For years I've gone on EC site, hit the menu to click on the alpha menu and scrolled down to whatever problem I was looking to remedy with others helpful suggestions. Now I can't figure out what the heck you've done and your redesigned page is a mess and no longer user friendly…what a pity! Guess it's goodbye to what used to be a great holistic helpful site…now it's totally foreign.

My email goes to a FULL PAGE AD which I do NOT see anyway out.I do not see an "X" to exit. The email to me about sea salt and lungs I did not read anything about sea salt on the page it sent me. Your emails are messed up. Please check into this. "google ads.g.doubleclick.net" I enjoy reading your web site, But this is really irritating. I did not see a different email address to write you about this.

Hi Susan,

Thank you for the feedback. We have received a bunch of emails about this issue today.

Google recently rolled out vignette ads for desktop users and it appears you can't close some of their ads. This is happening to many websites, not just EC, so we need to alert them to the issue.

Also, we have a separate folder for mobile users. It's great except that things get complicated when we're trying to send people to a particular post instead of just an article.

We will look into both issues. In the meantime, if anyone else is having issues with those google ads, please add a reply to this email

We've had Google ads on the site since 2002, by the way. We were one of Google's first ad publishers if you can believe it!

Those ads have helped pay for the cost of the site, writers, moderators and programmers over the years.

I love your site. it was so easy to use, but now you changed the format and it is so difficult to find the information needed... Hope you pay attention to this the next time you make changes! Have a nice day!!!

EC: Hello, thank you for the feedback. The programmer made changes to the desktop design yesterday, so hopefully it will be easier to find menu AND the 2 most popular categories, ailments and remedies.

We need to stay current and update the design from time to time, sorry!

FYI: Upon my first view, I noticed what is NOT included -- that which a beginner should be certain to know before starting: all Dosage numerals in the table represent DROPS of H2.02, NOT tsps., Tbls. or Onces nor swallows nor cups!!

Pet Remedy section

I'm unable to open that section, This has been a problem for several weeks.

We just checked the pet remedies and ailments sections on desktop and mobile without any issues. Try clearing your history and cache and seeing if that helps.

The page for dog heartworm treatment "blackwalnut/wormwood tincture" is not found- page 404. When I went to send using the "report a problem" link I got the same page.

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to simplify Teds remedies, just writing the remedy out wothout all the xtas as it is a bit confusing. My apologies, I don;t mean to be rude, Just that I would really love to try the Cerebral Palsy regimen for my 15 yr old daughter but its VERY confusing. It will hopefully be soon that EarthClinic is utilizing artificial intelligence to absorb all the current information. That way, the obscure mentions of a potential remedy can be organized and included in a summary search.

I understand we have the search function, but AI can organize a response much better than sifting through a page from a search in order to find the reference.

I also see disgusting adverts on your site. I clear my browsing history/cache few times a day. I don't even remotely get to the sites that could trigger the adverts that I get.

I am unable the read comments on all ailments section. I checked remedies and pets sections and they are OK. Only on ailments section. The web page is shifting to the left when loading.....

You can also view Bill's remedies by clicking on his name in another section on our table of contents box on either the right or left column in the meantime. I typed a search query on the box "Search Earth Clinic", nothing happened.

I saw someone posted the same problem.

My search was: neck pain remedy. I tried several times.

EC: On a desktop computer, "neck pain remedy" displayed a lot of results but it took a second or two for our database to collect the results. Please try again. We'll ask the programmer to add a spinning button so people know it's in progress. Thanks for the feedback!

Upon typing an ailment in SEARCH EARTH CLINIC, nothing pops up. Anyone else having problems with the site?

EC: We just tried the search box at the top and results popped up on our search terms. Sent your request to the programmer to check.
If anyone else is having this issue, please reply. If you are using something other than the search bar, please let us know.

EC: Our programmer thinks it might be your cache. Please try clearing your history/cache or using a different browser. Let us know if it works!

I looked up chondrodermatits nodularis helics which had one mention but then it said 'page not found'.....please can you guide me to any remedies you may have?

When you login into your account, you'll find 2 sections with your posts and links to all your posts.. one is Feedback and the other is Q&A. Otherwise, yes, impossible to find if you don't have an account set up.

When use your search feature on my phone (upper left hand side), it acts like nothing is happening regardless of what I search for. Just thought you should know. Thanks
