I have had joint pain in my hip and knees for years ,after a car accident..I had a total hip replacement in May of 2006,because the pain was so bad.I thought I may have to have my knee replaced also.A friend told me about ACV and how it helps your joints I have made a cocktail with _______s brand ACV daily, I am so amazed I am totally pain free.I noticed a difference in two days.. I no longer take tons of asprin or antiinflamitory drugs.I save so much money now and my liver and kidneys are better off..It truly is a miracle in a bottle.

When chronic pain occurs in joints like knees and hips, replacement surgeries may be prescribed. Regarding hip replacement surgeries, newly-released information presented that about 12 to 13 percent of patients who received one of the recalled hip implants needed a replacement surgery after just five years. DePuy is a subsidiary company of Johnson and Johnson, which issued a worldwide recall of their products. Several DePuy lawsuit have also been filed by the victimized patients.

03/21/2007 I was in so much pain yesterday I could not stand. 03/22/2007 Now after three treatments of ACV and 8 oz of water 90% of my pain is gone and I can stand. Do you have to mix ACV with water? Has anyone ever taken ACV pills you can buy at health food stores with the same results?

Blackstrap Molasses

On the acv and baking soda page, Katie from Santa Ana was asking about her chronic shoulder pain and what to do. I had a severe rotator cuff injury about 3 years ago. I could not even lift my arm. Initially I took glucosamine and chondroitin, which helped a lot with the healing and the pain. I was taking two pills per day for about 2 years, and then 1 pill a day for the past year. If I stopped taking the glucosamine and condroitin the pain would return. I found this site a few weeks ago and have begun taking molasses with my morning coffee. I read (on a different page) that it helps with inflamation and pain. I have not needed the glucosamine and condroitin ever since!!

I have always known that apple cider vinegar was good for stomach pain. I decided to get a bottle of apple cider vinegar and start taking it. Almost three years came ago, I started having pain in my elbow hip and big toes . After taking the apple cider vinegar for my stomach for three days, the pain in my hip was going away and I and I could get up from the bed without any pain. I love this apple cider vinegar.

I was reading about Turmeric for boils/MRSA and had been suffering back aches nightly, for a month or two. I went as far as buying a new Bed, still the backaches persisted.

Last night, I bought some spice islands turmeric, off the spice isle at the grocery store, and picked up a bottle of CVS brand 1500mg glucosamine tablets Woke up this morning feeling pretty Good, nowhere near the level of Back pain on previous nights I've been experiencing some lumps and pimple like boils under my arm pits lately and had one on my face too I hadn't given it much though, but the boil on my face got me going and I decided to read up using google last night.

Earlier yesterday, I put a Hot compress on my face, and drained that awful boil I knew from previous attempts that it could make it worse, But i went ahead and drained it, and used peroxide by noon I was swelled up pretty good, would you believe this morning the thing is Damn near cleared up, and my Back feels OK for the first time in months I'll follow up after a few days This morning I've made a Tea using the coffee maker I put two constant comment orange pekoe flavored green tea bags into a coffee filter along with a tablespoon of Turmeric powder, and a tablespoon of sugar The turmeric takes some getting used to but the Tea is simply wonderful hate to add sugar but i had too I'm having my second 12 oz cup of hot green Turmeric tea as I type.

2 tsp honey, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar in 8 to 16 ounces of water 3 times a day cured my arthritis, back pain and allergies. I was in so much pain for many many years with severe back problems, and then 2 years ago was diagnosed with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. The dr. prescribed steroids, and 2 different immuno suppressant drugs and the side effects were horrible. I could hardly get out of bed in the morning, my joints and muscles hurt so bad, i also have fibromyalgia. I started this regimen about a month ago and saw immediate results. My hay fever has cleared up also. My sinuses are dry, usually I always have a bad post nasal drip problem. I feel more energized, and my body just feels good, like it is getting what it needs.

Dear Suzanne: Can't thank you enough for the ginger recommendation!! I've only been taking the stuff for a few days....but the results are remarkable. I'm moving around just about pain-free. We leave tomorrow for Viet Nam and I hope to enjoy the walking.......which I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to do.

Dear Suzanne: Thanks for tip. I'm going to the shopping center where the health food store is this afternoon....and I'll get some ginger root. My ankle is in bad shape. If it were a knee or a hip....I'd have a replacement.....but they can't do that very well at this point with ankles. When we return from Viet Nam I'm looking at ankle-fusion surgery. It's not quite as bad as it sounds. One still has some movement where the leg meets the foot......and the pain stops!

Vitamin C

I started taking high doses of Vitamin C to help ward off a cold virus. For the past several weeks I took 5-10 grams of Vitamin C. I noticed my knee pain disappeared. I am a runner/cross country skier who has virtually stopped these activities due to pain in my right knee. For 7 years I have tried glucosamine, calcium, MSM, and NSAIDs. I don't like taking NSAIDS. However, the other remedies did not relieve the pain and inflammation .Therefore, I have been tolerating the pain and have discontinued using NSAIDS. I was very surprised to find that the Vitamin C use correlated with complete pain relief and reduction of inflammation. So I stopped the C for a week and the pain returned. I have resumed the C and the pain is gone again.

I have had chronic lower back pain for years and after taking AVC twice daily for a month I have noticed a drastic difference. I was restricted in activities and now I can do just about everything. While at the doctor's I also found out that my blood pressure dropped from 124/80 to 116/68. In January, 2006 I was diagnosed with acid reflux, which resulted with pills every day. Since taking the AVC I haven't had to take any medication for the acid reflux. I believe it has also helped with my allergies. This really is a miracle cure.
