Multiple Remedies for Fibromyalgia

I developed fibro after a flu vaccination in France (Influvac Tetra), I'm still not fully cured but I shared what I tried and worked :

Methylene blue cure for one week (only once is not enough, this raise your oxygen in the blood, used only once it will raise only a little bit your blood oxygen) : https://www.endalldisease.com/methylene-blue-miracle-antidote-for-poisonings-and-overdoses/, try to make a cure every few years because with times with all the shit we eat and poison everywhere the blood lose the ability to carry oxygen again

Vitamin C cure for one week too (help with fatigue) -> you can take vitamin B complex powder, I purchased from aliexpress vitamin C powder mixed with vitamin B powder

Citric Acid high dose (break kidney stones, but also Oxalic crystal inside your cell, oxalic crystal is the cause of headaches, microbial infestation etc), take one tablespoon of citric acid for 5 days you will notice good change, take for longer if not enough

Low Dose Naltrexone (very helpful for gas, my bone started to grow back again, no need to use again and again only a cure for few days will give you benefits forever, bought it on cosmicnootropic.com, you can use a credit card)

Sodium bicarbonate : raise the body pH, help with fatigue and many things

Sodium Carbonate (or also called washing soda) : please view here : https://ted.earthclinic.com/cures/asthenia.html, it's like sodium bicarbonate but more powerful, bicarbonate and sodium carbonate can't be substituted for each others, you need to take both

DMSO (one tablespoon) : I don't remember what it did to me but It gave me good effect, you need to take one 3 teaspoon with orange juice, it's also a remedy found on earthclinic

Molecular hydrogen H2 supplement : good against constant constipation, that I was not aware of (it consist of magnesium and malic acid, you need to put in water before using it)

Activated charcoal powder

Zeolite powder (detox many thing but heavy metal mainly) and also nano zeolite (nano zeolite will detox your cell make you start seeing angel number like 12:21 or 11:11 etc) here where I purchased mine : https://glycan-shop.com/product/nano-zeolite-50ml/, when taking LSD you start to have synchronicity (only after one time) I think It is worth saying

Humic and fulvic acid : https://apoticaria.com/products/sonnenmoor-trinkmoor-1000ml

Dr clark liver cleanse : It remove stones inside your liver, I have 27 and I had a ton removed this way, please look here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXTUVDRkZCA, basically you don't need to follow the whole procedure, what you need to do is take magnesium sulfate and taking a mix of olive oil and pamplemouse (filtered, just the juice nothing else), too complicated to explain here, please do your research

Dr clark kidney cleanse : a more easy and powerful of doing it, is purchasing a juice extractor and drink a GOOD amount of juice of : parsley, lemon and coriander : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ak4dqaCh7F8, I can't find the video I put on favorite with one old female and one old male doing their juices for the kidney cleanse but it basically the same shit, the juice extractor can be used for many others "cleanse" like intestine cleanse like I seen on earthclinic someone had very good result with the juice extractor, try to only drink juice for few week someone claimed it can cure many illness

Bentonite clay powder

Full spectrum enzymes supplement : it helped me with body flexibility but also I felt better like I had less "shit" inside my body, very important to take I made the mistake to not take that for years because I thought there was enzymes in food like meat and vegetable and also I though my body was able to make enzyme but that not the case

Mitochondria supplement : try to buy a supplement with full spectrum supplements for the mitochondria, it helped me with fatigue, I bought mine on biotikon.fr it had acétyl-L-carnitine HCL, Coq10, mumijo Shilajit, phosphatidylsérine etc

Ozone water : drink water ozonated with an ozone generator https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apuPdhj3zR0, less flatulence after using drinking ozonated water

Bone broth powder : also good again fatigue, try it absolutly !!!

Ted's Famous Alkalizing Remedies (VERY IMPORTANT) : find it explained here : https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/alkalizing_formulas.html, you need to mix apple cider vinegar with baking soda (bicarbonate) and drink it, it will give you sodium acetate that will alkanize your cells and after that the other remedy is mixing bicarbonate with citric acid, it will give you sodium citrate also important for cell alkanization

Thuya mother tincture : very helpful too !

Apple cider vinegar : take one soupspoon with water the morning and before going to sleep for 3 weeks for example : it will alkanize lots of thing in your body, Apple cider vinegar is a remedy for many illness as you can see from earthclinic ADHD, allergies, weight loss etc https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/acvinegar.html

Pure gum turpentine : very powerful way to remove a tons of parasite, more powerful than dr clark parasite cleanse or regular anti parasitic remedies, you can see many people testimonies of using turpentine : https://growyouthful.com/remedy/gum-turpentine.php, I recommend to take a cure of turpentine for 7 days one teaspoon every day is enough because this shit is very powerful, you need to make a cure because if you don't as explained by Dr clark the parasite come back because they make eggs (you don't need to see the parasites to have parasites, most parasite the human have can't be viewed on naked eyes)

Try also take an alkanizing powder, worth noting is Alpha Lipoic Acid replete all your antioxidant in your body, I purchased It in powder form, worth noting is also going to the sea (also try to drink sea water) will cure you of many illness because it contain bicarbonate, lots of mineral and negative ions and never ever take any vaccine it only fuck with your health even if you don't notice it, this is the big trap of this world even after all of those supplements I'm still sick, this is why with tap water (many documentaries on youtube about tap water containing pesticides, medication, aluminium etc) many people have ADHD, obesity or cancer etc this why now after this vaccine I have obesity but before I didn't had obesity and nobody in this world can cure this shit, the level of medicine today is near zero honestly I have seen naturopaths and doctors and nobody is able to help with anything (even if naturopaths helped more than doctors they are still of no help)

Others good supplements even if not worth mentioning above because less powerful is : black cumin oil capsules, mushrooms complex powder, Sulforaphane (repair damaged tissue/organ) and join care and stem cell supplements on iHerb

Hydergine and piracetam (recommended by Ted on one of his post here) also helped me a little with flatulence and I'm faster when I move or do something, I don't know if it will be approved but I think methanphetamine (for weight loss) might be helpfull maybe also others drugs (just a few grams)

https://psmag.com/social-justice/the-many-surprising-health-benefits-of-meth

I'm pretty sure I have forgotten some supplements that helped me very much but I will post them after If I remember

I recommend you to purchased all of this from amazon because it simpler, and you receive all your items in a single box or a few, this is very important when you are sick because everything become more complicated and painful, also purchase a VPN (I use NordVPN on Windows 7) to not be harassed by "them" when you look for conspiracy health website (they destroyed my life even more)

5htp
Posted by steve (MO) on 05/21/2023

The reason this occurs is that some people (ie me) have a SNP that prevents us from converting tryptophan into serotonin. We don't have the ability to convert tryptophan into 5-htp. 5-htp when given allows us to produce serotonin, and when we start feeling tired it is being converted from serotonin into melatonin the hormone required for us to sleep. I'm glad this worked

Malic acid in the apples should be helpful as it reduces oxalate in the system. Reduction of oxalate iis known to reduce kidney stones and also to reduce the pain associated with fibromyalgia. A low oxalate diet can significantly reduce fibromyalgia pain in some people.

Indeed, "muscular rheumatism" was recognized in the late nineteenth century, probably called muscle aches, fibromyalgia, or morning stiffness nowadays. They were thought to be related to gout and rheumatism of the joints, and, incidentally, also to skin diseases such as dandruff, pityriasis, psoriasis, eczema, and lichen (more info: Henry Granger Piffard).

In Phillips's Materia Medica: Inorganic Substances, it says on page 100 of the third edition (1904):

"In muscular rheumatism [the iodides] are useful, especially in those cases where the pains are made worse by warmth, as in bed at night."

→ Sounds like morning stiffness / fibromyalgia.

I suffered with fibromyalgia back in the beginning when doctors said there was no such thing as fibromyalgia. Or they never heard of it. I had the worst case the doctors in my state ever saw. It crippled me within days of my first attack. It took me a year to learn how to walk again. It took me 8 long and painful years to find my own natural cure. It works on about 1/2 of the people that try it. I used Protein Whey I drank 1 scoop in a bottle of water. Once a day. It will take 2 weeks before it works. At least it did for me. I had to build it up in my system.

Fibromyalgia is a muscular problem and Protein Whey repairs muscles. A friend of mine told me to try it. I was totally shocked that it worked. I no longer felt the rain coming for the first time in 8 years. I no longer had any pain. After drinking it for 2 years they changed the product I was drinking. My pain returned. I called them in tears asking for more of the old supply, which they didn't have. I begged the lady to tell me the changes. She couldn't help but feel sorry for me and she sent me a list of all the changes so I could calculate what I needed to create the same thing I was drinking. After two weeks I figured out what I needed to do. I had to ADD more Amino Acids...

Once I did that my pain went away again permanently. So I was able to ween myself down to drinking it once every two weeks to keep the pain away. But that took a year to get to that point. I hope this helps you and anyone else reading this searching for relief.

Dear Carmel,

You say that you are worse now that you are drinking distilled water than when you drank fluoridated tap water. I wonder if you are depleted in some minerals.

While distilled water is very pure, it has distilled out the minerals. Then as it goes through your body, it attracts minerals from your system and can deplete you.

A few years ago, I bought my son's collection of baby teeth. I put each one in a different liquid and then evaluated them. The tooth I soaked in distilled water for a month just crumbled into pieces. It was in way worse shape than the one I had soaked in coke.

I understand not wanting to drink fluoridated water, but it might be good to get your mineral levels tested and perhaps look for a water to drink that has minerals in it.

I doubt it is fluoride in my case, I distill my own water and use very little fluoride.

And am worse now than before when I drank tap water all of the time, full of fluoride.

Having sarcoidosis I have always been told not to supplement d and stay out of the sun. My D was always about 18. Interestingly I read in a paleo book that sarcoidosis was thought to be a result of borrelia. I had two of my alternative doctors tell me I had the borrelia bacteria and I did not believe them. Had my MD do a lymes test and it was negative. I did some searches on google and found there have been studies back in the late 80's early 90's that made the correlation between sarcoid and borrelia. 3 decades of going to lung specialists and also sarcoid conference in New Orleans and this was never mentioned.

I had gout in 2005 lasted 6 weeks before I went to the Dr. he said it was gout. Wrote me a script. NOT MUCH was on the internet back then about home remedies. On a DEEP DIVE I saw someone charging for a cure. I kept searching and found it FREE!

Backing soda and water. YES!! FOR ME in 3 days of twice a day, 1 level teaspoon in water morning and late afternoon fixed 6 weeks of horrible pain in 3 days!!

Another time few years ago pre KETO way of life I was suffering from horrible Fibro pain, worse EVER! Finally went to the Dr she said its my new normal. I said NO WAY, I will surely die!! SO going home defeated, I remembered the gout pain years before. I realize after searching you can get gout everywhere. SO I tried my home remedy. THIS TIME it took a little over a week of 2 a day baking soda and water. IT WORKED THANK GOD!!

I then started Keto way of life, I don't care what anyone says, for me gout is from lots of carbs, like starches and sugars and grains. Since being KETO I do fall off the wagon sometimes but over all my body fibro and CFS issues are WAY BETTER FOR ME! GODSPEED everyone.

I have fibro and tried 5 htp, a dose of about 200 mg per night. To help with relaxation and sleep. I found the first day it helped, and the day after it made me feel less pain and more relaxed. But if I took it for two or three days in a row, I would feel rough/worse the second and third day.

Here in the UK any tea has fluoride in it as it comes from tap water, not what you put in the cup with the water.

I don't agree with you. For one thing, in the 70's children started having more vaccinations. It started getting ridiculous then. Then, they started putting all the children on Paxil or Prozac. Remember that? Well, Mercury is a toxic deadly substance. Why in the world would anyone want that in their body? I suffered with fibromyalgia. Omega 3 in the form of Evening Primrose and Thunder God Root helped me tremendously out of it!

I recently discovered Tart Cherry Extract. I take it in the capsule form 7000mg. Once per day when Not doing Krav Maga. Krav Maga days I take 1 before, during & after class, about 4 day a week. I've found that it's taken away a lot of the pain & seems to stay in my system, as long as I take at least 1 per day.

Bi Thiamine takes away about 50% of fibro pain also, so I take 3 100mg pills & a multi-vitamin along with the cherry extract once per day.

Try it. I hope it helps you.

I got COVID 19 and as a secondary complication of it, ended up with fibromyalgia. I take CBD oil for mine and it literally aborts an attack. Of course, you have to know what causes your attacks. With me it's alcohol, I can't handle hardly any b/f an attack starts to creep up on me and when it does it does with a BANG! I put about 1000 mgm under my tongue, wait about 15-20min and it's literally over...of course everyone is different, just thankful I found this out for myself... Good luck to anyone with this affliction, it's mean and nasty.

Editor's Choice

I would like to talk about one of my favorite supplements, again. You guessed it, it's melatonin, of course!

Yes, melatonin has shown in multiple studies that it can be quite useful in some people who have the chronic and painful disease, Fibromyalgia!

I was noticing that in the EC section listing remedies for Fibromyalgia that melatonin is not listed, but it should be because studies show that melatonin can ameliorate depression, anxiety and pain while lowering inflammatory and oxidative stress levels in people with Fibromyalgia! It also improved quality of life test scoring as well as mood.

According to these studies, melatonin is shown to do this at a relatively low dose of just 3 to 15 milligrams per evening, but it leaves one wondering if higher dosing might do even more?Melatonin has a fairly good safety profile and considering the limited benefit and considerable potential for side effects with standard Fibromyalgia drugs like steroids and antidepressants which come with the potential for a grocery list of potential for side effects, melatonin seems worth discussing with your doctor to find out if it is safe for you in your particular circumstances and if it will be compatible with all meds that you are currently taking.

In this first study, they used melatonin at 3,6,9,12 and 15 mg per evening and best benefit was seen at 9,12 and 15 mg in terms of a significant reduction in pain, anxiety and morning cortisol levels. Here is a link to the abstract, but the full study is a pay per view and I had to look at the study to see some of the particulars that were not reported in the abstract:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30415563/

This next abstract is more of a meta analysis that confers benefit from melatonin supplementation for Fibromyalgia patients:

Melatonin in the Treatment of Fibromyalgia Symptoms: A Systematic Review - PubMed

This last study shows melatonin to be more effective at pain relief than Amitriptyline.

Advice after 18+ years of Fibro treatments and remedies

I have compassion for all those who are going through pain and am here to lend some helpful information that I learned on my journey of health.

A little background, I developed pain in all parts of my body that came on strong and for no reason in my early 20's. I would rest and eat healthier but it would take weeks to go away and then return under normal circumstances. I saw a doctor and they offered no help other than pain killers. So, I started doing yoga and dietary changes and that helped some. I started taking Epsom salt baths and that helped more. But I still had pain and fatigue and so I saw a multitude of doctors, chiropractic, allopathic, naturopathic, holistic, TCM and others. I even went to live in a Yoga ashram for 2 years and ate most every type of diet including vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and other food combinations. I have tried most every remedy here and can say they all helped me in some way, but I still had pain. So, I have learned how to heal myself with the following things, but the pain comes back when I don't live a healthy balanced life.

Here are the common ones that helped me and then later some that are not mentioned here:

First, I eat mostly fresh organic foods and exclude toxic foods. It also helps when I am sleeping well, laughing often and letting go of the past. Exercise is mandatory for my health as is drinking lots of pure water. After those here is what helped me most.

1) Epsom salt bath with essential oils and candles. This will help manage the pain more than most anything else. The body is full of toxins and needs to be cleaned in salt water. Best taken alone in clean, chemical free water with 2-4 cups of salt. Use Epsom salts, baking soda, sea salt and others. Add a few drops of 1-3 different essential oils, use your personal favorites, I like bergamot and cedar. Place at least 4 candles around the tub with 1-2 at each corner, I use 8 of the tall glass church candles and don't leave this part out!!! Do 2-4 times a week and spend at least a half hour in the tub, but 1-2 hours is better. Listening to music and practice deep breathing.

2) Talking a walk in Nature to clam the mind and rebalance the stress response. Enjoying natural beauty is the key to any health issue and often left out. Ground with bare feet is awesome and though it may not fee like much at first, it will increase in benefit over time.

3) Trying only one new remedy at a time. Only introduce one thing per week or even better per month and test to see if it noticeably changes your health. This is very important and must be followed to know what works and what does not. Otherwise it will all be confusing and moat likely never be clear what helps and what hurts. This was recommended by a wise old doctor and totally helped me to take control of my own health journey.

Good luck and keep going, it will get better for you soon.

OMGosh.... this concoction worked sooooooo well for me!! I feel like it should be posted in the arthritis section too. My arthritis had been getting worse and worse and then I had what I thought (and the doctor thought too the next day) was a fibromyalgia flare. I had exerted myself carrying in a heavy box. The pain and discomfort I felt in my joints and muscles in my upper back, arms, elbows, wrists, and hands was equal to the pain I felt pre-hip replacement. I was writhing, crying and could barely move. I was also getting weird spacey chunks of time. My doc started testing me the next day for what it was NOT and referred me to a rheumatologist. I started taking ACV&BS with water along with magnesium. Within 5 days my arthritis was feeling better. By day 10 my energy has improved sooooooooo much and my complexion is better too (rosacea).

I could never take ACV before because the taste was too extreme for me. But with the addition of baking soda, the ACV is so much more palatable!!

Effects of transdermal magnesium chloride on quality of life for patients with fibromyalgia: a feasibility study.

Engen DJ1, McAllister SJ2, Whipple MO2, Cha SS3, Dion LJ2, Vincent A2, Bauer BA2, Wahner-Roedler DL4.

Author information

Abstract

BACKGROUND:

Fibromyalgia is a syndrome characterized by chronic pain, fatigue, depression, and sleep disturbances. Its primary cause is unclear. Several studies have reported decreased intracellular magnesium levels in patients with fibromyalgia and have found negative correlation between magnesium levels and fibromyalgia symptoms.

OBJECTIVE:

To gather preliminary data on whether transdermal magnesium can improve quality of life for women who have fibromyalgia.

DESIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS AND INTERVENTIONS:

This is a patient questionnaires and survey in a fibromyalgia clinic at a tertiary medical center. Forty female patients with the diagnosis of fibromyalgia were enrolled. Each participant was provided a spray bottle containing a transdermal magnesium chloride solution and asked to apply 4 sprays per limb twice daily for 4 weeks. Participants were asked to complete the Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire, SF-36v2 Health Survey, and a quality-of-life analog scale at baseline, week 2, and week 4.

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE:

Questionnaire and survey scores, evaluated through intent-to-treat and per-protocol analyses.

RESULTS:

Twenty-four patients completed the study (mean [SD] age, 57.2 [7.6] years; white, 95%; mean body mass index, 31.3 kg/m2). With intention-to-treat analysis,

Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire subscale and total scores were significantly improved at week 2 and week 4 (total score, P=0.001). Per-protocol analysis results were similar: all subscales of the Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire were significantly improved at week 2 and week 4 (total score, P=0.001).

CONCLUSION:

This pilot study suggests that transdermal magnesium chloride applied on upper and lower limbs may be beneficial to patients with fibromyalgia.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

My brother has fibromyalgia so I am making him a mix similar to what I made my friend from high school days for her post-stroke nerve pain. I will post any worthwhile results here after my brother has tried it for awhile. I'm making his mix with vodka, magnesium flakes and msm with sweet orange essential oil.

I have been taking L carnitine for about two weeks and it is amazing. It has stopped the build up of lactic acid every time I would exercise. I have had fibromyalgia for almost 30 years. I was searching for something for the pain and I am so blessed to have researched this amino acid. I don't eat much meat so that may be part of the reason. I have twice the energy and I am not suffering with debilitating pain as of now.. If you suffer from chronic fatigue and fibro, give this a try. I just take the carnitine as a single pill with a fish oil supplement.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

I have just recently started taking Borax for what has been diagnosed as fibromyalgia. I started taking concentrate of 1 tsp to liter of water and then take 1 tsp 3 x per day of that concentrate. (I have gradually increased to 12 tsps of concentrate each day since I am pretty sick, seizures, brain swelling, etc.) I have started taking 400 mg of magnesium and Tums (1000 calcium and 200 mg of magnesium) daily.. I am also taking a liquid multivitamin, mineral and amino acid supplement which keeps me from getting anemic. It has a 95% absorption rate which helps when you get older, etc.

I have bad thigh muscle pain, occasional calf pain and sometimes pain in the muscles around my shoulder. Pain medication does not help, Lyrica does no good. Pain rub Voltaren does help some.

Since starting the larger amount of Borax I have severe pain in legs and shoulder. One day I woke up in the morning and had NO pain for about the first 30 minutes after awakening. It freaked me out. I couldn't believe it!

I have gone back to a smaller dosage of Borax Concentrate and worked back up to 6 tsp a day. Pain is not as bad. I think I was having the Herxheimer reaction. (large die off). For the first time in years I have a little hope.

Gluten should be avoided. and beware that gluten and dairy cross react. It is wise to stop both, gluten, dairy. We stopped sugar, it is
Inflammatory, We use Xylitol, or just eat dates, feel much better. My medical doctors told me MD do not have time to do research and told me to see a naturopathic doctor if I wanted to know the causes, and since they have time to dig deeper, so if your were seeing an ND, will look at the cause.

Posted by Rex (Engelwood, Fl) on 12/17/2016

What is high and what is low? I think the real answer to what is a high level of dhea may be a hidden. Just like the daily recommended value for magnesium which may be set super low considering some natural doctors are claiming 99.99% of us are all magnesium deficient. So maybe you should do your homework on what the natural world thinks regarding the mineral levels in your body and what the right amount of various minerals, vitamins, ect. is supposed to be. In the eyes of a natural approach friendly doctor rather than the enemy of our body, the Establishment.

Yes, Himalayan pink salt is very good. I suffer with restless legs and boron helps he;ps. I take it together with magnesium. This combination helps to 'flush' calcium out of the cells. As we age the calcium slowly begins to build up in the cells where it causes calcification and aging. Once this process starts it is hard to get the muscles to relax. I sleep well and feel relaxed when boron is added to my magnesium. I take 1/8 tsp boron, 3tsp magnesium in a litre of water. I drink it throughout the late afternoon and evening.

Good post Robert, on a big item issue many folks are facing. Many thanks to E.C. contributor Bill for posting so much good info and advise on using Lugol's Iodine.

Some points to add. To reduce the Iodine competitors, it is very important to install a whole house filter, or drinking water filter, and shower-head filter. Floride in tap or utility water is quite toxic. I found regular carbon filter was not sufficient in removing the floride so I filter then Ozonate and can feel the difference. Public swimming pools and spas are also a big source of chlorine or bromine.

To detoxify these Iodine competitors, take a warm or hot bath with a spoon of Sodium Thiosulfate for 30+ minutes. Sodium Thiosulfate is good for removing that bad elements in the body or in drinking or bathing water, but also reduces the good Iodine, so I would advise any method of high-end water purification.

Kelp Tablets may be used on a daily basis and the higher potency Iodine supplements used periodically. Some concern on radioactive Iodine in sea veggies like Kelp so one may need to research that. Some areas have little and some lots of radioactivity from Fukushima fallout. Scottish Kelp is said to be a good source.

Bromine, Fluorine, Chlorine & Iodine are all in the class on the periodic table. Iodine is what our bodies need in every cell and it is especially important to the Endocrine system, Thyroid etc. The other 3 elements take the place of Iodine in numerous situations in our bodies and we suffer ... So your 21st century likely has Chlorine from water, bleach etc, Bromine from Bleached Flour, fire retardents etc, Fluorine from toothpaste mouthwash and so forth all of which will be pushed out when you take in Iodine so you have to do it slowly over time so the boidy can eleminate. DMSO for Fibromyalgia

I started taking 1/2 tsp of DMSO every night. It's the fourth day now and most of my stiffness and sore joints have disappeared. I started taking 1 oregano capsule every day, too, plus a capsule of garlic in the afternoon. But I have done those before with no results. The DMSO is amazing. I was getting so stiff I couldn't bend at the knee. My bursistis in my left arm is improving, too.

This has brought about some relief which has allowed me to exercise with push ups without as much pain. Just thought I would share my experience.

Teresa do you mean the Thunder God Vine? I got mine from an Ebay provider and bought the powder but I have to measure it daily so the capsules may be more convenient.

As for the Inclined Bed Therapy, I used 2 bricks under each leg at the top end of the bed.

Yes, reducing inflammation has really helped the pain subside significantly.

The problem with flouride is that the ratio too much / not enough is small. To paraphrase from J. D. Wallach's books Rare Earths and Let's Play Doctor, In 1972 Schwartz proved that flouride was an essential mineral. 1.5 mg/day is needed but the average dayly intake by Americans is 4.4 mg. Skeletal reserves in an addult man reach 2.6 grams.

Editor's Choice

I have suffered for years from severe Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and Electrohypersensitivity. EMF's would trigger the Fibro flare ups and in open spaces I would develop lumps throughout my whole upper body. In close proximity closed spaces like a car, if a mobile phone was used, I would go into complete paralysis. This was like severe severe Anaemia where no oxygen was getting to the brain because all the red blood cells were sticking together, something I aware cellular radiation does. With the lumps, my partner would painfully massage them out while I would scream into a pillow but each flare could last for months and if not massaged out, would sometimes keep me completely incapacitated, needing a carer. I was also diagnosed with Hashimotos but I managed to reverse this and return my Thyroid to normal although I still suffered from swelling on the left side. I've treated myself for heavy metals, mold, Fluoride and toxins all to no avail. I had so much trouble with detoxification because I only had one and a half pathways out of the five in phase 2 Liver detox that were working, the rest had shut down, leaving toxins to recirculate in my body.

A few months ago, I listened to Dr Amy Yasko talk on a stomach bug called Helicobacter Pylori. She went into the hidden symptoms, namely shut down Liver detox and Thyroid so for the first time in all my research, I considered this talk. I had no other symptoms but I went to get tested. My Doctor refused, saying I had no symptoms and it wasn't necessary. Eventually, after a lot of persistence she agreed to do the test to rule it out. Two days later I was called back in. My Doctor was quite upset and extremely apologetic. My levels of Urease were so high, it implied I had had this bug since childhood, which would be true as it is inclined to make one Anaemic and I had suffered that at age 9 and had to have injections. I am 55 now and this bug is classified as a class 1 carcinogen. I managed to reduce some of it with Mastic Gum but eventually had to have the Triple Therapy. The eradication left me with terrible discomfort in the gut but the Fibro symptoms changed.

During this time, I learnt about Inclined Bed Therapy and I raised the top end of my bed 6 inches. All the chronic inflammation I'd had moved down to the gut, hips and legs and I got a flare up of Fibro there which took me 2 weeks to recognize as I was so used to having it in my upper body and I never got it there. I managed to clear it by adding a Chinese Herbal called Thunder God Vine which is a powerful anti-inflammatory. I started this because it showed it killed 60 Cancerous cell lines and I was worried about Gastric Cancer from the Pylori. The next thing I knew, all inflammation in my body went down, my weight dropped to my ideal weight, and no matter what I ate, stayed there. Between the Inclined Bed Therapy (inclinedbedtherapy.com) and the Thunder God Vine, and getting rid of the H.Pylori, I am doing so much better. The Electro Hypersensitivity (EHS) changed too. I used to have to move at least 50 metres away from mobile phones to stop feeling them. Now it takes so much longer for those frequencies to cause inflammation, I get bad headaches from them rather than body inflammation but it all stops when I move out of range, and that never happened before. The Thunder God Vine (TGV) is also a powerful anti-viral and works strongly against Epstein Barr Virus and Herpes, both of which I have. It also works against Lyme Disease and all Autoimmune disorders. TGV is an immunosuppressant so is capable of recalibrating an overactive immune system. My brother in law is trying it now for MS as he's just lost the use of his legs.

Anyway I wanted to write this post and encourage anyone who suffers from Fibromyalgia to get tested for H.Pylori, even if you have no symptoms. If you've ever had Glandular Fever or have EBV antibodies in your blood works, try the Thunder God Vine. Its the only thing ever found to actually cure EBV and this virus is much worse than most would expect. It has 6 stages but only shows up in bloods in stage 2. It releases spirochetes just like Lyme does and it shuts down Thyroid and Liver function, just as the H.Pylori does.

I strongly suggest anyone with Fibromyalgia use the Inclined Bed Therapy. If you check out the website, you'll see its curing people of absolutely everything because it allows the Liver to continue detoxing 24 hours a day.

GMO stands for genetically engineered organisms...for those that don't know. Soy and corn are top GMO's sugar, fructose, veggies, grain like wheat well you get the picture. you have to search for the list. Many GMO's make their own pesticides..how do feel about that? Not good I am sure.

Test for Ehler's Danlos Disease, Type III
Posted by Priscilla (Birmingham, Al) on 02/16/2016
★★★★☆

Hi. I'm new to Earth Clinic and think it's a great way to find information on Chronic Fatigue and other diseases.

I'm a 55 year old woman, with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome; also multiple injuries (3 ruptures discs; ) history of endometriosis, etc. My medical history was long and extensive-including 8 surgeries; a visit to Mayo clinic, etc.

Eventually, I added an FMS specialist to my pain management physician, and PT. Interestingly enough, he found the cause of my CFS, FMS, etc. I have a genetic disease, Ehler's Danlos Disease, type III. This explained all my diagnoses. Then my rheumatologist suggested a clinical trial of Famciclovir 250 mg., three times a day.

By the way, my history includes Epstein Barr disease, several years before my symptoms started. The Famciclovir is supposed to bolster the immune system.

I was quite skeptical, but tried it. Three years late, I'm taking mostly Advil, instead of daily Rx pain meds. I use those only occasionally, now. Supplements helping include: Magnesium Malate; D3; and D-Ribose.

I am able to exercise now-without hat automatically throwing me into a flare. I haven't had a real flare in three years. Sleep better, less brain fog, also.

So, my comfort level is much better, and disability less. There is no genetic cure for EDS III at this time, but the : clinical trial; Advil (joint and back pain, ) and neuropathy meds. (Lyrics;) plus gentle PT have helped. My family has been supportive, as well as friends as church.

Overall, I'm much better compared to ten years ago. My FMS Rheumatologist (and the research) tell me that my disease is sometimes the cause of FMS and or CFS. Having the correct diagnosis is critical in determining treatment.

General information about EDSIII is available online. A Rheumatologist who specializes in FMS can make the diagnosis. He/she can then determine treatment, if you have it.

So, if there is a question that EDSIII might be the primary cause of CFS or FMS, I would strongly recommend seeing one. My life has improved a lot since I started seeing the rheumatologist, and continues to improve.

Artificial Sweetener Link
Posted by Katy (Waynesboro, Va) on 10/30/2015

I, too, found that artificial sweeteners were causing fibromyalgia-like symptoms 10+ years ago. For me it was Splenda, the "natural sweetener that is made from sugar." BS. That stuff made me ill, even when aspartame did not. I thought I had "cured" my fibromyalgia---honestly, I thought I was misdiagnosed or that it wasn't a real disease. Now, years later, I am finding myself with the same symptoms despite a pretty clean diet. I definitely steer way clear of artificial sweeteners and try to avoid processed foods. Since my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer, we have also cut out beef, pork, and decreased dairy fat.

All that to say that fibromyalgia is real. For some lucky ones, a change in diet and/or lifestyle could put them in remission for a while but I now know that that is what it was for me---remission. I suspect that I will find some good remedies to treat the symptoms for a better quality of life but I think I've got this stinkin' disease for life :(

Oregano essential oil 6-8 drops with a carrier oil such as almond or coconut is very effective against fibromyalgia, arthritis, bursitis. Also Tarmarind juice can purge fluoride or so I've read. Cilantro will effectively purge heavy metals. The Vietnamese have been using it for years to do so. They make a soup with cilantro. There are several recipes online. It will purge, lead, aluminum, mercury from the system, through urination. There were many studies on this. After consuming this soup, the subject would urinate large amounts of metals out of their systems. Cilantro, is a staple in our home for that reason alone.

Minocin, Bromelain
Posted by Prioris (Fl, UA) on 01/05/2015

I can't find any pet brands so one needs to go to other sources. Just because one generic minocycline brand didn't work, doesn't mean another won't. One needs to experiment with different brands.

The biggest problem with getting the original minocin is cost. It cost a fortune. I think it is currently made by Valiant pharmaceutical. It could cost over $800 for just 60 tablets. If money is no object, I would get it. For most people it is too expensive..

There have been many positive reports on the ranbaxy and Teva monocycline.

Even though ranbaxy is a company from India, their US brand is manufactured in the US. It can be bought from walmart at low cost. With low cost medicare plan, I got a ranbaxy 60 100mg capsules prescription filled for $20. Whenever you fill a prescription from anyone, I would make sure they tell you who the manufacturer is because sometimes they will change suppliers.

You can get enteric bromelain from supplement place online. You need to get a prescription somehow; ask a local doctor. ask roadback.org website to see if doctors in your state or area.

for anyone with chronic disease, they need to look into minocin and the success it has had with many chronic diseases.

How will I know to try Minocin if the pet store brand made your symptoms worse? What made you think to try the prescription route (other than mere desperation - I'm there myself)? Seems like I'd be afraid to try same med (generic or name brand) if it made my situation decline. Just a nervous question from someone thats had FMS for 28 years.

Google "healing naturally by bee". Completely clean up your diet:go 100% organic and take out all sugar, starch, wheat, dairy & processed foods. Change out all your products to organic (shampoo, lotion, dishwasher & laundry detergent, etc). Change out pots & pans to stainless steel. Only cook with organic virgin cold-pressed coconut oil. Also lather your body with it after you get out of the shower & also ingest it after every meal. Start with one teaspoon & work up to one tablespoon. Eat a LOT of good fat (organic animal fat, coconut oil, organic olive oil on salads) with protein at every meal. Take supplements with bragg's ACV drinks (apple cinnamon is the best! ): make sure they are organic and have no fillers, fructose, or soy. Stay away from GMO's and soy. You WILL get a healing, heximer reaction. Go slow. Make these changes over 2 months. You WILL feel better as your body kicks out the toxins (whatever it is-viral, bacterial, fungal).

This is not a diet, it's a new way of living and will give you a great quality of life going forward. They have support groups, too. You will eventually be adding back some fruit, gluten-free pasta at times, honey, etc. More the SCD diet, but that would be your choice. It may take months or a few years for your body to kick this out but it can be done. If you ever take oil of o, you have to take probiotics with it-like penicillin, it kills both good & bad bacteria. Don't forget prayer. And to pass this info on. It cleans out all diseases if you stick with it. Remember: you may feel worse at first so go easy on the changes but be deliberate & determined. Google Healing Naturally By Bee, and Weston A Price, and read his book. Google bentonite clay, ACV, and organic coconut oil. Eat an anti-inflammatory, all organic diet. Include organic ginger & garlic in your food. Take tumeric, either in pill form 1-2 300 mg or in warm water (1 teaspoon) twice a day. If you feel too overwhelmed, slow down with this protocol. You can do this. You will be well. God bless you and your son.

I agree that FLORIDE is a problem with our health, and I do have fibromyalgia.

I drink spring water.

I have noticed that the only things people are talking about is drinking water, but you get much more fluoride in your body when you bathe than you do from drinking. Especially if you are like me and love a long hot soak to ease your painful muscles. Also, when you brush your teeth you need a bottle of water so you won't use the city water with fluoride. Same applies to cooking. I hope people are still following this thread.
