Um lemon juice contains about as much potassium as ACV. Potassium in solution such as with ACV or lemon is actually good for the heart in many cases. There may be exceptions to this of course, but many natural healers recommend both lemon juice and ACV for cardiovascular health. One must of course always be extra careful when mixing with medications.

Hello. Can anyone tell if this tonic will still be an effective detox with just honey, ACV, ginger, and garlic? I have Histamine Intolerance and citrius fruits are histamine liberators so I don't eat them. Is there another ingredient I can substitute. I am trying to clean my aorta artery with the heart tonic.
