I agree with moderation of ACV. My experience with a teaspoon in about 6 oz of water before eating a meal with refined carbs: sometimes I feel like it balances the carbs and I feel fine. Sometimes I feel sleepy or sluggish after and I'm not sure if I had too many carbs for the teaspoon or if I've not had enough ACV for the carb count.

There needs to be a formula that incorporates weight, amount of carbs being consumed, and the amount of ACV needed to slow down the carb absorption (or the max carb consumption "allowed" for the max effective and/or "safe" dosage of ACV).

Does that make sense?
