I have had genital warts for about 2 months. I tried the cryogenic therapy at the hospital which was unpleasant and so I wanted to try something to use at home. As it is a virus, it can outbreak at any time, and so it's great to have something on hand to use. I tried ACV mixed with water, which didn't work too well. Then combined ACV with honey, which was amazingly soothing, and I would advise it if it is really itchy or painful down there.

But what has worked best so far is combining oil- I used Hemp, but i'm sure Sweet Almond, Grapeseed or Coconut would work just as well. Mix 25ml with 3 drops of each Tea tree oil, 3 drops Eucalyptus and 4 drops Thyme oil. I am a trained Aromatherapist and know that these oils are all antiviral so thought i'd give it a shot. Have used it for the past 3 days, putting it on every time I use the toilet, and just rub some on my vagina using clean hands. The oil is soothing in itself and the essential oils make it tingle slightly but the warts are reducing day by day. Would be interested to know if it helps anyone else...

Apple Cider Vinegar, Aloe, Cayenne, Garlic, Vegan Diet

Apple cider works, I got rid of 2 flat skin colored warts with it and rubbed Vitamin E oil on them, they dissapeared after about 2 weeks.. I got really depressed and they came back and worse.. I got like 5 of them, I started rubbing a banana peel on each of them 3-4x a day and then today I rubbed ACV on with a cutip on each wart individually, and the ACV literally turned the wart white and rubbed it off, started bleeding so I applie vitamin E oil immediately with some aloe vera. Hopefully it stays away this time, im taking 3000mg of Vitamin C and 100mg of zinc with 8 garlic pills a day, so hopefully I can conquer this virus and not have to deal with it anymore. Im a firm believer in Zinc for immune system. I usually take 50mg a day, but im gonna do 100 for the next month and see what happens. However the warts did rub off! The skin aroun was unnaffected, I believe the banana peel started softening the wart skin adn the Apple Cider Vinegar just rubbed it off, I hope the vit e prevents spreading.

I suffered with HPV and BV for years and found relief. I stopped the supplements and it has now come back. This is what I did to get relief and increase my energy and I am doing this again now and will not stop again.

I think the most important thing I did was douche with 1 tbsp of provodine iodine with 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide one or two times a day followed by 1/2 cup of water with a powdered probiotic powder. I held the provodine and hydrogen peroxide solution for 60 seconds and did kegel exercises to strenthen my vaginal and bladder walls. I took cranberry capsules three times a day and bought the strongest capsules or gel caps that I could find. I also took folic acid three times a day. Once a day, then worked up to twice a day, I would put one or two cloves of garlic in a garlic press and let sit for ten to fifteen minutes while I made a drink of 2-3 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar with the "mother", added a squeeze of lemon juice, then some water. I would take the garlic and swallow without chewing and flush with the apple cider vinegar and lemon. I took probiotics three times a day. It took two to three months to clear the infection, but I felt better within ten days. I reduced this regimin to two or three times a week, and then stopped, but the infection came back. This time I will keep up with at least once a day or three times a week. I had the CIN1 diagnosis and the BV diagnosis as well as the HPV 16 and 18 that causes cancer.

I started eating better and eliminated all bleached flour and sugar and bought organic food when possible. My energy levels were greatly enhanced. I found the regimine tedious and slaced off and got sick again. I hope this helps you. I think the Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon jucice with the garlic and hydrogen peroxide and provodine douche is the key to me staying healthy. The Cranberry Capsules stopped my recurrent UTI's. Of course remember the garlic and folic acid. My pap smears were normal when I did this after three months. Good Luck and may God Bless You!

Hi Nikki05.... You may want to try some raw honey, I have found it to be an extraordinary wound healer. It does have to be raw (unheated and as pure as you can find), it may only take a couple of applications (will be a bit messy, use a pad). Good Luck! EnergyAlchemist

WARNING!

Just a warning to everyone out there that you should not use milkweed for genital warts. Other websites say you can, but you CANNOT! It causes a red, weeping rash and takes off the skin. It's been two months since I tried it and I have regretted it ever since! There is an open sore that will not heal and I am still experiencing the allergic reaction caused by this poisonous plant. It's like having poison ivy down there. Not fun!! Don't try it whatever you do! It's not worth it! Use ACV and tea tree oil instead. Even if you don't see results right away just stick with it. It will work. Stay away from milkweed!!!!

I'm 25 yrs old. Three months back, I discovered a little pimple to my penis (near the bottom of pink head). I just used to clean it with water and few drops of dettol. But few days back I examined and found dat there had been few more grown on penis. by tracing the foreskin back, I could see few lil warts scattered at the bottom of penis head and 2 or 3 warts on the foreskin inside.

i was bit depressed to see them and had no idea... Wats dese?.... I never had a pimple on face or a scar on body.... It was just a hell.... The whole day I used to think abt dese ugly warts.... I just googled about the infections of genital areas and came to know dat I have GENITAL WARTS..... got more information on dese .

was completely depressed as it is caused by hpv..... Virus. I just kept on searching about its details and treatment..... I gave my whole three days just sitting at home and googling it. gone through every allopathic, homeopathic and home remedies.

i detail here few. Firstly I read on few sites dat this virus is not cureable but the warts are, sometimes dese warts go away untreated but sometimes requires treatment. They may reoccur. In some cases they havn't reoccured, some says dat they reoccured after 2 or 3 years and sometimes few months. some have complained dat they had been suffering from past 10 to 15 years but not removed till now.

i read somewhere dat this virus do not enter blood streams. the warts can be removed and the body can bacome free of virus within few months or a year by developing immunity in the body.

some of fellows here have tried ACV, tea tree oil, etc. And have provided good results. But with few scars or burning of sensitive skin. Few have said dat they have removed without any scars. thers no scientific proofs for dese all.

I have seen dat people dont go to doctor and feel ashamed of it. i too felt so, but i thought, i must consult a doctor first and then decide what to do. why should be i ashamed, ... its my body and i have to take care of it..... having sex is not bad.. its a very essential part of life.... but what i s bad is ignoring the safety... take precautions........... unknowingly we can acquire few diseases but we cant sit and get depressed from dem... standup and treat them

today i went to homeopathy doctor... he is 68 yrs old and i trust him. he has cured my asthma.... it took me around few (4 to 6)years to get rid of this alleregy.. today m absolutely fine and had no ashthma attack(it had been 7 to 8 years now). i just went to him and told him about genital warts. he used to see few cases daily regading genital warts. i queried him much. he told dat dese are cureable and our body can become completely rid of this virus. thers only cure in homeopathy. he put two drops of some medicine on my tongue and gave me few more medicines which are to be taken after 3 days regularly for next 15 days. a thuja lotion has been provided which to be applied twice a day. i asked him will dese warts go or when will i get rid of this virus completely. he replied dat within 15 days u will have no warts or continue for next more 15 days days. he said dese warts will be completely removed and the virus too will be kicked out of my body. he was 100% sure. at last he told dat till now all the cases of genital warts have been completely cured and no reoccurance.

while returning i was very happy, confident and i know dat i will kick out this virus from my body very soon.

so guys thers nothing to worry about. dont be shy. consult ur doctor. do not remove them with hands (u may increase the infection). warts can be cured and virus can be kicked out of our body completely.

will update my experiences very soon.

Just an update. It has been 12 hours before I started this treatment.

I left AVC soaked cotton pads on my vagina and anus for around 3 hours, took them off and then put another one on my vagina for about 4 hours. The warts have come out and it is a LOT worse than I originally thought. I thought I had 1 wart and a smaller one next to it, and a couple between my anus and vagina, I thought they were single warts but they are actually clusters. It does sting slightly after and durying the 3rd treatment, but it is 150% bareable. I am going to leave it for now and continue in the morning after inspecting the area.

I originally was going to just to 30 min stints with the AVC, but as soon as I saw how white everything went, it's kind of addictive. I am now stuck between two states of mind. One that if I don't apply it overnight, they will just go back to normal and I will have made no progress, or that if I do apply over night it will sting like hell. I will leave it alone for now and see how I am when I get up.

I cannot believe this has happened to me =(

I first found a lump on my vagina (on one of the lips) about 4 months ago, I didn't really think anything of it. I was sleeping with only my boyfriend at the time, I'd not had any sexual partners for almost a year prior to sleeping with him. I didn't know a lot about hpv, I didn't know it could lay dormant for years or anything. After the 'ingrown hair' didn't go away, I got a mirror and had a look down there. It didn't look too bad, just a fleshy lump. I was really worried and searched online for pictures and cures. I then dismissed it again, thinking this didn't look like the pictures. A couple months later I found another one next to it, and noticed I have a few around my anus and inbetween my vagina and anus. I broke up with my boyfriend because I couldn't stand to tell him. I didn't know if he had gave it to me, or I already had it. We work together and I didn't want it getting around work. I have not told anyone. I was all geared up to go to the doctors but backed out. I came across this site and I've read a lot of the posts on here about ACV. I was terrified to try it because of the complaints of stinging, so decided to take ACV pills, vit c pills, garlic and a multi vit to see if it would help clear anything up. No changes.

So a month or so later, here I am. I haven't noticed any change at all in these warts. Today, out of desperation, I finally decided to go for it. I got some AVC, a tip from a q-tip, socked it in ACV and plastered it to the warts on my lips. I was surprised that I didn't feel any stinging. I kept it on for two hours, thinking it wasn't going to make any difference. When I took it off, it was white and looked a lot larger than I orignally thought.

I decided to put more on, and also on my anus. I am not going to sleep with it on because I don't want to cause too much irritation to the skin. I will do about 3 2-hour treatments a day and see what happens.

I really hope this clears up, I will update soon.

i do have discharge and I think I have a white spot on the inside of my vagina, ive just notice that I have some white bumps around my cloitors and a large patch on the bottom opening of my vagina I have been drinking green tea and 2multi-vitamin and 800mg of folic acid also I have gotten Lipton Pure Green Tea bags cut one open and mix the tea with apple cider vinger I did this for 3 days and the fell off, I thought I was done so I (stupidly) stop everything no vitamins no green tea/acv paste EVERYTHING and they came back but I have started a more developed method that I will do for 2 complete weeks I have now included

500mg of garlic pills, and 500mg apple cider vinger pills 3 in the am and 3 pm OF EACH ( so thats 6 pills each morning and night) on lunch I will take my 2 multi vitamin and 1 800mg of folic acid pill so I can kill the virus from the inside out

on the outside I have been applying tea tree oil on the vagina, on the bumps and around my entire bottom so the warts dont spread and I have been applying the pure green tea bags/apple cider vinger paste I clean the areas everytime I go to the bathroom with hydro proxide and while at work I just apply coconut oil and tree tea oil with q-tips(bc I cant stay 30 mins in the bathroom at work lol) ill update this again after my two weeks I started 10/3/12 so my 2 wks will end 10/17/12 after the 2 wks I will continue the garlic pills and apple cider vinger pills but will only take 2 pills/each (so 4 total in the am) and again 2 pills/each in the pm (so again 4 in the pm) so this helps

Problem w/ conventional, mainstream liberal information outlets is that facts and truth are terribly compromised by greed. Jon Barron has done several articles and pod cast on the major flawed (lies) studies of vitamins by "independent" scientist/labs that just happened to be subsidized by large pharmaceutical firms and corps. As you might guess, or if you watch liberal mainstream news, ALL vitamin and mineral supplements are not only not beneficial, BUT they are actually harmful.

Ok it's been 5 days since my last post, the damaged healthy skin is still scabbed and fairly tender. I had some yellowish clear liquid discharge from aroun the area, think this maybe due to the hydrogen peroxide which seamed to leave a chemical burn on me. Stopped applying anything except healing/wound cream. The ACV turned up and I have done one treatment on Friday and another treatment today, using a cotton wool bud to apply the ACV. The scab that had formed from Fridays treatment fell off today whilst applying the ACV. It is now much smaller and what's left of it is now white. I'm still in a mess, but it's getting better by the day. Very itchy though. I hope this doesn't take much longer, cuz this isn't nice.

Hello all, I have GW, however I only seem to have the one big one on the shaft of my penis, I'm not sure how I actually got mine but I have them. I have been reading all this and I thought I would pipe up and document my saga.

When I was sixteen I got my first wart, it was on my right thumb, my mum bought me some OTC liquid that over a period of 4 weeks removed it and in 15 years has never returned and never spread.

Ok I have used neat tea tree oil in the past to remove a very small wart that was growing on my right cheek bone under my eye but didn't think it would work for GW. I would use a cotton bud soaked in tea tree and press it on the wart daily after a shower, I got a little dry skin but eventually after a couple of weeks it had completely gone and thus far hasn't returned, that was over a year ago now. I tried this because a childhood friends mother used it for herpes simplex and used to rave about it "working wonders on skin" They had brought it back from Australia.

I decided last Thursday night to have a go with this one big one I have. I showered in the evening and applied some tea tree to the area around the wart and directly on top of it. I then soaked a cotton ball the size of the wart in tea tree oil 100% and placed it on top of it, held in place with surgical tape and went to bed as usual. In the morning when I removed the bandage I was surprised to see that it had almost gone completely black, all except the side that was raised the highest. It also seemed as if one side had been flattened. This was crazy. I didn't think it worked like ACV? Anyway I repeated this the second night to get the remaining part hit and hopefully speed up the process. I was amazed when it had actually worked, all of it was black.

It was then I thought why is it turning black? So I googled it, that's when I found this site. Awesome site. I learned about ACV, I learned about hydrogen peroxide and that this is way more common than I believed. Since reading this site I have, ordered vitamins and ACV and purchased some hydrogen peroxide 6%.

I have done two more treatments of tea tree to the black and now hard wart, which has done more damage to the surrounding tissue than it did to the wart, that's what it felt like anyway, I also learned that one this site, only a little too late. I have given it two days rest and used antibiotic healing creme on the damaged healthy skin. Looking a lot better today.

So, 1 week on and the black scab has come off the wart, I rinsed it with H2O2 and it bubbled, however it hasn't all been removed, half of it still remains raised and bumpy. So to protect the area around it I have covered it in sudo healing crem and continued the treatment, I have also replaced this before going to bed.

Once the ACV arrives I will test other areas to see if I have any that I'm not aware of and get rid of them. I will report back with results.

Hello everyone! I found out a month ago that I have hpv, the hpv-6, hpv-11, genital warts. I saw my family doctor and she told me I had genital warts. I immediately went to the gynecologist, and he told me that when I had my papsmear and std screening three months prior, I had no stds, but I did have hpv. I freaked out and was very upset. I am 29 years old, and had not been sexually active in almost a year when I found out I had lots of genital warts. I have lots of health problems, and I go to the hospital a few times a month, and to doctor appointments a few times a week. After I had my papsmear, I noticed I had my first ever wart on my finger. I tried to get rid of it my self, and I burned layers of my skin, but the wart did not go away. I left the wart uncovered for two weeks, then went to the doctor to get it removed. Soon after the wart on my finger, I discovered a wart on my vagina. Although it is difficult to get hpv without it being sexually transmitted, it is possible. I accidently gave myself genital warts from the wart on my finger. They both happened within a three month period. My doctors told me more than likely I got hpv from being at the hospital or doctors. A lot of websites do not mention that it is possible to spread hpv to the genital area, but there are a few very reputable websites that do explain it is possible. I didnt understand how I could have got hpv since I wasnt sexually active, but after testing I found I gave it to myself.

I have had the warts burned twice. The first time more than half of the warts went away, and im waiting to see if the second session of getting them burned worked. If I still have any, im getting laser surgery this month. I agree with everyone, my chiropracter/nutrition wholistic medicine doctor said to cover your entire area with caster oil, keep it covered 24/7 for two weeks, and also take all natural non synthetic Cal-Amo and Lact-Enz. They are the whole food supplement from the company called standard process. You have to find a chiropractor or nutrition response testing doctor to get the supplements, because only healthcare stores and providers can get them. I highly reccomend going to the website standard process.com. They are the most healthy supplements that are sold and made in the united states. Because I am also recovering from a yeast infection, I could not try this yet, but my chiropractor said every single person who has tried this got rid of the genital warts, and they never came back. You can also go to the website nutritional healing center of ann arbor to learn about how to be healthy so the warts stay gone forever. The website is in a location in michigan. Also, stay away from carbohydrates in sugar. They ruin your health and immune system. Please see your doctor before you try home remedies on your genital area. You dont want permanant damage. I hope the organic caster oil and supplement process helps some of you, good luck!

I want to thank you so much. The banana peel remedy for GW worked! I started with Apple Cider Vinegar and a small outbreak spread to hundreds around my anus. It was very painful. I was so scared and embarrassed. Using the peels took 2 months and I did it three nights a week. It wasn't painful and they are gone. I feel much better about myself after so much depression. Thank you for this forum and for the people who share their experiences.

Hi all, as a teenager I had a bad case of genital wart. My vagina was practically closed. In Back to Eden he recommended buckthorn bark for warts. I figured it would work for genital warts too. I made a tea and poured it over and into my vagina. The warts turned white and spongy and fell off in 2 days. They never came back and it was if nothing had ever happened. The doctor couldn't understand what happened. She wanted to burn them off :(. She didnt believe that I poured tea on myself.

Be very careful: I was accidentally given the wrong wart treatment by my pharmacist. I applied it as the instructions said and what I experienced over the next 10 day's was by far, the worst pain I have ever felt (and I've had a broken jaw, nose, arms, exploded appendix, a nasty paracite from africa etc). What they gave me was for plantar warts (feet) and not anal warts, which should have been Wartec Solution. It burnt my skin and I couldn't walk, sleep or move without severe pain.

My chin is up now after taking alot of pain killers and a great antiseptic cream and I'm about to use the wartec solution, the right one. I have also upped my vitamins and eating alot of my vegies too!!!!

This virus has really affected me and I hope I can get rid of it/the little buggers around my anus. It's not the easiest thing to talk about with people too, which has also been dificult to deal with BUT there are far less fortunate people out there and we are lucky that there are treatments!!!

Goodluck everyone, and just be very careful what you put down there!!!!!

Have you heard of MMS? Google it, its supposed to clear up herpes!

Im currently using it for a Blastocystis outbreak (parasite) so hopefully two birds with one stone!

I am a 21 year old female who was told 5 years ago (after receiving the vaccine) that I had HPV after an abnormal growth was found on my cervix. They did not mention that this growth was a wart (which I think is pretty safe to assume now). I cried and the doctor told me that the strand I had goes away on its own and does not really have any symptoms.

Three months after the abnormal pap I no longer tested positive for HPV and was like HOORAY!!! I thought I was cured, what my doctor failed to mention was that it can lay dormant for many years. Although I have practiced safe sex I have since then been in two long and monogomous relationships, both with mutual testing (after the HPV scare, I was rather obsessed with never getting another std).

Then I started having thyroid storms and my health took a drastic turn for the worse..... Lowering my immune system drastically.

About a week ago I noticed a spot between my vagina and rectum that was a little hard. I originally believed it was just a scar from some adventerous sexual intercourse but I kept an eye on it. It was so small I had a hard time getting a good look at it so I took a picture with my camera and zoomed in on it on my computer just to come to the conclusion many of you have. I read online that a good way to test to see if a spot is indeed a genital wart is to apply a gentle acid. I have used apple cider vinegar for cooking in the past and have dranken it for its health benefits years ago, so I had it readily available (a huge gallon) in my kitchen.

I dabbed it in the area and to my horror, pretty much my entire vagina, pernium, and rectal region turned white!!! I had no idea how microscopic those darn little boogers could be.

After a day of intense crying, researching, and debating over what do I do... I decided to confide in my best friend, who happened to be a male of non sexual relations. He instantly made me feel better by saying that if he met a woman he was in love with, genital warts would not be a deterient. He was actually impressed by how I was coping :)

I then told my mother who took it surprisingly well and showed up with another gallon of apple cider vinegar :) I don't think I could use this much vinegar ever!!

Today I went from smoking half a pack of smokes a day down to 3. I am also choosing not to drink. Both of these life choices should have been made as soon as my health decreased.... But it took GWs for me to make this drastic life change. I am also taking all sorts of vitamins and oral Apple Cider Vinegar pills as well (it tastes so bad to drink)!

Pretty much I found out my entire genital region was covered with them and started of by dabbing them with q-tips of Apple Cider Vinegar making them turn white and many of the small ones I had no clue about have bled. I have read that the bleeding is normal so I was not too worried about it. The bump on my pernium has turned a dark grey today and hurts like hell, I think its because it wants to fall off. But many of the other spots turned red and completely flat against the skin but have a white center in them? I don't really know if this is normal but I am guessing it is like the root possibily?

The treatments have also been rather painful for me the entire duration, but I think it might be because many had not even started to grow, so there wasn't much tissue it had to penetrate.

I have been using a regional medicated ointment by Rawleigh, that is actually for colds and congestion (much like vix) but also heals cuts, wounds, burns, and even hemorroids. It is a life saver!!! It has menthol in it so the area is immediatly cooled down to an almost pleasurable level. It contains Camphor, menthol, oil of eucalyptus, in a base of petrolatum, mineral oild, paraffin, ceresin, and cocoa butter.... I don't know if it can be bought online but I would greatly recommend it. Legit takes pain down like no other. I also have an extremely swollen genital area and it helps with that as well.

After all the pain I have put my vagina through this past week, its like a spa retreat :P

Also, I found that for me soaking cotton balls in the avc, lining them from clit to all the way past my rectum (rather be safe than sorry) and then putting on a pantylined thong has helped me keep the avc where I would like it... I can't even imagine attempting to use bandaids or tape!

But please if you have any questions feel free to ask, also if anyone else has had any of the white spots in the center I would greatly appreciate hearing what you think!

Remember, we are still worth while and sexy individuals, regardless of these pesky GWs!!!

Hey all, genital warts are a symptom of HPV. You should definitly get checked out by your doctor. Now I had them as well, and I drank organic carrot juice. I dont remeber the name of it but it has 940% vitamin A. Which is extremely good for your skin. I drank about a half cup a day and in a couple of weeks, they were gone. Havent come back since. Make sure it's organic carrot juice, and 940% vitamin A. It worked for me. Good luck!

HI. ACV treatment seems interesting I will give it a go. If nothing else to see white spots to burn. I am a long time sufferer of warts, Even when I think I'm good if I rough up the area they come back pretty hard. So obviously I have had a lot of depression concering it and never had a relationship since my early 20's. I have them on my face as well and it is messed up. I use a lighter and tweezers to get rid of them. It works good. Just heat up end of tweezers and prod the warts out. Then use the tweezers to pinch the area and grab out the white suff there that is virus stuff. Then burn that stuff whislt heating up tweezers for second dab in the same spot to hit the core that was under the skin. IF I want them not to burn afterwards, I run it under cold water for awhile. It leaves a little red mark but nothing too bad that wont heal UNLIKE the doctors heat guns that fester for weeks and scar forever. It may not be the best treatment but I tell you it does work. Especially for face so you can front the world :) Just don't burn for ages just a few dabs. Love

I know how to deal with the warts. First, start taking a good natural Ester C, at least 500 to 1,000mg, twice a day, or morning and night. Do not skip a dose. As I learned a few years ago from a program for natural health which hosted a real physician who knows about the vitamin, most people with health problems are not getting enough of it every day. Taking C, especially if you are consuming foods that are acidic, such as tomatoes and oranges or soda pops and fruit juices, will be far too acidic for the stomach and is why it is absolutely necessary to ingest the vitamin in non-acidic form. It does cost a little more but it is well worth the money and freedom from waking up in the middle of the night with an acidy substance in your throat and mouth.

To use apple cider vinegar, all one needs do is to apply a cider vinegar-moistened piece of cotton to the wart, around the clock, until the bump is gone. A light application of petroleum jelly on the non-wart afflicted skin will help to keep everything but the wart from the harsh effects of the cider vinegar. If the vinegar fails, Homeopathic remedies may provide an answer. Seeking the assistance of a good and qualified Naturopath may bring about excellent results although several visits may be necessary to achieve the desired results. They and Homeopaths generally consult a book known as the Materia Medica and although it is correct about which remedies should be given, sometimes trying out a few additional remedies is required before the exact and correct one is located, or found. I possess such a book and must say that it is a true blessing to have at my disposal. Cider vinegar is much less painful than freezing but only up to a point where the initial thick covering of the wart has been destroyed whereas gritting one's teeth and bearing the pain are the only ways to get through the final stages of the wart's death and detachment from its blood supply and the skin's nerves. At that moment, with continued treatment, the pest should be considered on its way out. Along with Ester C, taking a normal dose of potassium, folic acid and iron might also be helpful. Or, one to two teaspoons of Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses can be taken, every day. Sanitize the hands and the toilet seat with a cheap brand of moist hand sanitizing towelettes, and also clean the faucet's handles, after every use.

For men, if they stand to urinate, their urine splashes out of the toilet and onto the floor so the floor should be sprayed with a solution of diluted Pine Sol (50% regular Pine Sol/50% water) and dried with a towel every time they make a "pit stop. " Never use household cleaners anywhere on or in the body as they are dangerous due to their ability to poison it and they are not known to annihilate warts. Please, do not become so desperate to get rid of them that using anything will do as there are better and safer ways of dealing with them.

Tea Tree oil is another remedy which is pretty safe to use on the exterior genitals and also in diluted form. Dilution of the oil can be done by filling a douche bottle with warm water and adding three or four drops of Tea Tree oil. As a word of caution, never scrape, file or scratch a wart as it might start to bleed or, because it could be sensitive to cider vinegar or another natural remedy, treatment may have to be put off for a while. And, the possibility that virus will spread further and cover more skin mass will be greatly increased. Finally, persistence and round-the-clock treatment is the way to go when dealing with genital warts because every second that they are left untreated means they are on vacation and free to do just what they want to which is to suck your lifeforce out of you, grow, multiply and LIVE!!

ok this is what happened 2010. I was intimate with my current fiancee, the thing is I havent had sex in 5 years or more and I am the type of person who checks out my entire body almost every morning (its just a thing.. I like to be up close with my stuff) so I am sure I got it from him. He used to sleep with a lot of girls. When we were together also it seemed to me he didn't know how to use a condom (he accidentally tore it), I assumed he had nothing. I assumed I was the big slut in our relationship too... anyway no good will come out of blaming who infected who.

I didn't bother with bumps on my vag lips which I saw around a month after contact with him, after 5 mos there came bumps near my butt hole area, I assumed it was due to hemorrhoids and using very strong antimicrobial sulfur soap. I only have the hemorrhoids cause I wasnt eating properly (dieting too much). So my immune system crashed and I became susceptible, even more to the virus. I saw the warts around november 2011 after looking at my butt (which I usually do, I like to keep it smooth). I was watching philadelphia the movie, and I became very alarmed and almost suicidal, I went to see my gynecologist who then told me that it was an STD and genital warts. She gave me a dirty look and prescribed ALDARA cream to me, which I garnered even dirtier looks for attempting to purchase. Anyway DO NOT TAKE THIS CREAM IF YOUR WARTS ARE OPEN SORES/WOUNDS/CUTS it will mess you up you will wish you were dead. I recommend you guys reading the articles on google regarding this cream, its very dangerous for some people it rendered them almost immobile/paralyzed.

Anyway I took aldara for 2-3 weeks and I really did not see the warts slow down, it was depressing to anticipate putting the cream on my butt and vag lips. I am a type who who wants to be clean and smooth and this was very very traumatic for me. I cried almost every night and day and I tried to research online what I could do and the images of the warts also. These are my experiences using aldara cream

  • 1)I bought disposable underwear because I burned my old underwear
  • 2)I used the cream before sleeping, it made me sleepy
  • 3) I used a desk mirror sat on a rag on the floor with my legs open in front of a vanity mirror..
  • 4)wiped the cream properly in places
  • 5) wear disposable underwear
  • 6)put sanitary sheets on bed to not re-infect self
  • I started using the apple cider, heres what I did
  • 1)bought hane's apple cider ORGANIC vinegar
  • 2)tons of cotton balls
  • 3)disposable underwear
  • 4)cannot stand to sleep with this stench, I cover a bunch of cotton balls and stuff them on my vag lips, inside (not inside the vaginal canal) and on the butt area
  • 5)use oral painkillers tablets (paracetamol or ibuprofen) it still hurt a lot to a point I was shaking
  • 6)i did this almost everyday for almost 2 mos, Jan 15 to Mar 10
  • 7) now it is almost gone but I scarred my butt pretty bad, I put some cream oil on it
  • 8) u can just use qtips, use those surgical tapes (the ones where ur pores can breathe) , pour vinegar on the qtip and set the qtip on the wart and tape it overnight
  • 9)i highly recommend disposable undies cause the apple cider smell probably wont go away or it will stain ur underwear
  • 10)instead of using tissue paper, use gauze, it wont hurt that much if u use gauze, cause tissue chafes a lot
  • 11)beware of scarring, so I highly recommend the qtip thing.. the scar is light colored than ur normal skin tone
  • 12) I also used hydrogen peroxide 10% and swabbed the areas after showering every day and my butt
  • 13) ONE THING IS DO NOT LET THE AREAS BE WET , THE WARTS WILL SPREAD IF THE AREA IS MOIST
  • 14)if concerned about moisture, leave cotton balls on between ur butt or vag area so it wont be moist, I promise u the warts will spread more when there is moisture
  • 15)i took 1000 mgs of vitamin c almost every day (or every other day), vitamin e, coenzyme q10, garlic, I ATE properly , I drank lemonade everyday to boost my immune system

All this said and done and spent, I am exhausted and sometimes I worry that I might not want to have sex ever anymore :( The stigma also of knowing u have it, u dont want to share it with a future sex partner or lover/husband/wife/gf

Good luck and have faith, if u end up scarring and having wounds on ur genital warts due to using the apple cider, u can buy betadine and wash it with that it will heal faster then u can do it again.

It is not true that HPV lives in the blood. It lives in and on tissue. That is why there is no HPV blood test. Does not live in the blood! It is also not true that you have the virus for the rest of your life. There are many strains of HPV. Once you are infected, the virus either lays dormant, becomes activated (stress, low immune system), or goes away completely. Once your body kills the virus, you are immune to that strain. However, you can become infected with the many other strains that cause genital warts. People can carry the virus on their skin and have no symptoms.

I was diagnosed with genital warts last year. Have been symptomless for several months. I used 13% food grade hydrogen peroxide on the whole area (warts will turn white. Any breaks in the skin can turn white too) in addition to TCA applied by a physician. I was treated for 3 months before I saw any improvement. Vitamins are essential! I only use vitamins derived from raw foods/whole foods. Synthetic vitamins are not what your body wants or needs. You pee them out. Waste of $$. Also I used and still use antiviral herbs and medicinal mushrooms. I really feel that the mushrooms were the missing link for me. I use __________ brand (I take the ______ blend along with Reishi and Agarikon capsules). I went to an herbalist and she recommended copious amounts of lemon balm tea along with ______ tincture by _____ (warning: contains lomantium which, in rare cases, can cause rashes. I never developed a rash. Can also put the tincuture on the actual wart, which I also did. Hurts like hell tho). And I juice raw vegetables and fruits and get colonics. Green is clean as they say. I hope my warts have been killed but I try not to concern myself too much about it. I do believe stress can override any of the good things you do to boost the immune system.

Just to let u know, I was diagnosed with hpv too, and I did the ACV paste to take off the initial warts. This worked great, but noticed they were coming back. I did more research and decided to take a product called VIRUX by BELL LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS. (Available from health food stores). I started as stated on bottle, taking 4 tablets per day for 15 days. Im now on bottle number 2 and have gone down to one pill per day as a maintenance dose. The itching has gone, the warts disappeared, and I feel and look like a new woman!! Honestly this is an amazing product, you will be amazed!! The bottle states.... Must work or money refunded! And it DOES work :) :)

PLEASE HELP: I was raped and contracted hpv when I was 18, I broke out with warts and received medicine from my doctor, and the warts went away. The ignorant doctor told me that if the symptoms were gone then the disease was gone, which years later I found was untrue, the disease was still alive in my blood and I could still pass it on to others. NOW: I have heard that it is possible for your immune system to eventually fight off the HPV. I have had sexual partners that I failed used protection with (because the doctors said the hpv was gone) and that never contracted HPV. What can I do to get rid of this disease? I have had it for years now, but have only had the one initial outbreak of warts. I've read that vitamin supplements, quitting smoking, and staying away from iron can help increase the chances of getting rid of the disease. Is this true? I do not want this for the rest of my life. What can I do? please help. Is it even possible to get rid of this? or am I torturing myself by believing so?

Multiple Remedies

Hello, I was recently diagnosed with HSV-2. I haven't come to terms with this label yet and after a night of crying my eyes out I decided to do something about it.

Let me start by saying this is no attempt to CURE HSV-2. My plan is to boost my immune system to the point where the IGG specific anitbodies no longer indicate HSV-2 in my body on paper.

I do realize that I will always carry these anti-bodies, but what makes this virus any different than a common cold or chicken pox? We carry these anti-bodies with us, but we aren't cosidered sick...right?!

My current level is 1.36. You have to be over. 90 to be considered positive. 5.0 is considered the cut off mark & indicates a high level of antibodies in the blood. Antibody levels are raised when the viral load has peaked, ususally when a person has an outbreak.

I have had ZERO outbreaks (knock on wood) & my antibody level is considerably low. So I've concluded that my viral count is low as well. My plan is to get re-tested after 3 months of immunity boosting therapy. If successful my IGG anitbody will be below. 90 and I will be HSV-2 free...technically.

After some research I came up with a list of anti-viral herbs & supplements as well as anti-oxidant rich foods to boost immunity.

Lysine

Zinc

Vitamin C

Lecithin

Echinacea

Lemon balm

Oil of Oregano

Andrographis

Red beans

Blueberries

Cranberries

Vitamin E

Vitamin A

None of these supplements can hurt you, they can only help boost your immunity. A stronger immune system can eliminate outbreaks!!! I refuse to run around with the label of having Herpes if there is nothing to show for it. I am also abstaining from sex. I am integrating oil pulling (sunflower oil) into my regimine. I will start after one month of boosting my immune system, only because I don't want to risk exacerbating symptoms that are currently suppressed.

I'll keep you updated on my progress & will also let you know if my antibody test comes back negative. Wish me luck!!!

Let me start of by saying this isn't going to be one of those posts where I'm jumping for joy because my warts "magically fell off" after 3 days of minimal treatment. It is a good post however. I do believe that everyone's warts are different and it really does depend on how long you've had them and how stubbon they are in relation to treatment, so don't lose hope.

I've had HPV for around 5 years now and I am not one of those "lucky" people who have outbreaks or just one cluster that disappears on its own. I have 2 sets, one on each inner lip of my vagina. One side is one larger cluster of about 3 or 4 and then 2 small single ones below it and the other side is about 6 or 7 single ones in a straight row and both on the bottom half towards my perineum. I've been lucky over the years that they haven't spread but also unlucky in the fact that they've stayed put since the day they appeared. I just sort of "lived" with them being there as I couldn't afford all the expensive treatments and creams. I found this site about 2 years ago and read everyone's great success with ACV. Unfortunately I haven't had the greatest lifestyle to accompany constant treatment so up until now I've attempted it a few times but this time I've decided to go in with the big guns, so to speak.

Like I said this is not a 3 day success story, or even a week. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now.

I really want to stress that just because you don't have the instant results that others do, DON'T GIVE UP! I'm going to share my story and results in hopes that maybe it helps someone else with more resistant warts.

Everyday I do the following: (and keep in mind these are specific to me. Adjust times, amounts, dilutions etc. to fit your own comfort level if necessary.)

I start with vitamins: vitamin c, d, e; l-lysine; garlic pills; and a multi-vitamin.

Everyday and in between each treatment I clean the area thoroughly (and I mean whole area, in between, on the warts themselves-everything. STAY AWAY from getting inside unless you have a very high tolerance for awful stinging pain) with 91% isopropyl alcohol. Keep in mind that after you have already started treatment, if the warts are sensitive or raw or anything like that, IT WILL STING! Before I do anything else, I apply either vitamin e oil or a diaper rash like cream to the immediate surrounding areas to avoid any swelling or irritation of unaffected skin. Then I make a paste out of aspirin (6 to 12 works fine for me-make sure you crush them REALLY good into a fine powder), add ACV (apple cider vinegar) in tiny amounts until you have the consistency you want, then I squeeze out a large capsule of vitamin e oil and mix it in well. Take some cotton balls and size it out to the area(s) you need to cover, then saturate one side of the cotton in the mixture. Make sure it's not too pasty and dry because you need it to be wet so it'll really get on there and do some damage. It will dry on later. Personally, I tape the cotton on with some medical tape and leave it on depending on my schedule; all day or a couple of hours and always overnight and keep it secure with some breathable cotton underwear. Depending on your level of pain tolerance, it can and probably will be very stingy. The very first time for me did not hurt but the more irritated the warts get, it increases. In between treatments I apply pure tea tree oil, undiluted to the warts with a q-tip, making sure to get in between and all over. Not everyone can use TTO undiluted so it's best to check before you do that. Otherwise you can dilute it with a bit of water.

I've been at it for about 3 weeks constantly now and I'm having great results. There are definitely little pieces falling off here and there but this is how it's gone from beginning to now: first time-turned white, then eventually they became hard and a darker off white-greyish color, then tiny black spots all over, still hard. Eventually mine became very scabby and large layers of them started peeling off like a sunburn. I've also noticed a big reduction in size. They just seem to be shrinking and coming off in layers instead of just falling off. I've been told the best thing you can do is damage them and keep kickin' em while they're down. It's definitely not comfortable and I don't love the smell of ACV but I'm seeing a dramatic improvement. Hopefully this keeps up and ill post back again when I have some new results. Good luck :)
