C: Turpentine is a powerful parasite & pathogen killer so folks that have a high number of these critters will experience "die-off" or "Herx reaction" as the toxins released from the dying bad bugs. This in turn can cause leaky gut syndrome or dirty colon.

To remedy this it would help by taking Activated Charcoal or Bentonite Clay prior to meals to capture the waste. One spoon of Milled Flax Seed with breakfast (goes good with cereal or fruit smoothies etc) will clean the colon. Aloe Vera compliments the MFS very well.

My own way is to put one teaspoon of honey or molasses in my mouth, then put the turpentine dose (usually one teaspoon for me) in my mouth next. Then I hold it in my mouth and mix it with my saliva and then I swallow this mix and just chase it down with some water.

If you've never taken turpentine like this before, then you should start with just a 1/4 tspn of turps, with increasing drop dosages over about a week until you are taking one teaspoon. If at any time while taking this protocol you have a Herx or die off reaction or if you feel woozy, drowsy or lethargic -- then take a day off the next day and resume, at a lesser dose, thereafter.

Walter Last also seems to prefer taking the turps or kerosene with a teaspoon of castor oil. The castor oil is a useful idea because it also kills candida and beneficially tends to gently accelerate excretion -- thus removing toxins more quickly from the body. Coconut oil or olive oil can also be taken as the carrier with the turps remedy as well.

Diamond G Forest brand "pure gum spirit of Turpentine." Never use a brand of Turpentine you buy from a home improvement store, wood working shop or art supply shop. Please see link below for dosage and use protocols. Personally, I have never taken more than 5 drops at one time dropped into a coffee pack or two of brown sugar. Always start with only one drop to test your reaction and to see how you feel. I've read that taking castor oil along with the Turpentine can minimize some of the unpleasantness however I have never tried the Caster oil myself.

Turpentine Usage

Posted by Joes (Calgary, Alberta) on 04/05/2015

I have a question about using turpentine. Have obtained some from Diamond Forest Products. I have been doing 1 tsp, 2x/week for the last 4 weeks. Want to use turp to get rid of microbes and possible parasites in blood and body. Hoping it will help with fatigue and also cancer: Multiple Myeloma. Fatigue is a long standing problem. Have problems with constipation and am using enemas.

Have been using turp at 1 tsp, 2x/week for the last 4 weeks (with ground up sugar cubes and about 1 Tbs of olive oil), and seemed to be able to tolerate it with moderate discomfort: concentration, spacey feeling, irritable, some nausea. Last night I took the turp (1 tsp) only with olive oil. I don't know if this was coincidence, but it hit me a lot harder with symptoms.

Would appreciate any advice about this and how I should continue with treatment. Also was thinking about the caution about kidneys and nervous system how much of a concern is this?

Thanks for help

I have read through the posts and would appreciate having clarification on some issues.

Thanks Bill for the Anti-candida protocol, will be looking at that and the link to the page on dealing with fungus.

Would like to know if enemas are enough to unblock the colon for parasites/microbes to exit.

How much of a dose of turpentine is needed to be effective (can I use less than a tsp)? I have read some posts that say to use turp for only 2x/week and others that say to use for 5days/week. I have been using a tsp 2x/week and have felt a lot of reaction (irritability, fatigue, crappy feeling), but have not passed anything noticeable. Not sure if candida is widespread. I have taken a break for a week now and plan to get back probably in another week.

Has anyone more info on using Turp as an enema, would it be as effective as oral consumption? Would like to give it a try.

Also planning to add more vit/min supplements. I have always wondered if the supplements in health food stores are good. Are they natural or synthetic. I would imagine natural would be better, but where to get a good source? Thanks for any help.

Trying to figure out what to do next.

I have candida & parasite problems. Instead of starting at 1/4 tsp of turp could I start at an amount of DROPS & take it each day? Or is twice a week the only recommendation? Thank you for this site.

I've tried turp before, taking only about 7 drops each day. It seemed my heart rate and blood pressure would go crazy! Any ideas on that? Thank you

Hi Lorik...If you have serious systemic candida and other pathogenic infections in your body and if you take turpentine for the first time, you will usually always get a Herx reaction which is caused by heavy die-off of pathogens with release of poisons.

Turpentine also removes biofilms with consequent large release of stored heavy metals into the body also causing other strange symptoms. When candida in particular is killed in large numbers by the turps, there is an even heavier release of candida poisons into the body. So, for a little while, you will feel worse -- with heart palpitations, higher BP and other strange symptoms, until your body has had time to clear these poisons from the body.

So the least you should do is to incorporate additional protocols like molybdenum to neutralize the candida poisons as well as use chlorella or kelp or spirulina to help detox and transport the heavy metals out of you body safely.

I don't really think that you will get very far in you candida remedy if you just use candida-kill remedies on their own. Not enough. You will need to do much more than that and use a much wider and more focused protocol to cure serious systemic candida issues which is why I always favour a multi-protocol approach. My full anti-candida protocol is shown about a quarter way down on this EC page:

Hello Bill,

You seem to be the expert in this group, so I will address this email to you.

I have candida and parasite (and lyme w/ co-infections) and I would like to use turpentine to address these. I have read Dr. Daniels' protocol but I don't like the idea to ingesting all that sugar. I have hyperinsulinemia and Diabetes type 2 from the lyme, so a lot of sugar consumption is not good.

I started my first dose of turpentine this AM -source from Georgia- and only took 1/4 tsp with 1 tsp coconut syrup (lower glycemic index) and 1 tsp avocado oil, chased it down with some liquid. I did not eat any food. I immediately became dizzy.

According to Dr. Daniels, becoming dizzy means that the turpentine went into the system too quickly and that not enough stayed in the gut. This defeats the very purpose that I'm trying to accomplish, namely keeping it in the gut to kill candida/parasites. I bought your book the other day so I can't use it as a resource for the moment. What am I doing wrong and what would you recommend?

Thank you.

Hi Emma...The reason you become drunk or dizzy when you took the turpentine is not directly because of the turpentine itself but because of its rapid-kill effect on large numbers of parasites, candida, viruses and bacteria in your body. And when killed in such large numbers, candida releases aldehydes and alcohol poisons into the blood that will mentally and physically affect you.

I've been working with autistic children who are also taking turpentine and this has more extreme behavioural effects on a child's mind and body like stimming, aggression, repetitive behaviours, not speaking, wild behaviour etc. This is due to the effects of these alcohols and aldehydes on their developing brains. By the way, these children get exactly the same mental symptoms if they take MMS -- so these mental effects are actually caused by the pathogen die-off(Herx effect). This Herx or die-off effect is fairly prominent and should always be expected when you are initially killing such a wide range of pathogens as occurs in Lyme disease.

The effect of supplementing turpentine(or MMS) is necessarily different in an adult because adult brains are fully developed whereas a young child's brain is still developing. So, in an adult, the symptoms will manifest as feeling dizzy or drunk because of the aldehydes and alcohols released by the dead candida. Mood(depression) may also be affected.

If you wish to keep most of the turps to act in the gut then take the turps with castor oil. All the reasons for this are given in detail here.

The Turpentine Protocol is shown here. Take turpentine/CO three times a week(on a day on, day off basis) -- take it twice at the maintainance dose(1 tspn turps + 1 tablespoon CO) and once at the full laxative dose(1 tspn turps + 3 to 4 tablespoons CO) every week.

CO is a laxative and helps to disperse the turps rapidly throughout the whole intestines. The CO also inhibits the turpentine being absorbed into the blood -- so the turps mainly acts throughout the intestines.

So perhaps you should try taking the turpentine/CO protocol as advised above.

Hello Bill,

I have candida overgrowth, and have been having it for years. My symptoms are hair loss, tiredness, stomach pain, weight gain, sinus problems, bad breath, bloating, skin problems, white coated tongue etc.

Over the years I have tried everything with no result. I have tried HP which helped a little bit, coloidal silver, mastic gum, oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract, borax, iodine, graviola, pao d'arco tea, haritaki churna, baking soda, apple sider vinegar, turpentine... I was taking the HP for about 8 months and it helped a little bit with the tiredness, but my tongue didn't clear up. I also scrape and clean my tongue twice a day.

I went to see holistic doctors and regular primary care physicians -nothing, they didn't help. I have been on a diet for 2 years. I do not eat sugar, fruits, no coffee, no alcohol, keep low carb , no gluten, no bread, no processed food, I occasionally cheat with honey on gluten free crackers.

I've been taking turpentine ( 1 tsp turp with one sugar cube, once a day) for about three weeks now. It does not seem to work too.

I'm desperate and tired. I'm reading all these comments and articles and the turp and HP seem to work for most of the people. I have no idea what to do anymore. I appreciate any help and suggestions.

Turpentine Usage

I bought the turpentine labeled Pure Gum Spirits... I saw the one that said 100% tree resin also. I decided that I would try a little bit in my bath water before I tried to ingest it. WHEEW~ the smell was pretty strong and it somehow did not strike me as a "natural smell" I changed my mind to even bathe in a little bit. I emptied the tub and noticed that my 100 year old cast iron porcelain clawfoot tub with some pretty awful mineral build up seemed to be looking a little better where I had splashed the turpentine.I grabbed some plain steel wool and went to work. I had tried all the stuff advertised for rust and stains and soap scum etc... etc.. and a whole bunch of home cleaners...including our friend vinegar.....but nothing worked like that straight up turpentine! ( Had to rinse it pretty good) BUT -- My tub looks fabulous!

It is a solvent so that makes sense! Thank you for helping me stumble onto this use for the turpentine. I still am going to wait for awhile before imbibing on it, and maybe I will order that organic brand from Georgia!

Hi Marcin...You can buy this brand of Pure Turpentine from any Home Depot store in Canada:

I've also just checked the store locator and there is a Home Depot near you in Brampton at 49 First Gulf Boulevard.

Home Depot - Pure Turpentine

You can also easily buy pure turpentine made from Canada Balsam or Balsam Fir sold from all Acklands Grainger hardware stores in Canada -- including many AG stores in Brampton which you might know already:

Acklands Grainger - Pure Turpentine

In fact, Acklands Grainger's Bio-Pure Pure Turpentine brand is what Tony Pantelleresco(a Canadian) uses to show people how to supplement turpentine in this Youtube video:

Hi Sheryl...There is a form of Kerosene that is made in Australia that can be supplemented. Walter Last mentions that Digger's Low Odour Kerosene, an Aussie brand, is a safe and useful supplement which you might well be able to purchase in New Zealand, being such a close neighbour to Australia. See this article -- his recommendations on which forms of kerosene/turpentine to use is given lower down in this article:

http://www.health-science-spirit.com/kero.htm

So you might also be able to purchase Digger's Low Odour Kerosene, hopefully, at any hardware store or camping shop in your area.

Some further information which might help you-- Klean-Strip products like kerosene are also sold at Walmart and Home Depot stores worldwide.

Just because it may kill parasites is not sufficient justification for taking something internally.

Anything that does such a good job of cleaning my paint brushes has to be suspect in my humble opinion!

M: Thanks for your previous informative post here on E.C., and no thanks for your present knee-jerk non-informative post on Turpentine. I have severe or hyperparasitosis and working on my 2nd quart of Turpentine all with good results, and to be exact I may not be alive today without T.

As for searching for T info, never trust one source. The main sources in the alt med community is Jennifer Daniels and Walter Last. After reading these, the next step is purchasing Pure Gum Spirits Of Turpentine ( which is a distilled product of Pine Trees with the chemical name, as noted from my current source

You may be fortunate to have a pure form of Turpentine in the USA from what I have heard, but maybe our version elsewhere in the World might not be quite so pure? One source of information that impressed me was found on the "Science-Based Medicine" (shock horror! ) website and was written by Scott Gavura on June 4th 2015 entitled: "Medicine does not come from the Hardware Store: Don't drink Turpentine". Hi Shereen and Leanne,

I got some from Bunnings "diggers pure gum turpentine". You can order it in if they don't stock it as most people buy the mineral turps. I have been taking it for almost a week and noticed a few good things re my body post-turps. I think this is what my body needed to kick start me back in to action again. I take it with the white sugar and it is very yummy! I was eating quite healthily pre the turps so if you're diet is not so healthy then Dr Jennifer suggests doing a cleanse first but it is up to you. If you're still not sure about ingesting turps then in my experience, I am still alive!!! It definitely is counterintuitive - sugar + turps!!!! Don't ask me why this works but it does.

Hope I was of service to you both!

In response to your comment on 11/21/16 Michael of New Zealand re the article by Scott Gavura. He states at the out set that he often receives hate mail accusing him of being a Big Pharma Schill. In his article he infers that statin drugs are quite acceptable. We have to be careful of people like him as there are many people who would look to him to be an authority on their health. He doesn't mention the thousands of people who die consuming prescription medications. They were following the advice of medically trained doctors. He, and your regular MD would probably pooh pooh Selenium for cancer, or borax for gout, or MMS for malaria etc etc because despite the numbers of people who have benefitted from these therapies, according to those who will not believe unless there is "scientific proof" they cannot possibly work. And then they write there articles with their hidden agendas and some readers accept it just like that. Anecdotal evidence carries no weight what so ever for them. So please be careful Michael - this is the information age and we owe it to ourselves, and just as importantly to others who may hear our words, to research and to question. Doctors invest so much time and money in their medical education, and it is perfectly understandable that they would come from a place of denial, and seek to condemn without investigation or personal experience that which contradicts and / or threatens what they have learned. I'm one of those who've come to the conclusion that MDs can be extremely useful in diagnosing conditions, and in the setting of bones but when it comes to prescribed medications, research, research and research. The ideal goal is to treat the cause, not the symptoms, and medically trained people are very often not in a position to assist you in this. There's so much out there, and it's places like this that can help you find answers

Good on you Timh. Your suggestion to not trust only one source is an excellent one. I've found it helpful to Google testimonials in regard to the condition in which I'm interested. That's how I've come across Selenium and Borax (Boron) and a number of other gems. It's hearing / reading others experiences ("Ordinary people")which can lead us to the appropriate path.

All the best to each of you. Regards, John.

hi there

I learned about turpentine from my father who said he was given it as a child in a spoon. He also said he was given a teaspoon of kerosene with a sugar cube in it whenever there was any runny noses afoot. He said this wiped out the cold. Mind you he also said he took the sap directly from the pine tree in a pail we're they later distilled it and then ingested. He's in his 80's. These days were given lots of things to ingest like fluoride which is considered a halogen which has some not so nice effects and we don't Bat an eye.

Dan,

Recochem's turpentine changed the labels/branding from Bio-Option to SOLVABLE as is now available at HomeDepot and Canadiantire. Earlier in the year I started with Recochem's turpentine for a few days but got cold feet and ordered 16 Oz of Diamond G. There are folks on this forum against using Recochem's.

I can tell you Recochem's turpentine is very fragrant, it smells like what you would expect from turpentine. My wife complains I stink up the kitchen but she has a sensitive nose. The turpentine burps and after-taste is way more noticeable. Diamond G is very pure and gentle in comparison, you can hardly smell it, just a minor after-taste. It was a surprise to me the big difference.

Diamond G is from slash pine trees from Georgia and is the traditional fire distilled turpentine

Recochem's is the by-product of the kraft pulping process, it is a sulfate turpentine.

Is this good or bad, I don't know. Would like to know.

Dear Bee,

I hear what you are saying! I often pretty hesitant to try something new with health and will have to read about it many, many times before I jump in to it, especially when it is labelled as something that is not to be ingested! I, too, have thought, “Turpentine? Are you crazy?” “Borax? Isn't that poisonous?” etc.

But often the more I look in to it, the more sense it makes. The turpentine that Om mentions, the organic stuff made in GA, is distilled from pine rosin. It is a completely natural product. It reminds me of how my sons made maple syrup in the spring by tapping our maple trees and boiling off the water. They took a part from the tree and processed it and made a great and nutritious food! So, I bought some of the organic turpentine from Ga. It smells quite amazing. Very “piney.” But, true to my nature, it sat for months without me even trying it. I had no specific need for it, but just wanted it on hand to try when I got brave enough. I have used it topically a couple of times for joint pain. I am currently using it to worm my goats since nothing else natural or otherwise has worked. So far, so good.

Regarding Borax…it is a natural product mined from the earth, like salt.

Here is a quote I love:

“Poison is in everything, and no thing is without poison. The dosage makes it either a poison or a remedy.” ~ Paracelsus

Taking a ton of borax would be a bad idea, and so would taking a ton of salt. Likewise, lobelia is an amazing herb. But if too much is taken, it causes vomiting.

I believe that people are taking borax and turpentine in very small quantities, measured by drops or ¼ teaspoons. Drinking them in any large quantity would not seem wise.

Borax is sodium tetraborate decahydrate – or Na2B4O7 • 10H2O. Sounds rather scary, except, that when you break it down you get, Sodium, Boron, and H2O.

I am just beginning to use these two things myself, so I have no remedies or successes to share yet, but hope to at some point.

The hydrogen peroxide inhalation therapy sounded rather scary to me for a while. But then I realize you are dealing with hydrogen and oxygen. Things we already breathe. I have used it in a nebulizer recently with shocking success.

Anyway, some skepticism is wise, I think. It makes sense to read and study and ask questions. Thanks for asking valid and good questions. I will look forward to hearing some other thoughts on the matter!

Hello Jack...I'm afraid that I can't make head or tail of the turpentine images that you show because I can't read Thai.

I live in the Philippines and I also supplement turpentine regularly and the stores here also have very questionable sources of turpentine.

So I improvised.

The other thing is that inflammable products like Georgia Diamond G organic gum turpentine are not generally allowed to be shipped out of the US. I checked. But you will be able to order and ship turpentine from an ebay.com UK source because they will ship turpentine abroad from UK. Just type "Turpentine UK" into the ebay.com search box and the first few results will be from UK vendors. That's one option for you.

For myself, I simply improvised as I've said. Essential pine oil made from the Scots Pine is what I use and supplement. This stuff is triple distilled and so its quite strong. This form of pine oil might also be obtainable in Thailand from a health shop, for instance, in Bangkok -- not sure about the Thai provinces though.

I don't know whether you know, but you can also use ordinary lamp kerosene -- this is equivalent to turpentine. To help you to decide, here is a more expert and informative article by Walter Last, an Aussie who more thoroughly describes the many other different forms that you can use and supplement that are derived from pine trees, petroleum products and coal products. All are produced from various distillation techniques. See this link for more information:

Kerosene -- The Universal Healer

If you are also suffering from candida, then you will be able to buy most of the nutrient chemicals advised on this site in Bangkok. Just tell the Bangkok taxi driver to go to the big winged angel monument(Democracy Monument??) near the palace and get out there. Then look for a chemical store called Vittyasom Ltd. This place has all manner of chemicals, including Borax and Lugols Iodine (upstairs in the doctor's pharmacy they make the Lugols iodine up for you while you wait). This is my own personal source for cheaper but effective nutrient chemicals that I use.

Hi Mama and thank you

I have a better understanding of what these things are... you surely wrote out a great description and I so appreciate it. Maybe it is the names that throws me off. Borax and turpentine.. I keep thinking it's what takes paint off things...LOL

Anyway; I take a few things but I would love to know as a 60 year old woman to go as affordable as I can what would be the most ideal supplements or herbs to have quality of life and try and stay healthy being a strict budget....besides a good diet and water and exercise... like what supplements do we need and what can we do without. I do this by trial and error and try and stay alkaline and of course watching my blood pressure.. but I mean if I could get away with using lemons I would save a ton of money.........lol...

thanks again

Dear Mama to Many, I too have been skeptical of the posts I've read about borax, turpentine and peroxide. At the same time, I suspect the need for these remedies could be very well caused by something in our food supply that is acceptable by many. I learned this, piecemeal, by the process of elimination for over twenty years.

I've had multiple head and neck injuries, beginning with emotional and physical abuse by my mother, automobile accidents and horses. One of the vertebra in my neck is pressing against my spinal cord. I've had arthritis and degenerative disk disease of my neck, back, spine and big toe diagnosed. I had sciatica.

I was in a coma for a month and my communication skills are poor. I felt like I needed to give you this background because of things I've posted here.

I have learned that any pain I encounter is always caused by some hidden source of MSG I've ingested. When I have hay fever or asthma, I can look back at what I've eaten and always find the source that has weakened my system. At the same time the fruits and vegetables, that are supposed to make and keep us healthy, have been genetically modified in one way or the other and cannot provide the assimilation we expect. "Organic" is no longer safe and fresher is not better. True, everyone is going to react differently because no one eats identical when pregnant. The way our systems develop will not be identical because MSG crosses the placenta. (Intern. J. Neuroscience, 1984, Vol. 23, pp. 117-126)

For me the culprit is the flowing agent in salt. Through years of weeding out the things I found out were causing me problems...this tiny amount of a substance is what caused me so much pain and breathing difficulties. Flowing agents are in more than we can keep tabs on, but what is in our common table salt, I believe, is the root of many ailments. Very few are considering the binders, fillers and capsules used in many vitamins, supplements or medications. The majority of these things are "manufactured" from plants that have been genetically modified. What is advertised as "vegetable" is more than likely from corn or soy. I'm not in pain as my x-rays, CT's or MRI's indicate I should be.

I'm just sharing what I know has happened to me. The more that man fools with the food to make it drought and disease free, there seems to be more need for medications that are making things worse because long term studies cannot be conducted...just a quick fix for any problem without thinking about long term consequences. I watch a lot of news and undercover investigations that alerted me to what is happening in the world. The commercials in between were about "new ailments" needing new medications that had more side effects than the reason for taking the medication. It's been a long journey and I have learned much.

I read my Bible every day and I see prophecy being fulfilled...as many have seen for generations. We are closer, now, to the end of all things than our great-grandparents. 1 John 5:19 I hope I've made some sense to you and hopefully correct any way I might have offended you. KT

Hi, I live in Chiang Mai and et the same chemical problems w/turpentine. I like the idea of the Pine oil which we can order 1oz bottles from India.

My question is can I use liquid paraffin USP from a chemical supply or medical supply as kerosene? Thanks so much.

Hi Steven...You should be able to obtain essential pine oil off internet sites like ebay or amazon without much trouble. That's how I obtained my own turps or pine oil supply that I have been using regularly for the last 3 years. This essential pine oil form is always pure and is usually triple distilled. I live in the Philippines and it was the only form of turps that I could get because, generally, in some countries like the US inflammable liquids like kerosene or turpentine are banned from shipment abroad. Or it will cost you an arm or a leg due to shipping safety requirement costs. I've been using the essential pine oil form for three years now and I'm quite happy with it -- it's very effective. You might even be able to purchase essential pine oil from a health shop in Chiang Mai.

Kerosene is virtually the same as gum turpentine and just as effective as turpentine regarding its medicinal qualities and components but is harder to get. In the old days they used just the lamp oil form of kerosene but now there are so many different types of kerosene it can be quite bewildering and confusing. The rule that I would always go by would be to only use kerosene that is a pure distillate that has no additives and which fals within thedistillate range of 100 C to 200 C. My own personal preference would perhaps be to use kerosene in the distillate range of 100 C and 150 C -- the same lighter kerosene form that Paula Ganner used as an all-round cure-all so successfully in Europe.

Avoid using Paraffin USP oil unless you want a laxative -- this a British standard and is a much thicker oil with a much higher distillate temperature thus containing different components and properties to either kerosene or turpentine and so it is not the same. Also I would definitely avoid using the blue or pink paraffin forms.

More info for you on turpentine and kerosene here.

Hi Bill, I am in the middle of Dr Daniels Candida Cleanse protocol. I was disappointed that she would not answer any questions without paying her a monthly fee. She is no doubt a brilliant lady but not as generous with her time as you are.
I was wondering if you would comment on her protocol. For example she says only use sugar with the turpentine and NOT honey. She also says no oils, even in a salad dressing. No nuts, no seeds, yet she says to drink 1/4 cup of soaked flax seeds What do you think, Bill? Your response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

P.S. I have your book.

How long ago were you able to buy from Diamond G? I recently went on amazon to order but they cancelled due to shipping restrictions to Canada. Is this different if I go to their website? I don't want to go to a hardware shop for this product due to quality control and the leaching from tin cans.

Have you tried an art store? I bought an 8-ounce bottle for about $10.00. It is from a Quebec company called Demco (pure spirits of gum turpentine). I've only used it topically on my husband's mysterious skin rash. It helped dry it out. Haven't tried taking it internally yet. The art store may be able to direct you to another source ... good luck!

Hi folks, I have been using the Diamond G Forest brand of turpentine for candida and intestinal parasites and seemingly having great success with just one teaspoon at a time with both castor oil and brown unrefined sugar (on separate occasions). From what I have read, the sugar technique is good for tackling the candida in the bloodstream and the castor oil technique is best for tackling the candida in the intestine. Below I have detailed my approach which combines both techniques on various days throughout the week.

- To remove Candida from the bloodstream

> Use with sugar on an empty stomach - the sugar acts a s the bait

- To remove Candida from the intestinal tract

> Use with castor oil or coconut oil with meals - the meal brings candida out to eat

NOTE:

> When biofilms break down through using Turpentine or Rock Rose (Cistus Incanus) tea, they release the toxicity & heavy metals. You therefore need to use a ‘Clean Up' agent to soak up the toxins like activated charcoal, bentonite clay / green clay. Below is the protocol for how to use it:

All cleansing agents should be taken on an empty stomach, about 1 hour after consuming the turpentine with sugar on an empty stomach, and about 2-3 hours after consuming turpentine with castor oil and a meal.

To support general cleansing it is often useful to take some clean-up agent every day, even on those days that you do not take turpentine.

Charcoal dosage is 1-2 or 3/4 of a Teaspoon.

Use enema's to keep the colon clean and use Triphala (Ayurvedic fruit combination) as a laxative to keep bowls moving.

The protocol can be done two or three times a week. Jennifer Daniels recommends twice but some people recommend more depending on the severity of condition. (starting with 4 days in a row in the first week for a powerful kickstart)

Candida resides more in the intestines so the castor oil with turpentine is best for removing it from the intestines as the castor oil spreads out and covers the intestines whereas the sugar technique quickly goes in to the bloodstream where candida is less prevalent / present.

Schedule:

Monday: Turp (1 teaspoon) + Castor Oil (1 tablespoon) (before a meal)

Wed.: Turp (1 teaspoon) + Sugar (1 tablespoon) (on an empty stomach)

Friday: Turp (1 teaspoon) + Castor Oil (1 tablespoon) (before a meal)

Saturday & Sunday off for a rest / break from it. Castor oil also acts as a great laxative to keep the bowls moving to expel the candida and toxins released.

I found my Diamond G Forest turpentine on Ebay.co.uk in little small 1 ounce bottles which is probably how and why they send it worldwide. I told my brother in australia and he has ordered some from the same source recently (although waiting to hear if he received it yet as I haven't spoke to him)

I hope this information is of some use and help. I too am very skeptical about ingesting something like turpentine but extensive research showed me that it is effective and has been used dating way back in time. At the end of the day, the organic and pure version is simply an essential oil and we also know that various other parts of the pine tree are extremely beneficial for human health so it doesn't surprise me that this product is effective for a multitude of health problems.

I am keen to find a UK source of 100% pure gum spirit of turpentine. I have bought the Mylands brand but am not sure it is really 100% pure. I then found a source of turpentine essential oil but am worried this is not the same thing and is not going to work or be safe to ingest? Any advice from anyone re: a UK safe source would be much appreciated. I have candida issues. Who hasn't!

Hi, I'm trying to find a cure for what I think is a mycoplasma infection infection bowel and bladder. I'm too scared to use the borax. Re kerosene vs turps...and making sure its pure can anyone point me in the direction of a uk supplier please? Seems a lot of you are in the States. Also it seems that most of you are taking turps not kerosene but a lot of the research I've found points to kerosene...which I think is paraffin in the UK...why?

Cheers

S: From personal experience, Turpentine is not particularly effective against Mycoplasma but Borax definitely is.

May I make a few suggestions? First do some alkalizing remedies with either Baking Soda or B.S. plus ACV. Two of the most effective natural remedies for UTI/Bladder is Cranberry and D-Mannose. Dr Christopher's Kidney/Bladder herbal combination is effective.

Back to the Mycoplasma. The most active places for M. infection is lungs and joints, and in some severe cases the Liver.

Back to Borax. As an introduction, try taking footbaths a few times weekly before retiring by adding a few spoons of Borax & Epsom Salts to the footbath. There is absolutely no bad side effects from these and the benefits are numerous.

As for Turpentine, I have been using a quart can purchased from a local hardware & home store. Read the label carefully & fully for no additives whatsoever; it should say "pure gum turpentine". I currently take about 2-3 doses per wk for chronic infections with good results.

Hi Emma...I've been using the essential pine oil (from pinus sylvestris) for the last 3 years on a regular basis and it seems to be fine. My essential pine oil is pure and triple distilled. It's all I can get shipped to the Philippines and I'm happy with it. Most brands of turps will not ship from amazon or ebay because it is inflammable.

Myland's pure gum turpentine should also be OK to supplement -- just make sure that no other synthetic oils have been added to it. Just check the back label of your brand to make sure its pure gum turpentine.

I don't know anything about your ailment- but if I were you- I'd look up the doctor 'Jennifer Daniels' in regards to turpentine...she says take it with sugar. Everyone I've ever read of who has had success has taken it with sugar- because its the SUGAR that the parasites are drawn to to eat and they get the turpentine WITH it and it kills them. They don't come for olive oil. ALL sicknesses are parasites whether or not anyone wants to believe they have parasites- I can tell you right now that everyone in the world has them- to one degree or another.- whether microbes, bacteria or any other name- they are all parasites and parasites love sugar they can't resist it. They smell the turpentine before you even get it past your lips and they steer clear- they're not stupid...but when sugar is taken with it they KNOW its laced with turpentine but they STILL can't resist and it does kill them. These things are what Jennifer Daniels has said in her interviews and pod casts.

VICKY, ORH here, I too am an admirer of Dr. Daniels, and have followed her since she began her transition from an allopathic doctor to an integrative doctor. She learned about natural cures from her patients who were reared by poor farm parents who had to use what was available and passed this knowledge down. My dad would be 106 and he related to me how his family used turpentine, kerosene, sassafras root, honey and such for their ails. You know that they took Dr Daniels medical license for using these products and she is now in Panama. The problem is that her practice is pro-trade as Slave Medical Cures and that is a misnomer, just like the term, Soul Food, is a misnomer. All Southern poor people used the same cures and ate the same food. History tends to get revised over time.
