Was diagnose of multiple gallstones 2006.

As at that time had no idea how to deal with it, doctor suggested surgery but didn't opted to that till early last year with several attacks I spent more time to researched online other alternatives to deal with the problem. So lucky I came across liver flush. A lot mores stones came out .

Presently I have been having frequent attacks, I tried the flush few greenish stones came out. I had my gallbladder check and is left with 1.20cm stone left. Can this still cause attacks since I have been having attacks lately?

It will typically take many flushes to relieve liver or gallbladder pain. Keep going until you see stones. On average it may take up to six flushes or more before you see stones. What comes out first is sludge or sand like toxins.

Sat. : I would consider a passive flush something like prevention by consuming regular ACV or Lemon, with the exception of consuming Methol Cough Drops. I take 3 until fully dissolved then a little drink of water and then 3 more with good results, but for better results consume an entire bag over the course of a few days. Menthol literally melts cholesterol stones.

But for people who have never done a cleanse, the "Flush" as championed by Hulda Clark is the best method. There are variations on the exact method but the method I have used in the past is very effective.

Story: my mom's (74) Dr told her there was a strange sound in her abdomen. She had an ultrasound. Nothing wrong, but they saw "shadowing consistent with gall stones, but no thickening of the gall bladder walls". Dr told her to change her diet and if she was ever in pain from the stones they would remove her gall bladder. So, since I love Earth Clinic we started to do research. We found lots of testimonies from people who had success removing their gall stones.

Remedy: We found Hulda Clark's paper on how to cleanse. Wanting to do it correctly my mom started with the parasite cleanse for 16 days. Cost was about $20-$30. (I'm doing it too and my stores here in Texas are cheaper than my moms in Oregon). Neither of us saw any evidence of parasites, but feel like this is a good thing to do first, after all the reading on the Internet. Hulda Clark recommends doing a kidney cleanse next but my mom skipped that one. ( I'm a few weeks behind her and have not done the next one. But will do my own story as an update. Reason I'm doing it is I read Gall stones can be hereditary. I'm 43 and have no symptoms)

Results: the liver cleanse is easy and cheap. About $10. My mom couldn't find Ornithine so didn't use it. It takes 24 hrs and you need to rest for that time. Obviously my moms case is very mild, no thickening of the gall bladder walls and no pain. She said the whole cleanse was easy and painless. She started at 2 pm and followed the directions exactly. The next morning she passed about 50 bright green stones. This may be too much info, but you should know this: most of them float in the toilet. Your system is empty from the fast you do, so there isn't much else that comes out. She did see lots of bright yellow flakes she believes are unformed ones. She collected a few and fouls the stones to be soft like clay. That's probably how they are able to exit the gall bladder, because they are soft. Once they dry they become hard again. She is going to take them to her Dr for verification. But if you google gall stones and look at the images they are very unique looking and we can't believe how what she passed could be anything but gall stones. She kept passing them from 6 am- 2pm. She estimates there were over 100. They were about the size of a grain of rice up to the size of the eraser on a pencil. She is so grateful to Earth Clinic! This was so easy and much better than the thought of surgery. She plans to do the whole cleanse again in 6 months. I will do an update as we go along.

I hope this story helps others wanting info.

Here's my personal update. As mentioned above I have no symptoms. My mom did a cleanse and I thought I should do one as well. I followed Huldia Clark's recipe. The salts tastes yucky but not hard to drink. I couldn't find Orthanine and slept just fine. My stomach talked a lot and did cramp. Not too bad but I knew something was happening!!

Plan 24 hrs of relaxing and not doing much. I felt a bit yucky.

But, at 10am the next morning I started passing stones. Probably about 50-100. The largest was 3/4" long and egg shaped. No pain. But a bit unsettling!!! Mine are larger than my moms. Getting my husband to do it. Will post his update as well. My mom and I plan to do it again in 6 months and will post updates.

I just did the gall bladder flush on saturday. I followed Clark's directions with the following changes:

- for 3 days prior I took Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day. Also, the day before I took Cascara Sagrada to clean out my bowels.

- I substituted 3 fresh lemons for the grapefruit. I did not mix the olive oil and lemon juice together. I just drank the oil in one shot and then followed with the lemon juice in one shot.

- I layed down immediately on my back (head slightly raised) with a heating pad on my gall bladder and liver area. I didn't move at all for the first half hour. I had ready at one click, an old movie I enjoy watching, that I call my 'comfort movies' so the time went by fast and I was really relaxed. I turned onto my right side after that.

- I didn't take the 'ornithine' as mentioned. I did wake up at 1am, as our dog was barking, and once awake, I noticed everything really rumbling and felt a little nausea. After an hour of being awake I took a sleep aide with just 2 gulps of water. Slept till about 6:30am.

After completing the second glass of morning water and epsom salt I started to pass stones. I am still in shock at the amount of stones I passed. I think I passed close to 1000 stones. 10 stones were extremely large, about 100 mid-sized, and just hundreds and hundreds of pea size stones. My stones were all yellow/fluorescent green in color.

My right side is very tender the last 3 days but no more gall bladder pain. I am eating a very light diet to give my liver and gall bladder time to rest and recuperate.

This worked very well for me. And anyone that doubts they are stones, let me tell you, it hurt to pass the large stones out my rectum. They are hard. They have not dissolved after 3 days, as some websites that doubt this process suggest, and believe it is just a side effect of the oil and lemon juice. In my opinion, that kind of thing that resembles stones, are the result of cleansing the intestines. That's why a kidney and intestinal cleanse are suggested first before you try the gallbladder/liver cleanse. You get better results if you do (in my opinion... Once again)

Happy Health Everyone! Thank you to Earth Clinic for this site!

I had my first gall bladder attack in November 2009. I knew what it was because all the women in my family have had their gall bladders removed. Ultrasound revealed that my gall bladder was completely filled with sludge and stones, but it was not enlarged or inflamed. I was told by two doctors that surgery was my only option. I refused and went the natural route. I went on a strict low fat diet, lots of fruits and veggies, veggie juices, chicken, turkey and fish. My only fat was olive oil. This helped a lot but I still had occasional colic attacks in the middle of the night and belching after eating. I went through a period of acid reflux (2 tbs. ACV and honey in warm water took care of it). Then I shifted to not digesting my food at all and throwing it up 6 hours after eating. That was awful. It prompted me to visit a chiropractor/nutritionist who was very into herbal treatment for health conditions. He has been a God send. He gave me digestive enzymes which immediately took care of the problem. He started me on liquid herbs (Milk Thistle, Stone Root, and Fringe Tree) 30 drops each, 3x/day to start dissolving the stones and thinning out the sludge. I also took spirulina, and aloe vera. After six weeks on this regimen, I did my first liver/gall bladder flush (Dr. Clarke's) and passed about 40 bright green stones, most were pea sized, a few were larger. However, I didn't notice much improvement in the way I felt. I took a break for a week then went back on the herbs and did another flush about three weeks later. I passed another 15 or so green stones, same size range. Then, I passed what I can only describe as rocks. Smaller, beige colored, calcified stones (about 20 or so). It was unbelievable. After this flush, the belching and the night attacks went away, except for two nights when I felt pressure (not pain) just enough to wake me, but didn't last long. I just completed my third flush today and passed 43 more stones. I will continue to flush until all the stones are out. I truly believe that you can cleanse and heal your gall bladder, but you have to be diligent through the process and willing to make long term changes in your diet. I have also lost weight, which is a nice benefit to my new healthy diet. FYI - The flush is easy and painless. You just have to set aside an entire day for it. Another tip for gall bladder attacks- a glass of organic apple juice and a heating pad usually relieves an attack within an hour.

Gallstones - Liver / Gallbladder Flush

If you have gallstones, this WORKS! Absolutely. Follow the protocol and you will get relief and be stronger afterwards. I had to go to the ER at 4AM several months ago because of a gallstone attack. Dr. recommended surgery. I tried this instead and DANG if it didn't flush out over 400 stones and MAN I feel better. No more food allergies, breathing better no more reflux. It's a blessing =)!

Used the following protocol:

*Over 4 days, Consumed 1 gallon of organic, cold pressed Apple Juice (in a glass bottle).
*Ate 1 organic apple each day of the cleanse, between breakfast and lunch
*Day of cleanse (5th day) --- Fresh, organic fruit for breakfast (Watermelon, Figs, Kiwi, Papaya OR grapefruit.. Choose ONE, but eat as much as you want.
*Vegetable soup for lunch with beets, carrots, garlic, onion, turmeric, pinch of sea salt and oregano (liver and gallbladder supporting vegetables)
*3 PM -- 6-8 ounces of walnuts
*5PM & 7PM -- Epsom salt -- one and a half level tablespoons of Epsom salt in 8 ounces of warm, purified water.
*Between 9-10PM -- Olive Oil & Juice -- Drink ¾ cup (6 ounces) of organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. A small amount (2 tablespoons) of freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit, or lemon juice may be added to improve the taste (optional). Immediately after drinking the oil, go to bed and lie on your right side with your knees drawn up to your stomach for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, you can stretch out and go to sleep. If you experience cramping, walk around for ten minutes or so and then go back to bed. You may also feel nauseated during the night. This is due to the release of stored toxins from the gallbladder and liver. This is normal and a sign the Liver Gallbladder Cleanse is working.

Works like a blessing =)!! Best of luck to all

I've done about 20 liver & gall bladder flushes over the last 23 years.

I agree about the confusion on "soap stones", which of course are not gall stones. I've never agreed to such claims, as there are just too many that come out even if you do liver flushes a week apart.

If that's all that is expelled, there's a good chance that there are missing steps that look "optional", but actually are vital to the procedure. I say "vital" because the lack of these steps could actually prove dangerous.

I learned how to do a liver flush from my brother who cave me a copy of the procedure developed by Dr.Kelley.

The big difference is he uses apple juice with Phosfood drops for several days to a week before the flush. The malic acid in the apple juice and the phosphoric acid in the Phosfood drops act to soften the stones. If the stones aren't softened, they may not pass, and you've just wasted a lot of your time and half a cup of perfectly good olive oil. etc.

Also, if the stones aren't softened, they may get stuck, and I'd guess if you check around you'll find cases where people had to get emergency medical treatment because of a flush gone bad.

Another missing step that I've seen is the Epsom salts. I've seen procedures where this step was called "optional". I beg to differ. The Epsom salts is a necessary part of the procedure. The magnesium sulfate serves three purposes.

First, it causes an evacuation of your gut by relacing all of the sphincter muscles. This is important, because if your intestines are full of food, the oil won't have as big a reaction. What we're trying to accomplish here is a huge spasm of the gall bladder to as completely evacuate it as possible. That's why we take so much oil. But this does no good if the intestines are still of food, as the sensing of oil in the duodenum is what causes the gall bladder to contract. (I've also assisted the contractions with gall bladder massage, but that's another story.)

Secondly, the Epsom salts magnesium causes the bile ducts to relax and dilate. This allows any larger stones (if present) to pass without getting stuck. And once again, we don't want' half measures on this, as you look kind of silly when you have to call 911.

So, these two steps are vital. You might as well not do a flush if you're going to skip these two steps. Yes, the Epsom salts tastes bitter. No, that's not a good reason not to take it. Thirdly, the magnesium helps to relax you so you can actually sleep with an otherwise uncomfortable feeling in the abdomen. So, these two steps (apple juice phosfood and Epsom salts) are not optional. They are important to the procedure and may help debug any lack of success that one may have had when omitting them

RE Dr. Hulda Clark's gallbladder/liver flush: While many would like to say that the gallstones obtained from a gallbladder flush are simply the products of the flush ingredients, that does not explain a few things I have experienced in performing the flush.

While fresh, more recently formed gallstones are the pea-green characteristic of new bile and might be supposed to be related to the olive oil used in the flush, there are several types of stones obtained in a flush. Tan, granular stones are also observed, as are dark-colored "pigmented" stones (pigmented by bilirubin) as well as yellow, fatty chaff.

Further, the olive-oil-stone theory does not in any way explain the presence of bile-duct flukes unseated by the cleanse. These were identified as Opisthorchis sinensis -- apparently my sushi-eating years left some souvenirs behind.

You can "explain away" stones all you want, but it's pretty hard to make olive oil into flukes complete with visible proboscis.

I recommend you believe or not to buy a baby formula for deficient nutritional babies like Enfamill... This formula has everything your body needs to recover, just imagine the babies make every organ bone etc with it .. you take it and makes me feel strong again after any illness.

2 tablespoons in the morning with your greens two before going to bed.. Good luck!

Hi Mark,

I had read that the gallbladder needs saturated fat to contract and it was true for me. When I ate my breakfast toast dry I had a gallbladder attack in the evening.

I must have forgotten to eat butter one morning recently and had a gallbladder attack but drinking pickle juice relieved the pain.

This is just my experience and thought I'd share.

Hi Candi - Good to know that you were able to flush out Gallstones out of you though it was not a smooth experience.

Can you please share how bad was the pain? Did you follow the exact process in this article or any modifications?

I have multiple Gallstones up to 12 mm in size. I was hesitating whether to follow this Gallbladder flush or would it result in severe pain that I may have to go to emergency.

Please share your experiences in detail. It'll be helpful to me and others that intend to follow this process.

Thank you!

We do the liver and gall cleanses that you do, but do not use beets. We raise and eat beets, but do not use them in this flush. What do you think they add to your program?

I enjoyed your post and concluded that you are younger and a heck of lot tougher than this ole boy.

The primary herbs for liver health are Milk Thistle, Artichoke, Dandelion, and Turmeric. There are other nutrients like NAC, among others, that will help.

Go to for additional help as well as products designed especially for the Liver.

For topical remedy place a wet and very warm washcloth saturated with Epsom Salts directly over pain several times a day. Heat Therapy like a Heat Pad will also help; you can do this with high heat a few times a day or lower heat during sleep.

Hi. One of best natural cures for tumor that I know are: frankincense essential oil, orange essential oil, B17, appricot seed. Frankincence EO is very good for cancer and safe too (it is safe but not so for pregnant women in large doses, I am not sure, maye it is good in large doses). This said Tisserand and Young for pregnacy: "The low reproductive toxicity of sabinene, a-pinene, (þ)-limonene and octyl acetate suggests that frankincense oils are not hazardous in pregnancy."

I am not doctor, not sure about using EO and liver tumor, but frankincense EO and Orange peel EO are great anticancer oils.

Bd,,,,,,,,, Timh is the best in the west and this is not addressed about him. Hulda Clark is the one who gets credit for informing the world about the formula for passing gall stones. She says the the technique is thousands of years old. Some on this site repeat her protocol by the numbers and assumes credit from the newcomers. Timh does not do this.

If you want the straight skinny, then look up Hulda Clarks protocol on the internet and you can't go wrong.

Sorry for my rant, but we have Hulda Clarks' books and have been flushing gall stones for many years. Won't go further least the boss will cut me off.

I would like you to take an old family recipe that seems to work for my family and friends. The follow is natural and reasonable:

1. Squeeze two grapefruits and add juice to glass

2. Immediately after drinking the grapefruit juice, take a tablespoon of olive oil (or coconut oil) and you should get some relief in the restroom

Caveat: Sometimes stones have increased over a long period of time and you might have to repeat the process. God Bless Andy

I have been a follower and reader of Dr. Hulda Clark since 1995. Her protocol is to parasite cleanse then kidney cleanse and then liver cleanse. She encourages this because she believes as well as her research reveals that some of the 'stones' are calcified parasites. Unburden your body of the parasites, clean the kidneys because they will be burdened by handling all the 'poisons' from the liver cleanse. The Epsom salts keep the bile ducts open by relaxing them. The stones will exit easier. I have done this cleanse several times, but busy schedule precludes me from a thorough kidney cleanse.

During the liver cleanse, usually my body sucks up all the magnesium and I don't even get loose stools, so I don't know how much of the stones come out. The ornithine is necessary to clear the brain of the ammonia of any die-off of parasites and will work for anyone with insomnia problems, despite a liver cleanse.

On another note, we as we get older have more of a problem of less acid in our stomachs than more. A shot of ACV or sip all day helps that acid increase and aid digestion. We need acid in the stomach to digest food as well as kill any parasites. These days, these doctors are setting people up for disease/parasitic issues because we are all killing the acid in our stomachs with OTC antacids, etc. For 'heart burn' we take some water with ACV to cut the upset. This is our remedy and it works for us.

In Nov 2014 my car hit a slick spot, did a 360 and flipped onto its roof. The friend who was with me was out of his seat belt in short time, but it took until doors opened and someone cut the seatbelt from me. We thankfully weren't injured, but a short time later I was having pain in the upper R area of my abdomen under my rib cage. First time seeing doc wrong dx was done, said I had a fracture..not.

A couple of months went by and a test was done to check my digestion. Was determined that I was having problems w/g.b. M.A. called for doc to ask if I wanted to do my usual alternative treatment choice or if I wanted to schedule an appt. with a surgeon to remove gallbladder. I said I'll do alternative b/c I want to keep my parts and don't want surgery.

Began to research and found that artichoke and bile were good. Besides using those, new doc up N. suggested dandelion, but I also have found Dr. Christopher. Am living with MS and not sure if I'll be able to do a flush or not. Have Bragg's w/mother org. ACV and also have some lemons right now. Right this moment am having discomfort, but often times am able to keep it calm with art. & bile. also aloe vera help with discomfort.

I had another ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and all I heard is that I have one stone, however, after reading some of what someone shared, they also hide in the liver? Not sure but think the ultrasound of the abdomen would have picked those up if they were in the liver??

Not a lot of energy, so do what I can to help myself. I appreciate all the sharing b/c it's good to find out commonality and ideas for helping oneself from others who are dealing with the same or similar problems. Thank you

I have suffered from gallstones and attacks for a couple of years. A friend of mine brought me the gall stone flush recipe 3 days before I was scheduled to have my gallbladder taken out. I figured it was worth a try. I cancelled my appt to have surgery and did the flush instead (epsom salts, apple juice, olive oil and grapefruit juice). The flush worked. I passed hundreds of green stones from lima bean size to small gravel/sand sized. I felt no pain, or nausea at all. The epsom salts (mag. sulfate) do cause diarrea and a cleanse of the system. There was no discomfort in this, just time spent in the bathroom. The cleanse has had no bad side effects at all with me...and I repeat it every 4-6 mos as needed. It does not taste good and swallowing the cocktails is the hardest part. But the flush does work and I recommend it to anyone with gallstone issues.

Now I am reading and understanding that a maint. level of magnesium should be taken daily as that could be the cause for my constant need to re-flush...that along with my diet.

Try the natural works! Doctors do not know how to make people well...that is not their job, they only treat symptoms to make people feel better. My doctors (other than my naturopath) were baffled that these natural flushes have worked. I don't think they believe me. They keep telling me eventually I will have to take my gallbladder out. My answer is I will do what I can to avoid that as God put my gallbladder in my body for a reason! Doctor's also don't tell you that when your gallbladder is removed, you have a much higher chance of getting intestinal cancer due to the bile dripping constantly into your intestines.

My doctor wanted to sign me in to have my gallbladder removed, and i only had ONE tiny gallstone. Ridiculous! I immediately went onto the internet and did some research... (find it below) i did the cleanse and wow, I could hardly believe what came out. Small stones 4x the size of the one that showed up on the scan. Thank God for research.

Liver Gallbladder cleanse - Liver flush by Dr. Hulda Clark (slightly adapted, for South Africans)

Liver cleanse and gallbladder cleanse flush NO surgery
MAIN Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
• 1 Big grapefruit (1/2 cup freshly squeezed or 3 lemons)
• 4 tablespoon EPSOM salts
• 3 cups water

Other things you'll need:
• NB: Deworm yourself 2 days before you start!!!
• 1 cup water (to sip after Epsom salts)
• Honey (to take the bitter taste away)
• Peppermint oil (for nausea, from health shop)
• Colander to collect the stones and clear jar with lid to store
them in.

Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. Stop the parasite program and kidney herbs too, the day before.

Breakfast & lunch: with NO-FAT NO SUGAR. (soft food is best) such as cooked cereal with fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (NO BUTTER NO MILK), baked potato or other veggies with salt only. This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.

2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later. Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 Tablespoons in 3 cups water; pour into a jar. This makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (for taste only).

6:00 PM. [[1]] Drink one serving (3/4 cup) of the ice cold Epsom salts. Drink a few mouthfuls of water after wards, it will taste sweet.

8:00 PM. [[2]] Repeat by drinking another 3/4 (three fourths) cup of Epsom salts. You haven't eaten since two o'clock, but you won't feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success. (extra: Add a few drops of peppermint oil to avoid nausea)

9:45 PM preparation. Measure 1/2 cup olive oil in a 'quick-shake' or cup size jar. Wash grapefruit well in hot water and dry; squeeze by hand into a measuring cup. (MUST BE FRESH). You should get 1/2 cup full, now add to the olive oil. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery (only fresh
grapefruit juice does this). Now visit the bathroom, even if it makes you late for your ten o'clock drink. Don't be more than 15 minutes late. You will get fewer stones.

10:00 PM. [[3]] Drink the potion you have mixed. You may want to take sleeping capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep. You may use honey to chase it down. Take it all to your bedside; drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 min. (15 min. for very elderly/ weak persons). LIE DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
You might fail to get stones out if you don't. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. As soon as the drink is down lie flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). (extra: Lie on your right side). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don't.

Next morning, [[4]] take your third dose of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion/ nausea wait until it is gone before drinking Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. Don't take this potion before 6:00 am. 8:00am. [[5]] Take your 4th (the last) dose of Epsom salts. You may go back to bed again.

[[6]] After 2 More hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later eat fruit.

[[7]] One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered.

How well did you do? Expect diarrhea in the morning. Use a colander or net to make sure you collect all stones. Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks but gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. Calcified stones and stones containing protein may sink, but colander will catch all stones. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green. You will need to total 2,000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are ill.

[Note: I started passing chaff through normal bowel movements after my 4th colon cleansing fast, approx.. after a total of 4x14= 56 days of total colon cleansing within 9 months. The chaff continued in normal bowel movements for 8 months! Thousands of tiny stones, looked like small popcorn and small bee pollen granules, others looked like moth wings. Sometime I would drop at one bowel movement 50 -100 pea size stones that would float in the water. It was truly an experience. Almost daily for 8 months! When I did my first Dr. Clark's liver cleanse I immediately dropped over 200 pea size green and tan stones, and when I examined them I was shocked. They crushed in my fingers and what I found was pure fat, pure cholesterol. Can you imagine hundred of them. Also in my second liver cleanse I had the same experience].

Sometimes, the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as a "chaff" floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals. Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging the stones.

How safe is the liver cleanse? It is very safe. My opinion is based on over 500 cases, including many persons in their seventies and eighties. None went to the hospital; none even reported pain. However it can make you feel quite ill for one or two days after wards, although in every one of these cases the maintenance parasite program had been neglected. This is why the instructions direct you to complete the parasite and kidney rinse program first. This procedure contradicts many modern medical viewpoints. Gallstones are thought to be formed in the gallbladder, not the liver. They are though to be few, not thousands. They are not linked to pains other than gallbladder attacks. It is easy to understand why this thought: by the time you have acute pain attacks, some stones are in the gallbladder, are big enough and sufficiently calcified to see on X-ray, and have caused inflammation there. When the gallbladder is removed the acute attacks are gone, but the bursitis and other pains and digestive problems remain. The truth is self-evident. People who have had their gallbladder removed surgically still get plenty of green, bile coated stones, and anyone who cares to dissect their stones can see that the concentric circles and crystals of cholesterol match textbook pictures of "gallstones" exactly."

One lady here in East London, recently had her healthy gallbladder removed and they found zero gallstones!!!! Shocking hey!!!

I tried your gallstones cleansing suggestion and lo and behold, I passed out a lot of stones - much more than I expected. I did not eat anything other than the red organic apples for 2 days [even though they say the green is better and I did the flush with epsom salt, olive oil, and lemon. I did not need to use honey ['cos I could tolerate the taste or peppermint oil ['cos no nausea.Thank you for your post. It works

I tried the gall stone cleanse and couldn't believe the amount of "stones" and "gravel" I passed. I showed the stones to my doctor and he agreed that they were indeed gallstones. Then he suggested that another ultrasound be done and whoops! All the original stones were still sloshing around in there. So we sent some "stones" to a lab and the report came back - "These are NOT gallstones". So I have concluded that the ingredients of the cleanse form the stones, with the oil stimulating the gallbladder enough to add bile for the greenish coloring

My father had his gallbladder removed, but subsequently had incidents requiring hospitalization to remove stones from the bile duct. He has serious heart problems (congestive heart failure, a-fib, majorly blocked arteries) and also takes a ton of meds including blood thinners, which makes things tricky when you need surgical procedures on short notice. Months ago the symptoms began yet again. This time I printed out info on the lemon juice/olive oil flush and he decided to do it. Given his existing health problems I was very guarded, so I kept careful watch, ready to whisk him straight to the hospital if needed. The cleanse went off without incident; he passed some stuff and has not had a symptom since! Did he pass "real" stones? I have no idea. All I know is that he definitely was in the same boat he'd been in several times already and was on course for yet another hospital stay - the flush put a fast and clear stop to it, sparing him another dangerous hospitalization and the painful stomach needles he always has to take for days afterwards to thin the blood back out in a hurry.

That cheap and easy remedy spared him a LOT of pain and trouble and potentially dangerous complications. So say what you will - I know for a fact that IT WORKS. And I (and he) have Earth Clinic to thank, as this is the place I learned about it. This site is so truly a blessing, I could never praise it enough :)

I would just like to ad a WARNING. I have read alot about gallbladder cleanses and some insist that you must drink apple juice for a few days before the cleanse and also use epsom salt the day of the cleanse. The reasons for this is the apple juice seems to make the stones soft and mushy and the epsom salt opens up or expands the BILE DUCTS so that the stones don't get stuck.

Research this very GOOD, before making that choice. I don't doubt that you or your family has had sucess doing it your way, but just think everyone should really put alot of thought and planning into doing a gallbladder cleanse. So GOOGLE and research several articles, PLEASE! I wouldn't want someone to be rushed to the emergency room, in pain and a hard stone stuck in their bile duct and have to have an emergency surgery. Again, I do believe you, it's just a personal choice of mine.

Thank you for the advice! I'm taking so many supplements which are getting costly. I think baby formula may help with my nutritional deficiencies and save me money. Definitely open to trying. I'm not gaining weight but at least I'm not losing anymore, just staying stagnant. Overall I'm fine energetic and pain is still 1 to 4.

I have been battling gallstones since my first few major attacks 2 years ago around this time. I have the diet and regimen mostly under control working w an ayurvedic practitioner and using ted's advice and Hulda Clark cleanses.

Also, I have the same issue with my right shoulder though it isn't frozen, it won't get better and x rays show absolutely nothing, but now my chiropractor and acupuncturist both confirmed my c6 is blown out to the left so I think I am on a nerve, too, which is ultimately hurting my digestive system because the nerves in neck control communication there. what have you done physical therapy wise to mend yours?

Hi, I've got RA was diagnosed 30 yrs ago, won't go into all the details but I tried everything. Gluten free I ended up 6.5 stone, I had 20 plus joints inflamed and I was struggling. Ready to give up I found the answer in a book I'll provide the link. The Arthritis Breakthrough the road back by Henry Scammell. I learned it's not a diet issue, it's an invasion of mycoplasma found in the synovial fluid and this colonises on the connective tissue. I won't go on I'll just provide the link. I now have 0 inflamed joints. The treatment is long term antibiotics (Minocycline). I've further researched and I recommend you look into Chlorine Dioxide/ Andreas Kalcker

Thanks Steve! This Herb gold coin grass is easy to find here but I did not buy it because I am afraid I don't know the amount to take per day. Or if I should boil it or take it raw. If you have this information would be great. Have a nice day

Jh: Consider the likely possibility that recurrent gallstones are a sign of liver disease, likely Hep or fatty liver.

Try and get a Hep test to be certain, otherwise there are two different herbal combination that used in rotation will heal the liver and prevent future gallstones.

I was just reading about how much the liver seems to love DMSO.

I used to have stones off and on. Now I drink lemonade or grapefruit juice regularly and take a swig of olive oil a couple times per month and haven't had any problems for several years.

I use MSM in my water - 3 tsp per gallon - but I think I'm going to add the general, 1 tsp of DMSO in juice in the mornings. But first I'm going to use 50% DMSO and 50% aloe lotion, topically, for a while and see what happens.

A couple swallows of olive oil sounds really gross but it's not at ALL bad! I was really surprised. It's not really "oily"...somehow...just an interesting little sidebar...

Hi. Thanks a lot for the information. One thing I would like to ask is whether you have had a sonogram after the flush.

Thanks a lot,

Hi Mama To Many, I've been having discomfort about 2" under my right rib. It happens after eating fatty foods which doesn't happen often (but more than usual recently). Blood tests have revealed higher than normal biliruben range. I'd like to do a gallbladder cleanse but a parasite resulted in a big weight loss and am finally 100 pounds, needing at least another 10 not to be underweight. Apple juice is another issue. The parasite compromised good health. Gluten sensitivity was another result and now sugar levels are a few point away from being pre-diabetic.

Any suggestions? Many thanks for all your wise recommendations on EC.

Doing the gallbladder cleanse from Hulda Clarke's Cure for all Cancer book is the most liberating and empowering thing you can do for your body! No longer will you be held hostage by the medical community and be advised to have your gallbladder removed, which never solves the problem!

When you get to the point of gallbladder pain, the stones have accumulated to the point of literally choking off the bile that should flow to assist in the digestive process.

The stones are often hiding in the liver and only enter the gallbladder when the liver is so full they have no where else to go.

Personally I have done over a dozen gallbladder flushes, some more successful than others, but every time a feeling of enlightenment and empowerment has come over me that 'I did this myself' and took control of my own body and repaired an out of balance condition that could have ended me up in the hospital and cost literally thousands of dollars!

Don't give up and let the doctors cut on you and prescribe their poisons! Learn everything you can and you will amaze yourself with what you can do!
