After suffering absolutely years I suddenly stumbled across what has been making my IBS worse...........water. Again for years I've bought into this theory we must drink plenty of water daily to keep healthy and hydrated. I drank water as often as I could. Can't think why but suddenly decided to stop this constantly carrying water around with me to take through the day. I did drink of course but just to quench my thirst. This is what I discovered. My IBS D calmed right down to near normal bowel movements. My urine lost it's cloudy look and weird smell I experienced at night. My constant need to pee (which was only a trickle each time) ceased and I was now peeing normally. I am so much better now.
