I would like you to take an old family recipe that seems to work for my family and friends. The follow is natural and reasonable:

1. Squeeze two grapefruits and add juice to glass

2. Immediately after drinking the grapefruit juice, take a tablespoon of olive oil (or coconut oil) and you should get some relief in the restroom

Caveat: Sometimes stones have increased over a long period of time and you might have to repeat the process. God Bless Andy

Doing the gallbladder cleanse from Hulda Clarke's Cure for all Cancer book is the most liberating and empowering thing you can do for your body! No longer will you be held hostage by the medical community and be advised to have your gallbladder removed, which never solves the problem!

When you get to the point of gallbladder pain, the stones have accumulated to the point of literally choking off the bile that should flow to assist in the digestive process.

The stones are often hiding in the liver and only enter the gallbladder when the liver is so full they have no where else to go.

Personally I have done over a dozen gallbladder flushes, some more successful than others, but every time a feeling of enlightenment and empowerment has come over me that 'I did this myself' and took control of my own body and repaired an out of balance condition that could have ended me up in the hospital and cost literally thousands of dollars!

Don't give up and let the doctors cut on you and prescribe their poisons! Learn everything you can and you will amaze yourself with what you can do!

Hello Rhoda,

I'm very interested to know how big your stones were. I have had a scan and they found quite a few small ones and one large 2.5cm stone. I've been warned it is too big to pass the bile duct so I'm scared to do a cleanse. I have read about a lot about flushes and it sounds amazing. I just want to shrink the big one so I can do the flush and get all the benefits.

The bile ducts open up with the Epsom salts.

Story: my mom's (74) Dr told her there was a strange sound in her abdomen. She had an ultrasound. Nothing wrong, but they saw "shadowing consistent with gall stones, but no thickening of the gall bladder walls". Dr told her to change her diet and if she was ever in pain from the stones they would remove her gall bladder. So, since I love Earth Clinic we started to do research. We found lots of testimonies from people who had success removing their gall stones.

Remedy: We found Hulda Clark's paper on how to cleanse. Wanting to do it correctly my mom started with the parasite cleanse for 16 days. Cost was about $20-$30. (I'm doing it too and my stores here in Texas are cheaper than my moms in Oregon). Neither of us saw any evidence of parasites, but feel like this is a good thing to do first, after all the reading on the Internet. Hulda Clark recommends doing a kidney cleanse next but my mom skipped that one. ( I'm a few weeks behind her and have not done the next one. But will do my own story as an update. Reason I'm doing it is I read Gall stones can be hereditary. I'm 43 and have no symptoms)

Results: the liver cleanse is easy and cheap. About $10. My mom couldn't find Ornithine so didn't use it. It takes 24 hrs and you need to rest for that time. Obviously my moms case is very mild, no thickening of the gall bladder walls and no pain. She said the whole cleanse was easy and painless. She started at 2 pm and followed the directions exactly. The next morning she passed about 50 bright green stones. This may be too much info, but you should know this: most of them float in the toilet. Your system is empty from the fast you do, so there isn't much else that comes out. She did see lots of bright yellow flakes she believes are unformed ones. She collected a few and fouls the stones to be soft like clay. That's probably how they are able to exit the gall bladder, because they are soft. Once they dry they become hard again. She is going to take them to her Dr for verification. But if you google gall stones and look at the images they are very unique looking and we can't believe how what she passed could be anything but gall stones. She kept passing them from 6 am- 2pm. She estimates there were over 100. They were about the size of a grain of rice up to the size of the eraser on a pencil. She is so grateful to Earth Clinic! This was so easy and much better than the thought of surgery. She plans to do the whole cleanse again in 6 months. I will do an update as we go along.

I hope this story helps others wanting info.

Here's my personal update. As mentioned above I have no symptoms. My mom did a cleanse and I thought I should do one as well. I followed Huldia Clark's recipe. The salts tastes yucky but not hard to drink. I couldn't find Orthanine and slept just fine. My stomach talked a lot and did cramp. Not too bad but I knew something was happening!!

Plan 24 hrs of relaxing and not doing much. I felt a bit yucky.

But, at 10am the next morning I started passing stones. Probably about 50-100. The largest was 3/4" long and egg shaped. No pain. But a bit unsettling!!! Mine are larger than my moms. Getting my husband to do it. Will post his update as well. My mom and I plan to do it again in 6 months and will post updates.

I have had a gallbladder problem for about 4 years. I was diagnosed with gallstones and sludge in the bottom of my gallbladder. This is what I did the first time to cleanse it. I ate normally for I think it was 3 or 4 days and drank lots of apple juice. On the last day I drank only apple juice. That night I took shots of pure lemon juice (fresh from lemons) mixed with extra virgin olive oil every half hour until bed time. I went to bed and to sleep and in the morning the gallstones came out in my bowel movement. For the best effect in doing this after the olive oil lemon juice mixture go to bed and lie on your right side with your right hip propped up by a pillow. Also make sure that it is not processed apple juice. It has to be 100% pure apple juice for the gall stones to soften.

Learned about the gall bladder cleanse of apples, Epsom salt, and oil/juice procedure. Tried it and had good success passing about 20 plus little soft pebbles about the size of papaya seeds. Feel great!

Want to thank you for your site particularly the organization of it so that on can see yea, nay experiences in terms of numbers and real life experiences.

Yea, yea, yea for this method for me and am telling others. Family members now trying. And, looking forward to checking out other mass successful remedies.

Proof is in the pudding :)

I tried this method and sure enough there were green pea like structures expelled out the next day. I, in my curiosity wanted to get these things tested. I kept them out to dry and after two days noticed the "stones" decreasing in size, they also exuded an oily stuff. The "stones" turned mushy. There were no remains of the so called stones after another two days. Finally, the picture came to the forefront. This is not expulsion of stones, it is saponification, a process somewhat like soap making. The oil, acid in and the lemon juice react to form those "stones". The epsom salt is a laxative and that is why they are expelled out. How do I otherwise see the olive oil which I drank on my drying dish? I am not at all convinced by this method. Also, how does the lemon juice and olive oil reach or have any effect on the gallbladder so as to push them out? The bile reaches the digestive tract, the food does not go through the liver. Just give it a thought before you do this. I did it and now I am convinced that it has nothing to do with liver cleanse.

Has anyone ever got those "stones" tested in a lab?

If yes, I would like to know about it.

My grandfather died having gallstone surgery so when my mother found that she had gallstones she was scared. She had a scan done and I saw the scan in the doctor's surgery. There were many gallstones in her gallbladder and also backed up the duct into the liver. The doctor wanted to operate. My mother did not want this and said that she would think about it. The doctor laughed and said ... you will be back!

Well, my mum did the Hulda Clark flush and got many many gallstones out. Green ones, brown ones, black ones, tan ones. Some were hard like rocks. Others like mashed peas. There was also lots of "chaff" ... like grass clippings. She did the flush about 5 times over the next few years and NEVER had to have surgery. No pain or symptoms either.

I have also done the flush and got lots of stones out. You must put an old strainer in the toilet to catch the stones or they will go down the toilet and you won't see them.

I have no doubt whatsoever that the gallbladder flush works.

All the best,

Ann.

HI U ANN,,,,,,,,, I commend you for this post. Over the years I have never convinced a single person to do a flush before having their gall bladder removed. They just follow doctor's orders. Maybe you have.

I have been a follower and reader of Dr. Hulda Clark since 1995. Her protocol is to parasite cleanse then kidney cleanse and then liver cleanse. She encourages this because she believes as well as her research reveals that some of the 'stones' are calcified parasites. Unburden your body of the parasites, clean the kidneys because they will be burdened by handling all the 'poisons' from the liver cleanse. The Epsom salts keep the bile ducts open by relaxing them. The stones will exit easier. I have done this cleanse several times, but busy schedule precludes me from a thorough kidney cleanse.

During the liver cleanse, usually my body sucks up all the magnesium and I don't even get loose stools, so I don't know how much of the stones come out. The ornithine is necessary to clear the brain of the ammonia of any die-off of parasites and will work for anyone with insomnia problems, despite a liver cleanse.

On another note, we as we get older have more of a problem of less acid in our stomachs than more. A shot of ACV or sip all day helps that acid increase and aid digestion. We need acid in the stomach to digest food as well as kill any parasites. These days, these doctors are setting people up for disease/parasitic issues because we are all killing the acid in our stomachs with OTC antacids, etc. For 'heart burn' we take some water with ACV to cut the upset. This is our remedy and it works for us.

After reading the many posts here (some very entertaining! ), I decided to try the olive oil/lemon juice liver cleanse because it was the easiest to do and least time consuming. This was my first stab at any type of cleanse! I don't have stones... just wanted to get the gunk out of my liver.

Had no water or food after 1pm.
Mixed 4 Tbs Epsom salt & 3 cups water in a plastic cup - 5pm - drank 3/4 cup of the Epsom salt water
7pm - drank 3/4 cup of epsom salt water - 9pm - squeezed 3 lemons and 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil into a plastic container w/lid and shook it up. Took it to the bedroom to consume. The mixture smelled AWFUL and tasted just as bad! But I managed to choke it down (with a straw to the back of my throat) in about 10 minutes The tartness of the lemons is what made it very difficult for me! I laid down immediately after, my head propped up on two pillows and managed to sleep for 2-1/2 hrs before having to make a "#1 pit-stop".

I went back to bed and slept until 5:30. Took another dose of 3/4 c Epsom salt mixture and slept until 7:30. Then consumed my final dose of Epsom mixture (yea! ). About 1/2 hour later, had a bowel movement. Peering in the bowl my stool was very dark, stringy and oily. I decided not to poke and prod at it (yuk! ), but satisfied that if the cleanse removed some of the gunk in my liver, that's enough for me! The only physical symptom I had throughout was a mild headache, but not sure if it was from not eating or from the cleanse itself.

I have done 11 Dr. Clark's liver/gallbladder cleanses over a period of 5 years. After the 7th one, not many stone evident. The rest were for maintance purposes. Only a few stones and cholestral shaff. I was not originally suffering attacks. I highly recommend this protocol.

I just did the gall bladder flush on saturday. I followed Clark's directions with the following changes:

- for 3 days prior I took Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day. Also, the day before I took Cascara Sagrada to clean out my bowels.

- I substituted 3 fresh lemons for the grapefruit. I did not mix the olive oil and lemon juice together. I just drank the oil in one shot and then followed with the lemon juice in one shot.

- I layed down immediately on my back (head slightly raised) with a heating pad on my gall bladder and liver area. I didn't move at all for the first half hour. I had ready at one click, an old movie I enjoy watching, that I call my 'comfort movies' so the time went by fast and I was really relaxed. I turned onto my right side after that.

- I didn't take the 'ornithine' as mentioned. I did wake up at 1am, as our dog was barking, and once awake, I noticed everything really rumbling and felt a little nausea. After an hour of being awake I took a sleep aide with just 2 gulps of water. Slept till about 6:30am.

After completing the second glass of morning water and epsom salt I started to pass stones. I am still in shock at the amount of stones I passed. I think I passed close to 1000 stones. 10 stones were extremely large, about 100 mid-sized, and just hundreds and hundreds of pea size stones. My stones were all yellow/fluorescent green in color.

My right side is very tender the last 3 days but no more gall bladder pain. I am eating a very light diet to give my liver and gall bladder time to rest and recuperate.

This worked very well for me. And anyone that doubts they are stones, let me tell you, it hurt to pass the large stones out my rectum. They are hard. They have not dissolved after 3 days, as some websites that doubt this process suggest, and believe it is just a side effect of the oil and lemon juice. In my opinion, that kind of thing that resembles stones, are the result of cleansing the intestines. That's why a kidney and intestinal cleanse are suggested first before you try the gallbladder/liver cleanse. You get better results if you do (in my opinion... Once again)

Happy Health Everyone! Thank you to Earth Clinic for this site!

In Nov 2014 my car hit a slick spot, did a 360 and flipped onto its roof. The friend who was with me was out of his seat belt in short time, but it took until doors opened and someone cut the seatbelt from me. We thankfully weren't injured, but a short time later I was having pain in the upper R area of my abdomen under my rib cage. First time seeing doc wrong dx was done, said I had a fracture..not.

A couple of months went by and a test was done to check my digestion. Was determined that I was having problems w/g.b. M.A. called for doc to ask if I wanted to do my usual alternative treatment choice or if I wanted to schedule an appt. with a surgeon to remove gallbladder. I said I'll do alternative b/c I want to keep my parts and don't want surgery.

Began to research and found that artichoke and bile were good. Besides using those, new doc up N. suggested dandelion, but I also have found Dr. Christopher. Am living with MS and not sure if I'll be able to do a flush or not. Have Bragg's w/mother org. ACV and also have some lemons right now. Right this moment am having discomfort, but often times am able to keep it calm with art. & bile. also aloe vera help with discomfort.

I had another ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and all I heard is that I have one stone, however, after reading some of what someone shared, they also hide in the liver? Not sure but think the ultrasound of the abdomen would have picked those up if they were in the liver??

Not a lot of energy, so do what I can to help myself. I appreciate all the sharing b/c it's good to find out commonality and ideas for helping oneself from others who are dealing with the same or similar problems. Thank you

How big were your large stones? My biggest ones are 2.4 cm. so I doubt if the gallbladder flush will be able to flush them because I've heard talk about it only working for stones 2.1 cm and smaller.

Just completed my first gall bladder and liver flush. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with a diseased gall bladder and was told I needed to have my gall bladder removed. At the time, I didn't have insurance and could not afford the surgery.

After much prayer, I decided to try changing my diet. I went completely organic and removed all processed foods from my diet. Began taking ACV, but not regularly. Symptoms went away for almost 2 years and I have felt great. However, recently I began to experience the dull ache just under my right rib cage again. I've been reading about Hulda Clark's gall bladder and liver flush for about 2 years and was afraid to do it. I was afraid something would get lodged and I might end up in the hospital.

But, after reading the comments on earth clinic, I decided to go ahead and try. It was as many have said easy and painless. I did experience nausea during the night, and still have a little nausea going on. I think as soon as I eat the nausea should pass. But, I have collected maybe 60 stones varying in size. The largest was about 7 cm. I will probably try this cleanse again in about 3 weeks. Thanks to everyone who posts their experiences!

I have also used Hulda's flush many times with great success but have always taken the ornithine as recommended. It helps you go to sleep and stay asleep so as not to be disturbed by the discomfort you may experience through the night. I prefer using fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice with the olive oil (personal taste) and read a little trick that I tried the last time.... That is to add a tablespoon of grapefruit juice to the Epsom salts to help mask the taste and it definitely helps. I also found drinking both the oil mixture and the Epsom salt mixture through a straw helps cut down on the taste. Thanks for the apple cider vinegar tip and the magnesium advice too..... I am still making gallstones and can't figure out why. I am definitely trying all of the suggestions.

Does anyone know if there is a compound unique to lemon that makes this work, or will lime or orange do just as well? I am allergic to lemons (and hate grapefruit). Any alternatives you know of would be appreciated. Thanks!

I read somewhere that you can use sour apples or sour grapes.
