Hi, In October of 2009, I was experiencing inflammation in my toes. They were red and looked like sausages. Then it spread to my fingers, elbows, shoulders, knees and I knew something was desperately wrong. It was a pain that one does not understand unless one has experienced it. Having gone through several brain surgeries in my life, I could not deal with this. Just thinking about this causes me to panic. I need to tell my story so that it may help others.

I made an appointment with a local rheumatologist. I also scoured the internet for some clue as to what I could find as far as a treatment. I read about Dr. Brown's protocol on Dr. Mercola's website. I figured it was RA. Without a long drawn out explanation of my experiences with the docs, I will tell you that I was diagnosed as having RA in more than 40 joints by a famous hospital in Scottsdale, Chicago, locally and in Idaho. Four doctors agreed that I should take methotrexate and Humera. NO WAY! I am 55 years old and know too many people that have died from cancer because of the drugs. My friend has Anchalosing arthritis and he quit taking the methotrexate and now he is awaiting a liver transplant.

After refusing the drugs, I contacted some alternative believing PhD's. I followed Dr. Mercola's recommendations according to the Dr. Brown protocol. I was so crippled but everything started coming together and making sense. Dr. Brown believed it has to do with a virus and with food.

I purchased a collgen2 ionic colloidal silver generator from Fred Peschel. I understand the science and I spoke with the inventor and his generator was being used by NASA and he had so many testimonials about how his 7ppm ionic silver is pure and it was inexpensive to make. I drink 16-32 ounces per day.

I started taking 30,000 iu of D3 per day. This dramatically decreased the pain by 40 percent in 1 week. I had my blood tested for my D3 level. The ideal level is 120 and mine was at 20. I have read that the average North American has a D3 level of 20. This is a BIG part of the reason for cancer, heart problems, etc. My daughter is a cardiac nurse and 30,000 I. U. 's is the daily dose for heart patients. I was told to buy the little gel pills and I buy the NOW brand. It is filled with olive oil.

  • NO MORE SODA, diet or regular
  • Un-pasteurized milk. I found a milk supplier at http://www.realmilk.com
  • NO processed foods
  • No high fructose corn syrup
  • Lots of green leafy vegetables
  • Olive Oil
  • Oranges, Lemons, Melons (live enzymes)
  • Little REAL sugar
  • Farm Fresh Eggs
  • Raw cheese
  • I receive emails about anti-inflammatory diets.

Well, I had to drastically change my diet, but we must , in order live healthy! 3 months after I started this way of eating, the pain slowly went away. I went to one of the docs who is an MD and has a PhD in immunology. He said "I've got great news, I checked your blood profile and you DON'T have RA!!!!! He told me that my D3 level was at a healthy 120. He even asked me how I did it.

4 hospitals diagnosed me and now it is gone.

Dr. Browns protocol uses mynocycline (anti-biotic) to put people into complete remission. The ionic silver 7ppm is bio available and it is not a drug. Don't let the establishment tell you that once you have RA, there is no way you can go into remission.

God Bless Anyone who suffers from this disease, but you can get better. I always say knowledge is power and wisdom is putting it into action.

This is my experience with the epsom salt flush. A brief health history first:

I suffer from R. Arthritis for about 10 years. The first 9 years I've been able to manage pretty well with exercise strict diet and herbs. The last year, I seemed to have gotten worse to a point that I couldn't get out of bed. Everything I ate caused me severe joint pain that I just would starve myself and sleep all day. I also noticed that I wasn't hungry anymore and lost about 15 lbs in less than 6 months. I'm petite 110lb and went down to 95 lbs where my bones in my shoulders and ribs were showing. I tried my own natural remedies: turmeric, acv, etc. and still severe pain

Finally after 6 months of nothing working, I saw a local ND but she was no help. All she did was suggest detox supplements that she sold and although I had a little bit more energy, my joint pain was unbearable, like 9 to 10 unbearable and barely getting any sleep at night. I spent about $1000 on her and I was still suffering. She also was a devout believer in muscle testing, so she would tell me I couldn't eat this food or that food which left me barely eating and starving myself further.

I tried elimination diet while in her care and I was starving myself figuring out what foods to eat. I think she made me worse. Then I broke down and decided to spend money on a functional practitioner and he ordered a thorough panel of tests: blood, stool, urine, etc. I found out that I was severely deficient in vitamins, iron, calcium, etc. So I had several bacteria in my stool (h.pylori), had methylation, and high ammomia, high cholesterol, etc. So instead of tackling my bacteria issues which were causing me digestive issues, he sold me expensive herbal supplements to focus on reducing inflammation which cost another 200. Then after 2 weeks he started adding b vitamins and vitamin d but no probiotics or anything to focus on my digestion. I drank Ted's antibacterial tea (1 tsp of each: thyme, cumin, oregano, ceylon cinnamon, and 1/2tsp of clove (everything was grounded) and drank that 2 to 3 times a day and that really helped my joint and my digestion but was still feeling nauseous and having very loose stools..

Finally I decided to let him go and found an amazing ND from N. Mexico. I left a message to the front desk about my issues and he told her to call me back told me to take 4 drops of Lugols first thing AM and Afternoon on empty stomach wait an hour and then take enteric probiotic then wait an hour to eat. He said in about 4 days you should start feeling better. In 2 days, I was pain free and was able to eat way better. Not perfect but 80 to 85% improvement. I decided to drive 6 hours to go see him the next week. I told him about my lab test and all my issues. He didn't even look at them. He knew exactly what I needed. I forgot to add that I also have a very painful right shoulder that is frozen. An xray showed demineralization and osteoporosis (he said vitamin c will cure this).

So he gave me this regimen: no gluten or dairy, eat chicken, eggs, legumes, and lots of fruits and veggies, 4000 mg of vit c, a mutivitamin which includes probiotics and digestive enzymes, fulvic and humic acid drink, plant based iron supplement, and said to sit in sun for 30 minutes everyday for vitamin D. He also told me about earthing which I try to do everyday but now I'm looking into making an earthling mat for my bed. He also said, do an epsom salt flush. I waited a few days to do this flush but in the meantime, everything he gave me, my pain went from 9 to 10 to 2 to 4 just in a few days.

So here is my experience with epsom salt flush. It was a horrible experience. It tasted terrible and although I had lots of chaff and green stones, I was nauseous and had diarrhea and pounding headache for a week rendering me not being able to take supplements or eat anything losing 5 lbs and my weight going down to 90lbs.. A few days later, I suffered severe pain heart palpitations that I thought I was having a heart attack that would not stop after a half hour. I almost went to the emergency room but was scared about the covid. I tried everything to calm it down: breathing exercises, meditation, thinking happy thoughts, but my heart kept pumping hard. Finally I decided to take cbd and it helped me fall asleep peacefully with no problems. I woke up in the morning and my heart started pounding again but not as badly as the night before. I decided to do some research on epsom salt and read that it has high magnesium and figured out on my own that you need potassium to balance it. So I ate banana and freshly squeezed pink grapefruit (from my tree) every day and I haven't had any problems with my heart ever again. It's been 2 weeks since I did the flush. I think the reason my body reacted so badly to it is because I was already sick from the h. Pylori and nutritionally deficient, and so underweight that my body couldn't handle that much magnesium. I want to try the flush again bc I think it will help my digestion but I'm doing extensive research before I engage. I also want to gain more weight before I put my body through that again.

Sorry such a long story but I am feeling way better. My body has been through so much for the past year that now I'm just getting my strength back and am slowly introducing my body to different foods, almost like a baby. My pain has subsided to level 1 to 2 maybe 4 on bad days. My right shoulder is better but I found out I pinched a nerve in my neck causing my shoulder pain which I can barely move. I'm just going to start pt and go from there. That Lugol's saved my life and now I can sleep eat and exercise. And what's amazing, it only cost $ 12 for 2 bottles of 2%. I spent over 4k on the the 2 doctors and got nowhere. Shows that even ND's don't know what they're doing. Finding a good one very rare.

Hope my story helps. Stay safe and healthy!

Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed Oil for Pain Relief: Arthritis – Rheumatoid – Osteoarthritis of the Knee:

Many people swear by flaxseed oil, which contains omega-3 fatty acids known as EPA and DHA. Flaxseed EPA's decrease swelling, which is why our grandparents used it for RA. Recent research has indicated flaxseed oil as a novel pain reliever for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. As the research team notes, flaxseed oil is used in traditional Persian medicine for a variety of things, including as a pain reliever. The scientists say that their study has confirmed that the oil can be applied topically for pain relief. The team wrote, “Flaxseed oil is effective in pain relief of patients with knee osteoarthritis, especially in improving the severity of symptoms and functional status of patients.”

Past research has indicated that the omega-3 fatty acids found in flax may be responsible for its pain-relieving properties. According to the U.K.'s Express, omega-3 fats are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. Given that flaxseed contains nearly 1600 milligrams of the stuff in just one serving, flaxseed surely contains enough omega-3s to impart such benefits.

Many of us suffer with degenerating joints as a result of the natural ageing process. It has long been believed that omega 3 fatty acids, such as those produced by the body using building blocks from flaxseed oil, help to reduce inflammation. As a result they may reduce problems such as joint discomfort and reduced flexibility.

A study aiming to identify exactly how polyunsaturated fatty acids help to ease joint pain found that they seem to act in at least two manners. Firstly, they help to suppress proteins in the body known as “cytokines” that act as “messengers” and encourage an inflammatory response. Secondly, omega 3 oils seem to also suppress enzymes known as “proteases” which are responsible for the physical breakdown of joint cartilage. In doing so, omega oils like EPA help to slow the progression of degenerative joint conditions.

It is also interesting to highlight that when comparing the impacts of different omega 3 oils, experts found that “EPA was more effective than DHA”. This is reassuring because, as previously discussed; it is EPA levels that tend to rise most significantly after consumption of flaxseed oil.

Another study provided existing rheumatoid arthritis sufferers with either 1.8 grams of EPA per day or a placebo tablet to measure any impact on their condition. After 12 weeks of ongoing supplementation the EPA group saw measurable improvements in “morning stiffness and number of tender joints”. Just as interestingly, once the experiment ceased and the EPA group stopped taking their supplement they began to “deteriorate significantly”, suggesting that ongoing consumption is crucial for long-term protection.

Current research suggests that fatty acids like those derived from flaxseed oil aren't just useful for treating pre-existing conditions; they may even help to reduce the onset of such symptoms in the first place.

A fascinating study asked 32,232 women born between 1914 and 1948 to complete a questionnaire outlining their diet, and hence their average intake of beneficial omega 3 oils. After seven years the scientists compared the results of those that had been unlucky enough to contract rheumatoid arthritis in the meantime with comparable healthy participants. They found that a long term intake of long-chain omega 3 oils higher than 0.21 grams per day “was associated with a 52% decreased risk” of developing rheumatoid arthritis.

Taken internally, Flax Seed Oil main content, Omega-3 fats, help our body produce Prostaglandins Series 1 and 3, which are anti-inflammatory hormone-like molecules. These molecules help reduce the inflammation associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis.

Therefore, Flax Seed is often believed to be a natural cure for arthritis. Simply take one tablespoon of Flax Seed or the Oil 3 times daily.

For breakfast, add Flax Seeds to your cereal, muffin, or bread, or mix ground Flax Seeds into chocolate/strawberry milk or orange juice.

For lunch and dinner, Flax Seeds can be ground and sprinkled directly onto almost any meal.

Flax Seed Oil can also be used instead of the raw seeds. Take 1 teaspoon of Flax Seed Oil 3 times daily. The oil can be added to food as well. Continue this remedy for at least one month to cure the primary forms of arthritis.

Topical use of Linseed oil can be found in Proprietary Liniments from the 1850's – 1950's listed as LINSEED OIL. Your grandparents know that flaxseed oil had a direct effect on inflammed tissue therefore they used it as a carrier oil in there liniments for arthritis problems.

Hello,

I found out 2 years ago that I have rheumatoid arthritis. I've seen doctor after doctor trying to find a cure to the pain that I was enduring. They put me on several different medicines starting with Naproxy Sodium and going all the way up to Cyclophosomide (I probably spelled that one wrong.) which is a chemotherapy drug with horrible side effects and about the worse you can get. My next step if this treatment didn't work was bone marrow replacement therapy, which scared me to death. Anyway, I have been sick for a very long time. Lethargic, unable to fight off infections, getting them over and over again as soon as I stop taking precription antibiotics for them, unable to stay motivated, memory loss, etc. I wanted to found a natural cure after I started reading some articles on the internet. They told me that not only was Prednisone and Cyclophosomide bad for you, but that they were slowly killing me. They are toxic over a long period of time and even though they were taking care of my arthritis pain, I was constantly sick, tired, and not really even wanting to be on this planet anymore because my quality of life was so poor. I couldn't do anything, not even shopping at the grocery store without becoming so incredibly tired and lethargic afterwards that I had to go home and go to bed. In fact most of the past 2 years of my life has been spent in bed, missing family functions and kid time. I started looking for natural cures for arthritis and came across an article about garlic, not just garlic, but the allicin found in garlic. One of the websites that I found told me to take a garlic clove, which you should be able to buy at any grocery store, chop it up and eat it quickly, along with ginger in some milk. You have to eat it quickly and raw. If you keep it out in the air too long, the allicin will evaporate. You only have a few minutes and the allicin is what you are wanting, not the garlic. The ginger helps the inflammation of the bones and joints because it has a warming effect, and the garlic helps to cure the disease. It doesn't just work on arthritis, but they are claiming, cancer, aids, sinus infections, sore throats, staff and strep, plus many others. I've been doing this for about 3 days now. I've been off of cyclophosomide for over a week and I'm feeling better than what I have felt in about 2 years. When I first started taking the garlic, about 2 days ago, I had a severe sinus infection that wouldn't leave. I've had it off and on for about 4 straight weeks now. Garlic is also supposed to help fight asthma and allergies which I also have. None of those have been bothering me since I took the garlic. Just make sure that you have plenty of cool milk or some other cool liquid nearby because when you eat it raw, it's very hot! The only side effects that I've noticed is of course, garlic breath, and a little heart burn. Everything else this website promised has worked and I'm feeling energetic again, but also pain free. I found out later that the cyclophosomide that I was taking is also a carcinogenic, meaning that it will eventually give me cancer. I understand that doctors are trying to help you and release you from your pain, but to give you something that will take the pain away, but kill you in the process just doesn't seem right to me.

When taking the garlic, you need 1 clove. What I've been doing is chopping it up into small pieces, and then eating the pieces and grinding them up further with my teeth. Once again, I STRESS. It's very hot, so make sure you have something to drink that's COLD nearby. I'd really love to hear from anyone else to see if you have the same results I did.

"If you keep it out in the air too long, the allicin will evaporate. You only have a few minutes and the allicin is what you are wanting, not the garlic."

Just wanted to note that the above part is untrue. It is actually best to let chopped or minced garlic sit for 10 minutes or so before eating or cooking with it. Garlic does not actually contain allicin as such - it is formed when the garlic is cut or crushed and it takes time to maximize. Google for many references to this. Here's just one (this one recommends 5-10 minutes sit time; others say 10 minutes minimum):

Lucille Ball, the famous comedienne and zany star of the “I Love Lucy” television series, was just 17 years old and working as a model when she suddenly developed a fiery pain in both her legs. ‘It was so bad, I had to sit down, ' she wrote in her autobiography, Love, Lucy. She had recently recovered from a bout of pneumonia and a high fever; now this! The Doctor's diagnosed her with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

The doctor did ask if Lucy wanted to try an experimental treatment – injections of ‘horse serum'. Finally, months later, the pain began to ease, and Lucy was able to stand up on weak and shaky legs. Lucy's hard work and perseverance paid off. Lucy was able to return to New York; she made

several films and eventually starred in her own television series.

Question? Does anyone KNOW THE NAME or THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION of the (HORSE SERUM) used in the 1920's that Lucille was given.

Lucille Ball, the renowned actress, Suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

From her Book: Love Lucy an Autobiography by Lucille Ball p. 47. (Digital Copy)

One winter day, I came down with a bad cold that turned into pneumonia. I stayed in my room restlessly for several days, tossing with fever, but then hurried back to Hattie's. I needed that thirty-five dollars a week.

I was standing on the dais for a fitting when suddenly I felt as if both my legs were on fire. The pain was excruciating. Hattie kindly sent me to her own doctor, around the corner on Fifth Avenue. He told me that the pains were arthritic, possibly rheumatoid arthritis. This is an incurable disease which becomes progressively more crippling until the sufferer ends up in a wheelchair for life.

“You must go to a hospital at once, ” Hattie's doctor told me. I did some rapid calculations. “I only have eighty-five dollars to my name, ” I told him.

He then gave me the address of an orthopedic clinic up near Columbia University. That night I sat waiting my turn for three hours while the city's poor, some of them horribly crippled, went in and out. It was ten o'clock before my turn came.

The clinic doctor examined me and shook his head. I was by this time crying and half fainting from the pain. He asked if he could try a new and radical treatment, some kind of horse serum, and I said yes, for God's sake, anything. For several weeks I stayed in my room, and he came and gave me injections;

finally, when my money ran out and my legs still were not better, there was nothing left to do but go home to Jamestown. One of my beaux drove me to Grand Central Station and pushed me to the train in a wheelchair. I was discouraged but not terribly frightened. The confidence of the young is truly remarkable.

Johnny met my train at Buffalo and drove me to my family's apartment on Wilcox Avenue. Daddy was back home again, thank goodness. He lectured me on taking better care of myself, and DeDe, although still working all day long herself, devoted her evenings to massaging my legs and cheering me up.

For the first few months I was in such pain that time passed in a kind of blur. We kept up the horse serum injections, which were then considered a highly experimental, even last-ditch experiment. I was a guinea pig who survived, and the pain gradually subsided. Finally the day came when, with the support of Daddy and the doctor, I shakily stood up. We found that my left leg was now somewhat shorter than my right leg.

It also pulled sideways, and to correct this, I wore a twenty-pound weight in one of my ugly black orthopedic shoes. The metal weight felt cold against my foot, and the pain as I clomped around was like needles. For my morale, I wore some heavy blue satin pajamas that I had bought on sale at Hattie's. Pajamas for women were just becoming fashionable; I think I was also the first female in Jamestown to appear on the street in slacks.

One happy result of my long illness was that I did learn to take better care of myself. I tried to get my full eight hours' sleep a night, and I ate fewer starches and carbohydrates. I still go without the right food when I'm busy, and often skip lunch or dinner altogether. This has the strange effect of making me gain weight, since my body retains fluid. Dr. Henry Beiler, whose patients include Greta Garbo and Gloria Swanson, wants me to eat a small meal every few hours, and I'm trying to do this. He doesn't believe in pills or medicines, but he accomplishes wonders with food. It's shocking how many doctors in Beverly Hills never once ask during a consultation what you eat.

hi, i suffer from ra in my hands (never diagnosed) going on 6 months. i've been trying to follow what ted said to do, i've been taking 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of baking soda twice a day and taking 500mg of magnesium citrate (i cut back to about 375mg was getting headaches from it), 1000iu of d3, haven't got the vit k2 yet. i've been hesitant on ingesting the borax (20 mule team). it's been a couple of weeks and no relief.

i just found on this site they now have boron borax pellets 30c. i would like to take these instead, but not sure how many pellets i need to take a day, and should i just dissolve in my mouth or take it like the borax in a liter of water and if so how many pellets in the water???? anybody out there that takes these pellets?

also, i've eliminated alcohol, salt sugar, dairy, nightshade vegetable from my diet, i only eat whole grains, salmon, tofu and veggies, still no relief. any ideas?

Hi Suzie, Very important is to get some proteolitc enzymes from Dr William Wongs website, the enzymes will desolve the junk in your joints. Dr Wong has got a lot of info on his website. Just type in Dr William Wong.

Hi Suzie, That's an awful lot of lemon juice for that tiny amount of baking soda. I also have RA, and have benefitted much from following Bangkok Ted's recommendation to add more Baking Soda until the lemon juice stops fizzing from it. It also may take a few weeks to kick in, with me it took ~3 weeks, then everything got noticeably better almost overnight.

I also do not like the taste of A&H baking soda, but B R Mill Non-aluminum baking soda doesn't have that taste, so I find it much easier to drink.

I have taken the wong stuff before. NO offense intended to the previous well-meaning poster, but it caused me some serious trouble and I will never, ever take it again. I recommend you save the megabux it costs, and buy a supplement which does not contain the superfluous fillers or excipients. I have had good results from _____ "Super Enzymes" in *capsules*, NOT in the tablets, it is available both ways. They cost ~$10.

If you search through the many Rheumatoid Arthritis Cures posts on Earthclinic listed under "Ailments", pay special attention to anything posted by Bangkok Ted, IMO it should help you much. His recommendations have consistently worked for me.

I use Hydrangea Root tea to dissolve joint calcifications from RA. You can add some fresh-squeezed lemon juice and raw honey, or Tart Cherry concentrate (Health food store or Vitacost) to dress up the taste if you want to.

Swedish Bitters also does me a lot of good. This can also be used in a poultice on swollen joints. If you do that, rubbing on some Coconut or Castor oil under the Bitters poultice will keep it from itching your skin.

I hope this helps,

Linda

Hi Suzie, Yes I know exactly where to get it, but EC probably won't allow me to post it (IMO for good reason, we'd all be overrun with marketing spam :-)), so if you do a web search for 'hydrangea root herb' that ought to answer you with some good sources.

I want to repeat this and stress it most importantly- *I have to be very careful to avoid fillers and excipients in whatever I take! * Including in capsule supplements (read the *fine print* on the bottle before purchasing)! Especially Calcium Carbonate (powdered limestone), which sets me on fire everywhere, and then took several months to get the stuff out of my body.. There is only one brand of capsuled enzymes I know of which worked for me (from my post above, the brand name was removed), and those helped *a lot*.

When I got a dose of Calcium Carbonate, the thing that helped the most to get rid of it was Hydrangea Root Tea during the daytime, and ~3/4 to 1 tablespoon of ACV (organic, with the Mother), *diluted into 8 oz of water* and drunk at bedtime on the way to bed.

If you still cannot locate Hydrangea Root, then the Swedish Bitters recommended in the excellent work of the famous Herbalist Maria Treben are also reported to dissolve joint calcifications over time. The Hydrangea Root was much faster than this, for me.

I hope this helps,

Linda

To Linda, Have the same (R.A) as you- amazing about what you said about calcium carbonate. I have always asked myself why the budwig? diet started my R.A. It must have been the calcium carbonate in the cottage cheese that started all my pain and troubles in my hands.

After many tries with various diets I have been on paleo for immune for 4 months and am off meds for my Rheumatoid arthritis. I still find some extra foods flare me like tree nuts and berries except blueberries. Also sweet potatoes, onions and garlic can cause issues. Sugar unless natural by fruit, red fruits and Citrus as well. I was in a wheel chair in 2011 and now lead a normal life except when I eat the wrong foods two days in a row. Hope this helps.

Hi Imara, congratulations, that's great. Going gluten-free helped me with arthritis. I have just been reading up on sulfites (for my own health issues) and it sounds like you may be sensitive to sulfites - natually occuring and added to processed foods and soaps, shampoos, etc. Have you looked into that?

Keep doing natural solutions research and realize the drugs are NOT working, so try something else. DRUGS don't heal - your body heals itself. Strengthen your immune system in every way you can .... quit eating foods that harm your body and give the natural alternatives more time. If you have given the drugs years (and they still aren't working) why would you expect a natural solution to work in 2 weeks ???? Read, read, read .... and read some more. You do need to alkaline your blood. The best way to do this is with baking soda: 1 tbl mixed with molasses (unsulfured). Molasses is a carrier for the baking soda. Very important to mix the two, also add a little good water drink in am then do not eat for two hours. With your night time meal, take a potassium supplement 99mg. Do this for 10days, then stop for about a month unless pain comes back sooner. Follow these directions as close as possible. Normally you will start feeling pain relief within two days. Help the situation by watching your diet. The really cool thing about this remedy is that it will cost you around 15 dollars at your local health food store.

RA, is caused mostly by a few things; root canal teeth, consumption of nightshades, zoonotic infections (insect vectored infections ( best test for this in the USA, spirostat (triple shot babesia add on test). Triple means three different blood specimens. Most docs are doing finger, big toe stick and venous blood draw. They may not be doing business in your country yet, but you could go to their site and email the question.. Zoonotic infections include not only "Lyme disease" but 50 or 60 other spirochettes and non spirohettal infections like Leptosira, Q Fever, and a dozen or so Richettsia family. The flouride issue does play into this but for the most cipro and levaquin are causing theses types of symptoms because they are very effective at killing spirochettal infections which in turn causes a secondary immmune response to the cell membrane blebs of dead organism. This is the classic "herz". Although the floride or flourine residual also Chlorine can make RA much worse. Drsteve

This message is for DrSteve, He was explaining about inssect vectored infection on RA patients. An interesting option to have checked. He mentions to "go to their website" but does not specify the website's name. Can he input on that? Thank you. Mary

I had rheumatoid arthritis quite badly. Tremendous amount of pain, however my joints were not yet deformed. I was told by someone to stop eating all forms of wheat due to the amount of gluten contained in it. There are other grains as well, not sure what they are. Well, it was one of the most frustrating and also rewarding things I have had to do. I was told to stop totally, for at least three weeks. At the end of about two weeks, I realized I was no longer in pain!!!

I had suffered severe heartburn for 20+ years. A doctor told me to use antacids for the heartburn. I believe this is actually what caused the arthritis as it forced my body to digest and used something it did not recognized as food (GMO). When I stopped using the antacids. Now, I will get heartburn from eating anything with gluten in it, then throw-up, usually within a short time. When I do accidentally ingest gluten, (a small amount) the first place I notice it, is my big toe joint on my right foot. It gets swollen and red, but the damage is not permanent. There are some very good gluten free products out there now, for which I am very thankful!

You can also find a list of common allergens, sometimes it can be milk, mushrooms, etc. I think the elimination process works for most of this type of thing! Happy and painfree!

I am beginning to realize after eliminating most grains but specifically gluten, if gluten is my cause too. I've had very little as I stayed home most the winter and home cooked all my meals. I ate out a few times recently and have had 2 bouts of attacks. I read a few years ago that gluten is the culprit. I'm trying to cure my Hashimoto's thyroid issue naturally, and was told to get off all grains as this causes inflammation. Maybe there truly is a cure for this awful pain. I'm any case, I tried the vinegar and my pain subsided. This vinegar has been my staple since I found this website a few years ago!!

About rheumatoid arthritis and Hashimoto's thyroid: I studies this one a few years ago, both conditions are linked to mycoplasma fermentans infection so one treatment should fix you up in a hurry - Gallium nitrate.

This is my suggestion to help with Reumatoid arthritis, having to do with leaky gut

  • Juicing once a week
  • Avoid proinflammatory foods, milk, white sugar, white flour made food stuff
  • Serrapeptase (80,000i.u) in the morning on empty stomach
  • One hour after serrapeptase Glutamine with water
  • oil of oregano with the food 6 weeks ΟΝ 2 weeks off (mid - day)
  • Omega 3 capsule plus probiotics - 8 o'clock in the evening
  • Between the two main meals – 6 o clock in the evening – One capsule mastic 6 weeks ΟΝ 2 weeks off
  • When you are on two weeks OFF from previous, get garlic oil capsules instead
  • Before food 10- 20 minutes, take digestive enzymes

I could not stand upright or walk without limping for pain. I tried the H2O2 in a spray bottle as seen on u tube. Within 15 minutes I noticed reduction in pain. From an 8 to 3. So I remembered I use to put on a little DMSO and sprayed a little HP on my leg, hip, and lower back. I am now so delighted I can hardly type. Pain is almost gone. Just a little pain in mid back and neck. I have lived with rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years. Thank you so much for the tips. Rose

Hepatitis C and H202 therapy:

I have been diagnosed with HCV and used food grade 35% H202 starting with 3 drops in 6-8 ounces of distilled water and incrementing to this date by one drop each day to 24 drops. I have experienced healing crisis often but have been able to go to work. I am 70 years old. This evening I experienced quite a bit of blood in my stool. I don't want to stop my treatment, because HCV is deadly. So far there is no liver damage. I have searched the web to see if anyone else experienced blood in stool to no avail. Of course my doctor said there was no cure for my condition, but I do not believe that. I believe that only God can cure and only God knows if I will be cured.

The blood transfusion that I received in the 70s when my 7th child was born was tainted with HCV virus. I stayed in denial for years after being given that information. Now the doctor says my viral load has gotten very high, so I decided to try to find a natural cure. I hope someone can tell me the significance of the blood in the stool. (by the way my oldest daughter started the treatment with me and she only had arthritis and is on the way down from 22 drops with hardly any ill effects -- slight nauseau immediately after ingesting the mix). She no longer feels any pain from RA."

My wife, who has Rheumatoid Arthritis, used Hydrogen Peroxide for about 1 month. She built up on the dose per instructions and was taking 25 drops in 6oz of water 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks of the month. The H2O2 caused a her a lot of fatigue, which was expected according to the side effect descriptions. She also experienced a significant increase in joint pain during the entire time on H2O2. She eventually stopped using it because there was no improvement in RA symptoms, and it appeared that the H2O2 was making it worse.

Hi Gemini -

Research BORON for arthritis. I take 3mg a day with Magnesium and Calcium (equal amounts of the ca and mg - and I sometimes skip the Calcium, because of some of the things I have read I do not take it every single day) along with 5, 000iu of D3.

I have no more pain in my hands unless I really overdo it.

Seriously great stuff for arthritis, and it costs very little. Read about it. Just google "boron and arthritis".

Best!
