Papaya Leaf for Parasites

Parasite treatments include a number of natural remedies that can be taken internally or used externally. The key to treating parasites is identifying an effective treatment option for eliminating the specific type of parasite present. Diatomaceous earth and various other treatments like papaya leaf are very effective at eliminating a wide range of parasites without harming the rest of the body.

Natural Remedies for Parasites

Eliminating parasites as quickly and safely as possible is crucial. Various options are available; however, some of the most effective include diatomaceous earth, apple cider vinegar, and coconut oil. These treatments bind to parasites and naturally remove them from the body.

Garlic

Garlic contains allicin and ajoene, compounds that effectively kill pinworms, hookworms, and other parasites.1 It also has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties.

To use garlic as a treatment, start with one crushed or juiced clove per day, gradually increase the amount, and drink plenty of water to help detox.

Food-Grade Diatomaceous Earth (DE)

DE is made from the skeletons of fossilized diatoms and is approximately 85% silica which supports healthy skin, hair, nails, and digestion. DE effectively eliminates roundworms, whipworms, pinworms, hookworms, and tapeworms by cutting through their exoskeletons and causing dehydration.2

To treat parasites, add 1 tablespoon of food-grade DE to a tall glass of water once a day and ensure all family members and pets take it for at least 90 days.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

ACV is rich in vitamins and minerals and helps maintain the body's pH balance, eliminating parasites and harmful infections.3

To use ACV as a treatment, mix 2 teaspoons of organic and raw ACV into a glass of filtered water and drink twice daily.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is naturally antifungal and effective at eliminating parasites and promoting overall health.4

Start with 1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil mixed with food and gradually increase the amount. Be aware that side effects may include diarrhea, nausea, and gallbladder attacks.

Papaya Leaf

Papaya leaf contains carpaine, an anti-parasitic alkaloid also studied for its cardiovascular effects.5 Papaya leaves have special enzymes that aid digestion and contain antimicrobial agents that kill H. Pylori, a harmful bacterium causing peptic ulcers.6

To treat parasites, take one 400 mg capsule of papaya leaf three times daily.

Raw Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds contain cucurbitacin, an organic compound that paralyzes parasites, allowing them to be flushed from the body during bowel movements.7 Pumpkin seeds are often used alongside natural laxatives like the Ayurvedic herb Triphala to facilitate removal.

What is a Parasite?

Parasites are organisms that invade a host and feed on its nutrients. They can cause symptoms like a weakened immune system, constant illness, rectal itching, recurring yeast infections, fatigue, bloating, gas, and allergies. If left untreated, parasite overgrowth can lead to severe health issues, including infertility, cancer, arthritis, and osteoporosis.

Causes of Parasite Infections

Parasites can enter the human body through various means, with some common causes being consuming contaminated food or water, poor hygiene, and contact with infected animals. In this section, we will discuss a few of these causes, including the consumption of raw fish, such as sushi.

Eating Raw or Undercooked Fish and Seafood

One of the most common causes of parasite infections is consuming raw or undercooked fish and seafood, such as sushi and sashimi. Fish and shellfish can harbor parasites like Anisakis, Diphyllobothrium, and other tapeworms that may cause illness if ingested. These parasites can lead to gastrointestinal symptoms, such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. To minimize the risk of infection, it is essential to consume fish and seafood from reputable sources and ensure that they have been prepared and stored correctly. Freezing fish at the appropriate temperature for a specific period can kill parasites, making it safer to consume.

Contaminated Water

Drinking untreated water or using it to wash fruits, vegetables, or dishes can also expose individuals to parasites. Contaminated water may contain various types of parasites, such as Cryptosporidium, Giardia, and Entamoeba histolytica, which can cause gastrointestinal symptoms and other health issues. To avoid parasite infections from water, drinking and using water from clean, treated sources or using water filters and purifiers is crucial.

Poor Hygiene

Inadequate hygiene practices, such as not washing hands thoroughly after using the restroom, handling pets, or preparing food, can lead to the transmission of parasites like pinworms and hookworms. Maintaining proper hygiene, including regular handwashing with soap and water, is essential for preventing parasite infections.

Contact With Infected Animals

Close contact with infected pets or other animals can also increase the risk of contracting parasites. Animals can carry parasites like Toxoplasma gondii, which can cause toxoplasmosis, a potentially severe infection in humans. It is vital to practice good hygiene when handling pets, regularly deworm them, and maintain their overall health to prevent the spread of parasites.

Traveling To Endemic Areas

Traveling to regions where certain parasites are endemic can increase the risk of contracting them. For example, malaria is a widespread parasitic infection in many tropical and subtropical regions, transmitted through the bites of infected mosquitoes. To reduce the risk of contracting parasites while traveling, take appropriate preventive measures, such as using insect repellents, wearing protective clothing, and taking antimalarial medications if recommended.

Consumption of Undercooked or Contaminated Meat

Eating undercooked or contaminated meat can lead to parasitic infections such as trichinellosis and taeniasis, which are caused by Trichinella spiralis and Taenia species, respectively. These infections can result in gastrointestinal issues, muscle pain, and other symptoms. It is crucial to cook meat thoroughly to the recommended internal temperature to kill any parasites present and to avoid cross-contamination during food preparation.

Soil-Transmitted Parasites

Walking barefoot on contaminated soil or coming into contact with contaminated soil during gardening or other activities can expose individuals to soil-transmitted parasites like hookworms, roundworms, and whipworms. These parasites can penetrate the skin and cause infections, leading to gastrointestinal symptoms and other health issues. Wearing shoes while outdoors and practicing good hygiene can help reduce the risk of soil-transmitted parasite infections.

Contaminated Surfaces and Objects

Touching contaminated surfaces or objects and then touching the mouth, eyes, or nose can introduce parasites into the body. For instance, surfaces contaminated with feces from infected individuals or animals can transmit parasites like Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and pinworms. Regular cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and objects, as well as frequent handwashing, can help minimize the risk of infection from contaminated sources.

By being aware of these additional causes of parasite infections and taking the necessary precautions, individuals can further protect themselves and their families from potential health risks associated with parasites.

Signs of Parasite Infection

Symptoms of parasite overgrowth include:

  • Diarrhea or loose stools for two weeks
  • Constipation
  • Hemorrhoids or Itchy Anus
  • Gas
  • Stomach pain
  • Itchy anus
  • Lethargy
  • Low immunity
  • Frequent sickness
  • Constant tiredness
  • Ringworm
  • Athlete's foot
  • Bloating
  • Intestinal cramps
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Skin issues (hives, rosacea, dermatitis)
  • Exhaustion
  • Depression
  • Joint aches
  • Muscle aches
  • Iron deficiency anemia
  • Mood changes
  • Constant hunger

Parasite Prevention Tips

In addition to using the natural remedies mentioned above, consider the following tips to prevent parasite infections:

  • Maintain good hygiene: Wash your hands regularly with soap, especially after using the restroom, handling pets, or preparing food.

  • Cook food thoroughly: Ensure meat, fish, and poultry are cooked properly to kill any potential parasites.

  • Drink clean water: Use filtered or purified water, and avoid drinking water from untreated sources.

  • Wash fruits and vegetables: Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables before consuming them to remove any lingering parasites or eggs.

  • Practice safe sex: Use protection during sexual activities, as some parasites can be transmitted through sexual contact.

  • Keep pets healthy: Regularly deworm your pets and maintain their overall health to prevent the spread of parasites.

  • Avoid walking barefoot: Wear shoes outdoors, especially in areas where parasites may contaminate the soil.

Conclusion

Natural remedies such as garlic, food-grade diatomaceous earth, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, papaya leaf, and raw pumpkin seeds have effectively treated and prevented parasite infections. By incorporating these remedies into your daily routine and following the prevention tips mentioned above, you can reduce the risk of parasite infections and maintain optimal health.

Hi Cathy, I plan to start taking your formula and I was wondering how long I should continue to take it. I was watching a Dr. Oz video the other day and was surprised to hear that one out of every three people is infected and may not even know. If you have any thoughts on the time frame, please post. Thank you. Best Regards, Ali.

Parasites show up when fungal or systemic bacteria or viral infections show up. Fungal (hundreds of types--most common are candida, Lymes, mold) infections---there are hundreds of type. No point in being tested for anything because of the fact that it is fungal means it can go anywhere in the body. No doctor can do a scan that picks up every fungal or parasite throughout the body. I agree with Dr. Oz--birth control, antibiotics, and the food system we eat from make it highly likely that we would have them even if we aren't symptomatic yet. I've researched candida for 25 years, as that's when I figured out what the doctors hadn't even heard of. And no one knew how to treat.

Microbe Formula is the ONLY company I've found that actually cures all the fungals and parasites. (No point in being tested for parasites either. They can and do invade every part of the body and there are thousands of types.

Following their entire protocol (not pick and choose) yields a lot of great results. One thing I learned from them is that candida and Lymes and other things will always come back if there are heavy metals in the body. So if you have anything in your teeth, have that corrected by a biological dentist. And if you are taking any pharmaceuticals, you'll want to work your way off of those, and they are all filled with heavy metals.

In addition to following their protocol (I had NO die-off, and I was infested! I went at a slower pace, and it took 16 months to feel that I was 90-95% cleaned out), I would add

1. Coffee Enemas to release all of the toxins that are being released into your body. And maintenance twice a year. If you see anything coming out, continue your maintenance until it's all clean again.

From all the candida and then parasite research I've done, I believe they are the physical root of most all or possibly all of the chronic illnesses that have plagued our society for several decades now. Besides the best know and most feared (cancer), there are so many others. Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, IC, Ulcerative Cholitis or Chrons. If you can name it, I believe that's the likely physical root. All wheelchair diseases, RA, anxiety, depression, HIV, recurrent infections and so on. Jesus created us, and He knows what is broken. Doctors don't always know. They are indeed "practicing." :)

Hope the info is helpful.

I started using Apple Cider Vinegar just yesterday because I had read on how it would help me get rid on fungal infections and little did I realize that it would attack the parasites, I just found out that truly this kills the parasites, next day bowel movement proved this, I apologize I dont mean to be offensive to anyone but really wanted to share this. I have been applying it on my head for dandruff and took some and the rash on my head is getting better second day, and the above already mentioned by drinking it.. I would like to know if my 8 yr old daughter and 2 yr old can take some diluted in water, I want to start helping my kids at a young age with parasites. Please advise. Mom In MN

I have a question for you folks that are so much more knowledgeable than I am on natural remedies. I have read a lot about parasites on this web site which I am learning to love. Can parasites live in an alkaline body? It is my understanding that the ACV that I take three times a day makes my body more alkaline. I also take minerals and they make your body more alkaline also. Therefore my question is, can parasites live in an alkaline body? Thanks for taking time to answer this question for me. Carolyn

I would assume that since parasites can live quite happily in alkaline soil that the answer to your question is most likely a resounding yes.

Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) helps maintain the alkaline design of human, plant, and animal organisms. These salts are naturally occurring in all fluids of the body. Specifically, they can aid in the reduction of acidity in the lymphatic, circulatory, and gastro-intestinal systems.

Traditionally, apple cider vinegar has been one of the most popular and natural potent detoxifier, though it is very acidic. It is created by fermenting raw apples within wooden barrels. The vinegar derived from the apple cider is very acidic (at pH value of 2.8).

Add enough baking soda to the ACV and it will neutralize it. Chemically it is not changed, the malic acid becomes a malate when baking soda has neutralized, but then the body is going to convert to THAT anyway. What YOUR body wants is that the pH is at an ideal theoretical pH 7.35, which is equivalent to the pH of your blood.

We live and die at the cellular level. All the cells (billions of them) that make up the human body are slightly alkaline, and must maintain alkalinity in order to function and remain healthy and alive. However their cellular activity creates acid and this acid is what gives the cell energy and function. As each alkaline cell performs its task of respiration, it secretes metabolic wastes, and these end products of cellular metabolism are acid in nature. Although these wastes are used for energy and function, they must not be allowed to build up.

The pH level (the acid-alkaline measurement) of our internal fluids affects every cell in our bodies. Extended acid imbalances of any kind are not well tolerated by the body. Indeed, the entire metabolic process depends on a balanced internal alkaline environment. A chronically over-acidic pH corrodes body tissue, slowly eating into the 60,000 miles of veins and arteries like acid eating into marble. If left unchecked, it will interrupt all cellular activities and functions, from the beating of your heart to the neural firing of your brain. In summary, over-acidification interferes with life itself leading to all sickness and disease!

Yeah for you Rayne from Shreveport! ! ! You are absolutely right about the ph of the body. If we want to be healthy we must get our bodies in an alkaline state. At least 7. 5. I find it much easier to do with a water ionizer. I could not control my ph until I got one and now it is so simple. I stay at 7. 5 all the time. The body is 70% water and if we drink all alkaline water it is easy to stay alkaline. All health depends on the ph of the body.

God Bless,
Carolyn

Apple cider vinegar saved my life. One tablespoon drank of apple cider vinegar every day rids human organs of parasites that attach to our organs & eat us alive from the inside out. They secrete toxins that make us ill or cause other illnesses to form. After drinking this consistently, I no longer have severe acid reflux, and indigestion that none of the rx worked for me, I've taken them all. Also i no longer have tightness or pain in my gallbladder, liver, or pancreas. Over the years, i've had tests run on my gallbladder, liver heart, four colonoscopies, and endoscopes and no abnormalities were seen because parasites go in&out of the walls & escape visual detection until it is overgrown. All people get parasites, parasitic worms, bacteria from mosquitos, water, airborne, coffee beans, food, salads, walking bare feet. Parasites do not like any type of vinegar environment, and they run & expel thru bowel movements visibly unseen. This is a simple way to stay healthy, lower healthcare costs. I wish to be posted anonymously.

I've known about the benefits of ACV and its ability to help you alkalize for a while now. Sadly, I have not been consistent with the regimen.

For the last week, I have been talking ACV, baking soda & diluted with water faithfully 1-2 times a day. (warning graphic detail) Today when having a bowel movement, I proceeded to wipe myself when a 5" parasite ended up on the paper. I was both relieved and disgusted. I always had thoughts that I had a parasite infestation after having "twitches" in my body along with insomnia, severe allergies, liver enzyme issues, constipation and other problems since giving birth to my 6yo daughter. They told me it was anxiety, but I knew better. I was diagnosed with PCOS, and at one time told I had Lyme Disease because of extremely low antibodies. So, to see an actually parasite pass though has me confident that supplementing ACV is a winner. I also noticed that I crave water more when taking the protocol, so that is an added benefit. Thankful for this site and Ted's formulas.

I started using the apple cider vinegar and honey for stones. I was shocked when I use it with my lugols I have so much more movements and its full of flukes and rice looking stuff. So I know without a doubt it does something to the parasites. I had no clue I had parasites and was using it for something completely different.

So I am not sure if the lugols and the vinegar and honey is the trick for me or if its one or the other. I take one drop of lugols in about quarter cup water. about an hour later I take a tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar and honey in about half a cup of hot water to melt the honey.

About six to eight hours later I get crampy and go to restroom and I see the results.

Through out the whole quarantine I have been in Peru. I was 4 months in the Amazon rainforest and there I got a parasite called siso. Its a parasite that lays eggs in the skin and in the late afternoon and night they start crawling and jumping on the skin. What a journey it has been. Especially intense in the crotch area, but basically they were existing all over my body. I had it for 2 months in the jungle and then we moved to Cusco (which is mountain region, more cold and dry) where I had it for another 2 months.

I tried a lot of different remedies, but the only thing I found that worked was ASH. Morning and evening, and sometimes during the day all over my body. Its simply too dry for them to survive. I would boil my clothes, wash it with vinegar and 10-15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil plus borax. For the bed I had a spray bottle (1 liter) with water and 10-20 drops of eucalyptus oil and another bottle with a chemical used to kill insects and parasites for animals.

For everyone having this difficult experience, I wish you all the best and assurance that there is a way out. I had some nights crying myself to sleep and feeling like this was just life now, but I am free from them now. Also be aware of the fact of it being psychosomatic. So any way that works for you to calm the mind down really helps. The fear of them still being there, when they might not be is very real. I found that weed helped me a lot, both with sleeping and calming my mind down. And I have a feeling that the way it affects the short term memory helped the muscle memory of the parasites on my body to be less severe.

All the best

EC: Hi John, thank you so much for the feedback.

Hi,

We found a rescued dog, skinny, we could touch his ribs when we took him home and bathed him, as he ate and drank anything in the streets there were no doubt that he had worms, so by what I read here in earth clinic long time ago, I had made a walnut tincture out of walnut hulls and absolute alcohol ( 99.9 % ) which had been resting for about 1.5 year. Decided to give it a shot, why not, a natural remedy with no side effects, so if it doesn't help it won't harm if I try it on him for a few days so ; we added 1 teaspoon to his food for 3/4 days ( we're still giving it, we're at day 6 now ),

Consequently :

-before walnut tincture he peed with a normal consistency but after, he started having diarrhea for about 3/4 days in a row
-his stool became so loose and many tape worms started emerging out of his bowels, by day 1 all alive and moving, by day 4 I found some dead /some moving .
-before walnut tincture, he just took pee once a day but after, he had bowel movements for about 3/4 time a day .
- we found blood in his stool

After 4 days, unbelievably, he peed with a normal consistency, no blood, no tape worms! People are shocked when we tell them the story, we're in shock as well .
thanks earth clinic and everyone posting here.

One possibility for accessing black walnut extract....MAKE IT!

IF trees are in YOUR area: gather green hulled nuts from black walnut tree now, in the fall. Fill canning jar with washed/rinsed green hulls (wear gloves to peel!! Stains skin very dark!! ) Cover hulls with clear alcohol absolut or vodka till covered. Tighten lid. Turn and agitate liquid daily for several weeks to extract black walnut / various recommendations for the time found at various pages online or in herbal books. Take according to instructions you can find for various uses. good for all (person/pet) if used safely.

Worked Temporarily

Hello everyone, I just tried the advice of somebody here to take the black walnut, artemisia and cloves. This remedy did help me for about a week. However, I feel that the protozoa has developed a resistance because I'm feeling the symptoms back. Is there anything else that works good against protozoa? The problem with my doctor is that he doesn't believe me. He says that this protozoa is non-pathogenic and yet me and my wife are having the same problem from it. God bless you.

Hi, for about a year now I've been having some weird health problem. I did some research and discovered all my stomach, sleep and fatigue issues were probably cause my a parasite infestation.

So for about a month I've been doing a cleanse using black walnut, wormwood and garlic. Was thinking of adding cloves cause it been maybe a little over a month and some of my issues have gone away but I randomly keep getting like flu sick with stomach pain and diarrhea. When this happens I see a lot of them coming out. I was just curious if this is normal and I still keeps seeing eggs and my girlfriend who has been doing it with me hasn't really noticed anything except eggs and about every two weeks I see a ton of eggs coming out. Been getting really thirsty, drinking about a gallon of water a day.

Am I making good progress and should just keep going or try a new combo? I have been doing the capsule supplement 500 mg each. Just looking for some advice.

C: This is a common problem but few understand the cause, so congrats on your seeming correct self-diagnosis.

Many health-food stores carry a "Wormwood" or "Black Walnut" herbal combination, which will contain 3 or more antiparasite herbs in one capsule. I recently purchased Kroger Herb "Wormwood Combo" and find it effective. Depending on the severity of the condition, will probably require additional herbs like Neem, (and the Garlic u mentioned), Oil of Oregano, Chaparral, Myrrh. Do these 2x daily. One spoon of Milled Flax Seed taken w/ the herbs will help remove and expel the p's. Aloe Vera softgels are also good for restoring colon function.

If these alone aren't sufficient, you will need to also do Zapping in combo w/ the herbs and this should end them, unless you have an adult tapeworm.

Two additional natural substances which cannot go unmentioned because they are on the top of the powerful list is Turpentine and Black Seed Oil.

If you have pets, they will also need deworming.

The type of black walnut you should be using is made from green walnut hulls. Dr. Hulda Clark in her book, The "Cure For All Cancers", lists black walnut from green walnut hulls, cloves and wormwood. These will get rid of the parasites in the digestive tract, but to get rid of them in other parts of your body, (they travel to other organs) you need to buy a zapper. You can buy them on the internet for about $100. Expensive ones aren't necessary. The instructions are in her book. She even tells you where to buy the right supplements. I buy mine from the Dr. Clark Store in Chula Vista, California, also called Self Health Resource Center. I did her protocol to get rid of eczema which she says is caused from the round worm. They are really huge, 20 or more inches long and about an inch wide. My eczema was gone in 2 weeks, but the worms put up a good fight. My whole body was swollen and red after two weeks and the next day they were gone. I expelled dead parts and clumps of babies as big as my fist. She was a wonderful brilliant scientist. She had a medical clinic in Mexico because our government doesn't let people practice natural cures like they do in other countries. Because her protocol kills all viruses, parasites and bacteria, you should always get good bacteria back into your body, using foods such as pro-biotics and fermented foods like sauerkraut.

Try the cloves also, but not the ones from grocery stores because they are irradiated and won't work. Wormwood and walnut kill parasites but cloves kill eggs. Take all 3 for 2 weeks and repeat if needed. Good luck.

I had b h, and no natural remedies worked. The only way to get rid of it is to take an antibiotic cocktail. You need three different ones taken at once. The only problem is finding doctors to prescribe them. There is a very useful website for help. Please go to badbugs.org and you will find all the information needed. Hope you get well from this horrible parasite.

Hi Angel,

I have been suffering with b h for past 7 months.

Can you please share which antibiotics worked for you? And how long did you had to take them for? Any information/feedback will be of great help. Thanks a lot in advance.

5 out of 5 stars

I've been told that soldiers in Special Forces will take a bath using 1-4 tablespoons 20 mules borax to rid their bodies of parasites after a long recon in jungles. They say you can use a black UV-light and see the parasites in the bath water.

Rob,

Can your post about borax and parasites be confirmed? I have tried getting it but no one has it. How many times did they have to use it to get results? Will it help scabies? I have been trying to rid myself of them for over 5 months. I've tried so many different things. I feel so hopeless. If anyone knows how to get rid of scabies please get back to me. Thanks

I always buy borax at Walmart. It's in the laundry soap isle.

You may wish to look into the teachings of Dr. Edward Group and Brother Sage regarding Urotherapy. On Bing or YouTube.
