Update on my knee pain. Now that I've been doing the leg stretches for 3 days (I've done them every 3-5 hours during the day), the knee pain (plus leg muscle pain) is 100% gone. I'm assuming that it would return if I stop the leg bend/stretches, so I'll continue to do them, just not as often.

hello, Im 58 and sometimes have pain in my knees, probably onset of arthritis, I found out that laying on my back raising my legs up and moving them as if riding a bicycle tends to relive the pain.
