit. Dr. A, removed the tumor taking approximately 25% of the anal ring with it and explaining that if it ever recurred, removal would most likely cause fecal incontinence.

Within five years he did indeed suffer a recurrence and the tumor grew to be an external protrusion about the size of a golf ball. Several veterinarians I consulted, while desperately seeking a remedy, informed me that the tumor was too large to remove and that it would eventually block his rectum and stop his ability to defecate and I would have to have him put down. This little dog is my life and I was not willing to allow that to happen without exhausting every possible effort to heal him. About that time I found a book at Natural Grocer's on the wonders of Castor Oil for my self and was surprised to find that it has been shown to be effective on tumors. After researching further I began to use a rubber glove to put the oil on Mr. B's large ugly anal tumor every day. It began to continuously shed a layer of bloody mucus and for a while it was difficult because of the mess. I had to cover furniture and bedding with sheets to prevent everything from getting soiled with the mess. However, the tumor stopped growing and after about a year of using pure castor oil, and dealing with the mess, the tumor developed a pit in one side and began to drain an unpleasant smelling fluid. Fearing that I may be causing him unnecessary pain, as he began to lick it intently several times a day, I continued to research other oils and I decided to do some experimenting. I mixed:

1 Tablespoon of Pure Castor Oil (Very important to buy hexane free Castor oil)

1 Tablespoon of Virgin Coconut oil, and

1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil together. I stored it in the refrigerator and used the mix up about every 3-4 weeks with daily application using a small amount each day on a gloved finger to coat the tumor.

My thinking after much meditation on the study I'd been doing was that the Castor oil by itself was very effective but may be causing the discomfort my buddy was experiencing and I wondered if mixing these three oils might make it gentler, and possibly even more effective as each have unique healing properties of their own when used separately. Sure enough, the constant draining and sloughing of the tumor slowed down, my buddy seemed more comfortable and I had less mess to contend with. I researched the healing and anti-inflammatory properties of Turmeric and found a formula for Golden Paste (find the recipe in the FaceBook Users group called Turmeric User's Group (TUG). You will have to join this user group (free) to get the recipe but it is well worth it to read the anecdotal experiences and research presented on the uses of Turmeric.

After researching this, I decided that the anti-inflammatory qualities of Turmeric would be a good addition to my 3 oil blend, so I cooked the Golden Paste, following their recipe to the letter, and then took a tablespoon of my 3 oil mix and mixed it with a tablespoon of the golden paste and began using that for the daily application, remixing fresh as I used it up in small daily applications. Within a few months the tumor was no longer visible from the outside... remember it was a golf ball sized ugly red mass before.

My vet was amazed as she and the Consulting Vet they had referred me to, had basically told me this condition was going to kill him. Once she saw how the tumor had shrunk, she actually asked me for the recipe so that she could give it to several of her other dog patient/owners who also had inoperable Benign Rectal Mass Tumors. She calls Mr. B her miracle dog now when we visit. Recently an exam revealed that the tumor has grown again inside and he has had some difficulty in defecating again. So, I have begun his treatment again on a daily basis. I had slipped out of the daily routine and was only applying it on occasion when I thought of it and this may explain his recurrence. Now I'm back to every day and hoping for the same results again.

I believe this 3 oil blend, that I call my Miracle Oil, may benefit other dogs with tumors so wanted to share my anecdotal evidence. Of course I am not a Veterinarian, and I offer this only for information of an Educational nature and I assume no responsibility or liability in the use of this information. Anecdotally, and objectively, I can tell you that the tumor disappeared from view while I was using this oil on the tumor daily with the golden paste. There are undoubtedly those who will say it was coincidental, they may be right but my dog is alive five years after I was told I'd soon have to put him to death. That is enough for me. I know that much research on other dogs with these tumors must be done to definitively prove that this oil blend was what did the trick but I will continue to use it until that research is done. It is a cheap effort to save one that you love and clearly has done no harm in my case. Of course, each dog owner must accept responsibility for how they treat their pets and the problems they have but this has been very useful to me. Also, please note, that while my vet was very supportive of my trying anything, since they had no solutions they could apply, I would never suggest that this or any other natural, or home remedy, should exclude regular consults with a qualified Veterinarian, I can say I'm glad I didn't let my little buddy die several years ago when they gave him no hope.

He has now also developed a fatty tumor on his belly and I am rubbing the three oil blend without the turmeric golden paste onto this fatty mass daily. No change yet but I'm hopeful.

Just today my cat was diagnosed with a Fibrosarcoma. The vet says it is an invasive malignant tumor that would be impossible to completely remove in our case. She offered little hope from a surgical standpoint but I began treating him with pure castor oil as soon as we got home a few hours ago and will apply twice daily until I begin to see results. The pure Castor Oil is what I'll use for the time being until I see results. Eventually the 3 blend may be something I'll switch to but I'm not willing to give up as easily as that on my cat friend either. I'll post an update in the future on the cat's progress.

★★☆☆☆

Based on the reviews here we had high hopes for this for our cat's oral carcinoma. Unfortunately, it appears to have had no positive effect whatsoever. We started the tea by syringe 10 days before we received the biopsy results, based on his drooling and not wanting to eat, but he still declined rapidly and five days later (15 days in total) he was so physically debilitated and seemed to be in so much pain that we made the (obvious but no less heartbreaking) decision to euthanize him. Sadly, a cat homeopath we spoke to during that time said she'd tried essiac tea more than 10 times with tumorous cats and had never seen evidence of its effectiveness. It probably doesn't hurt to try it if you have no other options, though not expecting a miracle might make it easier to countenance eventual loss if that sadly comes to pass.

I've been applying a mixture of quarter tsp of castor oil, DMSO, 3 or 4 drops of CBD oil and a smidge of turmeric and to the tumor and surrounding area for about 2 weeks. I've also been giving him and my 3 other cats an eighth teaspoon of turmeric, Kidney Restore by Healthy Kidney, Liver and Kidney Support by Mercola, Fermented Foods by Mercola, mushroom blend powder, Digestive Enzymes by NaturVet mixed with a dropperful of Omega-3 Oil supplement and a dropperful of colloidal silver and 2 teaspoons of water mixed into their dried kibble. As a result of that Talker Stalker no longer vomits after meals as he had often done in the past, but his tumor swelling continues to advance down into the foot. I have on order some Essiac Tea and I've been looking around for a halfway affordable frozen raw food for cats but have not yet found it. I sure would welcome suggestions. The vet wants to cut off his leg for $2000. He is still very mobile and can jump down from the top of the Hoosier cabinet to the counter and to the floor without hesitation. He's a great talker and purrer and can still run fast but he's starting to limp and sometimes hold his affected foot up off the floor while sitting.

in June of 2022 I took my older dog, Ruby to the vet because I thought she had ingested something in the garage left by the handy man. on x-raying her stomach, the vet found a tumor on her spleen. upon further x-ray, looking to see if the cancer had spread to other organs, multiple lesions were found on her lungs (odd, I thought, since she had no coughing, shortness of breath, low energy, etc). but I saw the lesions on the x-ray. the Vet gave her 2 months at the outside. I took her home and did a little research. I started her on diphenhydramine 25mg twice a day with famotadine 10mg twice a day (I looked up the dosages online, according to her weight). The same with Essiac Tea, also by weight, twice a day. and Turmeric by weight, again twice a day. It is now January 2023 and she is going strong, energy, no symptoms!

Castor Oil

I used black salve on my dog from herb healers. It definitely was a messy process but it removed a large tumor. Unfortunately later on another tumor even larger grew in its place. I didn't feel like dealing with the bloody mess as she'd rub her back on my area rugs and get blood all over. But it shrank the tumor like onion layers. I've used it on myself multiple times. I'm going first to try castor oil to see if it's less messy. Herb healers said this current tumor is too big to treat with BS but recommended iodine. That was extremely messy as it stained everything.

Manuka honey active 15+ is also great to apply to wounds and it prevents and heals infection. Heals wounds quickly. Ulcers as well etc.

My 7 yo Cavapoo developed a histiocytoma-looking growth on her leg. It began irritating her after a month, because she gnawed it to the point I took her to the vet. Vet gave an antibiotic, did two separate wait-and-sees. I began applying castor oil at night, covering with thin gauze. Another drop during the day leaving it uncovered. Growth greatly reduced after 1 week. Gone by 3.5 weeks. I'm very pleased with the results and wished I'd done it from the start.

Fenben

Mamarottweiler,

I forgot to mention that if he can tolerate melatonin without getting too sleepy, you can dissolve melatonin powder in the DMSO before you mix the DMSO and CS together. Melatonin will dissolve in the pure DMSO and then the CS can be added once the melatonin is dissolved.

Melatonin is a potent anticancer agent through multiple pathways. If it makes him sleepy, you will know that it has gone systemic, which is good if he has cancer elsewhere. Melatonin will also help protect his liver and kidneys from cancer and the negative effects of other substances you are using as well as chemotherapy and radio therapy if needed.

Mamarottweiler,

For the leg tumor, if you make the mix 50% DMSO and 50% of the 60 ppm CS, you may get better transdermal penetration enhancement into the tumor and DMSO itself has anticancer effects which should offer synergy with the CS.

Osteosarcoma: Fenben+Vitamin C+CBD+Cucuremen

I am helping my niece with alternative remedies for her Rottweiler "Spike" who has Osteosarcoma. 9 year old + 134 lbs. He has a tumor on his leg that we are treating with 60 PPM Colloidal Silver soaked gauze secured in place with adhesive ace bandages. He is cooperative for daily bandage changes. We have begun administering Fenben (222mg) capsules, with Vitamin C, Cucuremin, CBD oil. Day 5 we are noticing that his energy to "play" even with a bum leg, is improving. We are increasing the Fenben to 4 capsules (222mgx4) for 3 days on and 4 days off but keeping him on the remaining supplements. Beautiful new skin growth on the leg. We are going to speak with his Vet about the treatment and have found several medical studies indicating that within 48 hours of beginning Fenben, Cancer cell death is happening. From what I am reading, cell die off begins immediately. Fenben is not allowing the cells to uptake sugar and weakening the cell walls of the Cancer. We are going to ask the Vet to monitor Spike's liver levels to make sure that we are not consistently exposing it to Fenben without respite - 4 days off should help. Can anyone recommend anything else that we could be doing to help Spike along and help his vet understand that we have nothing to lose in trying this remedy? We need more Professionals to get on board with alternative treatments so we can save more lives without Chemo/Radiation.

Hydrogen Peroxide, DMSO
Posted by Liz (Lomita, CA) on 10/20/2022

Dear anyone who can help,

I have a cat with a tumor that has returned in the same spot for the third time and surgery is not possible for several reasons. I have searched everywhere for a holistic vet that treats pets using DMSO, but I cannot find one anywhere, even in the greater surrounding areas where I live, in fact I cannot even get an appointment to a regular vet for 3 weeks or more. I have been looking for several weeks now. I am rather desperate. I want to try the DMSO and hydrogen peroxide solution that you were so successful with. I have some questions though and was hoping you could help me out.

1. What is the ratio of DMSO to distilled water to used?

2. Do you make up a fresh batch before each time you apply it?

3. What is the ratio of H202 and distilled water to reduce the 35% hydrogen peroxide down to 6%?

4. What is the percentage of the DMSO solution to Hydrogen peroxide solution that you actually apply?

Is it 94% of the DMSO/distilled water solution to 6% of the HP/distilled water solution which makes 100%?

5. What is the ratio of H202 and distilled water to reduce the 35% hydrogen peroxide down to 3%?

6. Do the tumors just shrink, or did they open and drain?

I would soooooo appreciate it if you could help me out. I am quite desperate and feel very overwhelmed. I thank you greatly in advance for any help and any other suggestions you might have. Thank you!!!

Sincerely,

Liz
