Someone on here mentioned Equalactin for IBS-D and it caught my eye. I remember it being advertised on TV but didn't pay too much attention to it years ago. However since I have fibromyalgia, IBS-D is a natural part of that package. I was able to find it on Amazon and ordered, just in case. Last night was one of those cases. I experienced an IBS-D attack after supper and followed my usual routine but this time it didn't work. I decided this was an excellent opportunity to try out the Equalactin. I only took one and within a few minutes I noticed immediate relief in my GI system and that's a good thing. Just wanted to share this for anyone experiencing an attack at a very inopportune time which is most times. Hopefully it will work as good for you as it did me.
