Noni Juice

I have been taking Noni juice for the last 3 months. I read all the hype about online so I wanted to try it myself. At first I didn't really feel much but my wife all of sudden started to have better digestion and colon pain relief, so I considered to keep takng it. After about a month I suddenly stopped having the urge to smoke and now can't even stand the smell of smoke. Drinking alcohol on a weekly basis has also not been an urge. After about 2 months I started noticing less and less grey hairs even my wife would tease me about since I'm still only in my thirties.

High Blood Pressure, Arrythmia
Posted by Samantha (Bridgeport, Ct) on 11/28/2011

Hi everyone, I am trying to figure out how to treat HBP and arrythmia together. I've been taking molasses to regulate the heart rhythm somewhat, but it has little effect on lowering BP. I've been thinking about adding some other ingredients to the mixture. From what I have read so far, I am leaning towards magnesium and cayenne pepper as a cure for my condition. The only thing that concerns me is the compatibility of the three. Does anyone know if it is safe to take molasses, magnesium, and cayenne pepper at the same time?

Samantha, molasses HAS magnesium in it, so a bit more doesn't seem to be incompatible to me. I do take a bit of cayenne in my molasses drink with no undesired effects. So all in all, it would seem safe to mix the 3.

Hi Everyone... Here is an email sent to me this week by a lady from Africa. I have been trying to help advise her since early October 2011 and she has been on the protocols for just over a month now. Here is her list of problems:

GERD
gastritis
esophigitis
hiatal hernia
uterine fibroids
kidney cysts
thyroid nodules(low thyroid activity)
candida
weight loss(28 lbs)

The biggest problem that we had was availability of nutrients where she lives in Africa. I also advised that she should have a complete hospital check up. Anyway, here is an email(with her permission) that she sent to me regarding her protocol and regarding the results of her check-up and her progress feedback usng mainly Ted's from Bangkok's remedies:

Hi Bill
Thanks very much for being there for me whenever I need your assistance. Thanks also, for having advised that I go to hospital. I was very apprehensive about this, but eventually went abroad to one of the best hospitals internationally, for a thorough health check. There is some good news at the end of this mail; and I am so grateful to you Bill, for helping me out in all of this. I also apologise in advance, for the lengthy email.. , hoping you will understand how I needed to give you this feedback.

I know this is too much for me to ask, considering that you are very busy, and getting a lot of emails from all those that you help. But please, I am kindly requesting that you please look through what I have been following and recommend any changes, and also where I could incorporate the Disodium EDTA (what is the full name for EDTA please?)

As you can see, I am busy every hour, taking something. The sodium ascorbate will be arriving from the USA soon. I have a workshop next week, and am now wondering how I will combine the hourly protocal with the facilitation. I will be so grateful for any recommendations from you, regarding what could be combined.

I also have not been taking sod bicarb before bed, as I read somewhere that it tricks the LES[Lazy Esopogeal Sphincter] sphincter to open, thinking that digestion is complete. Tomorrow, I will start alkalising with lime/lemon may be at lunch time; instead of the ACV; though I was wondering if the lime/lemon would help fight back reflux.

Apparently the good news is, during the endoscopy last week, my dr could not find any evidence of any reflux, loose pylorus [i. E he found the pylorus to be competent], no gastritis, and esophagitis, hiatal hernia anymore!!!! . I believe that even the LES is on its way to becoming fully competent. He said that the bitter taste in my mouth was not due to any reflux. {I suspect it could be due to the many supplements am taking, or may be I may be turning perimenopausal??} Also, all my blood parameters were in normal range, the CT Scan reports said that my abdomen was normal and that the kidney cysts were incidental - but I do not want to ignore this finding; hence the email I sent you a few days ago.

The ultra sound of the thyroid found 5 nodules, same size and number as seen in March this year - means they have not increased; and the thyroid function was normal. So the dr said that I should not worry about the nodules. A scan also found multiple fibroids but small ones; and the dr said that if they are not giving me any pain, I should not worry about them.

They also checked for cancer and could not find any in my body.

I have been feeling sickish at times - awful, but you had earlier warned me about this, so I just put it off as a die-off, especially since I got a thorough physical check. You were right in recommending this for my piece of mind.

Thanks so much for according your time to read such a lengthy email; but I felt I needed to give you some feedback, so that you can celebrate with me regarding the results I am achieving so far; and recommend any improvements.

I appreciate you very much.

Kind regards

J

I have since advised various safe remedy combinations to make her life easier and have further advised her to cut down the 5% lugol's iodine to 8 drops a day (I thought she was using 2% lugols iodine) although the more iodine that she is able to take will have a faster benefit than taking less. In the pre-WW 2 years, lugols iodine was used by the medical profession to help resolve chronic forms of asthma, emphysema and bronchitis -- in daily dosages of 50 to 300 drops a day. I have also advised that she uses oil-pulling with coconut oil to remove the bitter or metallic taste in her mouth(as per Ted's advice). This taste is caused by heavy metals in her body.

When I emailed her for permission to use her email she also had this to say about EC:

Thanks so much for your mail and quick responses to all my load of questions! I am ever so grateful. Yes, you can please feel free to put the emails on EC. It is through EC that I got helped; and putting the email on EC is only one way of my acknowledging my appreciation for all you (and other contributors at EC) do to assist me.

Multiple Remedies
Posted by Bill (San Fernando, Philippines) on 04/05/2012

This is an update to this thread. Beginning in October 2011 I advised and helped a lady from Africa and put her on a protocol to help cure the following problems:

GERD
gastritis
esophigitis
hiatal hernia
uterine fibroids
kidney cysts
thyroid nodules(low thyroid activity)
systemic candida
rapid weight loss(28 lbs)

Her problems were mostly fungal.

She has just written to me today after six months on this protocol (see the top of this thread for her protocol) and she now describes herself as "perfectly healthy". This was a lady with considerable willpower and fearless discipline. She stayed religiously on the protocol despite nutrient availability problems, a stressful job and particularly unpleasant and heavy detox and Herx reactions. And a wonderful result.

I've sent my hearty congratulations to her and, as requested, advised a simple reduced maintenance protocol to ensure that she stays healthy.

Digestion, Rash
Posted by Anniebananie (Los Angeles, Ca, Usa) on 11/05/2011

Dear Ted,

My 15 year we thought she had gastroparesis because of pain and vomiting when she eats after too much motrin 4 mos ago. It turns out she doesn't have it but they found questionable very small red areas, possible ulcers in her tummy under endoscopy yesterday. I'm going to try coconut oil or pine nut oil to coat them today so that maybe she can eat normally and not have to adhere to strict food combining. She took cayenne tea this morning and it really hurt her to tears and then the pain went away.

But my question is since all of this digestive distress she developed 100's of little bumps under her skin called blocked comedones I believe. You can really see them in the sunlight. She always had a little bit of acne, nothing severe but these bumps have some up all over her cheeks and sides of neck, it especially came up when I tried cod liver oil and flax seed oil for hormone balancing so I stopped. She doesn't have a rosy appearance anymore. She has lost 10 lbs in 4 mos. Her nails are peeling. She has a gray appearnce to me. I'm so worried about her. She used to be a strong and healthy ballerina. No one else notices this look of unhealthiness but I do. It's almost like a slow death. As a mother I know! . I was worried about malnutrition so I started a teen vitamin for insurance- it does helps the overall appearance her skin, but the bumps don't go away. I've done liver detoxs, Apple Cider Vinegar doesn't help with her pain. She also has occasional mild gasping for air now too, which dr just said is stress from the gastro stuff and worrying about if certain foods will cause pain or not. I don't agree. He says the acne is just teen related. So why then all the bumbs that she didn't have before? Before it was just the odd pimple no more than 3-5 on forehead etc.. These bumps are worrying and ugly. Please Ted, any ideas or suggestions. Thx so much, there is something wrong with her and I don't know what it is. No h pylori! Over the counter motrin and cough syrups are so deadly for your kids. I wish I'd know back then.

B Vitamins
Posted by Connie (Slc, Ut) on 10/17/2011

Hi Mindy L. ; I, for one of many, understand that having so very many conditions at the same time can be disheartening, especially when we've gone through the channels that our medical industry provides. Even though they've realized that nutrition is critical for our survival, they still are a slow moving barge when it comes to considering the patients' symptoms. Also, testing is problematic because doctors accept that the normal range provided is the rigid truth, even when the patient is expressing the obvious symptoms of a vitamin(s) deficiency. The medical industry has really dropped the ball when it comes to treating this most salient deficiency, B12. I still believe, though, that this is more the result of inexperience, rather than malice. ( Although, I do admit that the word malicious could be used to describe the pharmacutical industry. ) You may well know that alot of money can be made from treating these conditions, but you may see, in time, that most of these medications may not be necessary, and may be slowly stopped, in due time. B12 can be very slow-acting, so slow that some symptoms may be forgotten as they wane. It's very hard for people to believe that most of the symptoms listed here may be related to a B12 deficiency, and I agree, but I have had most of these symptoms myself. I even had them with an excellent diet, and excellent B-complex supplements. I finally had to realize that I have some malabsorption difficulty. This type of B12 deficiency can run in families. It is termed, functional, but I don't agree with that.

I suggest that; you may want to get B12 levels tested but don't accept any number less than 500 as normal. Many great researchers and doctors believe that levels should be above 1000 for good health. (Some people keep theirs in the hundreds of thousands. ) I've been able to absorb well the sublingual lozenge of methylcobalamin. It's difficult to find one's individual need ; It may be in the range of 1000-5000 mcg. Daily. With higher amounts, some people may need to increase potassium. B12 is supportive of the uptake of the other B vitamins, many amino acids, and many minerals. I suggest a low dose B-complex with it. Then you may find that adding some extra individual B's may help. For instance, extra B-5 250-500 mgs. Daily may help with depression, fatigue, and constipation. ( B12 also helps. ) B12 will also help with migraines, bleeding, endocrine function, inflammation, and pain. I must repeat that it may take 6 mnths. to a year for some conditions to improve. It doesn't interfere with medications, but take it separately because meds. May interfere with its uptake. Morning is a good time.

Cysts, Menopausal Symptoms
Posted by Kaydo (Hayward, Ca, Usa) on 09/29/2011

Hi Everyone…I have two major problems and the docs don't seem to be able to help…
First…Since April, 2011, I've had swelling in my lower left leg from the calf area to the inside area with a burning sensation that starts above my inside ankle and goes up toward my knee that sometimes includes a lot of pain, the swelling never goes away but the pain is on again, off again…I've tried elevating it, compression stockings neither worked. I've had two ultra sounds from the back of my knee up to my groin area and one MRI on the lower part of my leg. The orthopedist was concerned with a possible clot in the lower leg area and wanted the tech to ultra sound my lower left leg for my second ultra sound but the tech said they don't ever ultra sound the lower leg. The ultra sound showed a fluid based cyst behind my knee, but my Orthopedist doesn't feel it's the reason for the swelling, her concern was about a possible clot being in the lower part of my leg, but my MD disagrees and doesn't think it's a clot, period. The MRI showed no type of mass or cancer, YAY! My MD has sent my MRI and Ultra Sounds to a Vascular Specialist and waiting to hear from them…

QUESTION: Any suggestions on how to shrink or get rid of the cyst? The Orthopedist doesn't want to do surgery, nor do I want it, Hoping I can find a natural/Homeopathy way to shrink it, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Second Problem: I started having beyond horrible night sweats/hot flashes most severe at night where I wake up like I just got out of the shower and most of the time they happen every few minutes, I'm so sleep deprived its unreal…I've been taking Chaste Berry, Black Cohosh, ACV, and eating foods that mimic estrogen in the body for months now and nothing seems to help.
My Gyno recommended a synthetic estrogen estradiol she said was bioidentical that I could insert into the Va-J-J or use as a cream, and since I wouldn't be taking it orally it didn't have the same risks as the other HRT meds. But, when I ask her about the natural bioidentical estrogen products she said she didn't like them because the FDA didn't regulate them, which did not surprise me in the least…Her other two suggestions was a high blood pressure or an anti-depression meds that have show positive results in helping with severe night sweats/hot flashes, both are safe for me to take even though I don't have HBP and I'm not depressed.
Any suggestions, you might have would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Well I'm a digestive mess... Well was severe IBS/Crohn's/candidasis/Ulcer's (h pylori) whatever they name the stuff. Couldn't and still can't eat really anything... but here is what I do and have learned.

Sourdough bread... as in flour/water/starter...thats it. Hot out of the oven... really nutritious and healing.

Good raw fat is key. Raw coconut oil, raw cream (milk) or raw kidney fat(what I eat... $) before bed! If you cook in fat, use only saturated.

No lies it works... and for others not just myself.

I'm not sure how interested you'd be but you can look up how make the bread, any other quesitions just ask.

Good luck

Hey Gwemm, good news is you are all fixable. I cannot speak to the hernia. But for the Pylori and liver, its actually kinda easy. The best diet - for all things is fruits and veggies with a few nuts legumes and minimal poultry or fish. No red meats. No processed foods (nothing boxed or bagged or pre-made as all contain chemicals) and absolutely no sugars, artifical sweeteners or chemicals of any kind. Eat as much homemade natural organic as you can and avoiding grains also helps to boost your immune system.

Natural antibiotics that are fast and great is Sea Salt and Garlic and Bee Propolis. I swear by all three and Propolis is the big dog. Not much will continue with propolis. Its anti-viral and anti-bacterial, its awesome. Changing diet is the key.

Since Pylori is in the gut, I recommend great probiotics as they no doubt put you on deadly antibiotics and the best are fermented veggies you make at home. I also swear by these. My body was wrecked for years due to antibiotic abuse that I never knew was harmful.

As for the liver, you can do a normal liver detox or cleanse... but NEVER do the epsom salt one ... do the apple one. And a parasite cleanse would also be helpful. There is a good chance the underlying issues are parasites and fungus infection- from my research - to most illnesses and diseases. If you take care of these two and keep a healthy diet then you will find a new life.

Work on Balancing PH in your blood and treating the fungus and parasites (as are present in most of the global population and try a great garlic syrup (equal parts lemon juice, organic raw apple cider vinegar and minced garlic - from raw garlic, not the pre-minded jarred kind and raw organic honey).

This is a tasty syrup that you can never over do and is only healthy- completely. Can store quite well in the fridge. Take at least 3x a day and I would recommend to get and use propolis. Capsules may be the best, the extract can be tricky but needs to be taken and mixed with honey. Also Turmeric, Ginger and Honey tea- so good. Anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, energy booster, immune boosters, etc.

Dandelion and Milk Thistle also support a healthy liver and here is the link on Earth Clinic to the Fatty Liver page.

Hang in there! Hope to hear good news soon.

@taram

If this person is on antibiotics for HPylori, then everything you have written would not be beneficial at this time. He needs to identify main problem based on symptoms. Overloading with supplements without knowing what is going on is not wise. He needs to go on elimination diet, elimination of all supplements, etc. And start from a clean slate. He can google about elimination diet. The only things I would recommend is distilled water with a splash of apple cider vinegar.

We are all different and such a seemingly unimportant thing as low stomach acidity can mean multiple issues vs. Health.

Documenting everything while on elimination diet would help to determine the main trigger of multiple issues.

Also, I assume this person is 100% gluten free. Soy, sugar and corn Free. This is a starting point of road to health.

Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomato Tea
Posted by Henry (Cary, North Carolina) on 09/18/2011

I have 2 problems allergies (sinus), and prostate enlargement.

I tried the tomato tea for sinus and the apple cider vinegar for prostate and sinus, so far so good, it is the first day I plan to do it for 2 weeks and see what happens. The tomato tea was not bad, the apple cider vinegar was (organic) ok with water.

Best of all this is not expensive to do..

The main problem is the joint pain which I have been taking msm 1,500 mg a day but the only pain killer that works is 440 mg twice a day for the pain and inflammation I have even purchased DMSO to apply topically but have only been using it for a couple of days. I am suggesting this because I have had great personal success with it, as have others: Serrapeptase. This stuff 'eats' inflammation and pain, and will clear out any dead tissue in the body - meaning arterial/coronary plaque, cysts, endometriosis, COPD, edema, scar tissue... Its uses are quite extensive. Surprised that I haven't seen it quoted extensively on this site.

Can I mix hydrogen peroxide with mineral water instead of distilled water, as per posts? I've been on ACV recipe for 4 months now because of my hiatal hernia.. A week ago I was rushed to ER cuz I could hardly breath.. After my paranasal CT-scan, x-ray & blood tests, doctors found I have sinusitis, pneumonia and hypothyroidism. I spent 5 days in the hospital. My ENT said my sinusitis is just mild. My internal doctor said pneumonia is gone so they gave me okay to go home. But until now I'm still having hard time breathing. Doctor said it is only because I have already developed an ASTHMA due to my sinusitis and pneumonia. I dont know whats happening, as if im lacking oxygen. Doctors gave me Tergecef and Eltroxin as my home medicines..

EC, you helped me the first time with my hialtal hernia and I need all your help again this time. I am really frustrated cuz I cant go bck to work with this health condition... Thank you EC & to everyone sharing on your GOD sent site...

Dear lanie: While reading yr post, I couldn't help but remember myself in a similar situation when I was diagnosed with hypothyroid about a year ago. I too had extreme difficulty breathing to the point where I couldn't walk across my hallway. I swear this is the most frightening thing I have ever experienced. My doctors couldn't give me answers so I sought them myself. What I found was that this is normal with this type of illness because of insufficient oxygen to go around. The good news is that once you start treatment, and yr thyroid levels get back to normal which can take a few months, yr breathing would be fine, at least for me it was not a hundred percent, but way better than what it was without treatment. Hope this helps.

Also, read all the thyroid posts right here on EC. There's a wealth of info at yr fingertips so make use of it. What I find about this disorder is that the more educated you are about it, the more chance you have of living a normal life. God bless,

Dear Ted, blood and tissues are alkaline hence surprise when PH paper shows morning saliva regularly at 5.8. How can that be? (Im in severe pain!!! )

Ive tried your alkaline remedies but I have high sodium I think from cortisol replacement (I have addisons). When taking baking soda or sea salt I'm in worse pain, cant move for days. Could I use potassium & mg (if I also have mg poisoning in my tissues)? Could I take these with my ascorbic acid tablets - would the combination make them less acidic. I just have so many of them that cost me a lot of money. Again, I cant buy sodium or ca ascorbate - they both make the pain worse. Medications no doubt make me acidic, ascorbic acid of course is acidic, acv?, diet is fairly alkaline, would viruses be making me acidic?

Ted, I have flat feet, when they hit the floor in the morning are excruciating for hours! I have a slow thyroid OR circulation? (my arteries are also blocked with all this ca) - it couldnt just be flat feet, could it? Just trying to get any of this pain DOWN.

Phase Angle Testing
Posted by D.ron (Madison, Wi, Usa) on 10/08/2010

How do you know if you are healthy?

You can observe your signs and symptoms and determine if healing is occurring. Or you may use kinesiology testing (not very accurate). Or you can take a battery of tests that only check small areas of health. Or, you can have a Phase Angle test performed. Phase Angle is an accurate OBJECTIVE measurement of the body's (the whole body not just a small part) health. Phase Angle results (layman terms) are the body's ability to:

1. Produce Energy
2. Ability to Heal
3. Ability to reproduce healthy cells

Your body produces billions of new cells every day. Are these new cells really healthy, somewhat healthy, or weak and unhealthy? You need to know this. Why is this an important health test?

1. If testing is low you are sick, tired, worn out and may be diseased. For example, think of your cells in your body are like a rechargeable car battery. When new, it holds a charge well (healthy). Overtime it wears out until it can no longer hold a charge (sick and/or diseased). There are electrical tools that can accurately determine the life on a car battery and whether it can still hold a full charge or if it needs replacing. Phase Angle accurately determines the life (health) of your body's cells in a similar fashion. But unlike the car battery which cannot repair itself. You can repair/cleanse yourself and have an almost unlimited life span.

2. There are three important ranges associated with Phase Angle. Generally:
A. Above 7.0, Good Health, (unfortunately, hard to achieve).
B. Between 4.0 and 7. 0, Subnormal Health (most of the generally population is in this range. Weak, tired, sick. )
C. Between 0 and 4.0, Very Weak, or Nearing death

I'm a Chiropractor and in my practice I use Chiropractic, Massage, Physiotherapy, and have the patient focus upon eating Good Foods, Regular Eliminations, Ending Bad Habits (smoking, drinking, sugary foods, starches), Exercise, and Proper Supplementation. And, we raise patient Phase Angles doing this and improve and extend life. The medical community uses steroids, antibiotics and amphetamines... But these drugs may ultimately kill you. They are not designed to be used long term. If you are starting a health care program I recommend you have your Phase Angle tested. Then whatever protocol chosen can be measured and you will definitely/objectively know if it is working/not working for you. There is no placebo effect with Phase Angle. It is very accurate and objective. And, most individuals tested fall below their healthy normal range indicating Subnormal Health and an inability to reproduce healthy normal cells. Unfortunately Phase Angle Testing does not directly tell you what to do for improving your health. That is best determined by you and your doctor/healer/support staff.
